Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more apparent, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a method for providing songs when recording videos, and the execution main body of the method can be a server and a terminal device. The terminal device may be a terminal used by a user, such as a mobile phone, a tablet, and the like. The server may be a backend server of the video recording application.
The terminal device may have a processor, a transceiver, and a memory disposed therein. The processor may be used for processing of a process of providing songs while recording videos, the transceiver may be used for receiving and transmitting songs, and the memory may be used for storing data required and generated during the process of providing songs while recording videos.
The server may have a processor, transceiver, and memory disposed therein. The processor may be used for processing of a process of providing songs while recording videos, the transceiver may be used for receiving and transmitting songs, and the memory may be used for storing data required and generated during the process of providing songs while recording videos.
Before implementation, an application scenario of the embodiments of the present disclosure and a possible related noun concept are first introduced:
when recording a video, a user wants to select a song as a background song, and when the song selected by the user is a charged song, how to provide the user with a free song for recording the video.
It should be noted that the video mentioned above may be a short video, where the short video refers to a video whose total duration of the video is less than a certain value after the recording is completed, and for example, the certain value may be 30 seconds.
A fee collection song, for a song, if the song needs to be paid for use, then the song is a fee collection song.
A free song, for a song, if the song can be used without a fee, the song is a free song.
The present disclosure provides a method for providing songs during recording a video, taking a scene one as an example, as shown in fig. 1, the flow of the method may be as follows:
step 101, running an application program for recording a video on a terminal device, and receiving a first instruction of a user for selecting an audio on the application program.
The terminal device is a terminal used by a user, that is, a terminal used by the user to record video.
In implementation, when a user wants to record a video, an application program for recording the video can be installed on the terminal device, and then login is performed by using an account and a password of the user. The user can click the video recording option, the terminal receives the click command and enters a recording interface, and the recording interface comprises options such as audio option selection and property option selection. The user can click and select the audio option, and the terminal equipment can receive the first instruction and send an acquisition request of the audio selection interface to the server.
And 102, the server sends the selectable audio information to the terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment displays the selectable audio information on an audio selection interface of the application program.
In implementation, after receiving the acquisition request of the audio selection interface, the server may send selectable audio information to the terminal device, and the terminal device may display the selectable audio information and the audio search box in the audio selection interface.
Or after receiving the acquisition request of the audio selection interface, the server may send information in the audio selection interface to the terminal device, where the information includes singer options and the like. The terminal equipment can display an audio search box, singer options and the like in the audio selection interface after receiving the audio search box. The user may enter information about the desired song in the audio search box, which may be the name of the song and the name of the singer singing the song, or may be the name of only the song. Then clicking the search option of the corresponding audio search box, the terminal device can send an audio acquisition request to the server, wherein the audio acquisition request carries the information of the song input by the user. After receiving the audio acquisition request sent by the terminal, the server can analyze the audio acquisition request to obtain the information of the song input by the user, search the audio information related to the information of the song input by the user in the song library by using the information of the song input by the user, and return the audio information (namely the selectable audio information) to the terminal equipment. After the terminal equipment receives the information, the terminal equipment can display selectable audio information in an audio selection interface of the application program.
Or, after receiving the acquisition request of the audio selection interface, the server may send selectable audio information to the terminal device, the terminal device may display the selectable audio information, an audio search box, a singer option, and the like in the audio selection interface, the selectable audio information may further include a background song of the short video, and the user may also select the background song by watching the short video.
And 103, the terminal equipment receives a second instruction of selecting the first target song on the audio selection interface by the user.
In an implementation, if a user wants to record a video using a certain song in the audio corresponding to the selectable audio information, the user may click on a selection option of the song (which may be referred to as a first target song, subsequently), and the terminal device may receive a second instruction for selecting the first target song. And then sends an acquisition request of the first target song to the server.
Or, corresponding to step 102, in the process of browsing the short video, the user wants to record the short video by using the background song in a certain short video, and may click the option of the same beat shown in the interface, and the terminal device may receive the instruction of the same beat (i.e., the second instruction), and send the request for obtaining the background song of the short video to the server.
And 104, the server acquires song information of the first target song and judges whether the first target song belongs to the charging song.
In implementation, after receiving the acquisition request of the first target song sent by the terminal device, the server may acquire song information of the first target song, where the song information may include a name of the song, composer and writer of the song, singer of the song, and the like.
Corresponding to step 103, the second instruction is a beat money instruction, and after receiving the request for obtaining the background song of the short video, the server may obtain the background song of the beat money short video, that is, the first target song, and then obtain the song information of the first target song.
After the song information of the first target song is acquired, the server can acquire the copyright information of the first target song, judge whether the first target song is a charging song or not based on the copyright information, if the copyright information is limited, the first target song is indicated as the charging song, and if the copyright information is unlimited, the first target song is indicated as a free song. For example, for a first target song of the same beat, if the song information has an identification of pay for use, the first target song is a charged song.
And 105, if the first target song is a charging song, searching a second target song matched with the song information in the song library by the server, wherein the second target song is a free song.
In an implementation, when the first target song is a charged song, the server may search the song library for a free song matching the song information of the first target song, and determine the free song as the second target song.
Optionally, when a song library is searched for a free song matching the song information of the first target song, the extended information of the song information of the first target song may be used for matching, and the corresponding processing may be as follows:
and determining extension information corresponding to the song information of the first target song, and determining a second target song matched with the extension information in the song library according to the extension information.
The extended information comprises song name and attribute information of the first target song, an alias of the song name and the first target song of the first target song, an alias of the first target song and attribute information.
In an implementation, the server may determine extension information of the song information of the first target song using the song information of the first target song, and the server may match a second target song matching the extension information in the song library.
The attribute information refers to the type, source, etc. of the song, the type may include DJ (Disc Jockey, popular) version, rock and roll version, etc., and the source may include concert, art program, etc.
In addition, the alias of the first target song may be obtained by matching, in the alias library, the song name of the first target song.
And 106, sending the song file of the second target song to the terminal equipment, playing the second target song when recording the video, and synthesizing the second target song and the recorded video.
In implementation, the server may send the song file of the second target song to the terminal device, so that when the user records the video, the user may record the video using the song file of the second target song, and then may synthesize the audio of the second target song and the recorded video, thereby completing the process of recording the video.
And when the song file of the second target song is transmitted, a prompt message can be transmitted, wherein the prompt message is used for indicating that the first target song is replaced to be a free song. The terminal may record a video after receiving the notification, and display a prompt message, as shown in fig. 2, where the prompt message may be "the copyright of the first target song is limited, a free version is provided for you," and the prompt message may be displayed in a pop-up window form.
In addition, if the number of the second target songs is multiple, the second target song with the largest playing amount can be selected and provided for the terminal device, or the second target song with the largest frequency for recording the video can be selected and provided for the terminal device.
In addition, if the number of the second target songs is multiple, the related information (related information refers to the name of the singer, the composer, the word writer, and the like) of the multiple second target songs may be all sent to the terminal device, the terminal device may display the related information of the multiple second target songs, and the user may select one of the multiple second target songs for recording the video.
In step 105, the process of determining the second target song may be as follows:
searching the song library for a second target song identical to the vocabulary in the song information.
In an implementation, in order to make the second target song more similar to the first target song, a song library may be searched for a free song having the same vocabulary as the song information of the first target song, and the second target song may be determined.
Optionally, in order to make the second target song closer to the first target song, the following process may be performed:
and searching a song library for a second target song which is the same as the word song and the singer in the song information.
In implementation, when the second target song is selected, a free song which has the same word as the song information of the second target song and is the same as the singer may be searched in the song library and determined as the second target song.
Optionally, when there are a plurality of singers of the first target song, if there is no second target song with the same singers, the following processing may be performed:
and if the song in the song library, which is the same as the word song in the song information, is different from the singer in the song information, searching a second target song, which is the same as the word song in the song information and is the same as part of the singer in the song information, in the song library.
In implementation, when the second target song is selected, a free song which has the same word as the song information of the second target song and is the same as the singer may be searched in the song library and determined as the second target song. If the song with the same word and song melody as the song information is different from the singer in the song information, the free song with the same word and melody as the song information and the same with a part of singer in the song information can be searched in the song library and is determined as the second target song.
It should be noted that the partial singer may be a part of the total singers of the first target song. For example, all singers of the first target song are a and B, and any group of partial singers may be a or B. As another example, the total singers for the first target song are A, B and C, and any group of partial singers may be one of A, B, C, AB, AC, BC.
It should be noted that when the total number of the singers of the first target song is n (n is greater than or equal to 2), the partial singers may select n-1 singers, so that the singer of the selected song is closer to the singer of the first target song, and the selected song is also closer to the first target song.
Optionally, when there is no second target song that is the same as the vocabulary in the song information in the song library, in order to find a song that is closer to the first target song, the following processing may be performed:
and if no free song which is the same as the word song in the song information exists in the song library, searching a second target song which is the same as the word or song in the song information in the song library.
In implementation, when a song library is searched for a free song that is the same as the song title in the song information, if there is no free song that is the same as the song title in the song information, a second target song that is the same as the word or the song title in the song information may be searched for in the song library.
Optionally, when there is no second target song that is the same as the word or song in the song information in the song library, in order to find a song that is closer to the first target song, the following process may be performed:
if no free song with the same word or the same song as the song information exists in the song library, judging whether a trial listening segment exists in the first target song, if the trial listening segment exists in the first target song, determining the trial listening segment of the first target song as a second target song, if the trial listening segment does not exist in the first target song, acquiring the original sound of the target video in the video storage area, and determining the original sound as the second target song, wherein the audio identifier of the original sound of the target video is the same as the song name of the first target song.
In implementation, when there is no free song in the song library that is different from the words or songs in the song information, it may be determined whether there is a trial listening segment for the first target song. If the audition segment exists, the audition segment of the first target song can be determined as the second target song.
If no trial listening segment exists, the original sound with the audio identifier being the same as the song name of the first target song can be determined in the video storage area, and then the original sound is determined as the second target song.
It should be noted that the videos stored in the video storage area are all videos recorded by each user and uploaded to the server, and after the videos are uploaded to the server, the server periodically (for example, 24 hours) identifies the background song of the video received in the last period, and uses the identification result as the audio identifier of the original sound of the video, and correspondingly stores the identification result and the video.
In addition, it should be noted that if a plurality of original sounds with the same audio identifiers as the song names of the first target songs exist in the video storage area, the original sound of the video with the largest playing amount can be selected and determined as the second target song.
In addition, if the original sound which is the same as the song name of the first target song does not exist in the video storage area, the first target song which is charged can be removed from the search result, no related song can be prompted, and a prompting message for switching the recording of other songs is requested.
In addition, if the original sound which is the same as the song name of the first target song does not exist in the video storage area, a payment interface can be provided for the user, the user can pay for the use of the original sound, and after the payment is successful, the first target song can be used for recording the video.
In addition, for the step 105, when the second target song is matched, the following processing may be performed:
the second target song matched with the song information of the first target song means that the second target song satisfies one of the following conditions: the words and the songs of the second target song and the first target song are the same, or the songs of the first target song and the second target song are the same and the words are different, or the words of the first target song and the second target song are the same and the songs are different.
In implementation, songs having the same word and song as the first target song may be directly selected from the song library to be determined as the second target song, or songs having the same word and song as the first target song may be directly selected from the song library to be determined as the second target song.
In addition, in order to facilitate understanding of the embodiment of the present disclosure, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, a schematic flow diagram of the server searching for the second target song matching the song information in the song library is further provided:
a1, judging whether a song library has free songs which are the same as the words and songs in the song information;
a2, if the song exists, determining the free song which is the same as the vocabulary in the song information as a second target song;
a3, judging whether the singer of the free song with the same vocabulary as the song information is the same as the singer in the song information;
a4, if the song information is the same as the song information, determining the free song which is the same as the vocabulary in the song information and is the same as the singer as a second target song;
a5, if not, determining the free song in the song library, which is the same as the word song in the song information and is the same as part of singers in the song information, as a second target song;
a6, if there is no free song in the song library which is the same as the word song in the song information, judging whether there is a free song in the song library which is the same as the word song or the song in the song information;
a7, if the free song exists, determining the free song which is the same as the word or the song in the song information as a second target song;
