In China, a large number of non-motor vehicles are stolen and sold by lawbreakers to profit each year, the situation usually occurs in places with more non-motor vehicles and large personnel flow quantity, such as factories and schools, after the discovered vehicles are stolen to give an alarm, police often cannot find the stolen vehicles due to reasons of insufficient clues, difficult determination of case time and the like, lawbreakers are out of the law, but owners can only know the mildew, and the stealing behavior usually causes economic and mental losses to the owners. Generally, there are two general approaches to illegal persons: one is to adopt violent means, such as hydraulic pliers, etc. to destroy the lock, and then push the vehicle away directly; the other is a group plan, which directly carries the vehicle to a prepared vehicle and directly pulls the vehicle to the other place to sell the stolen goods.
