As a preferred technical solution, the community business information collecting and reporting module and the community business information processing module have a GPS positioning function.
According to the community transaction information processing method and system, when community abnormal transaction information is collected and reported, the community abnormal transaction information comprises the information such as geographic position information, emergency level information and required processing time information, a community transaction manager can sort and distribute the abnormal transaction information according to the information such as the position of an abnormal transaction and the emergency condition of the abnormal transaction, and transaction processing personnel can also compare the position information condition of the community manager with the geographic position condition of the abnormal transaction, preferentially select the abnormal transaction information which is close in distance, high in emergency level and short in required processing time to process, so that the processing efficiency of the community transaction information is improved, and the happiness index of residents is improved. As an optimized technical scheme, the community business information acquisition and reporting module and the community business information processing module have a GPS positioning function.
The community affair information collecting and reporting module is a community user terminal and/or an alarm detection device. The user can fill and report abnormal affair information (such as geographical location information, emergency level, abnormal event description, category and picture, and processing time acceptable at the latest) through the terminal equipment, and the alarm monitoring equipment can also report the sensed abnormal event information (abnormal event category, geographical location information, abnormal picture, emergency level, and processing time acceptable at the latest) through the front-stage sensing equipment. The transaction submitter can select the transaction state category and inquire the submission transaction list through the terminal equipment of the transaction submitter to inquire the progress of the transaction information.
The community transaction information dispatching module is a community transaction information platform, and a community manager can sort, dispatch, urge an order and the like to community abnormal transaction information provided by a user through the community transaction information platform.
The community affair information processing module is terminal equipment of a community affair information processor. 1. When the community transaction processor logs in the terminal equipment, the system can recommend unprocessed transactions and inquire assignment task information according to the authority of the community transaction processor. The community affair processor can select the position information in the community, or not, the current position can be set as the selected position information according to the positioning function of the terminal, or several items or all items in the emergency degree and time can be selected, the assignment task list can list the tasks in the assignment task list according to the priority rule, and the affair processor can select the affair processing. The transaction processor can also inquire an undistributed transaction list within the processing authority range, the priority of the list is displayed on the rule, and the transaction processor can screen and receive orders with the transactions.
After the transaction is completed and the system confirms, the transaction state is changed into a to-be-confirmed completion state. After the transaction enters a processing completion confirmation state, a transaction submitter needs to confirm within five days, if the confirmation information is selected to be negative, the transaction submitter needs to fill in the reason of transaction incompletion and submit, and the transaction state returns to a to-be-processed state; when the choice is yes, the transaction is complete. When the transaction submitter does not confirm within five days, the system automatically confirms.
According to the community business information processing system, a community business information processor can select position information on terminal equipment of the community business information processor, the position information can be defaulted as GPS positioning information of the position of the terminal equipment, the community business information dispatching module, namely a community business information platform, can recommend tasks to be processed according to the distance according to the positioning information of workers, the workers can perform task screening according to multiple task categories and sort the tasks according to the distance, and the business processing is performed, so that the processing efficiency of community business information is improved.
