Detailed Description
The following detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a system block diagram of a first embodiment of the invention is shown. The present invention discloses an intelligent shopping system 1 (hereinafter referred to as shopping system 1), wherein the shopping system 1 can provide consumers with the fun of physical shopping and simultaneously enjoy the convenience of online shopping.
As shown in fig. 1, the shopping system 1 mainly includes a scanning device 2, a cloud server 4 and an application 31 installed and executed in a mobile device 3, wherein the cloud server 4 is in communication connection with the scanning device 2 and the mobile device 3 through a network. Specifically, the cloud server 4, the scanning device 2 and the mobile device 3 can perform two-way communication and data query with other links in the shopping system 1 through the network. One of the technical features of the present invention is that the consumer can bind the scanning device 2 with the mobile device 3 through the application 31, whereby the consumer can select an item to be purchased through the scanning device 2, and view the selected item through the mobile device 3 and perform a checkout action.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a schematic diagram illustrating a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown, when a consumer enters a physical store for physical shopping, the sensing data 71 of the item 7 may be scanned using the scanning device 2. In the embodiment of fig. 3, the sensing data 71 is recorded in a one-dimensional barcode. In other embodiments, the sensing data 71 may also be recorded in a two-dimensional barcode (QR Code), but is not limited thereto.
The cloud server 4 is in communication connection with the scanning device 2. After scanning and obtaining the sensing data 71 of the commodity 7, the scanning device 2 further uploads the sensing data 71 to the cloud server 4. After receiving the sensing data 71 from the scanning device 2, the cloud server 4 may query the internal database according to the sensing data 71 to obtain the commodity information 41 corresponding to the commodity 7. Specifically, the commodity information may be, for example, a detailed commodity introduction such as a name, a price, a specification, a place of production, a picture, an evaluation, and a composition of the commodity 7, but is not limited thereto.
As described above, since the scanning device 2 is bound to the mobile device 3 before use, when the scanning device 2 uploads the sensing data 71 to the cloud server 4, the relevant data of the mobile device 3 can be transmitted to the cloud server 4 at the same time. After the cloud server 4 queries and obtains the product information 41 of the product 7, the product information 41 can be added to a virtual shopping cart (not shown) of the mobile device 3, and further the product information 41 is transmitted to the mobile device 3 and displayed on a screen of the mobile device 3 for a consumer to view.
As shown in fig. 1, the shopping system 1 of the present invention further includes a checkout system 5, which is in communication connection with the cloud server 5 through a network. Specifically, the checkout system 5 of the present invention can perform bidirectional communication and data query with other links (e.g., the mobile device 3, the scanning device 2, etc.) in the shopping system 1 through the network. When the mobile device 3 receives an external operation from the consumer (for example, the consumer touches a checkout key provided by the application 31), the checkout system 5 may perform a checkout operation on all the commodity information 41 recorded in the virtual shopping cart according to checkout information registered in advance in the mobile device 3.
In one embodiment, the consumer may set the application 31 of the mobile device 3 in advance, and register the credit card information, the payment information, the ApplePay information, and the like in the application 31 as the payment information. When the consumer wants to perform the checkout action, the checkout system 5 may complete the checkout action directly according to any one of the above checkout information. In another embodiment, when the consumer wants to perform the payment operation, the payment system 5 can further calculate a payment amount according to all the merchandise information 41 in the virtual shopping cart and display the payment amount on the mobile device 3, so that the consumer can go to a payment counter (not shown) in the physical store and perform the payment operation with cash.
Specifically, with the shopping system 1 of the present invention, the consumer can directly use the mobile device 3 with the application 31 installed therein as a mobile Point of sale (PoS), thereby effectively simplifying the shopping process and shortening the checkout time.
As shown in fig. 1, the shopping system 1 of the present invention further includes a logistics system 6, which is connected to the cloud server 4 through a network. Specifically, the logistics system 6 of the present invention can perform two-way communication and data query with other links (such as the mobile device 3, the scanning device 2, the checkout system 5, etc.) in the shopping system 1 through the network. When the mobile device 3 receives an external operation (such as the aforementioned checkout button) from the consumer and completes the aforementioned checkout operation, the logistics system 6 may receive all the commodity information 41 recorded in the virtual shopping cart by the application 31 or the cloud server 4, and directly transport the commodity 7 corresponding to the commodity information 41 from a back-end warehouse to a designated address. Specifically, the designated address may be an address input by the consumer when performing the checkout operation, or an address previously registered in the application 31 by the consumer, and is not limited.
With the shopping system of the present invention, the consumer can connect to the scanning device 2 and scan and acquire the data of the merchandise 7 by the scanning device 2 only by downloading and installing the application program 31 in the mobile device 3, without any hardware change on the mobile device 3. In addition, the scanning device 2 scans the one-dimensional bar code or the two-dimensional bar code recorded with the sensing data 71 of the commodity 7, and the one-dimensional bar code and the two-dimensional bar code belong to the information originally possessed by the commodity 7, so that the configuration in the physical store does not need to be changed. Therefore, the consumer and the shop manager can set up and use the shopping system 1 of the present invention with the least cost, which is very convenient.
Furthermore, although the consumer enters the physical store for physical shopping, the consumer purchases the product 7 and directly transports the product 7 to the designated address from the back-end warehouse, and the consumer does not need to carry any product 7 in the physical store. Thus, shopping system 1 of the present invention may also substantially reduce the time required for staff in a physical store to order shelves.
Referring to fig. 2, a block diagram of a scanning apparatus according to a first embodiment of the invention is shown. As shown in fig. 2, the scanning device 2 of the present invention at least has a microprocessor unit 21, a scanning unit 22, a triggering unit 23, a wireless transmission unit 24 and a power unit 25, wherein the microprocessor unit 21 is electrically connected to the scanning unit 22, the triggering unit 23, the wireless transmission unit 24 and the power unit 25 for integrating and controlling the units 22-25.
The scanning unit 22 may be an infrared sensing unit or a camera module for sensing the sensing data 71 of the product 7. The triggering unit 23 may be a physical key or a touch key. When the scanning device 2 receives an external trigger from a consumer through the trigger unit 23, the trigger unit 23 sends a control signal to the microprocessor unit 21, so that the microprocessor unit 21 can control the scanning unit 22 to operate to scan the sensing data 71 of the product 7 (e.g., send out infrared rays or capture an image of a one-dimensional bar code/a two-dimensional bar code).
The scanning device 2 establishes a communication connection with the cloud server 4 through the wireless transmission unit 24. After the scanning unit 22 scans and obtains the sensing data 71 of the product 7, the microprocessor 21 further wirelessly transmits the sensing data 71 to the cloud server 4 through the wireless transmission unit 24, so that the cloud server 4 can perform subsequent operations.
The power unit 25 is used to provide the power required for the operation of all units in the scanning device 2. In one embodiment, the power unit 25 may be a lithium battery.
As shown in fig. 2, the scanning device 2 may further include a display unit 26, and the display unit 26 is electrically connected to the microprocessor unit 21. In an embodiment, the display unit 26 may be a Light Emitting Diode (LED) for displaying the current scanning status of the scanning unit 22. For example, when the scanning unit 22 is performing a scanning action, the display unit 26 displays red light; when the scanning unit 22 completes the scanning operation and acquires the sensing data 71, the display unit 26 displays green light.
In another embodiment, the Display unit 26 may be a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD). When the cloud server 4 queries and obtains the commodity information 41 corresponding to the commodity 7 according to the sensing data 71, the commodity information 41 can be transmitted to the scanning device 2, and the commodity information 41 can be displayed through the display unit 26. Therefore, the consumer can use the scanning device 2 alone when selecting the product 7 without frequently using and checking the mobile device 3, thereby facilitating the shopping behavior of the consumer.
Fig. 4A to 4C are schematic views of the virtual shopping cart according to the first embodiment to the third embodiment of the present invention.
In one embodiment, the application 31 may provide a shopping cart display page 310 for displaying the merchandise information 41 sent by the cloud server 4 to the mobile device 3. Specifically, the shopping cart display page 31 is used to display all the commodity information 41 added to the virtual shopping cart by the cloud server 4.
Edit options 311 and 312 can be provided on the shopping cart display page 310, and the edit option 311 can be triggered by the consumer to edit the merchandise information 41 in the virtual shopping cart.
As shown in fig. 4A and 4B, after the consumer uses the scanning device 2 to scan the sensing data 71 of the item 7 (e.g. towel), the cloud server 4 may add an item 7 into the virtual shopping cart (i.e. the number of towels is one). By triggering the edit option 311 described above, the consumer can directly modify the amount of items 7 in the virtual shopping cart. Therefore, when a consumer needs to purchase a plurality of identical products 7, the consumer only needs to scan the sensing data 71 of the products 7 once and modify the number of the products by the editing options 311, and the consumer does not need to scan the sensing data 71 of the products 7 repeatedly, which is quite convenient. Conversely, when the consumer wants to reduce the number of the products 7, the consumer can also trigger the editing option 311.
As further shown in FIG. 4C, if the consumer repels and does not want to purchase item 7 already joined in the virtual shopping cart, any item 7 (or all items 7) may be easily removed from the virtual shopping cart, again with the editing options 312 described above.
Referring to fig. 5, a shopping flow chart of the first embodiment of the present invention is shown. The present invention also discloses an intelligent shopping method (hereinafter, referred to as shopping method) applied to the shopping system 1 shown in fig. 1. First, a user uses the mobile device 3 to download and install the application 31 (step S10). In this embodiment, the application 31 is an application created and provided by a developer of the shopping system 1, and after the application 31 is installed and executed by the mobile device 3, various user information of the user can be registered in the cloud server 4 (step S12).
In one embodiment, the user information may include, but is not limited to, a user account number, a password, a name, a phone number, a designated address, a member number, account information, and the like. After the user information is registered, the user can bind the scanning device 2 and the mobile device 3 (step S14). In this way, after the user scans the sensing data 71 of the commodity 7 by using the scanning device 2, the cloud server 4 can directly know the identity of the user through the binding relationship, and further transmit the commodity information 41 of the commodity 7 to the mobile device 3 held by the user, and perform the payment operation and the transportation operation of the commodity 7 through the payment system 5 and the logistics system 6.
In one embodiment, the application 31 may be connected to the cloud server 4 after being executed, and the cloud server 4 receives a set of verification information with identification. Then, the application 31 can generate a binding data according to the user information and the verification information, and display the binding data on the screen of the mobile device 3. In this embodiment, the binding data may be a one-dimensional barcode or a two-dimensional barcode, for example.
When a user wants to use the shopping system 1 of the present invention, the binding data 3 displayed on the mobile device 3 is scanned by the scanning device 2. Therefore, the scanning device 2 can obtain the user information and the verification information after decoding, and transmit the verification information to the cloud server 4 for verification. After the cloud server 4 passes the verification, the scanning device 2 can be bound with the mobile device 3. Therefore, all the commodities 7 selected by the user through the scanning device 2 can be inquired and checked out through the bound mobile device 3, which is very convenient.
In another embodiment, the scanning device 2 may be provided with a bluetooth unit (not shown) electrically connected to the microprocessor unit 21. When the user wants to use the shopping system 1 of the present invention, the bluetooth unit of the scanning device 2 can be used to connect the scanning device 2 and the mobile device 3 wirelessly, so that the scanning device 2 can receive the user information and the verification information from the mobile device 3. Then, the scanning device 2 further transmits the verification information to the cloud server 4 for verification. After the cloud server 4 passes the verification, the scanning device 2 can be bound with the mobile device 3. The above is only an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, but the shopping system 1 of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned binding manner.
After step S14, the user can perform physical shopping in the physical store, and scan the sensing data 71 of any item 7 by using the scanning device 2 (step S16). Next, the scanning device 2 uploads the sensed data 71 obtained by scanning to the cloud server 4 (step S18), and the cloud server 4 queries an internal database according to the sensed data 71 after receiving the sensed data 71 to obtain the product information 41 corresponding to the product 7 (step S20). The cloud server 4 may further add the product information 41 to the virtual shopping cart of the user, and transmit the product information 41 to the mobile device 3 for display (step S22).
Next, the application 31 of the mobile device 3 determines whether or not the user wants to perform a checkout operation for the product information 41 in the virtual shopping cart (step S24), that is, whether or not the application 31 has received an external operation by the user (for example, whether or not the user has triggered a checkout button provided by the application 31). If the user does not perform an external operation that may trigger a checkout action, the shopping system 1 returns to step S16 to allow the user to continue selecting the item 7 to be purchased using the scanning device 2.
When the user performs an external operation that can trigger a payment operation, the application 31 performs the payment operation for all the product information 41 recorded in the virtual shopping cart. Specifically, after receiving the external operation of the user, the checkout system 5 may receive checkout information pre-registered by the user and all the commodity information 41 recorded in the virtual shopping cart from the application 31 or the cloud server 4. Accordingly, the checkout system 5 can perform a checkout operation on the commodity information 41 according to the checkout information (e.g., credit card information, payment information, applePay information, etc.) (step S26). Therefore, the waiting time for the user to go to the checkout counter of the physical store to queue and to use cash for checkout can be saved.
After the checkout system 5 finishes the checkout operation, the logistics system 6 may receive the user information registered by the user in advance and all the product information 41 recorded in the virtual shopping cart from the application 31 or the cloud server 4. Thus, the logistics system 6 can directly deliver the merchandise 7 corresponding to the merchandise information 41 from a back-end warehouse to a designated address recorded in the user information (step S28). Therefore, the inconvenience that the user needs to carry the purchased commodity in person after shopping can be avoided.
The intelligent shopping system and the intelligent shopping method can enable the user to enjoy the fun of physical shopping and the convenience of online shopping at the same time, but do not need to bear the inconvenience of the physical shopping and the online shopping.
The present invention is capable of other embodiments, and various changes and modifications can be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
