Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The data processing method provided by the application is applied to the server side, and the server side can be realized by an independent server or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers. In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a medical image management method is provided, which is applied to an image archiving and communication terminal in a medical image management system, and includes the following steps:
s1: and acquiring an effective medical image query request sent by an operation user.
In the embodiment of the invention, the effective medical image query request refers to a legal query request obtained by judging and screening user permissions. When detecting that an operating user sends an effective medical image query request in a client, directly acquiring the effective medical image query request.
S2: and acquiring the target medical image from the image database according to the effective medical image query request.
Specifically, according to an effective medical image query request, the same identification information as the effective medical image query request is queried from a preset image library, if the same identification information as the effective medical image query request is queried, it is indicated that a relevant medical image is queried from the preset image library, a medical image corresponding to the identification information is determined as a target medical image, and the target medical image is acquired.
The preset image library is specially used for storing medical images, identification information corresponding to the medical images, type information corresponding to the medical images and DICOM format files corresponding to the medical images.
Further, if the identification information same as the effective medical image query request is not queried, the relevant medical image is not queried from the preset image library, and the prompt information of the relevant medical image not queried is fed back to the user interface to prompt the user to input the query request again.
For example: the method comprises the steps that identification information 123 corresponding to a medical image A and the medical image A exists in a preset image library, if an effective medical image query request is 123, the medical image A corresponding to the identification information 123 is determined as a target medical image due to the fact that the identification information 123 identical to the effective medical image query request 123 exists in the preset image library; if the valid medical image query request is 456, since the same identification information as the valid medical image query request 456 does not exist in the preset image library, it indicates that no relevant medical image is queried from the preset image library.
It should be noted that, when acquiring a target medical image from an image database, an image Archiving and Communication terminal (PACS) in the medical image management system sends a connection signal to an artificial intelligence terminal in the medical image management system to establish signal connection, and if the artificial intelligence terminal receives the connection signal within a preset time, the artificial intelligence terminal establishes connection with the PACS terminal and feeds back the connection signal to the PACS terminal. The preset time may be one minute, or may be set according to the actual requirement of the user, which is not limited herein.
S3: and comparing the DICOM format file memory corresponding to the target medical image with a preset memory, and sending the target medical image to an artificial intelligence terminal for image analysis and processing according to the comparison result, wherein the target medical image comprises the DICOM format file memory.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the artificial intelligence terminal refers to a port dedicated to image analysis of a target medical image in a medical image management system.
Specifically, according to the DICOM-formatted file memory corresponding to the target medical image obtained in step S2, the DICOM-formatted file memory is compared with a preset memory in the artificial intelligence terminal for receiving the target medical image, and if the DICOM-formatted file memory is less than or equal to the preset memory, the DICOM-formatted file is transmitted to the temporary image storage location of the artificial intelligence terminal through the network transmission protocol, and the transmission progress is monitored in real time. If the memory of the DICOM format file is larger than the preset memory, the memory of the DICOM format file is compressed according to the preset requirement, and the compressed DICOM format file is transmitted to a temporary image storage position of the artificial intelligence terminal through a network transmission protocol.
The preset memory is a memory used for receiving the target medical image in the artificial intelligence terminal, and may be 1M specifically, or may be set according to the actual needs of the user. The preset requirement refers to compressing the DICOM format file into a memory range set by a user.
It should be noted that, in the process of monitoring the transmission progress in real time, when the DICOM-formatted file is monitored to be completely transmitted, the connection with the artificial intelligence terminal is interrupted; and when the DICOM format file transmission failure is monitored, sending prompt information of the transmission failure to an operation user for processing.
S4: and receiving the first target file and the second target file in the DICOM format returned by the artificial intelligence terminal responding to the image analysis processing result, and feeding back the first target file and the second target file to the operation user.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first target file is an SR format file in DICOM format, and the second target file is a GSPS format file in DICOM format.
Specifically, by detecting the preset feedback library, when detecting that a first target file and a second target file exist in the preset processing library, the artificial intelligence terminal indicates that the image analysis of the target medical image is completed and feeds back an analysis processing result, extracts the first target file and the second target file in the preset processing library, and feeds back the first target file and the second target file to the operation user in a preset manner.
The preset feedback library is a database which is specially used for receiving a first target folder and a second target folder fed back by the artificial intelligence terminal.
The preset mode can be specifically in the form of an email, and can also be directly fed back on an operation user interface of the client.
In this embodiment, the PACS terminal obtains the target medical image according to the effective medical image query request, sends the target medical image to the artificial intelligence terminal for image analysis processing, finally receives the first target file and the second target file returned by the artificial intelligence terminal, and feeds the first target file and the second target file back to the operating user, thereby realizing integration of the PACS terminal and the AI terminal, enabling the operating user to directly view an AI analysis result of the target medical image in the PACS terminal, avoiding a process that the operating user needs to log in the AI terminal when using the PACS terminal, and further improving the working efficiency of the operating user.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the step S1 of acquiring the valid medical image query request sent by the operating user includes the following steps:
s11: and when the query request of the operation user is detected, acquiring the user authority of the operation user from a preset authority group.
Specifically, when an inquiry request sent by an operating user at a client is detected, an operating user id corresponding to the operating user is obtained from a preset user library, and a user right corresponding to a legal user id which is the same as the operating user id in a preset right group is obtained through the preset right group.
The preset user library is a database specially used for storing operation users and operation user ids.
The preset authority group is specially used for storing a legal user id and a user authority corresponding to the legal user id.
S12: and judging whether the query request of the operating user exceeds the authority or not according to the user authority.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user right means that the operation user has a request right for the query request, and the user right comprises all right requests corresponding to the operation user. The user right corresponding to the operation user is obtained through step S11, all right requests corresponding to the operation user are obtained according to the user right, the query request of the operation user is compared with each right request corresponding thereto, and whether the query request of the operation user exceeds the right is determined according to the comparison result.
S13: and if the operation user has the authority of the query request, determining the query request as an effective query request, and acquiring the effective query request.
In this embodiment, the query request of the operating user is compared with each permission request corresponding to the query request according to step S12, and if the query request is the same as the permission request after the comparison, it indicates that the operating user has the permission corresponding to the query request, and the query request is determined to be an effective query request, and the effective query request is extracted.
It should be noted that, if the query request is different from the permission request, it indicates that the operation user does not have the permission corresponding to the query request, determines the query request as an invalid query request, and performs revocation processing on the query request, and feeds back the query request to the operation user corresponding to the query request in a preset manner, so as to prompt that the operation user is restricted by the permission and cannot access the corresponding query request.
For example, suppose that the user right corresponding to the user C is to execute the query request C1, if the user C selects the query request C1, the query request C1 is determined as an effective query request, and if the user C selects the query request C2, the query request C2 is determined as an invalid query request, and the query request C2 is fed back to the user C in a preset manner, so as to prompt that the user C is restricted by the right and cannot access the query request C2.
In the embodiment, when the query request is detected, permission judgment is carried out according to the user permission, whether the operation user has the permission of the query request is judged, and then an effective query request is determined, so that permission verification of the operation user is realized, the safety of the query request is ensured, the safety performance of the system can be effectively improved, the operation user can normally use the system, and the working efficiency of the operation user is ensured.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a medical image management method is provided, which is applied to an artificial intelligence terminal in a medical image management system, and includes the following steps:
s5: and receiving the target medical image sent by the image archiving and communication terminal in the medical image management system.
In the embodiment of the invention, the image archiving and communication terminal is a system applied to a hospital image department in a medical image management system, and the main task is to store various daily medical images including images generated by equipment such as nuclear magnetism, CT, ultrasound, various X-ray machines, various infrared instruments, microscopes and the like in a digital manner through various interfaces such as an analog interface, a DICOM interface and a network interface, so that the images can be quickly recalled for use under certain authorization when needed, and meanwhile, some auxiliary diagnosis management functions are added.
Specifically, by detecting the preset communication library, when the target medical image is detected to exist in the preset communication library, the target medical image is sent by the image archiving and communication end, and the target medical image in the preset communication library is received. The preset communication library is specially used for storing target medical images which are archived and sent by the communication terminal.
S6: and sending the target medical image to a preset analysis port, and carrying out image analysis processing through an analysis algorithm corresponding to the target medical image in the preset analysis port to obtain an analysis file in an XML format or a JSON format.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the image analysis processing refers to processing the target medical image into an analysis file. The analysis file is mainly an XML format file or a JSON format file, and the analysis file can reflect data of the target medical image after analysis, such as a lesion position, a lesion description, and the like.
Specifically, the target medical image is sent to a preset analysis port through a hypertext transfer protocol or a file transfer protocol, and an analysis algorithm corresponding to algorithm identification information in the preset analysis port, which is the same as identification information corresponding to the target medical image, is used for performing image analysis processing, so that an analysis file in an XML format or a JSON format after the image analysis processing is obtained.
The preset analysis port is a port specially used for analyzing the medical image, the port comprises different types of analysis algorithms, and each type of analysis algorithm has corresponding algorithm identification information. For example, an analysis algorithm of the CT medical image type exists in the preset analysis port, and algorithm identification information corresponding to the analysis algorithm is "CT type".
S7: and converting the XML format or JSON format analysis file to obtain a first target file and a second target file in DICOM format.
In the embodiment of the present invention, only the Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) format file is applicable to the PACS, and the analysis file is mainly an XML format file or a JSON format file and cannot be applicable to the PACS, so after the analysis file is obtained, in order to enable the analysis file to be applicable to the PACS, the analysis file needs to be converted, the XML format file or the JSON format file is converted into the DICOM format file, and the converted DICOM format file is mainly a Structured Report (SR) format file and a gray soft copy display state (GSPS) format file. The SR type is mainly used for reflecting the analysis description obtained after the target medical image is analyzed; the GSPS type is mainly used for reflecting the marking of the focus position obtained after the target medical image is analyzed.
Specifically, the XML-formatted or JSON-formatted analysis file in step S6 is imported into a preset conversion library for conversion processing, so as to obtain an SR-formatted file and a GSPS-formatted file in DICOM format after conversion processing, determine the SR-formatted file as a first target file, determine the GSPS-formatted file as a second target file, and store the first target file and the second target file in a preset repository. The preset conversion library is a processing database which is specially used for converting the analysis file into the SR format file and the GSPS format file. The preset repository refers to a database which is specially used for storing the first target file and the second target file.
It should be noted that, a common DICOM file generally contains two parts of information, one part is text, such as patient information, examination information, equipment information, etc.; the other part is an image such as an X-ray film, an ultrasound image, an electrocardiogram, an eye scan, and the like.
However, the GSPS format file does not contain video. It is mainly used to record some labels made by doctors on the images, such as: drawing a circle to mark the diameter of the tumor, drawing a broken line to mark the length of the organ that produces the lesion, or writing a sentence as a key cue, etc.
S8: and sending the first target file and the second target file to an image archiving and communication terminal in the medical image management system.
Specifically, by detecting the preset repository, when detecting that a first target file and a second target file exist in the preset repository, the first target file and the second target file are sent to an image archiving and communication terminal in the medical image management system according to a network transmission protocol preset by a user. The network transmission protocol may specifically be a C-MOVE protocol, and may also be set according to the actual needs of the user, which is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the artificial intelligence end performs image analysis processing on the received target medical image to obtain an analysis file in an XML format or a JSON format, performs conversion processing on the analysis file in the XML format or the JSON format to obtain a first target file and a second target file in a DICOM format, and finally sends the first target file and the second target file to the image archiving and communication end in the medical image management system, so that integration of the PACS end and the AI end is realized, an operating user can directly check an AI analysis result of the target medical image in the PACS end, a process that the operating user needs to log in the AI end when using the PACS end is avoided, and further the work efficiency of the operating user is improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the step S6 of sending the target medical image to a predetermined analysis port for image analysis processing, and obtaining the analysis file includes the following steps:
s61: and matching type information corresponding to the target medical image with algorithm identification information in a preset analysis port.
Specifically, type information corresponding to the target medical image is obtained according to the preset image library in step S2, and the type information is matched with algorithm identification information in a preset analysis port.
S62: if the type information is the same as the algorithm identification information, an analysis algorithm corresponding to the algorithm identification information is obtained to analyze and process the target medical image, and an analysis file is obtained.
Specifically, according to step S61, matching the type information corresponding to the target medical image with the algorithm identification information in the preset analysis port, when it is matched that the type information is the same as the algorithm identification information, indicating that an analysis algorithm for analyzing and processing the target medical image exists in the preset analysis port, and obtaining the analysis algorithm corresponding to the algorithm identification information from the preset analysis port, and analyzing and processing the target medical image by using the analysis algorithm to obtain an analysis file after analysis and processing.
For example, an analysis algorithm Q and algorithm identification information corresponding to the analysis algorithm Q are "CT type" in a preset analysis port, a target medical image a and type information "CT type" corresponding to the target medical image a are present, the type information "CT type" is matched with the algorithm identification information "CT type", and as the type information is the same as the algorithm identification information, the analysis algorithm Q is obtained and is used for analyzing and processing the target medical image.
In this embodiment, the type information corresponding to the target medical image is matched with the algorithm identification information, and the target medical image is analyzed and processed by using the analysis algorithm with the same matching, so as to obtain an analysis file, thereby accurately performing image analysis and processing on the target medical image, ensuring the accuracy of subsequently feeding back the analysis file to an operation user, and further ensuring the work efficiency of the operation user.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, after step S61, the method for managing medical images further includes the following steps:
s91: and if the type information is different from the algorithm identification information, sending the type information and the corresponding target medical image to the target user.
In the embodiment of the present invention, according to step S61, the type information corresponding to the target medical image is matched with the algorithm identification information in the preset analysis port, and when the type information is not the same as the algorithm identification information, it indicates that there is no analysis algorithm for analyzing the target medical image in the preset analysis port, and the type information and the target medical image corresponding to the type information are sent to the target user for analysis in a preset manner. The target user refers to a legal user who specially analyzes and processes the target medical image.
S92: and acquiring a processing file fed back by the target user, and determining the processing file as an analysis file.
In the embodiment of the invention, the processing file refers to a legal file obtained after manual intervention processing is performed by a target user, and the file format of the processing file is mainly an XML format or a JSON format.
Specifically, by detecting a processing file in the user feedback library, when the processing file is detected, it indicates that the target user has completed analysis processing on the target medical image, and the processing file is acquired and determined as an analysis file. The user feedback library is a database which is specially used for storing processing files fed back by target users.
In this embodiment, under the condition that the matching between the type information corresponding to the target medical image and the algorithm identification information fails, the type information and the target medical image corresponding to the type information are sent to the target user for manual processing, and finally, the processing file fed back by the target user is determined as the analysis file, so that the analysis file can be obtained by processing through manual intervention under the condition that the matching between the type information and the algorithm identification information fails, the condition that the preset analysis port cannot analyze and process the target medical image is avoided, the processing efficiency of analyzing and processing the target medical image is improved, the operation user is ensured to normally receive the analysis file, and the working efficiency of the operation user is improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the step S7 of converting the analysis file to obtain the first object file and the second object file includes the following steps:
s71: identifying a transition type of the analysis file, wherein the transition type comprises a structured report type and a gray-scale soft copy display state type.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the analysis file is converted, the analysis file is mainly converted into the structured report format file and the gray level soft copy display state format file, wherein the conversion type of the analysis file corresponding to the structured report format file is the structured report type, and the conversion type of the analysis file corresponding to the gray level soft copy display state format file is the gray level soft copy display state type.
Specifically, when the analysis file is to be converted, the format file identification information is acquired from the preset data table, and the conversion type corresponding to the analysis file is identified through the format file identification information. The preset data table is specially used for storing format identification information corresponding to the analysis file during conversion processing, the format file identification information comprises a structured report and a gray level soft copy display state, the analysis file conversion type corresponding to the format file identification information of the structured report is a structured report type, and the analysis file conversion type corresponding to the format file identification information of the gray level soft copy display state is a gray level soft copy display state type.
S72: and if the conversion type is the structured report type, generating a portable document format file according to the analysis file.
In the embodiment of the present invention, according to the Format file identification information obtained in step S71, when the Format file identification information is a structured report, the conversion type corresponding to the conversion processing performed on the analysis file is represented as a structured report type, the analysis file is used as report data content, and the report data content is imported into a preset report template generation library to generate a Portable Document Format (PDF) report file.
The preset report template generation library is specially used for generating a corresponding PDF report file from an analysis file according to a set report template.
S73: and importing the portable document format file into a preset structured report conversion library for conversion processing to obtain a first target file after conversion processing.
