All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 illustrates a flow diagram of an operation assistance method provided according to some embodiments of the present invention, which is applied to a mobile terminal. Referring to fig. 1, the operation assisting method includes step S110, step S120, step S130, and step S140. The operation assisting method in the exemplary embodiment of fig. 1 is explained in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, in step S110, in response to an operation assistance request, a target task corresponding to a current operation interface of the mobile terminal is determined, where the current operation interface is a desktop interface, an application interface, or a notification interface.
In an example embodiment, the operation assistance mode is awakened when a user issues an operation assistance request. The operation auxiliary mode is a mode for assisting a user in operating the mobile terminal, and the user can wake up the operation auxiliary mode in multiple modes set by the user, for example, different pressing or sliding gestures are set at the position of the operation control to wake up the operation auxiliary mode.
In an example embodiment, in the operation assistance mode, the target task preset on the mobile terminal may be determined by, for example, inputting the target task through a keyboard, selecting the preset target task, or obtaining the target task from a cloud.
It should be noted that, in an exemplary embodiment, the target task may be to clear the garbage of the mobile phone or enlarge the font of the mobile phone, and may also include other suitable tasks such as adjusting the brightness of the mobile phone or turning on a flashlight, which is not particularly limited in the present invention.
Further, in an example embodiment, the operation auxiliary mode is awakened at different operation interfaces, and the corresponding target tasks preset on the mobile terminal may be different, where the operation interfaces include a desktop interface, an application interface, or a notification interface, for example, the operation auxiliary mode is awakened at the desktop interface, and the target task preset on the mobile terminal may be adjusting the brightness of the mobile phone or amplifying the font of the mobile phone; the operation auxiliary mode is awakened on the application interface, and the target task preset on the mobile terminal can be a target task corresponding to the function of the application program; and awakening the operation auxiliary mode on the notification interface, wherein the target task preset on the mobile terminal can be a target task corresponding to the notification content. In addition, target tasks preset on the operation interface can be added or deleted in a customized mode.
In an example embodiment, after the operation auxiliary mode is awakened, an operation interface of the mobile terminal is determined, and a preset common target task corresponding to the operation interface is displayed on the mobile terminal. For example, after the main interface of the shopping application program "mobile phone BB" wakes up the operation auxiliary mode, the preset common target tasks are "empty shopping cart" and "contact customer service"; after the main interface of the social application program AA wakes up the auxiliary operation mode, the preset common target tasks are ' add friends ' and ' pay.
Next, in step S120, a target application that executes a target task is determined.
In an example embodiment, a function tag corresponding to a target task and a function tag of each application program in an application program list of a mobile terminal are determined; matching the function label corresponding to the target task with the function label of each application program; and if the successfully matched application program exists, taking the successfully matched application program as a target application program for executing the target task. For example, the target task is 'cleaning mobile phone garbage', the function tag of the target task is determined to be 'release space', the function tag is matched with the function tag of each application program in the application list on the mobile terminal, until an application 'XX mobile phone housekeeping' with the function tag is found, and the 'XX mobile phone housekeeping' is determined to be the target application program for executing the target task.
In addition, in other example embodiments, a mapping relationship may be established between the target task and a target application executing the target task, and the target application executing the target task may be determined based on the mapping relationship. For example, a mapping relationship table between the target task and the target application program for executing the target task is established in advance, and after the target task preset on the mobile terminal is determined, the target application program for executing the target task is searched from the mapping relationship table.
Continuing to refer to fig. 1, in step S130, an operation path list corresponding to the target task is created based on the operation path of the target application program executing the target task.
In an example embodiment, an operation path for an application to execute a target task is a set of operation steps that are acquired from the application and implemented to implement a certain specific function, and a corresponding operation path list is obtained after the operation paths are sorted. For example, the content of the operation path list corresponding to the target task "send a word friend circle" is: clicking on the application icon "AA" — clicking on "find" — clicking on "circle of friends" — pressing the icon "camera" long-pressing-entering the text-clicking on "post".
In step S140, a guidance operation corresponding to the target task is displayed according to the operation path list.
In an example embodiment, the operation guide corresponding to the target task is displayed step by step according to the step sequence of each operation in the operation path list corresponding to the target task. For example, the user wakes up the operation auxiliary mode on the desktop interface, determines that the target task is 'text-sending friend circle', and displays the guidance process as follows: the first step of operation in the operation path list is to click an application icon 'AA', which corresponds to the application icon 'AA', and the first displayed guide is a gesture guide displayed at the application icon 'AA' of the desktop interface; the second step operation is clicking "find", the second displayed guideline is gesture guideline … … at "find" of the main interface of the AA program the fourth step operation is long pressing the icon "camera", the corresponding displayed guideline is another gesture guideline at the icon "camera", etc.
It should be noted that, in different operation steps, different operation modes, such as "click", "long press" and "enter", may be different for the corresponding guide icons, which is convenient for the user to distinguish.
According to the operation assisting method in the exemplary embodiment of fig. 1, on one hand, based on the operation path of the target application program for executing the target task, an operation path list corresponding to the target task is created, and the operation path list for executing the operation step of the target task can be automatically established; on the other hand, the operation guide corresponding to the target task is displayed according to the operation path list, so that the user can be effectively assisted in completing the target task, the operation learning cost and the operation threshold of the user are reduced, and the user can be helped to use the mobile terminal more conveniently.
Further, in the exemplary embodiment, after the operation assistance request is provided and the operation assistance mode is awakened, the operation method tutorial of the corresponding operation interface is displayed, and the demonstration application program or the graphic and text use description of the operation related to the application interface can be called out, so that the user can know the operation method by watching the function demonstration.
FIG. 2 illustrates a flow diagram for determining a target application for performing a target task according to some embodiments of the invention.
Referring to fig. 2, in step S210, a function tag corresponding to the target task and a function tag of each application in the application list of the mobile terminal are determined.
In an example embodiment, determining the function label corresponding to the target task requires invoking a pre-established function database. The function database includes: a used function tag acquired from an application store on the mobile terminal; and manually collecting a relevant word set corresponding to each functional label. And the association relation database established according to each functional label and the corresponding associated word set is the functional database.
Further, the target task is matched with the associated word set in the function database, semantic similarity between the target task and the associated word set needs to be determined, and when the semantic similarity is greater than a preset threshold, it can be determined that the meaning of the target task is the same as that of the associated word set, that is, the matching is successful. When the matching is successful, the function label corresponding to the associated word set is the function label corresponding to the target task; when the matching fails, the user is prompted that the target function cannot be retrieved.
In an example embodiment, the function tags of the respective applications in the application list of the mobile terminal are acquired from an application store of the mobile terminal, and the applications have corresponding function tags when being uploaded to the application store by a developer.
In step S220, the function tag corresponding to the target task is matched with the function tag of each application program.
In an example embodiment, determining similarity between a function label corresponding to a target task and a function label of an application program; and if the similarity is larger than the preset threshold, determining that the function label corresponding to the target task is successfully matched with the function label of the application program. For example, the function tag corresponding to the target task obtained in step S210 is alternately compared with the function tag of each application program in the application program list of the mobile terminal, and the similarity between the function tag corresponding to the target task and the function tag of the application program is determined. When the similarity is larger than a preset threshold value, determining that the function label corresponding to the target task is successfully matched with the function label of the application program; and if the similarity is smaller than the preset threshold, the matching fails. The matching failure indicates that the mobile terminal is not provided with an application program capable of realizing the target task, so that a new application program needs to be downloaded to realize the target task.
In step 230, it is determined whether the matching result in step S220 is successful, and if the matching is successful, the process proceeds to step S240; if the matching fails, the process proceeds to step S250.
In step S240, the application that has successfully matched is regarded as the target application for executing the target task.
In step S250, an application program matching the function tag corresponding to the target task is downloaded from an application store of the mobile terminal.
In an example embodiment, if the function tags corresponding to the target task and the function tags of each application program fail to be matched, matching the function tags corresponding to the target task and the function tags of each application program on an application store of the mobile terminal; and if the application program which is successfully matched exists, downloading the application program matched with the function label corresponding to the target task from the application store.
FIG. 3 illustrates a flow diagram that provides for displaying operational guidelines corresponding to a target task, according to some embodiments of the invention.
Referring to fig. 3, in step S310, the screen display content of the mobile terminal is identified, and a plurality of page operation elements are obtained, where the page operation elements include function icons and/or operation controls.
In an example embodiment, the Recognition of the screen display content utilizes Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and image Recognition techniques. The character information in the screen display content can be identified through an optical character identification technology, the image information such as icons and/or controls in the screen display content can be identified through an image identification technology, and the names of all functional icons and/or operation controls appearing in the screen display content can be obtained through the combination of the character information and the image information.
In step S320, the name of the page operation element is matched with the name of each operation in the operation path list.
In an example embodiment, after obtaining the plurality of page operation elements, the names of the page operation elements are matched with the names of the respective operations in the operation path list. For example, similarity between the name of the page operation element and the name of each operation is calculated, and if the similarity is greater than a predetermined threshold value, for example 80%, it is determined that the name of the page operation element matches the name of the operation.
Further, if the user does not operate the mobile terminal according to the guidance, for example, the user clicks a return key by sliding the hand, or other accidents occur, for example, the application program makes a mistake and forcibly exits, so that the page operation element in the screen acquired next step cannot be matched with the name in the next operation in the operation path list, the page operation element will be matched again from the name in the first step operation in the operation path list, if the matching cannot be successful, the page operation element will continue to be matched with the name in the next step operation until the matching is successful again, and then the operation guidance corresponding to the target task is gradually displayed according to the step sequence of the next operation in the operation path list.
In step S330, the operation guidance corresponding to the target task is displayed at the matched page operation element.
