Abstract
An air purifying agent with reinforced micelle, its preparing process, application and application are disclosed, which includes air purifying agent, surfactant, imidazole, colloid of animal and plant, and stable micelle prepared from diluent. In the face of the current situation of the air purification technology, the invention discloses the reinforced micelle air purifying agent based on the angle of rapidly grasping air pollutants and firmly fixing the air pollutants without generating secondary pollution caused by pollutant re-release, and the pollutants are rapidly fixed in micelles by virtue of the rapid absorption, adsorption and wrapping effects of the micelles so as to achieve the purpose of rapidly purifying air; the purification method can effectively remove most harmful substances such as organic molecules such as toluene and formaldehyde in the air, has simple purification process, removes the harmful substances in place in one step, and avoids secondary pollution caused by the re-release of the harmful substances through the double fixation effect of the micelle on the organic molecules.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a micelle, and in particular relates to an air purifying agent for enhancing micelle property, and a practical method and application thereof.
Background
Patent document 1: chinese patent with application publication number "CN 107413169A" discloses a formaldehyde absorbent containing ternary copper doped nano titanium dioxide and a preparation method thereof;
patent document 2: an air purifying agent disclosed in Chinese patent with the application authorization number of CN 101829346B.
Indoor ambient air quality is an important factor in determining the health level of the population, wherein volatile organic compounds are the main source of air pollution and can cause sick house syndrome after long-term life in such closed environment; the pollutants in the air are various, although the technologies such as photocatalysis, catalysis and chemical conversion can eliminate some pollutants in the air; two air purifiers are disclosed in patent document 1 and patent document 2, in which patent document 1 adopts a mode of titanium dioxide photocatalyst, and patent document 2 adopts a mode of plant essence liquid purification. From the final purification result, the titanium dioxide photocatalyst purification mode promotes the organic gas molecules to be converted into components harmless to human bodies in a catalytic mode, and the conversion result is good, while the purification result in the patent document 2 is a common purification mode at present, but the purification effect is not as good as that obtained in the patent document 1; however, a great deal of scientific literature indicates that some harmful substances may be generated in the process of photocatalytic purification. Therefore, the air purifying liquid technology which is harmless to human health and does not damage articles such as furniture and the like and can convert pollutants into harmless substances in one step in living conditions such as room temperature and the like is still yet to be explored.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a reinforced micelle air purifying liquid for removing organic molecules such as toluene, formaldehyde and the like in air.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the air purifying liquid with reinforced micelle includes air purifying agent, surfactant, imidazole, animal and plant colloid and diluent.
Preferably, the surfactant comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is one or more of dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, styrene phenol polyformaldehyde condensation product polyoxyethylene ether, butyl naphthalene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether formaldehyde condensation product or alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, and the component B is one or more of cetyl pyridinium chloride, EO/PO copolymer, fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, alkyl polyglycoside, sodium dodecyl sulfate, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, deoxycholic acid, sodium taurate and tetradecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride.
Preferably, the animal and plant colloid is one or more of gelatin, bone glue, hide glue, flax gum, guar gum, sesbania gum, fenugreek gum, cyclodextrin, chitin or lecithin.
Preferably, the diluent is water or a salt solution.
Preferably, the water-soluble emulsion comprises 5-15 parts of surfactant, 0.3-1.5 parts of animal and plant gum, 1.0-5.0 parts of imidazole and 80-90 parts of water, wherein the component A is 3-8 parts, and the component B is 2-7 parts.
Preferably, the surfactant is dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether.
Preferably, the following components are by weight:
dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride 3-8 parts
2-7 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether.
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of reinforced micelle air purification liquid.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: dissolving A, B component of surfactant and imidazole in diluent to form a uniform solution M;
step 2: uniformly dissolving animal and plant colloids in hot water to form a uniform solution N;
and step 3: and cooling the solution N to room temperature, slowly adding the solution N into the solution M, and stirring at a low speed for 5-20 hours until a stable reinforced micelle air purification solution is formed.
The invention aims to provide an application of the air purifying liquid for enhancing the micelle property.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: an application of the reinforced micelle air purifying liquid in air purification, sewage purification, soil purification and furniture purification.

The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a method for using the air purifying liquid with reinforced micelle includes such steps as directly or after diluting, spraying it on the surface of air or other objects.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) in the face of the current situation of the air purification technology, the invention discloses the reinforced micelle air purifying agent based on the angle of rapidly grasping air pollutants and firmly fixing the air pollutants without generating secondary pollution caused by pollutant re-release, and the pollutants are rapidly fixed in micelles by virtue of the rapid absorption, adsorption and wrapping effects of the micelles so as to achieve the purpose of rapidly purifying air; when the micelle is formed, some functional components with purification effect are introduced into the micelle through the guiding effect on the micelle, so that the fixing action of the micelle on pollutants, particularly formaldehyde and benzene series is enhanced, and some animal and plant colloids are added at the same time and are enriched on the surface of the micelle, so that the purification capability of the micelle is enhanced, and the strength of the micelle is enhanced by the large-molecule colloids;
(2) based on the structural characteristics of the micelle, namely, hydrophobic lipophilic ends are gathered together and are agglomerated into an inner core structure of the micelle, and then the micelle generates a broad-spectrum purification effect on various pollutants through absorption and adsorption according to the principles of similarity intermiscibility and similarity attraction; in addition, substances such as imidazole, cyclodextrin and the like added into the micelle have stronger purification effect on formaldehyde and benzene series; the micelle structure is stable through the reinforcing effect of the colloid substance on the micelle, and the fixed pollutants can not bring secondary pollution through the dual functions of fixing the functional components and reinforcing micelle wrapping;
(3) the dual function ensures that the pollutants are not released any more; the reinforced micelle has a larger structural size (ten nanometers to hundreds of nanometers), and after the water in the purifying liquid is volatilized, the large-size micelle is deposited instead of floating in the air, so that secondary pollution caused by floating in the air is avoided; the pollutants, namely organic molecules, fixed by the micelles are enhanced, and cannot be released into the air again due to strong binding force with the purification functional components in the micelles, and meanwhile, the re-release of the pollutants is further limited by the wrapping effect of the micelles;
(4) the surfactant comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the surfactant in the component A contains aromatic rings, and the surfactant in the component B does not contain aromatic rings; the micelle prepared by the component A and the component B always has an aromatic ring structure, and according to the similarity and intermiscibility principle, the removal efficiency of the benzene series can be improved, and the peculiar smell removal capability can be improved.

Wherein, the surfactant of the component A can adopt one or more of dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, styrene phenol polyformaldehyde condensation polymer polyoxyethylene ether, butyl naphthalene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether formaldehyde condensation compound or alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether to be mixed in any proportion; the component B surfactant can be one or more of cetylpyridinium chloride, EO/PO copolymer, fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, alkyl polyglycoside, sodium dodecyl sulfate, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, deoxycholic acid, sodium taurate and tetradecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride mixed in any proportion.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
step 1: dissolving a surfactant A, B component and imidazole in a diluent to form a uniform solution M, wherein M is a micelle basic part;
step 2: uniformly dissolving animal and plant colloids in hot water to form a uniform solution N, wherein the N is used as a micelle reinforcing component;
and step 3: and cooling the solution N to room temperature, slowly adding the solution N into the solution M, and stirring at a low speed until a stable reinforced micelle air purification solution is formed.
The components and their contents in examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 4 are reported in tables 1 and 2 below.

Comparative example 2: no micelle strengthening component, i.e. no animal or vegetable gum is added.
Comparative example 3: no functional component, that is, no component with purifying function such as imidazole and cyclodextrin is added.
The purification rates of formaldehyde and toluene by the air-purifying liquids prepared in examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were measured and recorded in tables 3 and 4.

the conclusion can be drawn from the above experiments: examples 1 to 9 the average value of the purification of formaldehyde at normal temperature was 96.6%, the purification rate of toluene was 88.2%, the release rate of toluene after heating to 50 ℃ was 0.2%, and the release rate of toluene was 1.5%; the average values of the purges in comparative examples 1 to 3 and the average values after warming to 50 ℃ are recorded in table 5.

1. the air purifying agent without the formed micelle in the comparative example 1 has low purification rate and high-temperature release;
2. the release rate of the micelle-free enhancer in comparative example 2 was lower than that of the micelle-free enhancer in comparative example, and thus it was found that the micelle was a main influence factor for suppressing the release;
3. the purification rate was decreased compared to the example without the functional component in comparative example 3, but the release was relatively low due to the presence of the reinforcing micelle.
Claims (8)
1. A reinforced micelle air purifying liquid is characterized in that: comprises a stable micelle prepared by a surfactant, imidazole, animal and plant colloids and a diluent; the surfactant comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is one or more of dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, styrene phenol polyformaldehyde condensation product polyoxyethylene ether, butyl naphthalene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether formaldehyde condensation product or alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, and the component B is one or more of cetyl pyridinium chloride, EO/PO copolymer, fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, alkyl polyglycoside, sodium dodecyl sulfate, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, deoxycholic acid, sodium taurate and tetradecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride; the animal and plant colloid substance is one or more of gelatin, bone glue, hide glue, flax gum, guar gum, sesbania gum, fenugreek gum, cyclodextrin, chitin or lecithin.
2. The reinforced micelle air purification liquid according to claim 1, wherein: the diluent adopts water or a salt solution.
3. The reinforced micelle air purification liquid according to claim 1, wherein: comprises 5-15 parts of surfactant, 0.3-1.5 parts of animal and plant mucilage, 1.0-5.0 parts of imidazole and 80-90 parts of water, wherein the component A is 3-8 parts, and the component B is 2-7 parts.

step 1: dissolving A, B component of surfactant and imidazole in diluent to form a uniform solution M;
step 2: uniformly dissolving animal and plant colloids in hot water to form a uniform solution N;
and step 3: and cooling the solution N to room temperature, slowly adding the solution N into the solution M, and stirring at a low speed until a stable reinforced micelle air purification solution is formed.
