According to the sugarcane cutting device, the plurality of support grooves 9 are formed in the movable support plate 8 and used for placing the sugarcanes, so that the plurality of sugarcanes can be cut, the device can cut the sugarcanes in batches, the working efficiency is high, meanwhile, the cutting blade 15 is driven by the driving motor 20 to cut the sugarcanes, manual cutting is replaced, and the working intensity of workers is reduced;

according to the invention, the cleaned wastewater flows into the containing groove 21 through the through holes 11 on the surface of the supporting bottom plate 3, the wastewater flows into the water tank 22 through the water inlet pipe 23, and the wastewater is filtered by the filter plate 29 arranged in the water tank 22 so as to be reused.

The sugarcane batch cutting device for processing agricultural products is characterized by comprising a shell (1), a fixed side plate (2), a supporting bottom plate (3), a containing groove (21) and a water tank (22), wherein the fixed side plate (2) is arranged on one side of the shell (1), and the supporting bottom plate (3), the containing groove (21) and the water tank (22) are arranged on the inner side of the shell (1);
two ends of the supporting bottom plate (3) are respectively fixedly connected with the inner surface of the corresponding shell (1), the upper surface of the supporting bottom plate (3) is symmetrically provided with two fixing seats (4), the two fixing seats (4) are respectively positioned at the edges of two sides of the upper surface of the supporting bottom plate (3), two fixing rods (7) are vertically fixed between the two fixing seats (4), a movable supporting plate (8) is arranged on the two fixing rods (7) in a penetrating way, a first threaded rod (5) is arranged between the two fixing rods (7), one end of the first threaded rod (5) is rotatably connected in one of the fixed seats (4), the other end of the first threaded rod (5) penetrates through the other fixing seat (4) and the fixing side plate (2), extends to the outside of the shell (1), is fixedly provided with a first hand wheel (6), and is in threaded fit with the movable supporting plate (8);
the cutting machine is characterized in that a first rotating shaft (14) is installed on the side wall of the shell (1) through a bearing, a cutting blade (15) is fixedly installed at one end of the first rotating shaft (14), the other end of the first rotating shaft (14) penetrates through the side wall of the shell (1) and extends to the outside of the shell (1), a first driving wheel (16) is fixedly installed at the other end of the first rotating shaft (14), a driving motor (20) is fixedly installed on the inner surface of one side of the shell (1), an output shaft of the driving motor (20) penetrates through the side wall of the shell (1) and extends to the outside of the shell (1), a second driving wheel (17) is fixedly installed at the outer surface of the shell (1), a third driving wheel (18) is connected with the outer surface of the shell (1) through a belt (19), the first driving wheel (16), the second driving wheel (17) and the third driving wheel (18) are connected, a second threaded rod (28) is matched with the inner thread of the threaded sleeve column (35), the second threaded rod (28) is rotatably connected with the upper wall of the shell (1) through a bearing, the upper end of the second threaded rod (28) extends to the outside of the shell (1) and is fixedly provided with a second hand wheel (27);
an opening is formed above the accommodating groove (21), two ends of the accommodating groove (21) are fixedly connected with the inner surface of the corresponding shell (1), a water inlet guide pipe (23) is fixedly installed at the bottom of the accommodating groove (21), one end of the water inlet guide pipe (23) is connected with a water tank (22), the water tank (22) is fixedly installed on the inner bottom surface of the shell (1), a water outlet guide pipe (24) is arranged on the side surface of the water tank (22), one end of the water outlet guide pipe (24) is connected with a nozzle (26), and the nozzle (26) is fixedly installed on the inner upper surface of the shell (1);

a first through groove (25) is formed in the supporting bottom plate (3), a second through groove (31) is formed in the surface of the fixed side plate (2), a moving box (32) is arranged on the inner side of the accommodating groove (21), the moving box (32) is located right below the first through groove (25), one end of the moving box (32) is fixedly connected with a handle (33), and the handle (33) extends to the outer side of the fixed side plate (2) through the second through groove (31);
a filter plate (29) is horizontally arranged on the inner side of the water tank (22), a water pump (30) is arranged below the filter plate (29), the output end of the water pump (30) is connected with the water outlet pipe (24), and the joint of the water inlet pipe (23) and the water tank (22) is higher than the filter plate (29);
the surface of the fixed side plate (2) is provided with strip-shaped through grooves (34) which are longitudinally distributed, and one end of the first threaded rod (5) extends to the outer side of the fixed side plate (2) through the strip-shaped through grooves (34);
the cutting device comprises the following specific working steps:
firstly, sugarcane is put into a feeding hole on one side of a shell (1), the sugarcane is placed into a bracket (9), a second hand wheel (27) is rotated, the second hand wheel (27) drives a second threaded rod (28) to rotate, the second threaded rod (28) drives a supporting bottom plate (3) to move upwards through a threaded sleeve column (35) in threaded fit with the second threaded rod, so that a movable supporting plate (8) filled with the sugarcane is lifted, and the sugarcane and a cutting blade (15) are positioned at the same height;
starting a driving motor (20), enabling an output shaft of the driving motor (20) to rotate and driving a second transmission wheel (17) fixed at the end part of the driving motor to rotate, driving a first transmission wheel (16) and a third transmission wheel (18) to rotate through a belt (19) while the second transmission wheel (17) rotates, driving a first rotating shaft (14) to rotate by the first transmission wheel (16), and driving a cutting blade (15) fixed at the end part of the first rotating shaft (14) to rotate by the first rotating shaft (14);
rotating a first hand wheel (6), driving a first threaded rod (5) to rotate by the first hand wheel (6), driving a movable supporting plate (8) in threaded fit with the first threaded rod (5) to move while rotating the first threaded rod (5), enabling the sugarcane on the movable supporting plate (8) to move towards a cutting blade (15), cutting the sugarcane by the cutting blade (15), dropping the cut sugarcane into a movable box (32) below through a first through groove (25), and pulling out the movable box (32) with the sugarcane through a handle (33);
and fourthly, after cutting, starting a water pump (30) to pump water, enabling water to flow into a water outlet pipe (24) and be sprayed out through a nozzle (26), cleaning the cutting blade (15), enabling the cleaned wastewater to flow into the accommodating groove (21) along the through hole (11) on the surface of the supporting bottom plate (3), enabling the wastewater to flow into the water tank (22) through the water inlet pipe (23), and filtering through the filter plate (29).
