An air conditioner and a communication control method and device of the air conditioner according to the embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a communication control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present application.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a communication circuit of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit according to a communication control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention mainly includes: an outdoor communication circuit 10 and an indoor communication circuit 20. Specifically, the outdoor communication circuit 10 may be composed of components such as a plurality of resistors (e.g., resistors R20-R27), a plurality of capacitors (e.g., capacitors C21-C24), a plurality of diodes (e.g., diodes D20 and D3), a plurality of photo-couplers (e.g., photo-couplers IC20 and IC21), a common-mode inductor L2, and a transistor Q101; the indoor communication circuit 20 may include a plurality of resistors (e.g., resistors R1-R11), a plurality of capacitors (e.g., capacitors C21-C24), an electrolytic capacitor E1, a plurality of diodes (e.g., diodes D1-D3), a plurality of photo-couplers (e.g., photo-couplers IC2 and IC1), a voltage regulator DZ1, a common mode inductor L1, and a transistor Q1. The diode D1, the resistors R1 and R2, the voltage regulator tube DZ1, the electrolytic capacitor E1 and the capacitor C1 form a power supply circuit for current loop communication, and the diode D1, the resistor R1 and the resistor R2 form a charging circuit for charging the electrolytic capacitor E1; photocouplers IC20 and IC21, resistor R20, diodes D20 and D2, resistor R4, photocoupler IC1 and IC2 form a whole current loop communication loop.
Generally, communication between indoor units and outdoor units of air conditioners is real-time communication by using a current loop, for example, communication between the indoor units and the outdoor units adopts communication interval and frequency communication fixed in a master-slave mode. However, in this communication method, when the power grid is in a low voltage state, the air conditioner is prone to have insufficient supply voltage of the current loop, which results in communication failure between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit.
Therefore, an embodiment of the present application provides a communication control method for an air conditioner, which reduces the proportion of high level occupied by current communication data to be sent in unit time by reducing the proportion of high level occupied by the current communication data to be sent in unit time when the power supply voltage is equal to or less than a preset power supply voltage threshold and the proportion of high level occupied by the current communication data to be sent in unit time is greater than a preset proportion threshold, so that the power supply voltage is not pulled down, thereby making up for the deficiency of current loop power supply voltage reduction caused by power grid voltage reduction, effectively solving the problem of communication failure between an indoor unit and an outdoor unit when a power grid is in a low voltage state, and enabling the air conditioner to normally operate at a very low operating voltage.
As shown in fig. 1, the communication control method of the air conditioner includes the steps of:
s1, obtaining a power supply voltage, wherein the power supply voltage can be a communication power supply voltage or an ac input voltage.
It should be understood that the communication power supply voltage or the ac input voltage may be obtained by the voltage obtaining means while the air conditioner is operating. The voltage obtaining device may be, but is not limited to, a voltmeter, and is not limited in particular.
And S2, if the power supply voltage is equal to or less than the preset power supply voltage threshold value, and the proportion of the high level occupied by the current communication data to be sent in the unit time is greater than the preset proportion threshold value, reducing the proportion of the high level occupied by the current communication data to be sent in the unit time. The preset power supply voltage threshold and the preset proportion threshold can be optimal values or optimal ranges selected after a large amount of experimental data.
It should be understood that, when the power grid is in a low voltage state, the air conditioner is prone to have a phenomenon that the supply voltage of the current loop is insufficient, which results in a communication failure between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of communication failure between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit caused by insufficient supply voltage of the current loop, the embodiment of the present application provides a communication control method for an air conditioner.
Specifically, the indoor and outdoor unit communication data may be 1 and 0, and when the power voltage is low, if the indoor and outdoor unit communication data is 1, the indoor and outdoor unit current loop power voltage may be pulled low, and if the indoor and outdoor unit communication data is 0, the indoor and outdoor unit current loop power voltage may be increased due to power charging. Therefore, after the power supply voltage is obtained, the power supply voltage can be compared with a preset power supply voltage threshold value to judge whether the power supply voltage is equal to or less than the preset power supply voltage threshold value; when the power supply voltage is equal to or less than a preset power supply voltage threshold, judging whether the proportion of the high level occupied by the current communication data to be sent in unit time is greater than a preset proportion threshold, and if the proportion of the high level occupied by the current communication data to be sent in unit time is greater than the preset proportion threshold, reducing the proportion of the high level occupied by the current communication data to be sent in unit time. Therefore, the communication between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is effectively ensured by reducing the number of the communication data to 1 so that the power supply voltage is not pulled down.
In summary, according to the communication control method of the air conditioner in the embodiment of the present application, the power supply voltage may be obtained, and when the power supply voltage is equal to or smaller than the preset power supply voltage threshold and the proportion of the high level occupied by the current communication data to be sent in the unit time is greater than the preset proportion threshold, the proportion of the high level occupied by the current communication data to be sent in the unit time is reduced. Therefore, the proportion of high level occupied by the current communication data to be sent in unit time is reduced, so that the power supply voltage is not pulled down, the defect of reduction of the power supply voltage of a current loop caused by reduction of the power grid voltage is overcome, the problem of communication faults between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit when the power grid is in a low-voltage state is effectively solved, and the air conditioner can normally work under very low working voltage.
It should be understood that there are various ways to reduce the proportion of high level occupied by the communication data to be currently transmitted in a unit time, and the following description is given by way of example with reference to the specific embodiments as follows:
fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a communication control method of an air conditioner according to a specific exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
s301, obtaining a power supply voltage, wherein the power supply voltage can be a communication power supply voltage or an alternating current input voltage.
It should be understood that the communication power supply voltage or the ac input voltage may be obtained by a voltmeter when the air conditioner is operated.
And S302, if the power supply voltage is equal to or less than a preset power supply voltage threshold value and the proportion of the high level of the current communication data to be sent in unit time is greater than a preset proportion threshold value, performing negation processing on the current communication data to be sent, or performing exclusive-or processing on the current communication data to be sent and 1 or performing exclusive-or processing on the current communication data to be sent and 0.
And S303, taking the communication data obtained after the inversion processing, the exclusive-OR processing or the exclusive-OR processing as the current communication data to be sent.
It can be understood that if the obtained power supply voltage is equal to or less than the preset power supply voltage threshold, and the proportion of the high level of the communication data to be sent in the unit time is greater than the preset proportion threshold, the current communication data to be sent may be subjected to inversion processing, exclusive-or processing, or exclusive-or processing.
In one example, the current communication data to be sent is subjected to negation processing, for example, "communication data 1" is negated to be "communication data 0", and "communication data 0" is negated to be "communication data 1", and the communication data obtained after the negation processing is taken as the current communication data to be sent. Therefore, the quantity of the communication data which are 1 is reduced in a negation mode, so that the power supply voltage is not lowered, and the communication between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is effectively ensured.
For example, assume that the current power supply voltage is equal to or less than a preset power supply voltage threshold, and the proportion of the high level occupied by the current communication data to be sent in unit time is greater than a preset proportion threshold. As shown in fig. 4, it is assumed that the communication data D1 to be currently transmitted may be: "1011011011101110110011011110111110101", after negation, the communication data D2 obtained after negation processing may be "0100100100010001001100100001000001010", and since after negation, the proportion of the high level occupied by the communication data to be sent in unit time is smaller than or equal to the preset proportion threshold, the number of the communication data is reduced to 1, so that the power supply voltage is not lowered, and the communication between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is effectively ensured.
In another example, the communication data to be currently sent is subjected to xor processing with 1, for example, the communication data 1 is "communication data 0" after the xor processing with 1, the communication data 0 "is" communication data 1 "after the xor processing with 1, and the communication data obtained after the xor processing is taken as the communication data to be currently sent. Therefore, the number of the communication data is reduced to 1 by means of exclusive-or processing, so that the power supply voltage is not lowered, and the communication between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is effectively ensured.
In another example, the communication data to be currently sent is subjected to the same or processing with 0, for example, "communication data 0" is obtained after the "communication data 1" and 0 are subjected to the same or processing, and "communication data 1" is obtained after the "communication data 0" and 0 are subjected to the same or processing, and the communication data obtained after the same or processing is taken as the communication data to be currently sent. Therefore, the number of the communication data is reduced to 1 by a same or processing mode, so that the power supply voltage is not pulled down, and the communication between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is effectively ensured.
It should be noted that, when performing exclusive-or processing with 1 or performing exclusive-or processing with 0, the data change is consistent with the data change shown in fig. 4, and details are not described herein to avoid redundancy.
Comprehensively, according to the communication control method of the air conditioner in the embodiment of the present application, the power supply voltage may be obtained, and when the power supply voltage is equal to or smaller than the preset power supply voltage threshold and the proportion of the high level of the current communication data to be sent in the unit time is greater than the preset proportion threshold, the current communication data to be sent is subjected to negation processing, or the current communication data to be sent is subjected to exclusive or processing with 1 or subjected to exclusive or processing with 0, and the communication data obtained after the negation processing, the exclusive or processing or the exclusive or processing is used as the current communication data to be sent. Therefore, the number of the communication data which are 1 is reduced by taking the inverse processing or carrying out the exclusive-or processing on the current communication data to be sent and 1 or carrying out the exclusive-or processing on the current communication data and 0, so that the power supply voltage is not lowered, the problem of communication faults between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit when the power grid is in a low-voltage state is effectively solved, and the communication between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is effectively ensured.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a communication control method of an air conditioner according to another specific exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, the method includes:
s501, power supply voltage is obtained, and the power supply voltage is communication power supply voltage or alternating current input voltage.
It should be understood that the communication power supply voltage or the ac input voltage may be obtained by a voltmeter when the air conditioner is operated.
And S502, if the power supply voltage is equal to or less than a preset power supply voltage threshold value and the proportion of the high level of the current communication data to be sent in unit time is greater than a preset proportion threshold value, performing disassembly processing on the current communication data to be sent.
And S503, performing time-sharing processing on the plurality of communication data obtained after the disassembly processing, wherein time intervals exist among the plurality of communication data after the time-sharing processing.
And S504, taking a plurality of communication data obtained after time-sharing processing as the current communication data to be sent.
It can be understood that, if the obtained power supply voltage is equal to or less than the preset power supply voltage threshold, and the proportion of the high level occupied by the communication data to be sent in unit time is greater than the preset proportion threshold, the communication data to be sent at present may be disassembled, for example, the length of the communication data is split into 2, 3, or even more, and the communication data after the disassembly is subjected to time division processing, for example, a piece of split communication data is sent at preset time intervals, and after the time division processing, the processed communication data are taken as the current data to be sent. Therefore, the communication data to be sent at present are disassembled and processed in a time-sharing mode after the disassembly, so that the length of continuous communication data can be greatly reduced, the power consumption of a current loop power supply is reduced, and the communication between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is effectively guaranteed.
For example, assume that the current power supply voltage is equal to or less than a preset power supply voltage threshold, and the proportion of the high level occupied by the current communication data to be sent in unit time is greater than a preset proportion threshold. As shown in fig. 6, it is assumed that the communication data D1 to be currently transmitted may be: "1011011011101110110011011110111110101", performing parsing on the communication data to be sent currently, and obtaining communication data D2 after parsing: "10110110111011101", "100110111101" and "11110101", can process the three communication data obtained after disassembly in a time-sharing manner, for example, first send "10110110111011101", and send "100110111101" after a preset time interval, and send "11110101" after a preset time interval, so that the communication data obtained after time-sharing processing is used as the current communication data to be sent, the length of continuous communication data can be reduced, the power consumption of the current loop power supply can be reduced, and the communication between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit can be effectively ensured.
In summary, according to the communication control method of the air conditioner in the embodiment of the present application, the power supply voltage may be obtained, and when the power supply voltage is equal to or smaller than the preset power supply voltage threshold and the proportion of the high level of the current communication data to be sent in the unit time is greater than the preset proportion threshold, the current communication data to be sent is disassembled, and a plurality of communication data obtained after the disassembly are time-shared, and a time interval exists between the plurality of communication data after the time-sharing, and the communication data obtained after the time-sharing is used as the current communication data to be sent. Therefore, by performing disassembly and time-sharing processing on the current communication data to be sent, the length of continuous communication data is reduced, the power consumption of the current loop power supply voltage is reduced, and the communication between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is effectively ensured.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the communication control method of the air conditioner further includes: and if the power supply voltage is greater than the power supply voltage threshold value, communication is carried out according to the current communication data to be sent.
It should be understood that when the power supply voltage is greater than the power supply voltage threshold, the problem of communication fault between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit caused by insufficient power supply of the current loop does not occur, and therefore, when the power supply voltage is greater than the power supply voltage threshold, communication can be performed according to the current communication data to be transmitted.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the communication control method of the air conditioner further includes: and if the power supply voltage is equal to or less than the power supply voltage threshold value and the proportion of the high level of the current communication data to be sent in unit time is equal to or less than the proportion threshold value, carrying out communication according to the current communication data to be sent.
Generally, when the power supply voltage of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is lower than the preset power supply voltage threshold, if the communication data of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is 1, the current loop power supply voltage of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is pulled down, and if the communication data of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is 0, the current loop power supply voltage of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is increased due to power supply charging.
Therefore, when the power supply voltages of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are lower than the preset power supply voltage threshold value and the proportion of the high level of the current communication data to be sent in unit time is equal to or smaller than the proportion threshold value, the communication between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is normal, the proportion of the high level of the current communication data to be sent in unit time does not need to be reduced, and the communication can be carried out according to the current communication data to be sent.
According to the communication control method of the air conditioner, the power supply voltage can be obtained, and when the power supply voltage is equal to or smaller than the preset power supply voltage threshold and the proportion of the high level of the current communication data to be sent in unit time is larger than the preset proportion threshold, the proportion of the high level of the current communication data to be sent in unit time is reduced.

And S702, if the power supply voltage is equal to or less than a preset power supply voltage threshold, performing disassembly processing on the current communication data to be sent.
And S703, performing time-sharing processing on the plurality of communication data obtained after the disassembly processing, wherein time intervals exist among the plurality of communication data after the time-sharing processing.
And S704, taking the plurality of communication data obtained after the time division processing as the current communication data to be sent.
It can be understood that, if the obtained power supply voltage is equal to or less than the preset power supply voltage threshold, in order to avoid the phenomenon that the power supply voltage of the current loop is insufficient, the current communication data to be sent can be directly disassembled, wherein the disassembling processing mode, the time-sharing processing mode and the power supply voltage are equal to or less than the preset power supply voltage threshold, and the processing mode of the current communication data to be sent when the proportion of the high level in the unit time is greater than the preset proportion threshold is consistent, and in order to avoid redundancy, detailed description is not given here.
According to the communication control method of the air conditioner, which is provided by the embodiment of the application, the power supply voltage can be obtained, when the power supply voltage is equal to or less than the preset power supply voltage threshold, the current communication data to be sent are disassembled, the plurality of communication data obtained after the disassembly are subjected to time-sharing processing, time intervals exist among the plurality of communication data subjected to the time-sharing processing, and the plurality of communication data obtained after the time-sharing processing are used as the current communication data to be sent. Therefore, when the power supply voltage is equal to or less than the preset power supply voltage threshold, the current communication data to be sent can be disassembled and processed in a time-sharing mode, the length of continuous communication data is reduced, the power consumption of the current loop power supply voltage is reduced, and the communication between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is effectively guaranteed.
