and generating a sorting instruction carrying the target sorting grid, returning the sorting instruction to the sorting machine, so that the sorting machine can convey the packages to be sorted to the target sorting grid for sorting according to the sorting instruction.
The sorting method of the embodiment is implemented by a service system. The service system is in communication connection with the sorting machines, and information (including IP addresses and sorting cell numbers) of each sorting machine is stored in the service system. Considering that the logistics business demand is large, a sorting scheme corresponding to each sorting machine needs to be preset in a business system; considering that different packages have different attribute information (customers, service channels, countries, postal codes, declared values, weights, forecast states and the like) and volumes, sorting grids need to be adapted during sorting, and a sorting scheme corresponding to each sorting machine needs to include sorting rules corresponding to the sorting grids of the sorting machine in addition to a sorting scheme name and the number of the sorting grids, namely rules of which type of packages are served by each sorting grid of the sorting machine, so as to control and manage a plurality of sorting grids of the sorting machine.
That is, before receiving a sorting request initiated by the sorting machine, the service system sets a sorting rule corresponding to each sorting cell, and sets a sorting rule corresponding to each sorting cell in a self-defined manner, so that the service system can perform self-defined setting based on the attribute information of the packages. Specifically, the sorting gates are assigned numbers 1, 2, 3 … n, in a first manner, with a dispatch area (the dispatch area can be obtained from a dispatch country, a dispatch area zip code or a service channel) and a volume division, sorting gates 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 are specified for sorting packages with a dispatch area a (such as a U.S. area), wherein sorting gate 1 is specified for sorting packages with a dispatch area a, the volume of which belongs to a first volume range, sorting gate 2 is specified for sorting packages with a dispatch area a, the volume of which belongs to a second volume range, sorting gate 3 is used for sorting packages with a dispatch area a, the volume of which belongs to a third volume range, sorting gate 4 is used for sorting packages with a dispatch area a, the volume of which belongs to a fourth volume range, sorting gate 5 is used for sorting packages with a dispatch area a, a package having a volume within a fifth volume range; the specified sorting grids 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 are used for sorting packages with a delivery area of B (such as the british area), wherein the specified sorting grid 6 is used for sorting packages with a delivery area of B, the volume of each package belongs to a first volume range, the sorting grid 7 is used for sorting packages with a delivery area of B, the volume of each package belongs to a second volume range, the sorting grid 8 is used for sorting packages with a delivery area of B, the volume of each package belongs to a third volume range, the sorting grid 9 is used for sorting packages with a delivery area of B, the volume of each package belongs to a fourth volume range, the sorting grid 10 is used for sorting packages with a delivery area of B, the volume of each package belongs to a fifth volume range, and so on, sorting rules corresponding to each sorting grid are obtained, and examples are shown in the following table:

A third way, dividing by declared value and volume, such as specifying sorting bins 1, 2, 3 for sorting parcels whose declared value falls within a first range of values, wherein specifying sorting bin 1 is for sorting parcels whose volume falls within a first range of volumes, sorting bin 2 is for sorting parcels whose volume falls within a second range of volumes, and sorting bin 3 is for sorting parcels whose volume falls within a third range of volumes; and the specified sorting grids 4, 5 and 6 are used for sorting the packages with declared values belonging to a second value range, wherein the specified sorting grid 4 is used for sorting the packages with volumes belonging to a first volume range, the sorting grid 5 is used for sorting the packages with volumes belonging to a second volume range, the sorting grid 6 is used for sorting the packages with volumes belonging to a third volume range, and the rest is done in turn to obtain the sorting rules corresponding to each sorting grid.
The fourth mode is to determine whether the packages contain the forecast states and volume divisions, such as specifying sorting grids 1, 2 and 3 for sorting the packages containing the forecast states, wherein the specified sorting grid 1 is used for sorting the packages with the volume in the first volume range in the packages containing the forecast states, the sorting grid 2 is used for sorting the packages with the volume in the second volume range in the packages containing the forecast states, and the sorting grid 3 is used for sorting the packages with the volume in the packages containing the forecast states in the third volume range; and the specified sorting grids 4, 5 and 6 are used for sorting the packages without the forecast states, wherein the specified sorting grids 4 are used for sorting the packages without the forecast states and the volume of which belongs to a first volume range, the sorting grids 5 are used for sorting the packages without the forecast states and the volume of which belongs to a second volume range, the sorting grids 6 are used for sorting the packages without the forecast states and the volume of which belongs to a third volume range, and the analogy is carried out in sequence to obtain the sorting rules corresponding to the sorting grids.
The method five is divided by the type and volume of the problem pieces, for example, the sorting grids 1, 2 and 3 are specified for sorting the first type of problem pieces, wherein the sorting grid 1 is specified for sorting the first type of problem pieces with the volume belonging to a first volume range, the sorting grid 2 is specified for sorting the first type of problem pieces with the volume belonging to a second volume range, and the sorting grid 3 is specified for sorting the first type of problem pieces with the volume belonging to a third volume range; the specified sorting grid openings 4, 5 and 6 are used for sorting the problem parts of the second type, wherein the specified sorting grid openings 4 are used for sorting the problem parts of the second type, the volume of the problem parts belongs to the first volume range, the sorting grid openings 5 are used for sorting the problem parts of the second type, the volume of the problem parts belongs to the second volume range, the sorting grid openings 6 are used for sorting the problem parts of the second type, the volume of the problem parts belongs to the third volume range, and the rest is done in sequence to obtain the sorting rules corresponding to the sorting grid openings. In addition, the sorting cells not used for sorting the problem pieces are divided into volumes, and each of the sorting cells is specified for sorting the normal parcel in which volume range.
For any sorting machine, an administrator can input the name of the sorting scheme (named by the administrator in a self-defined mode) and the number of the sorting grids of the sorting machine in a sorting scheme management page of a business system in advance, then trigger a sorting rule setting instruction, enable the business system to set the sorting rules corresponding to the sorting grids in the sorting scheme, and store the sorting machine, the sorting scheme corresponding to the sorting machine and the sorting rules corresponding to the sorting grids of the sorting machine in an associated mode.
The specific steps for realizing sorting in this embodiment are described in detail below:
step S10, receiving a sorting request initiated by a sorting machine, wherein the sorting request carries bar code information and volume information of a package to be sorted;
when the packages to be sorted are conveyed to the sorting machine through the package supply table, the sorting machine scans the packages to be sorted to obtain bar code information of the packages to be sorted, detects the volumes of the packages to be sorted to obtain volume information of the packages to be sorted, generates a sorting request carrying the bar code information and the volume information of the packages to be sorted, and sends the sorting request to a service system, and the service system receives the sorting request.
Step S20, extracting the bar code information and the volume information of the packages to be sorted from the sorting request, and matching target sorting grids for sorting the packages to be sorted from the sorting grids according to the bar code information and the volume information and in combination with preset sorting rules of the sorting grids of the sorting machine;
after receiving a sorting request sent by a sorting machine, a business system extracts bar code information and volume information of a package to be sorted from the sorting request, and then matches a target sorting cell corresponding to the package to be sorted according to the bar code information and the volume information of the package to be sorted and in combination with a preset sorting rule corresponding to each sorting cell of the sorting machine. Specifically, step S20 includes:
reading delivery area information corresponding to the packages to be sorted from the bar code information;
and inquiring a preset sorting rule corresponding to each sorting grid of the sorting machine, and determining the sorting grid matched with the delivery area information and the volume information from each sorting grid to serve as a target sorting grid.
That is, in the sorting scheme of the sorting machine, if the preset sorting rules corresponding to each sorting cell of the sorting machine are set by the delivery area and volume division, the business system reads the delivery area information such as delivery country, service channel or delivery area zip code from the bar code information of the package to be sorted, then the business system obtains the sorting scheme corresponding to the sorting machine, inquires the preset sorting rules corresponding to each sorting cell from the sorting scheme, and determines the sorting cell matching with the delivery area and volume of the package to be sorted from each sorting cell as the target sorting cell.
As an embodiment, step S20 includes:
reading customer information corresponding to the packages to be sorted from the bar code information;
and inquiring a preset sorting rule corresponding to each sorting grid of the sorting machine, and determining the sorting grids matched with the customer information and the volume information from each sorting grid to serve as target sorting grids.
That is, in the sorting scheme of the sorting machine, if the preset sorting rules corresponding to the sorting cells of the sorting machine are set by customer and volume division, the business system reads the customer information from the bar code information of the package to be sorted, then the business system obtains the sorting scheme corresponding to the sorting machine, inquires the preset sorting rules corresponding to the sorting cells from the sorting scheme, and determines the sorting cells matched with the customer information and the volume of the package to be sorted from the sorting cells as the target sorting cells.
As another embodiment, step S20 includes:
reading the declared value corresponding to the package to be sorted from the bar code information;
and inquiring a preset sorting rule corresponding to each sorting cell of the sorting machine, and determining the sorting cells matched with the declared value and the volume information from each sorting cell to serve as target sorting cells.
That is, in the sorting scheme of the sorting machine, if the preset sorting rules corresponding to each sorting cell of the sorting machine are set by declared values and volume divisions, the business system reads the declared values of the packages to be sorted from the barcode information of the packages to be sorted, then the business system obtains the sorting scheme corresponding to the sorting machine, queries the preset sorting rules corresponding to each sorting cell from the sorting scheme, and determines the sorting cell matching the declared values and the volume of the packages to be sorted from each sorting cell as the target sorting cell.
In further implementations, step S20 includes:
judging whether forecast state information corresponding to the packages to be sorted exists in the bar code information;
if yes, inquiring a preset sorting rule corresponding to each sorting grid of the sorting machine, and determining a first sorting grid set for sorting packages containing forecast states from each sorting grid;
determining a sorting bin from the first sorting bin set that matches the volume information as a target sorting bin;
if not, inquiring a preset sorting rule corresponding to each sorting grid of the sorting machine, and determining a second sorting grid set for sorting packages without forecast states from each sorting grid;
determining a sorting bin from the second sorting bin set, which matches the volume information, as a target sorting bin;
that is, in the sorting scheme of the sorting machine, if the preset sorting rule corresponding to each sorting cell of the sorting machine is set by judging whether the preset sorting rule contains forecast status and volume division, the business system firstly judges whether the forecast status information exists in the bar code information of the packages to be sorted, if so, inquires the preset sorting rule corresponding to each sorting cell, determines a first sorting cell set for sorting the packages containing forecast status from each sorting cell, and then determines the sorting cell matched with the volume information from the first sorting cell set as a target sorting cell; and if the forecast state information does not exist in the bar code information of the packages to be sorted, determining a second sorting grid set for sorting the packages without the forecast state from all the sorting grids, and determining the sorting grids matched with the volume from the second sorting grid set as target sorting grids.
In further implementations, step S20 includes:
judging whether the packages to be sorted belong to problem pieces or not according to the bar code information;
if yes, determining the type of the problem piece corresponding to the parcel to be sorted;
and inquiring a preset sorting rule corresponding to each sorting grid of the sorting machine, and determining the sorting grids matched with the problem piece type and the volume information from each sorting grid to serve as target sorting grids.
That is, in the sorting scheme of the sorting machine, if the preset sorting rules corresponding to the sorting gates of the sorting machine are set by the type and volume division of the problem pieces, the business system judges whether the packages to be sorted are the problem pieces or not based on the bar code information of the packages to be sorted, if so, the types of the problem pieces corresponding to the packages to be sorted are determined, then the business system acquires the sorting scheme corresponding to the sorting machine, inquires the preset sorting rules corresponding to the sorting gates from the sorting scheme, and determines the sorting gates matched with the type and volume information of the problem pieces of the packages to be sorted as the target sorting gates from the sorting gates. In addition, if the parcels to be sorted do not belong to the problem pieces, sorting grids matched with the volume information are determined from sorting grids which are not used for sorting the problem pieces and serve as target sorting grids.
Step S30, generating a sorting instruction carrying the target sorting grid, returning the sorting instruction to the sorting machine, so that the sorting machine can convey the packages to be sorted to the target sorting grid for sorting according to the sorting instruction.
After determining the sorting grids for sorting the packages to be sorted, the business system generates a sorting instruction carrying the target sorting grids and returns the sorting instruction to the sorting machine, namely generates a sorting instruction carrying the serial numbers of the target sorting grids and returns the sorting instruction to the sorting machine, the sorting machine receives the sorting instruction, extracts the serial numbers of the target sorting grids from the sorting instruction, then conveys the packages to be sorted to the target sorting grids, and controls the target sorting grids to sort the packages to be sorted.
The embodiment provides a sorting method, which receives a sorting request initiated by a sorting machine, wherein the sorting request carries bar code information and volume information of a package to be sorted; extracting the bar code information and the volume information of the packages to be sorted from the sorting request, and matching target sorting grids for sorting the packages to be sorted from the sorting grids according to the bar code information and the volume information and in combination with preset sorting rules of the sorting grids of the sorting machine; and generating a sorting instruction carrying the target sorting grid, returning the sorting instruction to the sorting machine, so that the sorting machine can convey the packages to be sorted to the target sorting grid for sorting according to the sorting instruction.
