The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of methods, apparatus and systems consistent with certain aspects of the application, as detailed in the appended claims.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method of obtaining a number tag according to an example embodiment. The present embodiment is described taking the execution on the execution terminal side as an example.
As shown in fig. 1, the method provided by this embodiment may include the following steps:
step S11, the execution terminal receives a call instruction, where the call instruction carries a number to be dialed.
The call instruction is a control instruction for controlling the execution terminal to perform a call operation, and may be a string of codes including contents such as an operation function and an operation object, where the operation object is, for example, a number to be dialed and tested, and the operation function is, for example, to make the execution terminal initiate a call to the number to be dialed and tested; the number to be dialed is a number for communication composed of a plurality of digits, for example, a mobile phone number 156 × 9027 composed of 11 digits.
The execution terminal can be a terminal with different brands, different models and different operating systems, such as a mobile phone or a tablet, or a computer with a simulator, and different execution terminals have different terminal identifications.
And step S12, the execution terminal initiates a call to the number to be dialed according to the call instruction.
And after receiving the calling instruction, the execution terminal reads the number to be dialed and tested contained in the calling instruction and initiates a call to the number to be dialed and tested according to the operation function contained in the calling instruction.
And step S13, the executive terminal saves the call interface to obtain a corresponding call interface diagram.
The call interface is a display interface on a screen of the execution terminal when the number to be dialed is called, for example, the display interface on the screen of the mobile phone when the mobile phone calls the number to be tested. The saving of the call interface may be, for example, capturing and saving a screen of a display interface during the call, and taking a picture obtained by capturing the screen as a call interface picture.
And step S14, the executive terminal analyzes the call interface diagram and acquires the number marking information contained in the call interface diagram.
When the execution terminal calls the number to be called, the marking information of the number to be called by the execution terminal is displayed on the calling interface, for example, when the mobile phone calls the number 156 x 9027, the text marking information of the local number 156 x 9027 is displayed on the mobile phone screen, so that the calling interface graph can be analyzed, for example, the text on the calling interface graph is identified, and the text marking of the number is used as the marking information of the current calling number.
And step S15, the executive terminal uploads the number marking information to the server so as to determine the final marking state of the number to be dialed.
The execution terminal uploads the number marking information to the server so as to determine the final marking state of the number to be dialed and tested, and the final marking state comprises the following steps: the execution terminal uploads the terminal identification, the number to be dial and tested and the number marking information corresponding to the number to be dial and tested to the server, for example, the execution terminal can send a mail to the server when a preset condition is met, wherein the mail comprises the terminal identification, the number to be dial and tested and the number marking information corresponding to the number to be dial and tested; the server obtains the marking information of each executing terminal to each number to be dialed to determine the final marking state of the number to be dialed, such as the marked type and the marked times of the number. The terminal identifier may be a brand and a model of the terminal, for example, a brand of a mobile phone, a model of a mobile phone, a brand of a tablet computer, a model of a tablet computer, and the like.
In order to better understand the present solution, the following describes the whole method flow provided by this embodiment, after the mobile phone receives the call instruction, the mobile phone reads the number to be dialed and tested carried by the mobile phone from the call instruction, and initiates a call to the number to be dialed and tested; when the mobile phone calls a number, the calling interface displays the marking information of the local number, so that when the mobile phone calls the number to be dialed and detected, the current calling interface needs to be stored, for example, the current calling interface is subjected to screenshot to obtain a calling interface picture, then the mobile phone analyzes the calling interface picture, and the marking information of the local number is analyzed from the calling interface picture; finally, the terminal identification, the number to be tested and the marking information of the terminal to the number to be tested can be sent to the server in a mail mode, so that related personnel can timely and comprehensively obtain the marking information of the numbers of different execution terminals, for example, a first number is marked as an advertisement promotion by 54 people on a first execution terminal, and is marked as information such as express delivery takeout and the like by 138 people on a second execution terminal; the second number is marked as an advertising promotion by 36 people on the first fulfillment terminal, by 47 on the second fulfillment terminal, etc.
In the embodiment, a calling instruction is received through an execution terminal, wherein the calling instruction carries a number to be dialed and tested; then the execution terminal initiates a call to the number to be dialed and tested according to the call instruction; storing the call interface to obtain a corresponding call interface graph; analyzing the call interface graph to acquire number marking information contained in the call interface graph; and finally, the execution terminal uploads the number marking information to the server so as to determine the final marking state of the number to be dialed and tested. The method for acquiring the number mark can acquire the mark information of the number from the execution terminal, so that related personnel can acquire more comprehensive mark information of the number, the related personnel can conveniently and flexibly schedule the number, and the effective utilization rate of the number is improved.
In one embodiment, before the executing terminal receives the call instruction, the method for acquiring the number tag further includes: and respectively installing preset applications on the execution terminal and the control terminal, wherein the preset applications are used for controlling the execution terminal by the control terminal.
The control terminal is a terminal that can generate and send a control instruction to the execution terminal so that the execution terminal operates according to the control instruction, and in this embodiment, the control terminal is used to generate and send a call instruction to the execution terminal, such as a Personal Computer (PC), a mobile phone, a tablet, and the like.
Before the control terminal sends a call instruction to the execution terminal, an automation framework (Apdium) needs to be installed on the control terminal in advance, and the control terminal can send an application installation instruction to the execution terminal through the Apdium, wherein the instruction comprises installation information of a call application program. And after receiving the application installation instruction, the execution terminal acquires the installation information from the application installation instruction and installs a calling application program according to the installation information, wherein the calling application program installed on the execution terminal is used for actively calling the number to be dialed and tested when the execution terminal receives the calling instruction. For example, after receiving the call instruction, the execution terminal reads the mobile phone number 136 × 3246 composed of 11 digits from the call instruction, and then the execution terminal actively initiates a call to the number 136 × 3246 by a call application installed on the execution terminal.
In one embodiment, the method of obtaining a number tag further comprises: and when the execution terminal analyzes the call interface graph and the obtained number marking information contained in the call interface graph is empty, executing the step that the execution terminal receives the call instruction.
When the execution terminal calls the number to be dialed, some abnormal conditions may occur, for example, when a call comes, the current call may be interrupted, or when the call comes, prompt information such as a blank screen, an upgrade, a short message and the like appears on a screen of a mobile phone, which may block the mark information of the number in the call interface, so that the mark information of the number cannot be acquired in the call interface obtained by screen capturing, and therefore, a call instruction needs to be sent to the execution terminal again, so that the execution terminal calls the number to be dialed again until the mark information of the number is acquired from the call interface obtained by screen capturing.
In addition, if preset prompt information, such as short message prompt or upgrade prompt, appears on a calling interface when the execution terminal calls the number to be dialed, the prompt information is automatically skipped and the calling interface is directly entered; if the preset execution terminal calls the number to be dialed and tested, the screen is automatically awakened; and if the preset execution terminal is suddenly shut down when calling the number to be dialed and tested, sending alarm information to the server so that related personnel can acquire the alarm information in time and take corresponding measures.
Illustratively, when the executive terminal is calling the number 031289 × 16, the executive terminal has a short message alert, the alert information is displayed on the current calling interface, and there is a situation that the marking information of the number 031289 × 16 is just blocked, when the alert information appears on the calling interface, the executive terminal automatically skips the alert information and enters the current calling interface, but if the executive terminal appears the alert information when the calling interface is screenshot, the executive terminal may not have time to skip the alert information, so that the marking information of the number 031289 × 16 cannot be obtained by analyzing on the screenshot calling interface. Thus, the control terminal may resend the call instruction to the executive terminal, continuing to call number 031289 × 16.
In the embodiment, the stability of the automatic operation of the whole system is improved by automatically processing some possible situations during calling.
In one embodiment, the call instruction carries a plurality of numbers to be dialed; after the execution terminal receives the call instruction, the method for acquiring the number tag further comprises the following steps: and the execution terminal stores a plurality of numbers to be dialed and tested to a local database.
The number list storage method comprises the steps that a plurality of numbers to be tested can be stored in a local database in a list mode, the execution terminal writes a plurality of numbers to be tested in the number list, and then the number list is stored in the local database, so that the execution terminal can read the numbers to be tested in the list in sequence.
In one embodiment, the method for initiating a call to a number to be dialed according to a call instruction by an execution terminal includes: and the execution terminal acquires the numbers to be dialed and tested from the local database and initiates calls to the numbers to be dialed and tested in sequence.
One executing terminal calls one number to be dialed and tested at a time, the executing terminal reads one number to be dialed and tested at a time from the number list in the local database according to the sequence of the numbers in the number list and initiates a call, and the executing terminal reads the next number to be dialed and tested after the call is completed to call.
After receiving a call instruction, the execution terminal acquires ten numbers to be dialed and tested as a first number to be dialed and tested, a second number to be dialed and tested, and an … tenth number to be dialed and tested from the call instruction, the execution terminal sequentially stores the numbers to be dialed and tested into a local number table in a local database, and sequentially reads the numbers to be dialed and tested recorded in the local number table during calling, for example, the first number to be dialed and tested is read and called first, after the marking information of the first number to be dialed and tested is acquired, the second number to be dialed and tested … is called until the marking information of the numbers to be dialed and tested in the local number table is acquired. The first number to be dialed and the second number to be dialed … …, the tenth number to be dialed and tested are numbers for communication composed of a plurality of digits, for example, a mobile phone number composed of 11 digits, or a telephone number composed of 7 digits.
In one embodiment, the method of obtaining a number tag further comprises: and when the final marking state of the number to be dialed is determined to be the preset marking type, carrying out number cleaning processing on the number to be dialed.
Wherein, the preset mark type may include: marketing, fraud, advertising promotion, express takeout, etc. And cleaning the number to be dialed and tested, namely clearing the mark information of the number to be dialed and tested. For example, when the number marking information is of the above types, the operator, security guard, or other platform may be complained that the number is not a fraud, promotional, or other type number, and the marking status of the number may be cleared, or the number may be replaced.
In one embodiment, when the terminal type of the execution terminal is a preset type, before the execution terminal receives the call instruction to execute, the method for acquiring the number tag further includes: and physically connecting the execution terminal with the control terminal so that the control terminal successfully sends the call instruction to the execution terminal.
The physical connection refers to a means for connecting the devices by using physical characteristics of the devices, for example, a connection between the execution terminal and the control terminal is established through the USB hub.
The execution terminals can be terminals of a plurality of different brands, different models and different operating systems, the execution terminals are connected to the control terminal through the USB concentrator, the control terminal can simultaneously send the call instruction to the execution terminals, multi-thread interaction is achieved through data transmission between the control terminal and the execution terminals, and data transmission of the execution terminals and the control terminal is not mutually affected. Therefore, a plurality of execution terminals can work simultaneously, and the efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, the USB concentrator can realize the transverse capacity expansion of the preset execution terminal, and the number mark recognition rate of different execution terminals is improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method of obtaining a number tag according to an example embodiment. The present embodiment is described with an example of execution on the control terminal side.
As shown in fig. 2, the method provided by this embodiment may include the following steps:
and step S21, acquiring the number to be dialed and tested.
In this step, the number to be tested may be obtained from a pre-established database storing the number to be tested, so that the control terminal may generate a call instruction according to the number to be tested and send the call instruction to the execution terminal.
Step S22, sending a call instruction to the predetermined execution terminal, where the call instruction includes the number to be dialed and tested, so as to trigger the predetermined execution terminal to call the number to be dialed and tested.
In this step, the call instruction is a control instruction for controlling the execution terminal to perform a call operation, and may be a string of codes including contents such as an operation function and an operation object, where the operation object is, for example, a number to be dialed and the operation function is, for example, to trigger the execution terminal to initiate a call to the number to be dialed. The control terminal may send the call instruction to the execution terminal by using wired transmission or wireless transmission, but not limited thereto. The wired transmission means is, for example, data line transmission, and the wireless transmission means is, for example, bluetooth transmission, electromagnetic wave transmission, or the like.
And step S23, performing screen capture on a calling interface when the preset execution terminal calls the number to be dialed to obtain a screen capture picture, and analyzing the screen capture picture to obtain mark information of the number to be dialed and measured, which is included in the screen capture picture.
In this embodiment, the control terminal may be a Personal Computer (PC), or may be a number marking system provided on the PC. The predetermined execution terminal may be a mobile phone or a tablet computer or the like supporting the call making. For example, after receiving a call instruction, the mobile phone can automatically call a number to be dialed; then, the call interface is subjected to screen capture, and the marked information in the screen capture picture is obtained through analysis, for example, the information is marked as an advertising promotion by 54 people and is marked as express delivery take-away by 138 people.
It should be noted that, for the steps not explained in detail in this embodiment, reference may be made to an embodiment executed by a method on the side of the execution terminal, which is not described herein again.
In the embodiment, the number to be dialed and tested is obtained; then sending a calling instruction to a preset execution terminal, wherein the calling instruction comprises a number to be dialed and tested so as to trigger the preset execution terminal to call the number to be dialed and tested; and finally, performing screen capture on a calling interface when the preset execution terminal calls the number to be dialed and tested to obtain a screen capture picture, and analyzing the screen capture picture to obtain mark information of the number to be dialed and tested, which is included in the screen capture picture. The method for acquiring the number mark can acquire the mark information of the number on the execution terminal, so that related personnel can acquire the more comprehensive mark information of the number, the related personnel can conveniently and flexibly schedule the number, and the effective utilization rate of the number is improved.
In one embodiment, when the call instruction is a first call instruction, the method for acquiring the number tag further includes: and setting installation information of a preset program in the first calling instruction so as to trigger a preset execution terminal to install the preset program according to the installation information, wherein the preset program is used for automatically calling the number to be dialed after the preset execution terminal acquires the current number to be detected.
Wherein the predetermined program may be a calling application. For an execution terminal, if a received call instruction is a first call instruction, the execution terminal needs to be controlled to set installation information of a preset program in the first call instruction, such as installation information of a calling application program, after the execution terminal receives the call instruction, the installation information is obtained from the call instruction, the calling application program is installed on the local computer according to the installation information, then the installed calling application program can automatically input a number to be dialed and tested contained in the call instruction, and the number to be dialed and tested is actively called; when the calling instruction is received again, the execution terminal can automatically open the installed calling application program, and automatically input the number to be dialed and tested contained in the calling instruction to initiate calling.
In one embodiment, the number of the predetermined execution terminals is at least one, and the method for acquiring a number tag further includes: recording corresponding associated information, wherein the associated information comprises: the number to be tested currently, the information of each preset execution terminal and the marking information of the number to be tested currently corresponding to each preset execution terminal; and uploading the associated information to a management terminal so that the management terminal sends a number marking mail to preset personnel when the management terminal reaches a preset condition, wherein the number marking mail comprises the associated information.
After the management terminal acquires the marking information of the number to be detected, the management terminal automatically sends a number marking email to operation related personnel when a preset condition is reached, so that the operation related personnel can know the marking condition of each preset execution terminal on the number in time, and the operation related personnel can conveniently and flexibly process the marked number.
The specific mark information may include: the type of each number to be tested is marked on different execution terminals and the marking times corresponding to each type, for example, the first number to be tested is marked as an advertisement promotion 5 times on the first execution terminal, and is marked as a harassing call 6 times on the second execution terminal; the second number to be tested is marked as an advertisement promotion 10 times on the first execution terminal, and is marked as a harassing call 18 times on the second execution terminal, and the like; third number to be tested … …
The statistical information of the tag classification may include: the number of all numbers to be tested is marked as the number of each type. For example, the number marked as an advertisement promotion, the number marked as a nuisance call, the number marked as an express delivery, etc. of all the numbers to be tested.
Specifically, after the control terminal acquires the marking information of the numbers to be dialed and tested by each execution terminal, the information of the numbers to be dialed and tested by each execution terminal and the marking information of the numbers to be dialed and tested by each execution terminal are stored in a local marking table in a local database, then the information in the local marking table is sent to the management terminal in real time, and the management terminal stores the information in a far-end marking table in a far-end database, so that the far-end marking table contains the numbers to be dialed and tested, the information of each execution terminal and the marking information of the numbers to be dialed and tested by each execution terminal; the management terminal can detect whether the quantity of all the marking information in the remote marking table is equal to the product of the quantity of the numbers to be dialed and the preset numerical value or not in real time, and when the condition is met, the number marking mail is sent to related personnel. The preset value may be 7, which represents seven different mark platforms (e.g., seven different brands, different models, different operating systems of mobile phones, or a security guard and other different execution terminals). Only when the marking information of each number on the seven platforms is completely acquired, the marking information of the current number is completely acquired, and the mail is sent, so that the completeness of the marking information corresponding to each number is guaranteed. For example, the number of the numbers in the remote tag table is 100, each number should obtain tag information of 7 platforms correspondingly, that is, the number of the tag information corresponding to each number is 7, therefore, the number of the tag information corresponding to 100 numbers is 700, when the number of the tag information is equal to 700, it indicates that all the numbers have obtained complete tag information, and then a number tag mail is sent to a preset person; when the product of the number of the numbers and the preset numerical value is not equal to the number of the mark information, the mark information of all the numbers is incomplete, and the management terminal does not send the mail at the moment.
It should be noted that the management terminal in this embodiment may be a computer, a server, or other device equipped with a management system, and is configured to set the number to be dialed and send the number to the control terminal, so that the control terminal can receive the number to be dialed.
In an embodiment, the method for obtaining a number-marked email further includes: determining an abnormal execution terminal, wherein the abnormal execution terminal is a preset execution terminal which does not obtain the marking information of the current number to be detected by analyzing in the corresponding screenshot picture; and sending the calling instruction to the abnormal execution terminal again until the mark information of the current number to be detected is obtained by analyzing the screen capture picture corresponding to the abnormal execution terminal, or the preset maximum times is reached.
In all the execution terminals, some abnormal situations may occur in a certain execution terminal, for example, when a call comes, the current call may be interrupted, or when the call comes, prompt information such as a blank screen, an upgrade, a short message and the like appears on a screen of a mobile phone, which may block the marking information of the number in the call interface, so that the marking information of the number cannot be acquired in the call interface obtained by screen capture, and the execution terminal in which the abnormal situation occurs is determined as an abnormal execution terminal. The control terminal needs to send a call instruction to the abnormal execution terminal again, so that the execution terminal calls the number to be dialed again until the mark information of the number is acquired from the call interface obtained by screen capture, or the number reaches the preset maximum number.
Wherein the preset maximum number may be 3. For example, if the abnormal terminal is suddenly turned off, the third call instruction sent to the execution terminal cannot acquire the mark information of the current number to be dialed and tested, and then when the third call instruction is sent again and the mark information of the current number to be dialed and tested cannot be acquired, the sending of the call instruction is stopped, and alarm information is sent to the server, wherein the alarm information may include the identification information of the abnormal terminal and corresponding abnormal information, so that related personnel can know the situation in time and implement corresponding solutions.
In addition, if preset prompt information, such as short message prompt or upgrade prompt, appears on a calling interface when the execution terminal calls the number to be dialed, the prompt information is automatically skipped and the calling interface is directly entered; and if the preset execution terminal has a black screen when calling the number to be dialed and tested, automatically awakening the screen.
In an embodiment, the method for obtaining a number tag further includes: and after the preset duration after the call instruction is sent to the preset execution terminal, sending a hang-up instruction to the preset execution terminal to trigger the preset execution terminal to stop calling.
The preset duration can be set according to the actual call condition. Because the purpose of calling the number to be tested by the execution terminal is to acquire the marking information of the number to be tested by the execution terminal, the execution terminal needs to hang up after acquiring the marking information of the number to be tested so as to ensure that the execution terminal continues to call the next number to be tested.
For example, the preset execution terminal receives a call instruction, calls a number to be tested according to the call instruction, and then captures a screen of a call interface, and the process requires a time of at most 7 seconds, so that the preset time can be set to 7 seconds, after 7 seconds after the call instruction is sent to the preset execution terminal, the preset execution terminal sends a hang-up instruction to the preset execution terminal, stops calling after receiving the hang-up instruction, and then continues to call the next number to be dialed and tested. The process controls the calling time, completes the 7-second automatic on-hook operation, not only ensures the effective acquisition of the marking information of the number to be detected, but also improves the information acquisition efficiency.
In an embodiment, the method for obtaining a number tag further includes: receiving a test instruction sent by a management terminal at regular time, wherein the test instruction comprises a number to be tested; storing the number to be detected into a preset local number table, and sequentially reading the number to be detected from the local number table to serve as the current number to be detected; after acquiring the marking information of the current number to be detected, storing the marking information in a preset local marking table; and after receiving the migration instruction sent by the management terminal, backing up the mark information in the local mark table to a preset local mark general table, and emptying the local number table and the local mark table after backing up.
And the local mark table and the local number table are stored in a local database. After acquiring the numbers to be dialed and tested from the test instruction, the management terminal stores all the numbers to be dialed and tested into a local number table, and a number marking system on the control terminal sequentially reads the numbers to be dialed and tested from the local number table, generates a call instruction and sends the call instruction to the execution terminal; after the marking information of the number to be dialed is acquired, the number marking system correspondingly stores the marking information into the local marking table, meanwhile, the number marking system in the PC uploads the marking information corresponding to the number to be detected in the local marking table to the remote marking table corresponding to the number to be dialed in the remote database in real time, and simultaneously changes the state of the corresponding number marking information in the local marking table in the local database into the uploaded state (which can be represented by 1), so that the management terminal can conveniently judge whether the uploading of the marking information of the number is repeated. And uploading the related information in the local mark table to a remote mark table in real time, so that the management terminal can detect whether the mark information corresponding to all the numbers in the remote mark table reaches the preset condition in real time, and can send a number mark mail when the preset condition is reached.
In addition, after the management terminal successfully sends the mail, the management terminal backs up the mark information in the far-end mark table in the far-end database into a preset far-end mark general table, and clears the far-end number table and the far-end mark table; then, the management terminal sends a migration instruction to a number marking system in the PC, and after receiving the migration instruction, the number marking system backups the number marking information in the local marking table in the local database to a preset local marking general table, and clears the data in the local marking table and the local marking table after the backup.
In some embodiments, the relevant personnel may configure the number to be tested through the management terminal and other relevant parameters, such as the status of the number (the marked and unmarked status may be represented by the numbers 1 and 0, respectively), the execution date (i.e., the date of setting the parameters), the gateway to be run, a configuration switch, etc., wherein the number to be tested may be configured under the gateway to be run. After the data is set, the management terminal sets the number to be tested and the corresponding related parameters in a remote database, for example, sets the number to be tested and the corresponding related parameters in a remote number table, and sets the mark information on each security guard of the number to be tested in a remote mark table corresponding to the remote number table. And the marking information of the number to be detected on each security guard is obtained by crawling the script.
In one embodiment, sending a call instruction to a predetermined executing terminal includes: and sending the call instruction to a plurality of predetermined execution terminals in parallel.
For each number to be dialed and tested, all the label information of the number to be dialed and tested on different execution terminals needs to be acquired, so that a call instruction needs to be sent to a plurality of execution terminals, and in order to improve efficiency, the call instruction can be sent to each execution terminal in parallel, so that each execution terminal can call the number to be dialed and tested to acquire the label information of each corresponding number.
For example, all execution terminals can be connected to one control terminal through a USB hub, so that data transmission between multiple execution terminals of the control terminal realizes multi-thread interaction, and data transmission between each execution terminal and the control terminal is not affected by each other. Therefore, a plurality of execution terminals can work simultaneously, and the efficiency is greatly improved; meanwhile, the USB concentrator can realize the transverse capacity expansion of the preset execution terminal, and the number mark recognition rate of different execution terminals is improved. It should be noted that the method for acquiring the number tag may be, but is not limited to, applied to a PC, or a linux server, that is, the number tag system and the app may be deployed on the same PC, or may be deployed on the same linux server, so as to implement the method.
