Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
In one implementation, fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a playback control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method including:
step S11: controlling the playing of target content at a first playing time, and detecting whether the target content is missed;
step S12: when the target content is determined to be missed, selecting inquiry time aiming at the missed target content;
step S13: sending an inquiry request aiming at the target content at the selected inquiry time; the inquiry request is used for inquiring whether the user agrees to carry out compensation playing on the missed target content or not;
step S14: and when the feedback information aiming at the inquiry request is received as agreement, controlling the target content to be played in a compensation mode at a second playing time.
Here, the solution provided by this embodiment may be applied to a device having a processing function, for example, a server on a network side; but of course also to terminal devices.
When the scheme is applied to the terminal device, the aforementioned steps S11-S13 may be performed by the terminal device.
When the scheme is applied to the server, the step S11 of detecting whether the target content is missed may be determined by a reporting instruction of the terminal device; then steps S12-S14 are executed; the process of controlling the replay target content in step S14 may be to control the terminal device to replay the target content.
In addition, the terminal device corresponding to the target user may be a device capable of performing voice interaction and audio and/or video output with the user.
In the aforementioned step S11, different methods for detecting whether to miss the target content may be set for different types of target content.
For example, when the target content is a directly played content, the detection criterion may be a criterion according to whether a user performs an interactive operation within a first preset time period including a first playing time. For example, if there is no interactive behavior for the user during the period of 1 hour before the first playing time and 1 hour after the first playing time, the target content may be considered to be missed.
When the target content is the query-type content, whether the target content is missed may be determined according to whether the user makes a feedback to the query. For example, when the target content needs to be played at the first playing time, a history inquiry request may be issued to inquire whether the user plays the target content; if the feedback of the user is not received, the target content can not be played for the user, and the target content is set as the missed target content; and if the feedback of the user is received, performing subsequent processing based on the feedback of the user, and considering that the target content is not the missed content.
The method for selecting the query time in step S12 may include at least one of the following methods:
mode 1, when the interaction of the user is detected, selecting the inquiry time aiming at the missed target content based on the interaction time of the user.
For example, the specific value may be one of the following:
taking the time when the user completes the interaction as the query time for the missed target content;
and when the user requests to play other contents in the interaction process, the time for playing the other contents is used as the query time for the missed target contents.
Wherein, the time when the user completes the interaction is used as the query time for the missed target content, which may specifically be: and taking a first time point after the time of the user interaction as the query time for the missed target content.
That is, at this time, a first time point after the time of the user interaction may be taken as the query time regardless of the user's interaction request or no request for any content.
Wherein the first time point after the interaction time of the user may be a time point corresponding to a length that is 1 second apart from the interaction time. That is, the time duration between the first time point and the time of the interaction of the user may be determined according to a preset time duration, where the preset time duration is set according to an actual situation, for example, set to 1 second, 0.5 second, and the like, and is not limited in this embodiment.
It should be noted that when the user requests to play other content during the interaction process, the query information for the target content may be sent to the user before playing the other content, that is, the time before playing the other content is taken as the query time.
Alternatively, when the user requests to play other content during the interaction process, the time for playing other content is taken as the query time for the missed target content. The second time may be a preset interval after the time when the other content will be played is taken as the query time. Likewise, 1 second or 2 seconds after the user finishes playing other content may be used as the query time.
It should be further noted that, when the present embodiment is applied to a terminal device, a user may determine a subsequent query time by himself/herself when interacting with the terminal device; when the embodiment is applied to the server on the network side, the interaction processing between the user and the terminal can be transmitted to the server in real time, so that the server can know whether the user interacts; and then selecting a first time point which is separated from the time of interaction by a preset time length as the inquiry time by the server.
And 2, determining the inquiry time of the missed target content based on the last interaction history time of the user before the first playing time and a preset interval duration.
Wherein, the historical time of the last interaction of the user can be obtained from the historical data.
The preset interval duration can be set according to actual conditions, for example, 2 hours. Or, different interval durations may be selected according to the current time period, for example, when the current time period is between 10AM-4PM, the preset interval duration may be the first interval duration, which is 3 hours; when the current time is between 4PM and 9PM, the preset interval duration may be the second interval duration, which is shorter than the first interval duration, for example, may be set to 2 hours; the remaining time period, which may be the preset interval time, may be the third interval time, which is the longest interval, for example, may be 5 hours, or the remaining time period may be set out of the range of the selected query time, because the remaining time period is the time that the user needs to have a rest at night, or the time that the user is busy in the morning, at this time, in order to avoid disturbing the rest or work of the user, the user may not be compensated for missed placement. Of course, the setting of the foregoing time period and the preset interval duration are all examples, and other settings may exist in the actual processing or be set by the user, which is not exhaustive here.
In this manner, the time point obtained by adding the last interaction history time and the preset interval duration may be used as the query time.
In step S13, the inquiry request is transmitted at the inquiry time, and even if the user is considered to be present around the terminal device at this time, the user does not always want to listen to the content, and therefore, it is necessary to transmit the inquiry request first to determine whether or not the user performs the play-miss compensation.
Here, the method may further include: detecting the number of times of compensation playing aiming at the target content within a preset time length; and when the number of times of compensating and playing the target content reaches a preset number threshold value, not sending the inquiry request aiming at the target content.
The preset time period can be 1 day or 12 hours, and is set according to actual conditions.
The preset number threshold may also be set according to an actual situation so as not to disturb the user with a non-standard, for example, the preset number threshold may be set to 1 or 2.
That is, before sending the query request, a judgment may be added to determine whether the query information for performing the compensation playing on the target content has already been pushed to the user within the preset time period, and if so, and the number of queries reaches the preset number threshold, the query information for performing the compensation playing on the target content may not be played to the user again; if not, or the number of times of inquiry does not reach the preset number threshold value, inquiry information for performing compensation playing on the target content can be sent.
In parallel with step S14, when the feedback information for the inquiry request is received as a rejection, the target content may not be played back with compensation.
When the feedback information aiming at the inquiry request is the agreement, when the scheme is applied to the terminal equipment, the loudspeaker can be controlled to output the target content for compensation playing; when the scheme is applied to the server at the network side, the terminal equipment used by the user can be controlled to play the target content.
For example, as shown in FIG. 2, when the user is not in the current environment, a voiced novel is played at 7PM according to the habit 1 of the user device at this time; before the 7PM plays the talking story, inquiring the user whether to play the talking story or not through the terminal equipment, and setting the talking story as the target content to be missed when the feedback of the user is not received;
as shown in fig. 3, when it is determined that the user returns to the current environment again, for example, the user initiates an interaction to the terminal device at 8PM, similarly please play music "xxx"; at this time, the inquiry of the compensation playing of the missed voiced novel can be carried out; the time point of the query may be before playing "xxx" for the user, or after playing music "xxx" is finished, the query "right, that your voiced novel is not listened to before, and whether it is played now" is initiated to the user, and if the feedback of the user is received as "good", the terminal device may be controlled to play the voiced novel.
Therefore, by adopting the scheme, when the target content is played for the user, the user can select proper inquiry time to inquire whether the user carries out compensation playing or not under the condition that the target content is not effectively listened to, namely, the target content is missed, and then the target content which is missed is controlled to carry out compensation playing. Therefore, the user can be guaranteed to effectively listen to the target content as far as possible, the influence on the normal use of the user can be avoided, and the user use experience is improved.
In one implementation, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a playback control apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, including:
a detecting unit 31, configured to control playing of target content at a first playing time, and detect whether the target content is missed;
the processing unit 32 is used for selecting the inquiry time aiming at the missed target content when the target content is determined to be missed; when the feedback information aiming at the inquiry request is received as agreement, controlling the target content to be played in a compensation way at a second playing time;
an output unit 33 for sending an inquiry request for the target content at the selected inquiry time; the inquiry request is used for inquiring whether the user agrees to carry out compensation playing on the missed target content or not; and performing compensation playing on the target content at the second playing time based on the control of the processing unit.
Here, the apparatus provided in this embodiment may be a server on the network side; of course, the terminal device may be a user terminal.
When the scheme is applied to the terminal device, the functions of the foregoing units may be performed by the terminal device, and the output unit may be a speaker of the terminal device.
When the scheme is applied to the server, after the above functions are executed, the control information can be sent to the terminal equipment through the output unit so as to control the terminal equipment to perform compensation playing on the target content at the second playing time; in addition, when the application is applied to a server, a receiving unit may be further included, and interaction information of a user and a terminal device, or a request instruction sent by the user to the terminal device, and the like may be received by the receiving unit.
The detection unit 31 may set different methods for detecting whether to miss the target content for different types of target content.
The processing unit 32 may select the query time based on at least one of the following.
Mode 1, when the interaction of the user is detected, selecting the inquiry time aiming at the missed target content based on the interaction time of the user.
For example, the specific value may be one of the following:
taking the time when the user completes the interaction as the query time for the missed target content;
and when the user requests to play other contents in the interaction process, the time for playing the other contents is used as the query time for the missed target contents.
The output unit 33 transmits the inquiry request at the inquiry time, and even if the user is considered to be present around the terminal device at this time, the user does not always want to listen to the inquiry request, and therefore, it is necessary to transmit the inquiry request first to determine whether or not the user performs the miss compensation playback.
Here, the processing unit 32 detects the number of times of performing the compensation play with respect to the target content within a preset time period; and when the number of times of compensating and playing the target content reaches a preset number threshold value, not sending the inquiry request aiming at the target content.
The processing unit 32 may not perform the complementary play of the target content when the feedback information for the inquiry request is received as a rejection.
