Detailed Description

It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides an uninterruptible power supply system upgrade method, which is applied to uninterruptible power supply equipment, where the uninterruptible power supply equipment is used to supply power to a server, and the method includes:
s1, acquiring data at least comprising the current time and the number of people currently accessed by the server;
s2, judging whether the current time and the current number of visitors of the server meet preset triggering conditions for upgrading the uninterruptible power supply system or not;
S3, if the current time and the current number of the access people of the server meet the preset triggering conditions for upgrading the uninterruptible power supply system, judging whether a preset standby interface is connected to a standby main control board, wherein the standby main control board is subjected to offline upgrading through an uninterruptible power supply offline upgrading device;
s4, if the preset standby interface is connected to the standby main control board, acquiring the version number of the standby main control board through the standby interface, and judging whether the version number of the standby main control board is larger than the version number of the current main control board;
s5, if the version number of the standby main control board is larger than that of the current main control board, switching the connection between the uninterruptible power supply equipment and the current main control board into the connection between the uninterruptible power supply equipment and the standby main control board;
s6, monitoring operation data of the uninterruptible power supply equipment, which at least comprises voltage data, in a preset time, and judging whether the voltage data are normal or not according to a preset normal operation judgment rule;
and S7, if the voltage data are normal, generating reminding information capable of removing the current main control board, thereby finishing the upgrading of the uninterruptible power supply system.
An Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) device, i.e., UPS (Uninterruptible Power System/Uninterruptible Power Supply), is located between mains and powered devices (e.g., servers) to provide uninterrupted power to the powered devices and to provide protection to the powered devices in unexpected situations (e.g., power outages). The uninterruptible power supply equipment is controlled by a main control board (circuit board), and sometimes the uninterruptible power supply system needs to be upgraded, namely, the version of the main control board is upgraded. The traditional method generally needs to shut down the server and the uninterrupted power supply equipment and then upgrade the main control board, and has the defects of long time consumption and shutdown. The method adopts a mode of upgrading the standby main control board offline in advance, thereby avoiding the defects of long time consumption and shutdown requirement.
As described in step S1, data including at least the current time and the number of people currently accessed by the server is acquired. The uninterruptible power supply device is used for supplying power to a server. The server has a visit peak period, and the system upgrade operation is not suitable for the visit peak period. And the time and the number of visitors can reflect whether the visitor is in the peak period or not, and accordingly, data at least comprising the current time and the current number of visitors of the server are obtained.
And step S2, judging whether the current time and the current visit number of the server meet the preset triggering condition for upgrading the uninterruptible power supply system. By presetting the triggering condition for upgrading the uninterruptible power supply system, the upgrading operation can be avoided when the load of the server is large. The number of accesses of the general server is periodically, and the time point with the minimum number of accesses in one period can be obtained by counting the access data for a period of time, so that the updatable time point (i.e. the time point with the minimum number of expected accesses) can be preset according to the time point; and the visit data of a period of time is counted, so that the minimum simultaneous visit number in one period is obtained, and the minimum simultaneous visit number plus the fluctuation number parameter value can be used as a preset number threshold. Thus, the trigger condition may be set to: the current time is a preset updatable time point, and the number of current access persons of the server is smaller than a preset number threshold.
And step S3, if the current time and the number of current access persons of the server meet the preset triggering conditions for upgrading the ups system, determining whether a preset standby interface is connected to a standby main control board, where the standby main control board has been upgraded offline by the ups offline upgrading device. If the current time and the current number of the access persons of the server meet the preset triggering conditions for upgrading the uninterruptible power supply system, the condition for upgrading the system is indicated to be met, and if the instruction for upgrading the system is acquired at the moment, upgrading operation can be executed. The application adopts a mode of judging whether the preset standby interface is connected to the standby main control board so as to automatically judge whether to acquire the instruction of upgrading the system. Therefore, when the operator wants to upgrade the uninterruptible power supply system, the operator only needs to connect the preset standby interface of the uninterruptible power supply equipment to the standby main control board, and when the uninterruptible power supply equipment judges that the preset triggering condition for upgrading the uninterruptible power supply system is triggered, the standby main control board is automatically utilized for upgrading, so that automatic operation is realized, and the influence on the server is ensured to be minimum. The uninterrupted power supply offline upgrading device can upgrade an offline main control board.
And (4) if the preset standby interface is connected to the standby main control board, acquiring the version number of the standby main control board through the standby interface, and judging whether the version number of the standby main control board is larger than the version number of the current main control board. If the version number of the standby main control board is larger than that of the current main control board, the version number of the standby main control board is updated, and replacement connection is needed to achieve the purpose of upgrading the uninterruptible power supply system. Judging whether the version number of the standby main control board is larger than the version number of the current main control board, for example, comprises: and sequentially judging the sizes of the major version number, the minor version number, the corrected version number and the compiled version number of the standby main control board and the current main control board, and obtaining four sequentially judging results, wherein if the first unequal judging result in the four sequentially judging results is larger than the first unequal judging result, the version number of the standby main control board is larger than the version number of the current main control board.
And if the version number of the standby main control board is greater than the version number of the current main control board, the connection between the uninterruptible power supply equipment and the current main control board is switched to the connection between the uninterruptible power supply equipment and the standby main control board as described in the step S5. Because the version number of the standby main control board is larger than that of the current main control board, the standby main control board is only required to replace the current main control board, and the uninterrupted power supply system can be upgraded. The switching the connection between the uninterruptible power supply equipment and the current main control board to the connection between the uninterruptible power supply equipment and the standby main control board comprises the following steps: and switching the connection of each current interface into the connection of each corresponding standby interface in sequence according to the corresponding relation between the preset current interface and the standby interface.
As described in step S6, operation data including at least voltage data of the uninterruptible power supply is monitored for a predetermined time, and whether the voltage data is normal is determined according to a preset normal operation determination rule. In order to ensure that the standby main control board can be suitable for preventing operation faults, the operation data of the uninterruptible power supply equipment at least comprising voltage data is monitored within a preset time, and whether the voltage data is normal or not is judged according to a preset normal operation judgment rule. If the voltage data is abnormal, the connection between the uninterruptible power supply equipment and the standby main control board is switched back to the connection between the uninterruptible power supply equipment and the current main control board; if the voltage data is normal, the upgrading system is successful.
And step S7, if the voltage data are normal, generating reminding information capable of dismantling the current main control board, thereby finishing the upgrading of the uninterruptible power supply system. If the voltage data are normal, the current main control board can be removed, and then the uninterrupted power supply offline upgrading device is utilized to upgrade to an updated version.
In one embodiment, the step S2 of determining whether the current time and the current number of access people of the server meet a preset trigger condition for upgrading the ups system includes:
S201, judging whether the current time belongs to a preset updatable time point or not;
s202, if the current time belongs to a preset updatable time point, judging whether the current number of people accessed by the server is smaller than a preset number threshold;
and S203, if the number of the current access persons of the server is smaller than a preset number threshold, judging that the current time and the number of the current access persons of the server meet a preset triggering condition for upgrading the uninterruptible power supply system.
As described above, the method and the system realize the judgment of whether the current time and the current number of the access persons of the server meet the preset triggering conditions for upgrading the uninterruptible power supply system. The preset updatable time point can be any time point, for example, 24 midnight-2 early morning, and the server has fewer visitors and is suitable for upgrading. The setting method of the preset people number threshold is as follows: the server for counting a period of time is used for accessing the number of people data, so that the minimum simultaneous access number of people in a period of time is obtained, and the minimum simultaneous access number of people plus the fluctuation number parameter value can be used as a preset number threshold. Thereby avoiding the upgrade operation at the time of high load of the server.
In one embodiment, the step S3 of determining whether the preset standby interface is connected to the standby main control board if the current time and the current number of access people of the server meet the preset trigger condition for upgrading the uninterruptible power supply system includes:
S301, if the current time and the current number of the access people of the server meet the preset triggering conditions for upgrading the uninterruptible power supply system, sending a connection confirmation signal to the standby main control board through the standby interface, and judging whether a return signal corresponding to the connection confirmation signal is received or not;
and S302, if a return signal corresponding to the connection confirmation signal is received, judging that the preset standby interface is connected to the standby main control board.
As described above, it is achieved that whether the preset standby interface is connected to the standby main control board is judged. If the standby interface and the standby main control board can carry out signal communication, the standby interface and the standby main control board are indicated to be physically connected and also finish signal connection, so that the standby main control board can control the uninterruptible power supply equipment through the standby interface after being upgraded. Therefore, if the connection confirmation signal is sent to the standby main control board through the standby interface and the return signal corresponding to the connection confirmation signal can be received, the preset standby interface is judged to be connected to the standby main control board, and meanwhile the subsequent upgrading operation can be performed. And, because only the standby main control board corresponding to the current main control board can respond to the return signal corresponding to the connection confirmation signal, when any other circuit board or equipment is in physical or signal connection with the standby interface, the corresponding return signal cannot be given, so that the connection of the preset standby interface to the standby main control board cannot be judged, namely, the connection of the main control board cannot be switched, and accidents caused by misoperation are avoided.
In one embodiment, the step S4 of obtaining the version number of the standby main control board through the standby interface and determining whether the version number of the standby main control board is greater than the version number of the current main control board if the preset standby interface is connected to the standby main control board includes:
s401, if the preset standby interface is connected to a standby main control board, acquiring a version number of the standby main control board and writing time of the version number of the standby main control board through the standby interface;
s402, acquiring writing time of a version of a current main control board;
s403, judging whether the writing time of the version number of the standby main control board is later than the writing time of the version of the current main control board;
s404, if the writing time of the version number of the standby main control board is later than the writing time of the version of the current main control board, judging that the version number of the standby main control board is larger than the version number of the current main control board.
As described above, the method and the device realize the judgment of whether the version number of the standby main control board is larger than the version number of the current main control board. In addition to determining the size of the version number by a preset version number size determination method, since the writing time of the new version is generally later, the writing time of the version number can be determined, and the size of the version number can also be determined. And acquiring the writing time of the version number of the standby main control board and the writing time of the version of the current main control board according to the writing time of the version number of the standby main control board, and judging that the version number of the standby main control board is larger than the version number of the current main control board if the writing time of the version number of the standby main control board is later than the writing time of the version of the current main control board.
In one embodiment, after step S4, if the preset standby interface is connected to the standby main control board, the step of obtaining the version number of the standby main control board through the standby interface and determining whether the version number of the standby main control board is greater than the version number of the current main control board includes:
s41, if the version number of the standby main control board is not greater than that of the current main control board, counting the occurrence times of abnormal states of the uninterruptible power supply equipment after the uninterruptible power supply system is updated last time;
s42, judging whether the occurrence times of the abnormal states are larger than a preset abnormal times threshold value;
and S43, if the occurrence times of the abnormal states are not greater than a preset abnormal times threshold, the connection with the current main control board is maintained, and an instruction for stopping the current uninterrupted power system upgrading is generated.
As described above, the judgment of whether to replace the main control board is realized. If the version number of the standby main control board is not greater than that of the current main control board, namely the standby main control board is not used for upgrading the system, two conditions exist at the moment, and one is that the standby main control board is in error selection; one is that the current main control board needs to be replaced (e.g., due to aging or the like, causing or possibly causing a malfunction). Accordingly, the occurrence times of the abnormal states of the uninterruptible power supply equipment after the last upgrade of the uninterruptible power supply system are counted, and whether the occurrence times of the abnormal states are larger than a preset threshold value of the abnormal times is judged, so that the working state of the current main control board is known. If the occurrence times of the abnormal states are not greater than a preset abnormal times threshold value, indicating that the current main control board is normal in working state, and not changing the current main control board into a standby main control board; otherwise, the working state of the current main control board is abnormal, and the current main control board should be replaced by a standby main control board. Therefore, the present embodiment is also compatible with replacement of the abnormal main control board.
In one embodiment, the step S6 of monitoring operation data of the uninterruptible power supply including at least voltage data within a predetermined time and determining whether the voltage data is normal according to a preset normal operation determination rule includes:
s601, monitoring output voltage data of the uninterruptible power supply equipment in a preset time;
s602, judging whether the output voltage data all meet the preset output voltage index requirement;
and S603, if the output voltage data all meet the preset output voltage index requirement, judging that the voltage data are normal.
As described above, it is realized to judge whether the voltage data is normal. The uninterruptible power supply equipment is used for guaranteeing uninterrupted power supply of the power supply equipment, so that the output voltage data is one of the most important index data, and if the output voltage data all meet the preset output voltage index requirements in the preset time, the standby main control board is indicated to work normally, namely, the voltage data is judged to be normal. Further, the voltage data may include voltage data in any one of the circuits in the uninterruptible power supply device, in addition to the output voltage data. The preset output voltage index requirements are, for example, an output voltage value, an output voltage fluctuation value, etc.
In one embodiment, after the step S6 of monitoring the operation data of the uninterruptible power supply including at least voltage data for a predetermined time and determining whether the voltage data is normal according to a preset normal operation determination rule, the method includes:
s7, if the voltage data are abnormal, switching the connection between the uninterruptible power supply equipment and the standby main control board back to the connection between the uninterruptible power supply equipment and the current main control board;
s8, generating alarm information, wherein abnormal voltage data are attached to the alarm information.
As described above, generation of alarm information is achieved. When the standby main control board is abnormal (such as software or hardware is in error), the voltage data of the uninterruptible power supply device is abnormal, and the standby main control board cannot be qualified for the control task of the uninterruptible power supply device at the moment, so that the connection of the uninterruptible power supply device and the standby main control board should be switched back to the connection of the uninterruptible power supply device and the current main control board. In addition, in order to facilitate the analysis of the fault condition of the standby main control board, alarm information is also generated, wherein the alarm information is attached with abnormal voltage data, so that corresponding fault checking operation can be carried out on the standby main control board in a targeted manner according to the abnormal voltage data.
The application relates to an uninterrupted power system upgrading method, which comprises the steps of obtaining data at least comprising the current time and the current number of visitors of a server; if the upgrade triggering condition is met, judging whether a preset standby interface is connected to a standby main control board or not; if the preset standby interface is connected to a standby main control board and the version number of the standby main control board is larger than that of the current main control board, switching the connection between the uninterruptible power supply equipment and the current main control board to the connection between the uninterruptible power supply equipment and the standby main control board; monitoring operation data of the uninterruptible power supply equipment including at least voltage data for a predetermined time; if the voltage data are normal, generating reminding information capable of removing the current main control board, and thus finishing the upgrading of the uninterruptible power supply system. Therefore, the defects that the time consumption is long and the system needs to be stopped when the traditional technology upgrades the system are overcome.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides an uninterruptible power supply system upgrade apparatus applied to an uninterruptible power supply device for supplying power to a server, the apparatus including:
a data acquisition unit 10 for acquiring data including at least a current time and a current number of visitors to the server;
A trigger condition judging unit 20, configured to judge whether the current time and the current number of access people of the server meet a preset trigger condition for upgrading the uninterruptible power supply system;
the standby main control board connection judging unit 30 is configured to judge whether a preset standby interface is connected to a standby main control board if the current time and the current number of visitors of the server meet a preset triggering condition for upgrading the uninterruptible power supply system, where the standby main control board has been upgraded offline by an uninterruptible power supply offline upgrading device;
the version number judging unit 40 is configured to obtain, if the preset standby interface is connected to the standby main control board, a version number of the standby main control board through the standby interface, and judge whether the version number of the standby main control board is greater than the version number of the current main control board;
a connection switching unit 50, configured to switch connection between the uninterruptible power supply device and the current main control board to connection between the uninterruptible power supply device and the standby main control board if the version number of the standby main control board is greater than the version number of the current main control board;
a data monitoring unit 60, configured to monitor operation data of the uninterruptible power supply apparatus including at least voltage data for a predetermined time, and determine whether the voltage data is normal according to a preset normal operation determination rule;
And the reminding information generating unit 70 is used for generating reminding information capable of dismantling the current main control board if the voltage data are normal, so that the uninterrupted power supply system upgrading is completed.
As described in element 10 above, data is obtained that includes at least a current time and a current number of people accessed by the server.
As described in the above unit 20, it is determined whether the current time and the current number of access persons to the server satisfy a preset trigger condition for upgrading the ups.
As described in the above unit 30, if the current time and the number of current access people of the server meet the preset trigger conditions for upgrading the ups system, then it is determined whether the preset standby interface is connected to the standby main control board, where the standby main control board has been upgraded offline by the ups offline upgrading device.
As described in the above unit 40, if the preset standby interface is connected to the standby main control board, the version number of the standby main control board is obtained through the standby interface, and it is determined whether the version number of the standby main control board is greater than the version number of the current main control board.
As described in the above unit 50, if the version number of the standby main control board is greater than the version number of the current main control board, the connection between the uninterruptible power supply device and the current main control board is switched to the connection between the uninterruptible power supply device and the standby main control board.
As described in the above unit 60, the operation data of the uninterruptible power supply including at least the voltage data is monitored for a predetermined time, and whether the voltage data is normal is determined according to a preset normal operation determination rule.
If the voltage data is normal, a reminder message is generated to remove the current main control board, thereby completing the ups system upgrade, as described in the above unit 70. If the voltage data are normal, the current main control board can be removed, and then the uninterrupted power supply offline upgrading device is utilized to upgrade to an updated version.
In one embodiment, the trigger condition determining unit 20 includes:
An update time point judging subunit, configured to judge whether the current time belongs to a preset updatable time point;
the number threshold judging subunit is used for judging whether the number of the current access persons of the server is smaller than a preset number threshold or not if the current time belongs to a preset updatable time point;
and the triggering condition judging subunit is used for judging that the current time and the current visit number of the server meet the preset triggering condition for upgrading the uninterruptible power supply system if the current visit number of the server is smaller than a preset number threshold value.
In one embodiment, the standby main control board connection determining unit 30 includes:
a return signal judging subunit, configured to send a connection confirmation signal to the standby main control board through the standby interface if the current time and the current number of visitors of the server meet a preset trigger condition for upgrading the uninterruptible power supply system, and judge whether a return signal corresponding to the connection confirmation signal is received;
and the main control board connection judging subunit is used for judging that the preset standby interface is connected to the standby main control board if the return signal corresponding to the connection confirmation signal is received.
In one embodiment, the version number judgment unit 40 includes:
a standby main control board writing time obtaining subunit, configured to obtain, if the preset standby interface is connected to a standby main control board, a version number of the standby main control board and a writing time of the version number of the standby main control board through the standby interface;
the current main control board writing time acquisition subunit is used for acquiring the writing time of the version of the current main control board;
a writing time judging subunit, configured to judge whether a writing time of the version number of the standby main control board is later than a writing time of the version of the current main control board;
and the version number judging subunit is used for judging that the version number of the standby main control board is larger than the version number of the current main control board if the writing time of the version number of the standby main control board is later than the writing time of the version of the current main control board.
In one embodiment, the apparatus comprises:
an abnormal frequency counting unit, configured to count the abnormal state occurrence frequency of the ups device after the last upgrade of the ups system if the version number of the standby main control board is not greater than the version number of the current main control board;
an abnormal frequency threshold judgment unit for judging whether the occurrence frequency of the abnormal state is greater than a preset abnormal frequency threshold;
and the stop instruction generating unit is used for keeping connection with the current main control board and generating an instruction for stopping the current uninterrupted power supply system upgrading if the occurrence times of the abnormal states are not greater than a preset abnormal times threshold value.
In one embodiment, the data monitoring unit 60 includes:
an output voltage data monitoring subunit, configured to monitor output voltage data of the uninterruptible power supply device for a predetermined time;
a voltage index requirement judging subunit, configured to judge whether the output voltage data all meet a preset output voltage index requirement;
and the voltage data normal judging subunit is used for judging that the voltage data is normal if the output voltage data all meet the preset output voltage index requirement.
In one embodiment, the apparatus comprises:
a switching unit again, configured to switch the connection between the uninterruptible power supply device and the standby main control board back to the connection between the uninterruptible power supply device and the current main control board if the voltage data is abnormal;
and the alarm information generation unit is used for generating alarm information, wherein abnormal voltage data are attached to the alarm information.
The uninterrupted power system upgrading device at least comprises the current time and the current number of visitors of the server; if the upgrade triggering condition is met, judging whether a preset standby interface is connected to a standby main control board or not; if the preset standby interface is connected to a standby main control board and the version number of the standby main control board is larger than that of the current main control board, switching the connection between the uninterruptible power supply equipment and the current main control board to the connection between the uninterruptible power supply equipment and the standby main control board; monitoring operation data of the uninterruptible power supply equipment including at least voltage data for a predetermined time; if the voltage data are normal, generating reminding information capable of removing the current main control board, and thus finishing the upgrading of the uninterruptible power supply system. Therefore, the defects that the time consumption is long and the system needs to be stopped when the traditional technology upgrades the system are overcome.
