Optionally, the processing module 62 is further configured to: when the network slice identification code information is determined to be null information or no target network slice identification code exists in the preset network slice identification code, sending a prompt message to the terminal equipment through the access network; the prompting message comprises: deny access to the network message, or reattempt access to the network message.
Optionally, the network slice identifier information includes: a network slice identity.
Optionally, the toggle button comprises: a physical toggle button, or a touch toggle button.
Optionally, the target network slice comprises: private networks, or public networks.
All relevant contents of the steps related to the above method embodiments may be referred to the functional description of the corresponding functional module, and the functions thereof are not described herein again.
In the case of the integrated module, the apparatus 500 for switching network slices or the apparatus 600 for switching network slices includes: the device comprises a storage unit, a processing unit and an interface unit. The processing unit is configured to control and manage actions of the apparatus for switching network slices, for example, the apparatus 500 for supporting switching network slices performs steps S110 to S120 in fig. 1; or the processing unit is configured to support the apparatus 600 for switching network slices to execute steps S130 to S140 in fig. 1. The interface unit is used for switching the interaction between the network slice device and other devices; and the storage unit is used for storing codes and data of the device for switching the network slices.
For example, the processing unit is a processor, the storage unit is a memory, and the interface unit is a communication interface. The device for switching network slices is shown in fig. 7 and includes a communication interface 701, a processor 702, a memory 703 and a bus 704, where the communication interface 701 and the processor 702 are connected to the memory 703 through the bus 704.
The processor 702 may be a general-purpose Central Processing Unit (CPU), a microprocessor, an Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits configured to control the execution of programs in accordance with the teachings of the present disclosure.
The Memory 703 may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM) or other type of static storage device that can store static information and instructions, a Random Access Memory (RAM) or other type of dynamic storage device that can store information and instructions, an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), a Compact Disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM) or other optical disk storage, optical disk storage (including Compact Disc, laser Disc, optical Disc, digital versatile Disc, blu-ray Disc, etc.), magnetic disk storage media or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer, but is not limited to these. The memory may be self-contained and coupled to the processor via a bus. The memory may also be integral to the processor.
The memory 703 is used for storing application program codes for executing the present application, and is controlled by the processor 702. Communication interface 701 is used to support the interaction of devices switching network slices with other devices. The processor 702 is configured to execute application program code stored in the memory 703 to implement the methods of embodiments of the present invention.
The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the disclosure herein may be embodied in hardware or in software instructions executed by a processor. Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium, which may include a memory for storing computer software instructions for an apparatus for switching network slices, including program code designed to perform a method for switching network slices. Specifically, the software instructions may be composed of corresponding software modules, and the software modules may be stored in a Random Access Memory (RAM), a flash Memory, a Read Only Memory (ROM), an Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), a register, a hard disk, a removable hard disk, a compact disc Read Only Memory (CD-ROM), or any other form of storage medium known in the art. An exemplary storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the storage medium. Of course, the storage medium may also be integral to the processor.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal device, including: any one of the apparatuses 500 for switching network slices provided in the embodiments of the present invention.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a core network, including: any one of the apparatus 600 for switching network slices provided in the embodiments of the present invention.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal device, including: one or more processors; the processor is configured to execute computer program code in the memory, the computer program code including instructions for causing the terminal device to perform steps S110 to S120 of the method for switching network slices provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a core network, including: one or more processors; the processor is configured to execute computer program code in the memory, the computer program code including instructions for causing the core network to perform steps S130 to S140 of the method for switching network slices provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer program, which can be directly loaded into the memory and contains software codes, and after the computer program is loaded and executed by the computer, the method for switching network slices can be implemented.
Those skilled in the art will recognize that, in one or more of the examples described above, the functions described in this invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, the functions may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable medium. Computer-readable media includes both computer storage media and communication media including any medium that facilitates transfer of a computer program from one place to another. A storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.

Claims (17)

1. A method for switching network slices is characterized in that the method is applied to terminal equipment, wherein the terminal equipment is provided with a switching button and at least two identity identification cards, the switching button is used for connecting any identity identification card into the terminal equipment, any identity identification card carries unique network slice identification code information of a network slice, and different identity identification cards carry different network slice identification code information of network slices; the method comprises the following steps:
when a preset event is detected, acquiring target network slice identification code information carried by the current identification card and an identification card identifier of the current identification card from the current identification card selected by the switching button; wherein the preset event comprises: the switching button is switched to the current identification card from other identification cards or is switched on;
and sending a request message carrying the target network slice identification code information and the identification card identifier to a core network through an access network, so that the core network determines a target network slice according to the target network slice identification code information and the identification card identifier, and accessing the terminal equipment to the target network slice.
2. The method of switching network slices of claim 1, wherein the network slice identity information comprises: a network slice identity.
3. The method of switching network slices of claim 1 or 2, wherein the switch button comprises: a physical toggle button, or a touch toggle button.
4. The method of switching network slices of claim 1 or 2, wherein the target network slice comprises: private networks, or public networks.
5. A method for switching network slices is applied to a core network and comprises the following steps:
receiving a request message which is sent by a terminal device through an access network and carries target network slice identification code information and an identification card identification; the target network slice identification code information and the identification card identification are obtained from a current identification card accessed by the terminal equipment when the terminal equipment detects a preset event, the terminal equipment is provided with at least two identification cards, the current identification card is accessed by the terminal equipment through a selection button arranged on the terminal equipment, any one of the at least two identification cards carries unique network slice identification code information, and different identification cards carry different network slice identification code information; the preset event comprises the following steps: the switching button is switched to the current identification card from other identification cards or is switched on;
and determining a target network slice according to the identification code information of the target network slice and the identification card identifier, and accessing the terminal equipment to the target network slice.
6. The method of switching network slices as claimed in claim 5, wherein the network slice id information includes a target network slice id, and the determining a target network slice according to the target network slice id information and the id card id includes:
when the target network slice identification code information is determined not to be null information, acquiring network slice subscription information corresponding to the identification card identifier; the network slice subscription information comprises a corresponding relation between a preset network slice identification code and a network slice;
and when the target network slice identification code is determined to exist in the preset network slice identification code, taking the network slice corresponding to the target network slice identification code as the target network slice according to the corresponding relation between the preset network slice identification code and the network slice.

The method for switching network slices according to claim 6, wherein the determining a target network slice according to the target network slice identifier information and the id card id further comprises: and when the network slice identification code information is determined to be null information or the target network slice identification code does not exist in the preset network slice identification code, taking a preset general network slice as the target network slice according to the target network slice identification code information.
8. The method for switching network slices according to claim 6, wherein the determining a target network slice according to the target network slice identifier information and the id card id further comprises: when the network slice identification code information is determined to be null information or the target network slice identification code does not exist in the preset network slice identification code, sending a prompt message to terminal equipment through an access network; wherein the prompting message comprises: deny access to the network message, or reattempt access to the network message.

A device for switching network slices is characterized in that the device is applied to terminal equipment, wherein the terminal equipment is provided with a switching button and at least two identity identification cards, the switching button is used for connecting any identity identification card into the terminal equipment, any identity identification card carries unique network slice identification code information, and different identity identification cards carry different network slice identification code information; the apparatus for switching network slices comprises:
the detection module is used for acquiring target network slice identification code information carried by the current identification card and an identification card identifier of the current identification card from the current identification card selected by the switching button when a preset event is detected; wherein the preset event comprises: the switching button is switched to the current identification card from other identification cards or is switched on;
and the sending module is used for sending a request message carrying the target network slice identification code information and the identification card identifier acquired by the detection module to a core network through an access network, so that the core network determines a target network slice according to the target network slice identification code information and the identification card identifier and accesses the terminal equipment to the target network slice.
10. The apparatus for switching network slices of claim 9, wherein the network slice identity information comprises: a network slice identity.
11. An apparatus for switching network slices, applied to a core network, includes:
the receiving module is used for receiving a request message which is sent by the terminal equipment through the access network and carries target network slice identification code information and an identification card identification; the target network slice identification code information and the identification card identification are obtained from a current identification card accessed by the terminal equipment when the terminal equipment detects a preset event, the terminal equipment is provided with at least two identification cards, the current identification card is accessed by the terminal equipment through a selection button arranged on the terminal equipment, any one of the at least two identification cards carries unique network slice identification code information, and different identification cards carry different network slice identification code information; the preset event comprises the following steps: the switching button is switched to the current identification card from other identification cards or is switched on;
and the processing module is used for determining a target network slice according to the identification code information of the target network slice and the identification card identification received by the receiving module and accessing the terminal equipment to the target network slice.
12. The apparatus for switching network slices of claim 11, wherein the network slice identifier information comprises a target network slice identifier, and the processing module is specifically configured to:
when the target network slice identification code information is determined not to be null information, acquiring network slice subscription information corresponding to the identification card identifier; the network slice subscription information comprises a corresponding relation between a preset network slice identification code and a network slice;
and when the target network slice identification code is determined to exist in the preset network slice identification code, taking the network slice corresponding to the target network slice identification code as the target network slice according to the corresponding relation between the preset network slice identification code and the network slice.

The apparatus for switching network slices of claim 12, wherein the processing module is further configured to: and when the network slice identification code information is determined to be null information or the target network slice identification code does not exist in the preset network slice identification code, taking a preset general network slice as the target network slice according to the target network slice identification code information.

The apparatus for switching network slices of claim 12, wherein the processing module is further configured to: when the network slice identification code information is determined to be null information or the target network slice identification code does not exist in the preset network slice identification code, sending a prompt message to terminal equipment through an access network; the prompting message comprises: deny access to the network message, or reattempt access to the network message.
15. A terminal device, comprising: one or more processors; the processor is adapted to execute computer program code in the memory, the computer program code comprising instructions to cause the terminal device to perform the method of switching network slices as claimed in any of claims 1-4.
16. A core network, comprising: one or more processors; the processor is configured to execute a computer program code in a memory, the computer program code comprising instructions to cause the core network to perform the method of switching network slices as claimed in any of claims 5-8.
17. A storage medium storing instruction code for performing the method of switching network slices of any one of claims 1-8.
