Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rehabilitation equipment, in particular to a rehabilitation bed pose conversion device and a bed body suitable for upper and lower limb rehabilitation.
Background
At present, the rehabilitation bed on the market in China is designed for lower limb rehabilitation, the working principle of the rehabilitation bed is that the bed body is required to realize the standing function when a patient carries out gait training, and the bed body is required to have the function of helping the patient to sit or lie flat according to the difference of the designed lower limb rehabilitation training machines when the patient carries out knee joint rotation training. Namely, the patient needs three different poses in the rehabilitation training process, namely standing, sitting or lying down. However, because the existing rehabilitation robot is usually only used for rehabilitation of upper limbs or lower limbs, the design of the rehabilitation bed body which is used for cooperating with the rehabilitation robot is single, and the upper limbs can be rehabilitated and the lower limbs can be rehabilitated by using a product which is rarely produced. Therefore, the rehabilitation bed body matched with the upper and lower limb rehabilitation instruments mostly only has one or two poses, and the function of converting the three poses is not realized.
The existing multi-position bed body of the rehabilitation robot is to modularize each part and design a reasonable structure aiming at the function according to the function which the lower limb rehabilitation training aid should have. The back lifting mechanism changes the training posture (sitting-lying) of the patient by changing the lifting angle of the back plate, ensures the subjective comfort of the patient during training and meets the training requirements. The upright mechanism has the corresponding upright function and helps the patient to realize the standing action. The lifting mechanism is matched with the vertical function on one hand, and on the other hand, the purpose of helping the patient to horizontally transfer from a wheelchair, a bed to the trainer is achieved.
The traditional back lifting mechanism directly or indirectly pushes the back to complete the turnover action by an electric push rod, and the folding angle of the back plate is mostly not more than 75 degrees. However, the length of the push rod may occupy a large space below the back plate due to the limitation of the length of the push rod, so that the electric push rod can interfere with the operation of other mechanisms, such as an upper limb rehabilitation mechanism. Meanwhile, the folding angle of the back plate is greatly influenced by the stroke of the electric push rod.
The upright mechanism mostly adopts an electric push rod to directly push the bed board to realize integral standing action, and the upright (reverse vertical and horizontal) angle of the bed board does not exceed 80 degrees. During gait training, the upright angle influences the gait simulation of a patient when walking upright, and the gait simulation is closest to the real walking state when the upright angle is 90 degrees.
The lifting mechanism is mostly realized by a lifting column or a parallelogram mechanism. The lifting function is realized by adopting an integrated lifting upright post. The lifting column can provide axial thrust, but has limited bearing capacity when encountering eccentric loads, cannot be stressed in the lateral direction or can be seriously damaged. Therefore, the lifting upright column is used for directly driving the whole bed body to lift, the application range is small, the stress condition requirement is large, and the bed body is restricted by the structural stress condition. The lifting is realized by adopting a quadrilateral mechanism and essentially by utilizing a special four-bar mechanism, and the parallelogram formed by the four-bar mechanism is changed into a rectangle by pushing a bevel edge rod piece in the mechanism through an electric push rod, so that the lifting is realized. But the lifting height of the mechanism is greatly influenced by the installation angle and the stroke of the push rod.
The three poses of the rehabilitation bed can be switched by the mechanism, the three poses can be limited by the electric push rod and the original upper and lower limb rehabilitation equipment, and meanwhile, the traditional turnover angle cannot meet the requirements of upper and lower limb rehabilitation training.
