Description

Financial market fund settlement method based on block chain and node device
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of payment settlement, in particular to a financial market fund settlement method and a node device based on a block chain.
Background
The financial market bilateral business refers to a business that the two parties of the fund collector complete fund settlement through CIPS (Cross-border Payment System) and complete transfer of the relationship between the debt and the debt, such as cash transaction and recycle of the bond. In order to support different financial market transaction settlement services at home and abroad, the financial market bilateral service mode supported by the existing CIPS is as follows: after the financial market business enters Settlement, SSS (security Settlement Systems) sends financial market business Settlement messages to CIPS, the messages are added with business information, the CIPS finishes fund delivery of both parties of Settlement according to the messages and feeds back the results to the SSS, and the SSS finishes corresponding financial market business after receiving the receipt.
The inventor finds that the bilateral business mode in the prior art is a serial business processing and message transmission mode, and the next link can be processed only after the previous link is processed, so that the transaction processing time is increased, and the business processing efficiency is low; meanwhile, due to the security limitation of the cross-border network, the current CIPS only supports the access of the direct participants in the environment, and the overseas participants only rely on the special Financial text network of SWIFT (Society for world bank Financial Telecommunications association) and the direct participants in the environment to perform message transmission, so the overseas participants cannot directly participate in the bilateral service of the CIPS.

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Considering that the bilateral service mode in the prior art is a serial service processing and message transmission mode, the next link can be processed only after the previous link is processed, so that the transaction processing time is increased, and the service processing efficiency is low; meanwhile, because of the limitation of cross-border network security, the current CIPS only supports the access of the direct participants in the country, and the participants outside the country only rely on the special Financial text network of SWIFT (Society for world Wide Financial Telecommunications, the Global banking Financial telecommunication Association) and the direct participants in the country to carry out message transmission, so that the participants outside the country cannot directly participate in the bilateral problem of the CIPS business, the application provides a Financial market fund settlement method and a node device based on a block chain, the Financial market fund settlement method and the node device receive a business settlement request generated by a security transaction settlement system according to the Financial market transaction information through the block chain network, and synchronize the business settlement request to other node devices in the block chain through the block chain network, so that the fund settlement node device related to the business request and a first business participation settlement node device can synchronously receive the business settlement request and carry out feasibility judgment, the result of the feasibility judgment is synchronized to other node devices of the block chain through the block chain network, so that the fund settlement node device and the first service participation node device can synchronously receive the feasibility judgment result sent by the other party, and when the fund settlement feasibility judgment result and the intra-row service feasibility judgment result are both feasible, the fund settlement node device respectively performs fund settlement processing on fund accounts of the first service participant and the second service participant corresponding to the service settlement request, thereby rapidly, efficiently and reliably completing the bilateral service fund settlement processing and improving the efficiency of the service settlement processing and the message transmission; meanwhile, the blockchain network is a decentralized network architecture and has no network communication limitation of a cross-border network or a financial transaction private network, so that cross-border bilateral service settlement processing can be conveniently performed, transaction service data are stored on a plurality of node devices of the blockchain network in a distributed mode by means of the distributed characteristic of the blockchain network, the safety of the data is improved, the data are encrypted through a specific blockchain encryption algorithm, the condition that only relevant participants can browse service message contents and irrelevant parties cannot see sensitive information is guaranteed, and the privacy during service processing is improved.
In order to effectively optimize the bilateral business fund settlement processing link and improve the efficiency of business processing and message transmission, the present application provides an embodiment of a financial market fund settlement method based on a block chain, wherein an execution subject is a bond settlement node device in a block chain network, as shown in fig. 1, the financial market fund settlement method based on the block chain specifically includes the following steps S101 to S103:
step S101: and receiving a fund settlement request sent by the financial trading market, wherein the fund settlement request is generated by the security trading settlement system according to the financial market trading information.
It is understood that the bond settlement node device in the blockchain network may be an SSS, and an orderer node device and a peer node device (an ledger node device, including an ledger and a smart contract) are deployed for the SSS in the blockchain network, and the smart contract corresponding to the peer node device can implement the method for settling funds in the blockchain-based financial market according to this embodiment, and preferably, the financial market may be communicatively connected to the bond settlement node device through a terminal device that has configured a corresponding CA certificate, so that the bond settlement node device can receive a request for settling funds sent by the financial market.
It is to be understood that the fund settlement request may be a service message including a settlement cash amount, a settlement bond amount, first service participant information and second service participant information, the first service participant may be a debited bank, and the second service participant may be a credited bank.
Step S102: synchronizing the fund settlement request to other node devices of a block chain through the block chain network so that the fund settlement node device and the first service participation node device respectively perform fund settlement feasibility judgment and intra-row service feasibility judgment, and synchronizing judgment results of the fund settlement feasibility judgment and the intra-row service feasibility judgment to other node devices through the block chain network so that the fund settlement node device performs fund settlement processing on fund accounts of the first service participant and the second service participant corresponding to the fund settlement request when the fund settlement feasibility judgment and the intra-row service feasibility judgment are both feasible.
It will be appreciated that the fund settlement node means in the blockchain network may be a CIPS carrier, a kafka/zookeeper cluster (kafka cluster for implementing transaction ordering services in fabric) for a CIPS may be deployed in the blockchain network, a zookeeper cluster for managing the kafka cluster, an orderer node means (ordering node means for ordering tasks) and a peer node means, a peer node means (accounting node means, including an accounting book and smart contracts) may be deployed for a first business participant, the peer node means of the first business participant being connected to the orderer node means of the clearing house centre, such that the fund settlement node means synchronizes the fund settlement request to the fund settlement node means corresponding to the CIPS and the first business participant node means corresponding to the first business participant through the blockchain network, since the manner of message transfer in the blockchain network may be flood-based, therefore, the fund settlement node device and the first service participation node device can synchronously receive the fund settlement request and perform feasibility judgment and service settlement processing on the fund settlement request in parallel.
Step S103: and receiving the synchronous fund settlement processing result of the fund settlement node device, and performing bond settlement processing on bond accounts of the first service participant and the second service participant according to the fund settlement processing result.
It is to be understood that, after the feasibility judgment or the service settlement processing is performed, the feasibility judgment result and the service settlement processing result are synchronized to the bond settlement node device through the blockchain network at the same time, and the SSS corresponding to the bond settlement node may perform bond settlement processing on the bond accounts of the first service participant and the second service participant according to the feasibility judgment result or the service settlement processing result, and the bond settlement processing does not relate to the blockchain network any more, so the present application does not specifically limit the specific bond settlement processing.
As can be seen from the above description, in the financial market fund settlement method based on the block chain provided in the embodiment of the present application, the bond settlement node device can receive the service settlement request generated by the security trade settlement system according to the financial market trade information, and synchronize the service settlement request to other node devices in the block chain through the block chain network, so that the fund settlement node device and the first service participating node device related to the service settlement request can synchronously receive the service settlement request and perform feasibility determinations in parallel, and synchronize the result of the feasibility determination to other node devices in the block chain through the block chain network, so that the fund settlement node device and the first service participating node device can synchronously receive the feasibility determination result sent by the other party, so that when the result of the fund settlement feasibility determination and the result of the intra-row service feasibility determination by the fund settlement node device are both feasible, and the fund settlement processing is respectively carried out on the fund accounts of the first service participant and the second service participant corresponding to the service settlement request, so that the bilateral service fund settlement processing is quickly, efficiently and reliably completed, and the efficiency of the service settlement processing and the message transmission is improved.
In order to improve the efficiency of information transmission and enable all node devices related to a service settlement request to receive and process the request synchronously, in an embodiment of the financial market fund settlement method based on a block chain, the method may further specifically include the step of storing the service settlement request in an account book and synchronizing the account book information to other node devices through a block chain network, referring to fig. 2, where the step specifically includes the following steps:
step S104: and storing the first request information of the fund settlement request into a corresponding bond settlement account book.
It can be understood that the bond settlement node device is deployed with an orderer node device and a peer node device, wherein the peer node device contains a bond settlement ledger and a corresponding intelligent contract, and the bond settlement node device stores first request information in a request into a corresponding bond settlement ledger after receiving a fund settlement request sent by a financial transaction market.
Step S105: and synchronizing the first request information in the bond settlement book to the books of other node devices of the blockchain through the blockchain network.
It is to be appreciated that since the manner of message delivery in the blockchain network may be flooded, the first request information in the bond settlement ledger may be synchronized in parallel to ledgers of other node apparatuses of the blockchain.
In order to effectively optimize the bilateral service fund settlement processing link and improve the efficiency of service processing and message transmission, the present application provides another embodiment of a bilateral service settlement method based on a blockchain, where an execution subject is a fund settlement node device in a blockchain network, as shown in fig. 3, and the financial market fund settlement method based on a blockchain specifically includes the following steps S201 to S203:
step S201: and receiving a fund settlement request sent by the bond settlement node device, performing fund settlement feasibility judgment on the fund settlement request to obtain a fund settlement feasibility judgment result, and synchronizing the fund settlement feasibility judgment result to other node devices through a block chain network.
It can be understood that the fund settlement node device in the blockchain network may be a CIPS operating company, a kafka/zookeeper cluster, an orderer node device, and a peer node device are deployed for the CIPS in the blockchain network, so that the bond settlement node device synchronizes the fund settlement request to the fund settlement node device corresponding to the CIPS through the blockchain network, and performs fund settlement feasibility determination on the fund settlement request by the fund settlement node device to obtain a fund settlement feasibility determination result, and synchronizes the fund settlement feasibility determination result to other node devices through the blockchain network.
Step S202: and receiving an inline service feasibility judgment result sent by a first service participation node device, wherein the inline service feasibility judgment result is obtained by performing inline service feasibility judgment on a fund settlement request after the first service participation node device receives the fund settlement request sent by the bond settlement node device.
It is understood that the bond settlement node device may synchronize the fund settlement request to a first service participating node device corresponding to a first service participant through a blockchain network in parallel, so that the first service participating node device performs inline service feasibility determination on the fund settlement request to obtain an inline service feasibility determination result, and synchronizes the inline service feasibility determination result to other node devices through the blockchain network, and preferably, the first service participating node device may synchronize the inline service feasibility determination result to the corresponding fund settlement node device.
Step S203: and carrying out fund settlement processing on fund accounts of the first service participant and the second service participant corresponding to the fund settlement request according to the fund settlement feasibility judgment result and the intra-row service feasibility judgment result, and synchronizing the fund settlement processing result to other node devices of the block chain through the block chain network.
It can be understood that the fund settlement ledger of the fund settlement node device now includes a fund settlement feasibility determination result and an intra-row business feasibility determination result, the intelligent contract of the fund settlement node device judges the fund settlement feasibility judgment result and the inline service feasibility judgment result, if both the results are feasible, the intelligent contract judges that the fund settlement processing can be carried out, and informs the corresponding CIPS to carry out the fund settlement processing on the fund accounts of the first service participant and the second service participant corresponding to the first service settlement request, if the cash balance in the fund account of the first service participant meets the payment amount, the fund settlement can be successful, otherwise, the fund settlement inevitably fails, and the fund settlement processing result is synchronized to other node devices of the block chain through the block chain network.
As can be seen from the above description, the financial market fund settlement method based on the blockchain provided in the embodiment of the present application may receive a fund settlement request sent by a bond settlement node device through the blockchain network, and perform a fund settlement feasibility determination on the fund settlement request to obtain a fund settlement feasibility determination result, and synchronize the fund settlement feasibility determination result to another node device through the blockchain network, and at the same time, after receiving the fund settlement request sent by the bond settlement node device, a first service participating node device performs an intra-row service feasibility determination result on the fund settlement request, and synchronizes the intra-row service feasibility determination result to another node device through the blockchain network, so that the fund settlement node device receives the intra-row service feasibility determination result sent by the first service participating node device, and according to the fund settlement feasibility judgment result and the inline service feasibility judgment result, fund settlement processing is carried out on fund accounts of the first service participant and the second service participant corresponding to the fund settlement request, and the fund settlement processing result is synchronized to other node devices of the block chain through the block chain network, so that bilateral service fund settlement processing is completed quickly, efficiently and reliably, and the efficiency of service settlement processing and message transmission is improved.
In order to ensure the validity and feasibility of the business settlement, in an embodiment of the financial market fund settlement method based on the block chain, the method may further specifically include the step of checking first request information corresponding to the fund settlement request before the fund settlement is performed, where the step specifically includes the following steps:
and performing compliance check and fund check on the first request information of the fund settlement request, wherein the compliance check is at least one of message format compliance check, reimbursement check, service validity check and digital signature validity check, and if the compliance check and the fund check are qualified, the fund settlement feasibility judgment result is feasible.
It is understood that after receiving the fund settlement request, the fund settlement node device needs to check the fund settlement request before executing the fund settlement process, and the check includes: a compliance check on the first request information in the fund settlement request, specifically, the compliance check includes but is not limited to: the method comprises the steps of message format compliance check, reconsideration check, service validity check and digital signature validity check, wherein the message format compliance check is used for checking whether the format of a service message meets preset requirements, the reconsideration check is used for checking whether reconsideration exists, the service validity check is used for checking whether the service type is authorized to be executed, and the digital signature validity check is used for verifying a digital signature in a fund settlement request.
In order to enable the result of the determination of the feasibility of fund settlement to be synchronized to all other node devices, in an embodiment of the financial market fund settlement method based on a blockchain of the present application, the method may further include the step of synchronizing the result of the determination of the feasibility of fund settlement to all other node devices in the blockchain network through a ledger of the fund settlement node device, referring to fig. 4, where the step includes the following steps S204 to S205:
step S204: and storing the fund settlement feasibility judgment result into a corresponding fund settlement account book.
It can be understood that, when a kafka/zookeeper cluster, an orderer node device and a peer node device (an account book node device, including an account book and an intelligent contract) are deployed for a CIPS in a blockchain network, when a CIPS operating company corresponding to the fund settlement node device executes the compliance check and stores the check result in the fund settlement book of the fund settlement node device, if the compliance check in the fund settlement book is qualified, the fund settlement feasibility determination result of the fund settlement request can be determined to be feasible.
Step S205: and synchronizing the fund settlement feasibility judgment result in the fund settlement ledger to the ledgers of other node devices of the block chain through the block chain network.
It is to be appreciated that since the manner of message delivery in the blockchain network may be flooded, the fund settlement feasibility determination in the fund settlement ledger may be synchronized in parallel to ledgers of other node devices of the blockchain.
In order to improve the reliability of fund settlement, in an embodiment of the financial market fund settlement method based on the block chain according to the present application, the method may further include the step of performing fund settlement according to the fund settlement feasibility determination result and the intra-row service feasibility determination result after the fund settlement node device receives the intra-row service feasibility determination result synchronized by the first service participating node device, referring to fig. 5, where the step includes the following steps S206 to S207:
step S206: and judging whether the fund settlement feasibility judgment result and the inline service feasibility judgment result in the fund settlement book are both feasible or not.
Step S207: and if so, transferring the account balance corresponding to the transaction amount in the fund settlement information in the fund account of the first service participant to the fund account of the second service participant.
It is understood that, when the intra-row service feasibility determination result synchronized by the first service participation node device is added to the fund settlement ledger, the intelligent contract of the fund settlement node device judges whether the fund settlement feasibility judgment result and the intra-row service feasibility judgment result are both feasible or not, if so, indicating that the request for funds settlement has passed the feasibility judgment of all corresponding node devices, having the conditions for executing the next service settlement, the intelligent contract of the funds settlement node means informs the GIPS to transfer the corresponding account balance in the funds account of the first service participant to the funds account of the second service participant, that is, the account balance corresponding to the settlement amount in the fund settlement request is subtracted from the fund account of the first service participant, and the account balance is added to the financial account of the second service participant.
In order to improve the reliability of the fund settlement, in an embodiment of the financial market fund settlement method based on the blockchain according to the present application, the method may further include the step of synchronizing the result of the processing (especially, the result of the processing failure) to other node devices of the blockchain when the fund settlement node device is performing the fund settlement processing, referring to fig. 6, where the step includes the following steps S208 to S209:
step S208: and judging whether the fund settlement processing is successful or not.
It can be understood that, when the fund settlement node apparatus performs the fund settlement process on the fund accounts of the first service participant and the second service participant, the account balance corresponding to the settlement amount in the fund settlement request in the fund account of the first service participant needs to be transferred to the fund account of the second service participant, so that it needs to be determined whether the transfer operation is successfully performed, that is, whether there is a sufficient account balance in the fund account of the first service participant.
Step S209: synchronizing results of the fund settlement process to other node devices of a blockchain through a blockchain network.
It is to be understood that the result of the fund settlement process may include settlement success and settlement failure, and the fund settlement node device synchronizes the result of the fund settlement process to other node devices of the blockchain through the blockchain network, and preferably, synchronizes the result of the fund settlement process to the first and second business participation node devices through the blockchain network, so that the debited bank and the credited bank obtain the result of the fund settlement process.
In order to effectively optimize the bilateral business fund settlement processing link and improve the efficiency of business processing and message transmission, the present application provides another embodiment of a financial market fund settlement method based on a block chain, where an execution main body is a first business participation node device in a block chain network, as shown in fig. 7, and the financial market fund settlement method based on a block chain specifically includes the following steps S301 to S302:
step S301: and receiving a fund settlement request sent by the bond settlement node device, performing intra-row service feasibility judgment on the fund settlement request to obtain an intra-row service feasibility judgment result, and synchronizing the intra-row service feasibility judgment result to other node devices through a block chain network, so that the fund settlement node device performs fund settlement processing on fund accounts of a first service participant and a second service participant corresponding to the fund settlement request according to the intra-row service feasibility judgment result and the fund settlement feasibility judgment result.
It will be appreciated that the first business participant node means may be a peer node means (ledger node means, including one ledger and intelligent contracts) deployed in the blockchain network for the first business participant, the intelligent contract corresponding to the peer node device of the first service participant can realize the financial market fund settlement method based on the block chain, and the peer node device is connected to the orderer node device of the clearing house center, thereby receiving a fund settlement request sent by the bond settlement node device, the first business participant can be a debited bank in the financial market bond repurchase, the first service participant can be connected with the first service participant node device through a terminal device which is configured with a corresponding CA certificate so as to receive a fund settlement request sent by the bond settlement node device.
It is to be understood that the first service participation node device may perform intra-row service feasibility determination on the fund settlement request to obtain an intra-row service feasibility determination result, and synchronize the intra-row service feasibility determination result to another node device through a blockchain network, and preferably, the first service participation node device synchronizes the intra-row service feasibility determination result to the fund settlement node device through the blockchain network, so that the fund settlement node device performs fund settlement processing on fund accounts of the first service participant and the second service participant corresponding to the fund settlement request according to the intra-row service feasibility determination result and the fund settlement feasibility determination result.
Step S302: and receiving the synchronous fund settlement processing result of the fund settlement node device.
It is understood that, after the fund settlement node device performs the fund settlement processing on the fund accounts of the first service participant and the second service participant corresponding to the fund settlement request according to the intra-row service feasibility determination result and the fund settlement feasibility determination result, the result of the fund settlement processing can be resynchronized to the first service participant node device through the blockchain network.
As can be seen from the above description, the financial market fund settlement method based on the block chain according to the embodiment of the present application may receive a fund settlement request sent by a bond settlement node device through the block chain network, perform intra-row service feasibility determination on the fund settlement request, obtain an intra-row service feasibility determination result, synchronize the intra-row service feasibility determination result to other node devices through the block chain network, so that the fund settlement node device performs fund settlement processing on fund accounts of a first service participant and a second service participant corresponding to the intra-row settlement request according to the intra-row service feasibility determination result and the fund settlement feasibility determination result, and then receive a fund settlement processing result synchronized by the fund settlement node device through the block chain network, thereby rapidly, efficiently and reliably completing bilateral service fund settlement processing, the efficiency of service settlement processing and message transmission is improved.
In order to ensure the validity and feasibility of the service settlement, in an embodiment of the financial market fund settlement method based on the block chain, the method may further include the step of the first service participation settlement node device performing intra-row service feasibility determination according to the fund settlement request, where the step includes the following steps:
and checking payment information and judging the payment capability of the fund settlement request, wherein if the checking of the payment information is accurate and the judgment result of the payment capability is that the payment capability is available, the judgment result of the feasibility of the intra-row service is feasible.
It is to be understood that the first service participation node device corresponds to a first service participant, the first service participant may be a debited bank in a financial market bond buyback, and the determination content of the inline service feasibility determination performed by the first service participation node device according to the fund settlement request may include: the method comprises the steps of checking payment information and judging payment capacity, specifically, checking the payment information according to information such as payment amount, payment subject, payment account number and payment application in the fund settlement request, and judging the payment capacity by inquiring whether a self account has enough payment amount through a fund management system of a bank, wherein each debited bank has different intra-row business feasibility judgment standards, so specific judgment conditions for intra-row business feasibility judgment are not specifically limited.
It will be appreciated that if the debited bank checks the payment information correctly and determines that it has payment capabilities, the inline business feasibility determination is valid and the debited bank can synchronize the "agree to pay" information to the other node devices of the block chain via the first business participant node device.
In order to enable the result of the intra-row service feasibility determination to be synchronized to all other relevant node devices, in an embodiment of the financial market fund settlement method based on a blockchain according to the present application, the method may further include the step of synchronizing the result of the intra-row service feasibility determination to all other relevant node devices in the blockchain network through an account book of the first service participating node device, referring to fig. 8, where the step includes the following steps:
step S303: and storing the intra-row service feasibility judgment result into a corresponding first service participation account book.
It can be understood that, the peer node device is deployed in the first service participation node device, and includes a first service participation account book and a corresponding intelligent contract, and the first service participation node device may store the intra-row service feasibility determination result in the corresponding first service participation account book.
Step S304: and synchronizing the feasibility judgment result of the intra-row service in the first service participation account book to account books of other node devices of the block chain through the block chain network.
It is to be understood that, since the message passing manner in the blockchain network may be a flooding manner, the intra-row business feasibility determination result in the first business participation ledger may be synchronized in parallel to the ledgers of other node apparatuses of the blockchain.
In order to effectively optimize the bilateral business fund settlement processing link and improve the efficiency of business processing and message transmission, the present application provides another embodiment of a financial market fund settlement method based on a block chain, where an execution main body is a second business participation node device in a block chain network, as shown in fig. 9, and the financial market fund settlement method based on a block chain specifically includes the following steps S401 to S402:
step S401: and receiving a fund settlement request sent by a bond settlement node device, wherein the fund settlement request is also synchronized to other node devices of a block chain through the block chain network at the same time, so that the fund settlement node device and the first service participating node device respectively perform fund settlement feasibility judgment and intra-row service feasibility judgment, and the judgment results of the fund settlement feasibility judgment and the intra-row service feasibility judgment are synchronized to other node devices through the block chain network, so that the fund settlement node device performs fund settlement processing on fund accounts of the first service participant and the second service participant corresponding to the fund settlement request when the judgment results of the fund settlement feasibility judgment and the intra-row service feasibility judgment are both feasible.
It can be understood that a peer node device (an account book node device, including an account book and an intelligent contract) is deployed in the blockchain network for a second service participant, and the peer node device is connected to an order node device of a clearing total center so as to receive a fund settlement request sent by a bond settlement node device in the blockchain network, the second service participant can be a credited bank for bilateral service settlement in financial market bond buys, and the second service participant can be in communication connection with the second service participant node device through a terminal device which is configured with a corresponding CA certificate.
Step S402: and receiving the synchronous fund settlement processing result of the fund settlement node device.
It can be understood that, after the fund settlement node device performs the feasibility determination or the service settlement processing, the feasibility determination result and the service settlement processing result are synchronized to the second service participating node device through the blockchain network at the same time.
As can be seen from the above description, the financial market fund settlement method based on the block chain according to the embodiment of the present application can receive a fund settlement request sent by a bond settlement node device through the block chain network, where the fund settlement request is synchronized to other node devices of the block chain through the block chain network at the same time, so that the fund settlement node device and the first service participating node device perform a fund settlement feasibility determination and an intra-row service feasibility determination respectively, and synchronize the determination results of the fund settlement feasibility determination and the intra-row service feasibility determination to other node devices through the block chain network, so that the fund settlement node device performs a fund settlement process on fund accounts of the first service participant and the second service participant corresponding to the fund request when both the determination results of the fund settlement feasibility determination and the intra-row service feasibility determination are feasible, and then, receiving the synchronous fund settlement processing result of the fund settlement node device through the block chain network, quickly, efficiently and reliably completing bilateral service fund settlement processing, and improving the efficiency of service settlement processing and message transmission.
