Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a load abnormality warning method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in the figure, in the application scenario, an intranet firewall 1, an intranet firewall 2, and an intranet firewall 3 are 3 intranet firewalls deployed for a target intranet, a mobile wireless access device 1 and a mobile wireless access device 2 are respectively connected to the intranet firewall 1, the mobile wireless access device 3 is connected to the intranet firewall 3, a user terminal 1 is connected to the mobile wireless access device 2, the user terminal 2 is connected to the mobile wireless access device, and a load monitoring server is deployed in the target intranet and is respectively connected to the intranet firewall 1, the intranet firewall 2, and the intranet firewall 3 through the target intranet.
Here, the target intranet is a local area communication network that connects various computers, servers, databases, and the like within one local geographical range of a specific enterprise, a specific organization, a specific school, and the like to each other. When the terminal or the server in the target intranet carries out communication, the communication is realized through a data link layer, and communication messages do not need to pass through the route of a router; when the terminal or the server outside the target intranet carries out communication, the communication is realized through a network layer, communication messages sent by the terminal or the server inside the target intranet need to be routed to the terminal or the server outside the target intranet after being converted by a router through network address, and communication messages returned by the terminal or the server outside the target intranet need to be routed to the terminal or the server inside the target intranet after being converted by the router through the network address.
Here, the intranet firewall deployed for the target intranet may be a firewall deployed around the world and configured to filter data packets entering and exiting the target intranet, and the intranet firewall is connected to the router of the target intranet through the wide area network, and further connected to the intranet server of the target intranet through the router of the target intranet.
Here, the mobile wireless access device is a mobile wireless access device capable of transmitting wireless network signals and having a routing function. The mobile wireless access device accesses a data network by inserting a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, accesses a wired network by inserting a network cable, and accesses a wireless network by connecting a wireless fidelity (WIFI). The user terminal can access the wireless network transmitted by the mobile wireless access equipment to connect with the mobile wireless access equipment.
Here, the load abnormality warning server may be a server deployed in or outside a target intranet, configured to monitor a load state of each intranet firewall of the target intranet or a mobile wireless access device connected to the intranet firewall, and send a warning when it is determined that the load state is abnormal.
Here, the intranet firewall allocation apparatus may be a device, such as a GTM (Global Traffic Manager) device, which has a domain name resolution function for the target intranet and stores the IP addresses and the deployment locations of the firewalls deployed for the target intranet.
Here, the user terminal may be a terminal device having a wireless network receiving function, including a notebook computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a load abnormality warning method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where as shown in the figure, the method may include:
s201, the first mobile wireless access equipment sends an intranet connection request aiming at a target intranet to the intranet firewall distribution equipment.
Specifically, the first mobile wireless access device may send an intranet connection request to the intranet firewall distribution device after being triggered and started, may send an intranet connection request to the intranet firewall distribution device after receiving a function start instruction sent by a user to access a target intranet, or may send an intranet connection request to the intranet firewall distribution device when receiving an intranet access request for the target intranet sent by a connected user terminal. The intranet connection request may carry the intranet domain name of the target intranet, so that the intranet firewall distribution device resolves the intranet domain name and then determines the intranet connection request as the intranet connection request for the target intranet.
S202, the intranet firewall distribution equipment distributes a first intranet firewall to the first mobile wireless access equipment from a plurality of intranet firewalls deployed aiming at the target intranet according to the intranet connection request.
Specifically, the intranet firewall distribution equipment may acquire the geographic position of the first mobile wireless access equipment through the intranet connection request, and distribute, as a first intranet firewall, an intranet firewall closest to the first mobile wireless access equipment according to the geographic position and deployment positions of the intranet firewalls deployed for the target intranet. The intranet firewall allocation device can also acquire network delay between the first mobile wireless access device and each intranet firewall deployed for a target intranet, and allocate the intranet firewall corresponding to the minimum network delay as the first intranet firewall to the first mobile wireless access device.
S203, the first mobile wireless access device establishes connection with the first intranet firewall.
Specifically, in step S202, after the intranet firewall allocation device allocates a first intranet firewall to the first mobile wireless access device, the intranet firewall allocation device sends a firewall IP address of the first intranet firewall to the first mobile wireless access device, and the mobile wireless access device establishes a connection based on a TCP/IP protocol with the first intranet firewall according to the firewall IP address.
S204, the load monitoring server obtains the access equipment state information of the first mobile wireless access equipment.
Here, the load monitoring server may obtain the status information of the access device through the first intranet firewall. The first mobile wireless access device may periodically send the state information of the access device to a first intranet firewall connected to the first mobile wireless access device, and the first intranet firewall forwards the state information of the access device to the load monitoring server. The access device status information may include access device load information for the first mobile wireless access device, such as CPU occupancy, memory usage, terminal connection number, packet loss rate, etc. of the first mobile wireless access device, it may further include access device class information and access device location information of the first mobile wireless access device, where the access device class information may be one of low class, medium class and high class, load anomalies caused by the same access device load information, to which the low-level, medium-level and high-level mobile radio access devices are sensitive in order, that is, the corresponding alarm levels are sequentially increased, for example, for the access device load information that the CPU occupancy rate exceeds 60%, the low-level mobile wireless access device corresponds to the access device alarm level with the lower level, and the high-level mobile wireless access device corresponds to the access device alarm level with the higher level.
And S205, when the load monitoring server determines that the first mobile wireless access device is in an abnormal access device state according to the access device load information, determining a first access device alarm level corresponding to the first mobile wireless access device from a plurality of preset access device alarm levels aiming at the mobile wireless access device according to the access device state information.
Here, the access device load information of the first mobile wireless access device includes load information for different load indexes, for example, the load indexes may include CPU occupancy, memory usage, number of terminal connections, number of data packets sent per second, number of data packets received per second, and the like, different normal load index thresholds are set for different load indexes, and when load information corresponding to any load index exceeds a corresponding normal load index threshold, it is determined that the first mobile wireless access device is in an access device abnormal state.
Here, a plurality of access device alarm levels for the mobile wireless access device are preset, and the load monitoring server obtains access device load conditions, access device level conditions and access device location conditions corresponding to each access device alarm level for the mobile wireless access device; and when determining that the load information of the access equipment, the grade information of the access equipment and the position information of the access equipment respectively meet the load condition, the grade condition and the position condition of the access equipment corresponding to the alarm grade of the first access equipment, the load monitoring server determines the alarm grade of the first access equipment as the alarm grade of the access equipment corresponding to the first mobile wireless access equipment. Each of the above-mentioned access device alarm levels may correspond to a plurality of level condition combinations composed of different access device load conditions, access device level conditions, and access device location conditions, and if the access device status information of the first mobile wireless access device satisfies any one of the level condition combinations of the first access device alarm levels, the first access device alarm level is determined as the access device alarm level corresponding to the first mobile wireless access device.
For example, the plurality of access device alert levels for the mobile wireless access device may include a low level access device alert level, a medium level access device alert level, and a high level access device alert level, the high level access device alert level including a combination of two level conditions: 1. access device load conditions: the number of terminal connections is greater than 20, and the access device level condition is as follows: the mobile access equipment grade is middle grade or above, and the access equipment position condition is as follows: the access equipment is positioned in a core office area; 2. the load condition of the access equipment is as follows: the number of terminal connections is greater than 10, and the access device level condition is as follows: the mobile access equipment is advanced, and the access equipment position condition is as follows: the access device is located in a core office area. If the access device load information contained in the access device state information of the first mobile wireless access device is that the terminal connection number is 15, the contained access device class information is high class, and the contained access device position information is a core office area, the level condition combination 2 corresponding to the high class access device alarm class is met, and the high class access device alarm class is determined as the access device alarm class corresponding to the first mobile wireless access device.
And S206, the load monitoring server determines a first access equipment abnormal alarm mode corresponding to the first access equipment alarm level according to the preset corresponding relation between the access equipment alarm level and the access equipment abnormal alarm mode.
Specifically, the load monitoring server presets a corresponding relationship between different access device alarm levels and different access device abnormal alarm modes, for example, the preset corresponding relationship between an access device alarm level and an access device abnormal alarm mode may include: a mail alarm mode corresponding to the alarm level of the low-level access equipment, a mail and short message simultaneous alarm mode corresponding to the alarm level of the medium-level access equipment, a mail and short message simultaneous alarm mode corresponding to the alarm level of the high-level access equipment; for another example, the preset correspondence between the access device alarm level and the access device abnormal alarm mode may include: the low-level access equipment alarm level corresponds to a character alarm mode, the medium-level access equipment alarm level corresponds to a telephone alarm mode, and the high-level access equipment alarm level corresponds to a circular alarm mode. The above-mentioned character warning mode can include mail warning mode, short message warning mode or instant communication message warning mode, etc., and the above-mentioned circular warning mode can be that a plurality of managers of access equipment corresponding to the abnormal state of the access equipment circularly dial warning telephone, until any manager of access equipment switches on and responds to the warning telephone, stop warning.
Here, the implementation manner of the load monitoring server sending the access device alarm according to the circular alarm manner may be as follows: presetting a first access device administrator corresponding to the abnormal state of the access device, wherein the first access device administrator comprises a plurality of access device administrators with different access device processing priority levels, and the load monitoring server determines the access device administrator with the highest access device priority level in the first access device administrators as a target access device administrator; the load monitoring server sends an access equipment alarm aiming at the first mobile wireless access equipment in the first access equipment abnormal state to the target access equipment administrator according to the first access equipment abnormal alarm mode; the load monitoring server stops the access equipment alarm when determining that the target access equipment administrator responds to the access equipment alarm; when the load monitoring server determines that the target access device administrator does not respond to the access device alarm, the load monitoring server determines the access device administrator with the highest processing priority level of the first access device administrator as the target access device administrator among the access device administrators with the lowest access device alarm frequency sent by the load monitoring server, and executes the first access device abnormal alarm mode to send an access device alarm aiming at that the first mobile wireless access device is in a first access device abnormal state to the target access device administrator; and when determining that the number of times of access device alarms sent by the load monitoring server and aiming at the abnormal state of the first mobile wireless access device is the same by each access device administrator in the first access device administrators, the load monitoring server determines the access device administrator with the highest priority level of the access devices in the first access device administrators as a target access device administrator. Here, the access device processing priority level may be determined according to the service responsibility range, the service proficiency level, and the like of each access device administrator.
And S207, the load monitoring server sends out an access equipment alarm aiming at the first mobile wireless access equipment in the abnormal state of the access equipment according to the first access equipment abnormal alarm mode.
Optionally, after step S207, the method may further include: the load monitoring server periodically detects whether the abnormal state of the access equipment is processed or not; and when determining that the abnormal state of the access equipment is not processed, the load monitoring server sends out an access equipment alarm aiming at the abnormal state of the access equipment of the first mobile wireless access equipment according to the abnormal alarm mode of the first access equipment. The method and the device realize the alarm with stronger trackability for the abnormal state of the access equipment and improve the efficiency of processing the abnormal state of the access equipment.
In the embodiment of the invention, when determining that the first mobile wireless access equipment is in an abnormal access equipment state according to access equipment load information contained in access equipment state information of the first mobile wireless access equipment, a load monitoring server determines a first access equipment alarm level corresponding to the first mobile wireless access equipment according to the access equipment state information, and sends an access equipment alarm according to a first access equipment abnormal alarm mode corresponding to the first access equipment alarm level. The method and the system realize differential alarm according to the alarm grade of the access equipment, improve the response degree of a corresponding administrator to the abnormal state of the access equipment, and further improve the network stability of the user terminal for accessing the target intranet.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of another load abnormality warning method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where after a first mobile wireless access device establishes a connection with an intranet firewall distributed by an intranet firewall distribution device, a load monitoring server monitors a load state of the first mobile wireless access device, and gives a warning when it is determined that an abnormal state of an access device exists, and as shown in the drawing, the method may include:
s301, the load monitoring server obtains the access equipment state information of the first mobile wireless access equipment.
And S302, when the load monitoring server determines that the first mobile wireless access device is in an abnormal state of the access device according to the load information of the access device, the load monitoring server determines a first access device alarm level corresponding to the first mobile wireless access device from a plurality of preset access device alarm levels aiming at the mobile wireless access device according to the state information of the access device.
And S303, the load monitoring server determines a first access equipment abnormal alarm mode corresponding to the first access equipment alarm grade according to the preset corresponding relation between the access equipment alarm grade and the access equipment abnormal alarm mode.
S304, the load monitoring server determines a first access device administrator set corresponding to the first access device alarm level according to the corresponding relation between the preset access device alarm level and the access device administrator set.
Here, step S304 may be executed at any time after step S302 and before step S305.
The first access device administrator set comprises a plurality of access device administrators, and the first access device administrator is one of the access device administrators. The access device administrator set corresponding to each access device alarm level may be determined according to the service management responsible range or the service proficiency level of each access device administrator set. For example, the service charge range of the access device administrator in the access device administrator set corresponding to the access device alarm level with the higher level is relatively larger, the proficiency level of the service is relatively higher, the service charge range of the access device administrator in the access device administrator set corresponding to the access device alarm level with the lower level is relatively smaller, and the proficiency level of the service is relatively lower. The number of the access device administrators included in the access device administrator sets corresponding to each access device alarm level may also be different according to different access device alarm levels, for example, the frequency of occurrence of the access device abnormal state corresponding to the access device alarm level of a higher level is lower, the number of the access device administrators in the corresponding access device administrator set is higher, the frequency of occurrence of the access device abnormal state corresponding to the access device alarm level of a lower level is higher, and the number of the access device administrators in the corresponding access device administrator set is smaller.
S305, the load monitoring server sends an access device alarm for the first mobile wireless access device being in the first access device abnormal state to the first access device administrator according to the first access device abnormal alarm mode.
S306, the load monitoring server determines whether to receive an alarm response message sent by the first access device administrator.
Here, the alarm response message is different according to a difference of the abnormal alarm mode of the first access device of the monitoring load server in step S305, for example, if the alarm mode of the first access device is a short message alarm mode, the alarm response message may be a short message with fixed text content replied by the administrator of the first access device, if the alarm mode of the first access device is a mail alarm mode, the alarm response message may be a mail with fixed text content replied by the administrator of the first access device, and if the alarm mode of the first access device is a telephone alarm mode, the alarm response message may be a telephone connection message that is triggered and sent by the first access device administrator making a telephone connection.
