When the apparatus 60 shown in fig. 6 performs the method shown in fig. 2, the processor 602 invokes the program of the memory 601 to perform the following steps:
acquiring an identifier of the scanned quality control product through the communication device 603, wherein the identifier of the quality control product uniquely represents the quality control product;
determining quality control test information of the quality control product according to the identification of the quality control product;
receiving a quality control test application instruction for the quality control product through a communication device 603;
and applying for a quality control test for the quality control product based on the quality control test application instruction and the quality control test information.
It should be noted that, the execution steps of the processor 602 in the quality control test application device 60 in the embodiment of the present application may refer to the specific implementation manner in the embodiment of fig. 2 in the above method embodiments, and will not be described herein again.
The input/output device 604 may provide an interface between peripheral component interfaces of the mass control test application device 60, such as a keyboard, mouse, display, buttons, and the like. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: an on/off button, a lock button, a reset button, etc.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above-described embodiment methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program, which may be stored on a computer readable storage medium and which, when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: magnetic disk, optical disk, read-Only Memory (ROM), or random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), etc.
In this application, the units described as separate units may or may not be physically separate, and units shown as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purposes of the embodiments of the present application.
In addition, each functional unit in each embodiment of the present application may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units may be integrated in one unit. The integrated units may be implemented in hardware or in software functional units.
While the invention has been described with reference to certain preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and substitutions of equivalents may be made and equivalents will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
It should be understood that, in various embodiments of the present application, the sequence numbers of the foregoing processes do not mean the order of execution, and the order of execution of the processes should be determined by the functions and internal logic thereof, and should not constitute any limitation on the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application. Although the present application has been described herein in connection with various embodiments, other variations of the disclosed embodiments can be understood and effected by those skilled in the art in the course of the application, which embodiments claim.

Claims (7)

1. A method of applying for a mass control test, comprising:
the equipment acquires quality control test information of a quality control product; the quality control test information comprises the name, batch number, test item and test position of the quality control product; the test locations include a plurality of test locations; the equipment stores quality control test information of the quality control product; generating application records of the quality control products in an application list of the equipment according to the quality control test information, wherein the application list comprises a plurality of application records, and each application record in the application records corresponds to different quality control tests; the application record of the quality control product is used for triggering the quality control test application instruction to directly apply for the quality control test of the quality control product;
the equipment generates an identifier of the quality control product according to the quality control test information of the quality control product;
the equipment acquires the scanned identification of the quality control product, wherein the identification of the quality control product uniquely represents the quality control product;
the equipment determines quality control test information of the quality control product according to the identification of the quality control product;
the device applies for a quality control test for the quality control product based on the quality control test information, including: selecting an idle and normal-working test position from the plurality of test positions of the quality control test information as a target test position; automatically selecting an application record aiming at the quality control product in the application list to trigger the quality control test application instruction; and the equipment receives a quality control test application instruction aiming at the quality control product, and applies for the quality control test aiming at the quality control product based on the quality control test application instruction and the quality control test information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the device receiving a quality test application instruction for the quality control product comprises:
the equipment displays the application list;
the equipment receives a trigger instruction for triggering the application record aiming at the quality control product in the application list;
and the equipment receives a quality control test application instruction aiming at the quality control product according to the trigger instruction.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the generating the application record of the quality control product in the application list of the device comprises, before:
the equipment counts the use times of each application record in the plurality of application records in preset time, wherein if any application record is triggered to be the application instruction, the use times of the application records are increased by one;
and the equipment arranges the application records in the application list from large to small according to the using times.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the application list contains a plurality of application records, the plurality of application records include a first application record and a second application record, and if the save time of the first application record is closer than the save time of the second application record, the position of the first application record is above the position of the second application record in the application list.
5. A quality test application device comprising means for performing the method of any one of claims 1-4.
6. The quality control test application device is characterized by comprising a processor, an input device, an output device, a memory and a communication device, wherein the processor, the input device, the output device, the memory and the communication device are mutually connected, the memory is used for storing application program codes, and the communication device is used for carrying out information interaction with external equipment; the processor is configured to invoke the program code to perform the method of any of claims 1-4.
