Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary examples are not representative of all implementations consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present application.
Currently, with the development of networks and social applications, there is an increasing need to retrieve and use graphic files through networks. The copyright infringement of graphic files from media, internet enterprises, etc. due to design drawings, or article insertion drawings is endless, and once users are not careful enough, there may be risk of infringement. In order to avoid unnecessary responsibility caused by the infringement of the user by using the graph, the embodiment of the invention provides a graph file retrieval method, which expands the function of graph file retrieval while providing the copyright information search service. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an implementation environment of a graphic file retrieval method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the environment includes: a terminal 110 and a server 120.
The terminal 110 may be a cell phone, tablet computer, e-book reader, MP3 player (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III, mpeg 3), MP4 (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV, mpeg 4) player, laptop and desktop computer, etc.
In an embodiment of the present invention, an application program of a graphic file retrieval class may be installed in the terminal 110. After the application program of the graphic file search class is operated, a graphic file search page is displayed, a first graphic file to be searched is obtained through the graphic file search page, and after a third graphic file meeting the display condition is searched, copyright information and graphic file information of the third graphic file are displayed through a search result page. For example, the terminal 110 may, when opening an application of the graphic file search class, present a graphic file search page, present a graphic file search frame on the graphic file search page, and acquire a first graphic file to be searched uploaded through the graphic file search frame. Then, the first graphic file is transmitted to the server 120, the server 120 provides the graphic file search service, and after obtaining the graphic file search result, the terminal 110 displays the graphic file through the search result page. Alternatively, the terminal 110 may acquire data information for graphic file retrieval from the server 120 in advance, for example, acquire graphic file database from the server 120, graphic file information and copyright information of the second graphic file, and the like. After the terminal 110 acquires the first graphic file, the terminal 110 provides a graphic file retrieval service and displays the retrieval result.
Regardless of the manner in which the terminal 110 and the server 120 provide the graphic file retrieval service, as shown in fig. 1, the server 120 may be a server, and optionally, may be configured to store the second graphic file, graphic file information and copyright information of the second graphic file, and the like. Of course, as an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the server 120 may also be a server cluster formed by several servers, for example, the server 120 may be a virtualized platform or a cloud computing service center.
Regardless of the form of server 120, terminal 110 is communicatively coupled to server 120 via a wireless network or a wired network that uses standard communication techniques and/or protocols. The network is typically the Internet, but may be any network including, but not limited to, a local area network (Local Area Network, LAN), metropolitan area network (Metropolitan Area Network, MAN), wide area network (Wide Area Network, WAN), mobile, wired or wireless network, private network, or any combination of virtual private networks. In some embodiments, data exchanged over the network is represented using techniques and/or formats including HyperText Mark-up Language (HTML), extensible markup Language (Extensible Markup Language, XML), and the like. All or some of the links may also be encrypted using conventional encryption techniques such as secure socket layer (Secure Socket Layer, SSL), transport layer security (Trassport Layer Security, TLS), virtual private network (Virtual Private Network, VPN), internet protocol security (Internet Protocol Security, IPsec), and the like. In other embodiments, custom and/or dedicated data communication techniques may also be used in place of or in addition to the data communication techniques described above.
FIG. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for graphical file retrieval, which may be implemented by a terminal and a server together in an implementation environment as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the graphic file retrieval method may include the following steps:
step 301, a terminal displays a graphic file retrieval interface, and a first graphic file to be retrieved is obtained through the graphic file retrieval interface;
after the terminal opens the application program of the graphic file search class, the terminal can open the graphic file search interface, and acquire the first graphic file to be searched through an input box on the graphic file search interface. For example, when a user has a need to retrieve a graphic file, an application of the graphic file retrieval class on the terminal is opened, and then the terminal displays a graphic file retrieval interface, which may be as shown in fig. 3-1. In the graphic file retrieval interface, a graphic file input box 31 is included, and in addition, to facilitate graphic file input, the graphic file retrieval interface further includes a select graphic file control 32. When a trigger operation (such as single click or double click) of the graphic file selection control 32 is obtained, a folder for selecting graphic files is opened, so that the graphic files selected from the folder are obtained, and the first graphic file to be retrieved is obtained. When the first graphic file is acquired, the storage path of the first graphic file may be displayed in the graphic file input box 31. Thereafter, to trigger the graphic file retrieval, the graphic file retrieval interface also includes an authentication control 33. When the triggering operation of the authentication control 33 is acquired, the graphic file retrieval function starts to be started.
It should be noted that, in addition to providing the graphic file input box 31, selecting the graphic file control 32 and the authentication control 33, the graphic file retrieval interface may also display the "home page", "help", "about" and "feedback" functional controls 34 as shown in fig. 3-1, and when the touch operation of any one of these functional controls 34 is obtained, the corresponding interface may be displayed to provide the corresponding function. For example, when a trigger operation of the functionality control 34 of "home" is obtained, the home interface may be exposed to implement the functionality of the home interface of the application that returns to the graphic file retrieval class. When the trigger operation of the "help" functionality control 34 is obtained, a help interface may be presented to provide solutions to problems encountered in the retrieval of some graphic files, thereby implementing the help function. When a trigger operation of the "about" function control 34 is obtained, a description interface of the application program about the retrieval of the graphic file may be presented to describe the application program, so that the user can know the function of the application program. When the triggering operation of the "feedback" functionality control 34 is obtained, a feedback interface may be presented to obtain some questions or suggestions of user feedback to further refine the application. Of course, there may be other content in addition to the content on the graphical file retrieval interface shown in FIG. 3-1, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited in this regard.
Step 302, extracting the graphic features of the first graphic file, and obtaining a first feature key value of the first graphic file according to the graphic features of the first graphic file;
for this step, the graphic feature extraction is a precondition of graphic file analysis and graphic file recognition, and is an effective way of simplifying and expressing high-dimensional graphic file data, and the graphic features include color features, texture features, shape features, local feature points and the like. The local feature points are local expressions of graphic features, and can reflect local particularities of the graphic files, so that the method is suitable for matching, searching and other applications of the graphic files. And color features, texture features, shape features, etc. may be more representative of global features such as color distribution, texture features, the shape of the primary object, etc. The global features are easily interfered by the environment, and adverse factors such as illumination, rotation, noise and the like can influence the global features. In contrast, local feature points often intersect lines in a graphic file, and are less disturbed in a structure in which the brightness changes. In practical application, which graphic features are extracted specifically, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited in this way.
In addition, after the terminal obtains the first graphic file to be retrieved through the steps, the terminal can extract the graphic features of the first graphic file by itself, or send the obtained first graphic file to the server, and the server extracts the graphic features of the first graphic file. Regardless of whether the main body of the feature extraction is a terminal or a server, when the feature is specifically extracted, some graphic file identification algorithms may be adopted to extract the graphic features of the first graphic file. For example, a comparative search algorithm based on whole graphic file hash, such as the PHash (Perceptual hash) algorithm, is used to extract the graphic features. Unlike the conventional cryptographic hash algorithm, the algorithm is mainly used to detect copying of media files (i.e., copyright protection). The algorithm is insensitive to the coding formats of audio/video and graphic files, but little change of the multimedia content can lead to different pHash values, so the algorithm has good stability.
Besides extracting graphic features by using the PHash Algorithm, a comparison search Algorithm based on whole graphic file hash, such as MD5 (Message-Digest Algorithm 5) may be used. And as an alternative, in addition to the comparison search algorithm based on the whole graphic file hash, a comparison search algorithm based on feature description points may be used, such as SIFT (Scale-Invariant Feature Transform ), SURF (Speeded Up Robust Features, acceleration robust feature), ORB, and the like. The feature extraction model can also be trained by a large amount of graphic file data based on a machine learning algorithm, and graphic features are extracted by the feature extraction model. Of course, in specific implementation, other graphic feature extraction algorithms may be used, which are not limited in particular by the embodiment of the present invention.
When the first feature key value of the first graphic file is obtained according to the graphic feature of the first graphic file, the value of the front preset digit in the graphic feature of the first graphic file can be used as the first feature key value, and the value of the rear preset digit in the graphic feature of the first graphic file can also be used as the first feature key value. Taking the graphic feature of the first graphic file as 64 bits as an example, the feature value of the first 32 bits in the 64-bit numerical value may be used as the first feature key value of the first graphic file, or the feature value of the last 32 bits in the 64-bit numerical value may be used as the first feature key value of the first graphic file. For ease of understanding, taking the example where the graphic feature of the first graphic file has the following 64-bit feature values:
101011001110010100010011000100101110110011100101110110010001100
the first feature key value of the first graphic file is the first 32-bit feature value of the 64-bit feature value, specifically: 10101100111001010001001100010010, or the first feature key value of the first graphic file is the last 32-bit feature value of the 64-bit feature value, specifically: 1110110011100101110110010001100. because the image file with high similarity has high similarity of image characteristics; and because the characteristic key value is a part of the graphic characteristics, some graphic files with low similarity degree with the first graphic file can be screened out by comparing the characteristic key value of the graphic file, and the graphic characteristics of the first graphic file are not required to be compared one by one, so that the retrieval speed is improved.
Step 303, retrieving a second characteristic key value identical to the first characteristic key value from the prestored characteristic key values of the second graphic file;
the second graphic file may be an already stored copyrighted graphic file, which is a concept of a pirated graphic file, and generally refers to an image work authorized for use in business, publishing, exhibition, etc. by a copyright holder of the graphic file (perhaps an author or an organization that authored the graphic file). These graphic files can be eventually tracked to copyright holders of graphic files for their use authorization. The use of such graphic files, however, often requires a fee to be paid to the copyright holder for a certain authorization. In addition, there are a plurality of authorization forms of copyrighted graphic files, and two forms of RM (rights Management) and RF (Royalty free) are most commonly used internationally.
RM authorization is the process of the copyright holder's delivering its graphic files to the graphic file brokerage, which allows the graphic file brokerage to agree on the authorized price of the graphic files based on the scope of the use, number of releases, time, etc. of the graphic clients. RM graphic files, the usage authorization that the user gets is limited by conditions such as number of times, time, space and usage. The user must obtain the use authorization every time the user uses the graphic file, the authorized price is calculated according to the number of times of use, region, service life, use period, graphic file size and other factors of the final client, and the final user has the opportunity to buy the use right of the graphic file. The RM graphic file has flexible authorization and pricing modes and can be priced independently according to different requirements of users. RF is currently the most popular form of authorization internationally. "royalty-free" means internationally that a user who purchases a graphic file does not need to pay the author a "royalty" in a certain proportion of the number of times he or she uses the graphic file and obtains a benefit after he or she has authorized to purchase the graphic file. The method can obtain the authorization of the author to use the graphic file for a wide range of purposes by paying a small amount of use fee at a time, is not limited by time, region and publishing quantity, and is not hooked with the income obtained by using the graphic file. In addition to RM and RF, PE (Price-Easy) modes, also known as simple pricing specific usage scope copyright modes, are included. The PE graphic file, the authorized price of which is based on the RM mode, but is preset for the number of times of use, time, space and purpose. Thus, the pricing of the graphic file can be standardized relatively, and the purchasing process of a graphic file buyer is simplified. The basic preset parameters of the PE graphic file are as follows: it is used for 1 time and has a validity period of 2 years. The usage is preset as 5 types: advertisement release/display, brochure/leaflet/direct cast media, media publication-cover, media publication-context, business institution usage.
In either type of copyrighted graphic file, after the feature key value of the copyrighted second graphic file is stored in the cache in advance, the second feature key value identical to the first feature key value is retrieved by comparing the feature key values.
Step 304, when the second characteristic key value identical to the first characteristic key value is retrieved, screening a third graphic file meeting the display condition from the second graphic files corresponding to the second characteristic key value;
optionally, in order to screen a third graphic file meeting the display condition from the second graphic files corresponding to the second feature key values, after retrieving the second feature key values identical to the first feature key values, the method further includes: and retrieving a second graphic file corresponding to the second characteristic key value in a graphic file database according to the graphic file index corresponding to the second characteristic key value in the cache, wherein the second graphic file corresponding to the graphic file index, copyright information of the second graphic file and graphic file information are stored in the graphic file database.
Screening a third graphic file meeting the display condition from the second graphic files corresponding to the second characteristic key values, wherein the third graphic file comprises: acquiring graphic features of a second graphic file corresponding to the second feature key value; calculating the similarity between the graphic features of the second graphic file corresponding to the second feature key value and the graphic features of the first graphic file; and when the calculated similarity reaches a threshold value, taking the second graphic file with the similarity reaching the threshold value as a third graphic file meeting the display condition.
Since the similarity of the graphic features of the two is higher when the second feature key value identical to the first feature key value of the first graphic file is retrieved in the cache, in order to further judge whether the graphic files are similar, the similarity between the graphic features of the second graphic file corresponding to the retrieved second feature key value and the graphic features of the first graphic file is further calculated. When calculated, a hamming distance may be used to determine the similarity. For example, the Hamming distance between the graphic feature corresponding to the retrieved feature key value and the graphic feature of the first graphic file is calculated, the threshold may be set to 5. When the hamming distance is not greater than 5, the similarity is high, and the second graphic file corresponding to the second feature key value can be used as a second graphic file matched with the first graphic file, namely, a third graphic file. In addition, besides the similarity between graphic features calculated by using hamming distance, the method can also be used for calculating the cosine similarity of the color histogram, etc., and the embodiment of the invention is not limited to a specific similarity calculation method.
It should be noted that, when the threshold value can reflect what level of similarity of two compared graphic files reaches, the two graphic files can be considered to be matched. The larger the threshold, the higher the similarity between the graphic files reaching the threshold. For example, the threshold may be set to 90%, i.e., if the similarity of the graphic features of two graphic files being compared reaches 90%, then the two graphic files are considered to be matched; conversely, if the similarity of the graphic features of the two graphic files being compared is less than 90%, the two graphic files are considered to be mismatched. In practical application, the size of the threshold can be determined according to practical experience or obtained by performing machine training on a plurality of graphic files, and can be set by a user, and the size of the threshold is not limited in the embodiment of the invention. In addition, because the method provided by the embodiment of the invention stores the graphic features of the second graphic file in the cache, the speed during searching can be faster than that of the second graphic file stored in a memory or other storage media, so that the efficiency of searching the graphic file can be improved.
Further, in order to implement the above-mentioned search method, before searching the graphic file, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention establishes a graphic file database in advance, and is used for storing the second graphic file and the graphic file index, copyright information and graphic file information of the second graphic file; in order to increase the search speed, the graphic features and the graphic file index of the second graphic file are also stored in the cache in advance. Therefore, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises the following steps: acquiring a second graphic file and copyright information and graphic file information of the second graphic file; acquiring graphic features of the second graphic file, acquiring feature key values of the second graphic file according to the graphic features of the second graphic file, and establishing a graphic file index for the second graphic file; and correspondingly storing the characteristic key value and the graphic file index of the second graphic file in a cache, and correspondingly storing the second graphic file and the graphic file index, copyright information and graphic file information of the second graphic file in a graphic file database. In addition, whether the feature key value and the graphic file index of the second graphic file are stored correspondingly, or the graphic file index, the copyright information and the graphic file information of the second graphic file are stored correspondingly, the specific storage modes can be stored in a table mode in a one-to-one correspondence mode, or in a hash value mode in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the embodiment of the invention does not limit the specific storage modes.
The above method for obtaining the second graphic file and the copyright information and the graphic file information of the second graphic file includes, but is not limited to: acquiring a hypertext markup language (HTML) classification page corresponding to the second graphic file through a web crawler; analyzing the HTML classification page to obtain tag information of the HTML classification page; acquiring an HTML link of the detailed page according to the tag information of the HTML classified page; the HTML link of the detailed page can acquire various information such as a graphic file downloading link, a title, copyright information and the like, so that the second graphic file, the copyright information of the second graphic file and the graphic file information can be acquired from the detailed page according to the HTML link of the detailed page. The copyright information includes, but is not limited to, the copyright type of the graphic file, such as RM type or RF type, etc., and may also be information describing the copyright type of the graphic file. The graphic file information includes, but is not limited to, at least one of identification information, source information, purchase address of the graphic file. For example, the identification information of the graphic file may be the number of the graphic file, different graphic files having different numbers. The source information of the graphic file can be a link address of the graphic file or a two-dimensional code comprising the link address; the purchase address of the graphic file is a Web site address for purchasing the right to use the graphic file, i.e., a Web page address of a provider of the copyrighted graphic file, through which payment can be made after logging in the purchase Web site to obtain the right to use the graphic file. Of course, other graphic file information may be available in addition to the above graphic file information, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
For example: crawling the HTML classification page corresponding to the second graphic file from the network by using a crawler tool, wherein the information of the obtained HML classification page is as follows:
https:// www.xxx.com/yyy/search_page=100 & page=1 & phrase=water sports & solt=best_match
After the HTML classification page is analyzed, tag information of the HTML classification page is obtained as follows:
< ahref= "/yyy/806835107 ph=water sports" target= "_blank" data-reaction= "547" > < img
src="//goss1.xxx.com/yyy/vcg/400/version23/XXX2136c1bbe0f.jpg"data-reactid="548"/></a>
Wherein "// goss1.Xxx.com/yyy/vcg/400/version23/XXX2136c1bbe0f.jpg" is the graphic file address of its thumbnail. Meanwhile, xxx id (identification) 806835107 can be obtained, and by using the information, the following can be obtained: the detailed page address of the graphic file, i.e. the HTML link of the detailed page: https:// www.xxx.com/yyy/806835107. And loading the detailed page into the memory according to the HTML link of the detailed page, and obtaining detailed information of the graphic file and larger thumbnail from the detailed page to obtain the second graphic file and copyright information and graphic file information of the second graphic file.
Through the steps, copyright information and graphic file information of a plurality of second graphic files can be obtained. In order to make the acquired second graphic file more comprehensive, the process of acquiring the second graphic file and the copyright information and the graphic file information of the second graphic file may be performed once every preset period (for example, every week, every month, etc.). In addition, in order to facilitate subsequent retrieval, the feature key value of the second graphic file and the graphic file index may be correspondingly stored in a cache, for example, the feature key value of the second graphic file may be extracted from the graphic file feature of the second graphic file; and storing the characteristic key value of the second graphic file in the cache corresponding to the index of the graphic file. Therefore, in the subsequent retrieval process, the data in the cache can be used for retrieval, so that the retrieval speed is improved.
In addition, when the third graphic file meeting the display condition is screened from the second graphic files corresponding to the second feature key values, a graphic feature comparison mode is adopted, so that the second graphic file with the similarity of the graphic features of the first graphic file reaching the threshold value can be regarded as the second graphic file matched with the first graphic file, namely the third graphic file meeting the display condition. If the number of second graphic files whose similarity reaches the threshold is two or more, it may be considered that there are a plurality of second graphic files matching the first graphic file, that is, there may be a plurality of second graphic files retrieved through steps 303 and 304. When the third graphic files meeting the display conditions are screened, all the second graphic files with the similarity reaching the threshold value can be used as the third graphic files meeting the display conditions, and a preset number of the third graphic files meeting the display conditions can be selected from the second graphic files with the similarity reaching the threshold value according to the sequence of the similarity from large to small. The preset number may be selected according to actual situations, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Step 305, obtaining copyright information and graphic file information of the third graphic file, wherein the graphic file information comprises at least one of identification information, source information and purchase address of the third graphic file;
when the third graphic file meeting the display condition is retrieved, the graphic file which is the same as or similar to the first graphic file is stored, so that the copyright information and the graphic file information of the third graphic file meeting the display condition need to be acquired for authenticating the first graphic file. Because the method provided in this embodiment stores the second graphic file and the graphic file index, the copyright information and the graphic file information of the second graphic file in the graphic file database in advance, and the feature key value of the second graphic file stored in the cache has the corresponding graphic file information and the copyright information in the graphic file database, the method as an optional way for obtaining the copyright information and the graphic file information of the third graphic file includes: searching corresponding copyright information and graphic file information in a graphic file database according to the graphic file index corresponding to the matched characteristic key value in the cache, and obtaining the copyright information and the graphic file information of the third graphic file.
And 306, displaying the copyright information and the graphic file information of the third graphic file on the search result page.
When the third graphic file is retrieved and the copyright information and the graphic file information of the third graphic file are obtained, the third graphic file can be directly displayed on the retrieval result page. When the user finds that the retrieved graphic file is a copyrighted graphic file, the graphic file can be carefully used, purchased or abandoned according to the displayed copyrighted information, so that the use infringement of the copyrighted graphic file can be successfully avoided.
For the case that two or more third graphic files are retrieved, when the retrieval result page displays the copyright information and the graphic file information of the third graphic files, the embodiment of the invention includes, but is not limited to, any one of the following display modes:
the first display mode: when at least two third graphic files exist and the third graphic files completely matched with the first graphic files exist, displaying copyright information and graphic file information of one third graphic file on a search result page, and displaying display entries of the rest third graphic files on the search result page; and when the triggering operation of the display entrance is acquired, displaying the copyright information and the graphic file information of the rest of the third graphic files.
For the display mode, when the copyright information and the graphic file information of one third graphic file are displayed on the search result page, the copyright information and the graphic file information of the third graphic file which are completely matched with the first graphic file can be displayed on the search result page, and one third graphic file can be randomly selected from all the third graphic files to be displayed. Wherein if there is a second graphic file that is exactly identical to the graphic features of the first graphic file, the similarity reaches 100%, and the second graphic file can be considered to be a third graphic file that exactly matches the first graphic file. Alternatively, the second graphic file may be considered to be a third graphic file that is completely matched with the first graphic file, because of the pixel size, or the like, although the similarity is not 100%, but 99%. That is, the similarity may allow for some error, and the second graphic files within the error range may be considered as the third graphic files that completely match the first graphic files. The embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited in terms of the error magnitude. In practical application, the second graphic file with the highest similarity with the first graphic file in the plurality of second graphic files can be used as the third graphic file completely matched with the first graphic file.
Further, regardless of how the third graphic file that is completely matched with the first graphic file is determined, in order to expand the presentation manner, copyright information and graphic file information of the third graphic file that is completely matched with the first graphic file may be displayed on the search result page. In order to display the rest of the third graphic files according to the requirements, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention also displays the display inlets of the rest of the third graphic files on the search result page; the presentation portal may be presented in a control manner on a search results page. When the triggering operation of the display portal is obtained, for example, when the display portal is detected to be clicked or double-clicked, the copyright information and the graphic file information of the rest of the third graphic files are displayed.
For ease of understanding, the search results page of this first presentation is illustrated in fig. 3-2. The content shown in fig. 3-2 includes a third graphic file 3a in the left half of the page and an information display area in the right half. The related information in the information display area is the copyright information and the graphic file information of the third graphic file except for the control 3b for viewing the rest of the graphic files. For example, the copyright information of the third graphic file is an authorization form RM, and the authorization limit is temporarily absent. The graphic file information includes the name "wind and daily necessities" of the third graphic file, and information such as ID (identification), size, specification, and storage size of the third graphic file. Optionally, in order to facilitate viewing, when the third graphic file is displayed, the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further provide a zoom-in control for zooming in or zooming out the third graphic file. In addition, in order to view the third graphic file that is completely matched, which is shown on the left side, the user may click on the control 3b for viewing the remaining graphic files on the right side to show the remaining third graphic files on the search result page, that is, the remaining third graphic files other than the third graphic file that is completely matched, which is shown on the left side.
The second way of display: when the number of the third graphic files is at least two, the copyright information and the graphic file information of each third graphic file are displayed in sequence on the search result page according to the sequence that the matching degree of the third graphic files and the first graphic files is from high to low.
For the display mode, the matching degree can be determined through the similarity, and the third graphic files with the similarity reaching the threshold value with the graphic features of the first graphic files can be ordered according to the sequence from the high similarity to the low similarity, namely the sequence from the high similarity to the low similarity.
For ease of understanding, the search results page of this second presentation is illustrated in fig. 3-3. In the search result page of the second display mode, two third graphic files, namely a third graphic file 3a and a third graphic file 3c, and graphic file information and copyright information of the two third graphic files are displayed in sequence according to the sequence of the matching degree of the third graphic file and the first graphic file from high to low. Of course, fig. 3-3 only take two graphic files as an example, and in practical application, there may be more than two third graphic files, which are not listed in the embodiments of the present invention.

For example, the retrieval result page also displays the evaluation information input box corresponding to each third graphic file, and when the evaluation information input in the evaluation information input box corresponding to any third graphic file is detected, the evaluation information is displayed. In addition, in addition to displaying the evaluation information input by the current user, evaluation information input by other users may be displayed on the search result page before the current evaluation.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the third graphic file meeting the display condition is obtained, not only the graphic file information of the third graphic file is obtained and displayed, but also the copyright information of the third graphic file is obtained and displayed, so that the content of the graphic file retrieval result is expanded; the copyright information can play a role in prompting, so that infringement risk existing when the displayed third graphic file is used can be reduced, and the usability of a retrieval result is improved; in addition, the displayed graphic file information can also comprise a purchase address, and when the copyrighted graphic file is searched, the copyrights can be purchased according to the purchase address, so that infringement is avoided, and the usability of the search result is further improved. And the third graphic file is obtained through searching in a characteristic key value mode, so that the searching speed is increased.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention also provides functions of focusing, sharing, evaluating the graphic files and the like, so that the application of the graphic file retrieval is further expanded.
Referring to fig. 4, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a graphic file retrieval method, which can be applied to the implementation environments shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, and is completed by a server and a terminal together. The difference from the above-described graphic file retrieval method is that the method provides a function of copyright graphic file declaration. Since any graphic file is theoretically photographed by anyone, the photographer himself has copyrights of the graphic file. But as other people cannot identify the copyright of the graphic file through the visible graphic file, the embodiment of the invention provides the copyright protection of the graphic file aiming at the graphic file shot by the user. By filling in the related graphic file information and perfecting the personal real name information of the user, the graphic file can be subjected to graphic file feature analysis after being submitted to a background server for storage, and the graphic file features are stored in a graphic file database. When other users search the graphic file, the graphic file can be searched out, and the information of the user who uploads the graphic file and the copyright attribution information are attached at the same time, so that other people can avoid copyright infringement. As shown in fig. 4, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following flow:
Step 401, displaying a copyright information statement page, wherein the copyright information statement page at least comprises a graphic file uploading control and an information input box;
for this step, a copyright information statement page may be displayed when the graphic file search application is opened. For example, in the first page of the graphic file search application, a copyright statement control is provided, and when a trigger operation of the copyright statement control is acquired, a copyright information statement page is displayed. Of course, there may be other ways of triggering the display of the copyright information statement page, which is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
And displaying the copyright information statement page in any mode, wherein the copyright information statement page at least comprises a graphic file uploading control and an information input box. The graphic file uploading control is used for uploading the graphic file, and the information input box is used for inputting copyright statement information. The copyright notice information includes user information, graphic file copyright type information and the like, and the user information can include names, contact modes and the like of users. In addition, the user who uploads the graphic file can also sign a copyright sharing protocol, and if the user signs the protocol, the author can donate the work to the public domain, and the author in the scope of all copyright laws in the world can give up ownership of the work and related adjacency rights in the scope of all legal permission. The user may copy, modify the work, or even for business purposes, without requiring authorization.
Step 402, when a trigger signal for a graphic file upload control is detected, acquiring an uploaded graphic file;
the trigger signal of the graphic file uploading control may be an operation signal for clicking the graphic file uploading control, and once the trigger signal of the graphic file uploading control is detected, the graphic file uploading operation is meant. When the uploaded graphic file is obtained, after the trigger signal of the graphic file uploading control is detected, a local folder can be opened to provide a locally stored photo search, and if the selected operation of any graphic file is detected, the selected graphic file is used as the obtained uploaded graphic file.
In addition, in addition to providing a locally stored photo search, a way to take a photograph to obtain a graphic file may be provided. If the trigger signal of the graphic file uploading control is detected, the camera is opened, and the graphic file obtained by shooting by the camera is used as the acquired uploaded graphic file.
Step 403, obtaining information input in an information input box, wherein the input information at least comprises user information and graphic file copyright type information;
for this step, the number of the information input boxes may be one to several, if several, each information may correspond to one information input box, and information prompt is performed to the user, so as to help the user input complete information, and facilitate copyright statement. For example, two information input boxes of user information and graphic file copyright type information may be included. For the user information input box, the user is prompted to input a name, a contact, etc. For the information input box of the graphic file copyright type information, the user is prompted to input the graphic file copyright type, or a copyright type option is provided, for example, to determine whether the copyright type is RF or RM.
