The embodiment of the disclosure provides an information pushing method based on historical records. The history-based information pushing method provided by the embodiment may be executed by a computing device, which may be implemented as software or as a combination of software and hardware, and may be integrally provided in a server, a terminal device, or the like.
Referring to fig. 1, an information pushing method based on a history record provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure includes the following steps:
s101, first type information on a first interactive interface and a user ID for viewing the first type information are obtained, and the first type information is displayed in a first interactive area.
The user usually obtains various information (e.g. news, video, music, etc.) through an application program, the user can push first type information to the user in an interface (e.g. a first interactive interface) of the application program in the process of browsing information through the application program, the first type information can be randomly sent advertisement information, or advertisement information related to the content currently browsed by the user, and by pushing the first type information to the user, the access of the user to the application program can be timely converted into a consumer related to the first type information. The application program may be various APPs installed at the mobile phone end, an application program such as a browser installed at the computer end, or a program running in other operating systems or electronic devices and capable of loading content.
In order to facilitate the operation of the user, the information can be displayed or fed back in an interactive area mode. For the first type of information, a first interaction area can be set, and the first display information can be displayed in a preset format by setting the first interaction area, so that the interaction efficiency is improved.
When the first type information is presented to the user in the first interactive interface, the ID of the first type information and the ID of the user can be acquired at the same time, and whether an operation record exists between the ID of the first type information and the ID of the user can be further checked based on the ID of the first type information and the ID of the user.
S102, searching a historical record of data interaction between the user ID and the first type information.
During the process of using the application program, the user usually takes certain actions on the first type of information, for example, for the type of information that the user is interested in, the user may further view the detailed content of the first type of information by clicking or the like. The above-described click operation, stay operation, or other similar operation record for the first type of information constitutes the information of interest to the user for the first type of information. The application program can store the related operations of the user for the attention information in a storage space designated by the application program in a log mode by specifically acquiring the related operations of the user for the attention information, wherein the log at least comprises a user ID and an operation record of the user ID for the first type information. The background program responsible for managing the application program can read the logs from the storage space in a mode of information interaction with the application program. Through the log information, whether the user ID carries out data interaction aiming at the first type of information can be searched.
S103, when a first data record exists in the history record and a second data record does not exist in the history record, a covering layer containing second type information is created in the first interaction area, and the covering layer enables the first type information and the second type information to be in a visible state.
And performing corresponding data recording on the operation of the user based on different operation degrees of the user on the first type information. When a user performs a viewing operation (for example, click viewing) on the first type information, a first data record is created for the user in the log based on the user ID, and when the user completes an interactive operation (for example, an entry operation or a reservation operation) required to be performed in the first type information after clicking viewing the first type information, a second data record is created for the user in the log based on the user ID. When the user has the second data record, it indicates that the user has completed the interactive operation required by the first type of information, at which point the user has completed the conversion process from the user to the consumer.
When the first data record exists but the second data record does not exist in the history record described by the log, the fact that the user does not complete the interaction operation required by the first type information is shown, and the first type information needs to be further recommended to the user in order to perform consumption conversion on the user.
Specifically, a cover layer may be disposed in the first interaction region, where the cover layer is another display layer disposed above the first type of information, and in order to enable the user to recall that the user has performed an interaction operation on the first type of information, the original first type of information (e.g., advertisement information) is still displayed in the first interaction region, and the cover layer is configured to overlay the second type of information on the basis of the first type of information in a semi-transparent manner. Thereby leaving both the first type of information and the second type of information visible.
The second type of information may be set differently as needed to guide the user to complete the interactive operation that he does not complete, for example, the second type of information may be "will your name be announced, will you be contacted by your service and not connected, will you reserve again? ".
And S104, pushing reservation information to the user based on the operation of the user on different interaction points in the Mongolian layer.
Besides displaying the second type of information in the cover layer, different interaction points can be set in the second cover layer, and through the interaction points, the user can continue to complete the interaction operation which is not completed before. As an example, the interaction point may be a "re-order" button, which the user clicks on and may proceed with a reservation activity that was not previously completed. Alternatively, the interaction point may be an "immediate call back" button, and the user may click on the "immediate call back" button to contact the provider of the first type of information (e.g., an advertising merchant) immediately by telephone or the like to make an appointment by telephone.
Different interaction points are arranged in the cover layer, so that support is provided for the user to finish interaction aiming at the first type of information, and the common user is quickly converted into a final consumer.
In the process of implementing step S104, as an application scenario, the first interaction point may be an "immediate call back" button, and in response to a click operation of a user on the first interaction point in the cover layer, a popup for dialing a preset number may be called in the second interaction interface, and a preset number is displayed in the popup, where the preset number is a number that can be in a connected state. In this way, the user can be quickly contacted with the first type of information provider.
Further, after the user completes the number dialing operation by dialing the popup window of the preset number, a second data record based on the user ID is created in the history record of the user ID. By creating the second data record, the state of the user for the first type of information can be updated in real time, so that data support is provided for pushing other types of information to the user next time.
Referring to fig. 3, according to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, pushing reservation information to a user based on operations of the user on different interaction points in the cover layer may further include:
s301, in response to the click operation of the user on the second interaction point in the cover layer, an interaction button containing a plurality of time options is displayed in the third interaction interface.
The second interactive point can set different interactive contents according to actual needs, for example, the second interactive point can be an interactive button with a reservation function, such as "reserve here", and when it is found that the user has performed a click operation on the second interactive point, an interactive button containing a plurality of time options can be displayed on a new interactive interface (third interactive interface), see fig. 2b, where the time options can include "faster", "better today", "tomorrow morning", "tomorrow afternoon", and the like. By providing a plurality of time options for the user, the user can quickly make time reservation, and the interaction efficiency of the user is improved.
S302, determining the time reserved by the user based on the operation of the user on the interactive button.
After the user interacts with the interactive button containing different time options, the reservation time of the user can be further determined based on the time contained in the interactive button, for example, if the user selects the "faster and better" button, the reservation of the user can be completed within 5 minutes. That is, when the user performs a selection operation on one of the plurality of interactive buttons, the time corresponding to the interactive button selected by the user is used as the reservation time of the user.
Alternatively, when the user does not perform a selection operation on any of the plurality of interactive buttons, the latest time existing in the plurality of interactive buttons is used as the reservation time of the user. For example, the time options in the plurality of interactive buttons include "better faster", "today", "morning of tomorrow", "afternoon tomorrow", etc., and when the user does not select any of the interactive buttons, the default time option is "better faster".
After the user finishes the appointment in the third interactive interface, the appointment condition of the user can be shown to the user in the fourth interactive interface, and the appointment impression of the user is enhanced in a result display mode. Besides, in order to prevent the user from time reservation error, the user is provided with an option of modifying the reserved time while showing a reservation success message to the user through the fourth interactive interface with reference to fig. 2 c. By this change appointment time option, the user can again modify the appointment time.
Referring to fig. 4, according to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, after the reservation information is pushed to the user based on the operation of the user on different interaction points in the cover layer, the method includes:
s401, recording the interaction state of the user on the third interaction interface or the fourth interaction interface.
In the process that the user interacts with the third interactive interface or the fourth interactive interface, the situation that the interaction is not completed also exists, and therefore, when the user does not complete the corresponding interactive content on the third interactive interface or the fourth interactive interface, the interaction state of the user on the third interactive interface or the fourth interactive interface can be recorded.
S402, when the user logs in the third interactive interface or the fourth interactive interface again, the interaction state existing in the third interactive interface or the fourth interactive interface before the user is directly displayed.
Through the previously recorded state of the third interactive interface or the fourth interactive interface, the interaction state existing before the third interactive interface or the fourth interactive interface can be directly shown to the user when the user logs in the third interactive interface or the fourth interactive interface again. For example, the user clicks the option of "change the reserved time" on the fourth interactive interface, but the reserved time is not changed, and when the user enters the fourth interactive interface again next time, the time change operation that the user does not complete in the fourth interactive interface may be further displayed.
As another application scenario, after the user completes the reservation interaction on the fourth interaction interface, the user also needs to transmit the reservation information of the user to a target object (e.g., an advertiser) corresponding to the first type of information, so that the target object contacts the user as soon as possible, or the user conversion condition of the first type of information is displayed on the target object.
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an information pushing apparatus 50 based on a history record, including:
an obtaining module 501, configured to obtain first type information on a first interaction interface and view a user ID of the first type information, where the first type information is displayed in a first interaction area.
A searching module 502, configured to search a history record of data interaction between the user ID and the first type information.
A creating module 503, configured to create a mask layer containing information of a second type in the first interactive region when there is a first data record and there is no second data record in the history record, where the mask layer makes both the information of the first type and the information of the second type visible.
