Claims (10)
1. A community transaction information processing method is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, collecting and reporting community affair information; the community transaction information comprises geographical location information, emergency level information and required processing time information; the reported community transaction information comprises a transaction state label;
s2, numbering the community transaction information, wherein the transaction state label of the numbered community transaction information is to be dispatched;
s3, assigning the labels to all the community transaction information to be assigned, and changing the assigned transaction state labels of the community transaction information into the labels to be processed; assigning the labels to all the community transaction information to be assigned includes the following conditions:
l1, working condition of the community transaction information processor: sending a transaction processing and timing request to an undistributed task in a certain range of the location of the community transaction information processor, if the fixed weight of the condition is W (L1), the sending request time T _ start and the request response time T _ end, the dynamic weight of the condition L1 of the transaction processing at the moment is W (L1) = W (L1) × (2/3) (T-end-T_start)/5min ；
L2, geographical position information: if the condition fixed weight is W (L2), the community transaction information processor selects location information or default location information through the community transaction information processing module, screens the transaction processing alternatives to be selected within the maximum distance P _ max, and if the distance between the selected location and the transactions to be selected is P, the dynamic weight of the condition L2 under which the transaction is processed is W (L2) = (1-P/P _ max);

The community transaction information processing method of claim 1, wherein: in step S3, the method for ordering all the community transaction information to be assigned by the tag includes: and arranging the community transaction information from near to far, the emergency level from high to low and the required processing time from short to long according to the geographical position information.
5. The community transaction information processing method of claim 1, wherein: step S3 further includes reassigning the deferred community transaction information.

The community transaction information processing method of claim 1, wherein: in step S4, the method for performing sorting processing on all the community transaction information to be processed includes: and arranging the community transaction information from near to far, the emergency level from high to low and the required processing time from short to long according to the geographical position information.

The community transaction information processing method according to claim 2, wherein: when the step S4 is carried out, the transaction state label of the community transaction information is in process; and after the step S4 is finished, the transaction state label of the community transaction information which is finished is confirmed to be finished.

The community transaction information processing method of claim 7, wherein: the transaction state label is that the community transaction information which is confirmed after being processed needs to be confirmed by a reporter of the community transaction information: if the confirmation information is no, the transaction information needs to be filled in and submitted after the reason for incomplete processing is met, and the transaction state label returns to the state to be processed; if so, finishing the community transaction information processing; if the reporter of the community transaction information does not confirm within five days, the system automatically confirms; and changing the confirmed transaction state label of the community transaction information into an end.

The community transaction information processing system to which the community transaction information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8 is applied, characterized in that: the system comprises a community transaction information acquisition and reporting module, a community transaction information dispatching module and a community transaction information processing module; the community business information acquisition and reporting module is a community user terminal and/or alarm detection equipment; the community transaction information dispatching module is a community transaction information platform; the community transaction information processing module is terminal equipment of a community transaction information processor.
10. The community transaction information processing method of claim 9, wherein: the community business information acquisition and reporting module and the community business information processing module have a GPS positioning function.
