acquiring a song segmentation mode corresponding to the singing mode in the multi-person singing dividing instruction according to the corresponding relation between the preset singing dividing mode and the preset song segmentation mode;
and dividing the song into a plurality of song paragraphs according to the acquired song division mode.
In a preferred implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, the preset vocal segmentations include a segmented vocal segmentations mode, a male and female vocal segmentations mode, and a random vocal segmentations mode,
when the singing division mode is a segmental singing division mode, a preset song segmentation mode is to segment a song according to a paragraph structure of the song;
when the singing mode is a male and female singing mode, the preset song segmentation mode is to segment the song according to the male and female singing paragraphs of the song;
when the singing division mode is a random singing division mode, the preset song segmentation mode is to perform random segmentation on the songs.
In a preferred implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, when the vocal division mode in the multi-user vocal division instruction is a segmented vocal division mode or a male and female vocal division mode, the multi-user vocal division instruction further includes a corresponding relationship between a song paragraph type and position information of a vocal user, and the position obtaining module 2 is further configured to perform the following operations:
acquiring position information of the singing user corresponding to each song paragraph according to the paragraph type of each song paragraph based on the corresponding relation between the song paragraph type and the position information of the singing user;
wherein, the paragraph type depends on the preset song segmentation mode.
In a preferred implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, when the singing mode in the multi-user singing instruction is a random singing mode, the multi-user singing instruction further includes location information of all singing users, and the system further includes a song randomly allocating module configured to randomly allocate song paragraphs to each singing user.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the vehicle-mounted device comprises a lighting device, and/or an audio device, and/or a seat adjusting device, and/or a rotatable intelligent display device.
Further, based on the system embodiment, the invention also provides a vehicle-mounted infotainment system, which comprises the song singing control system for the vehicle.
In this embodiment, the in-vehicle infotainment system may carry a control system capable of realizing a specific function, and in some cases, may directly refer to a controller of the control system. It should be noted that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiment. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that the in-vehicle infotainment system may be an in-vehicle infotainment display system, an in-vehicle center control system, an in-vehicle computer system, etc., and such modifications or substitutions will fall within the scope of the present invention.
Still further, based on the above vehicle-mounted infotainment system embodiment, the present invention also provides a vehicle including the above vehicle-mounted infotainment system.
Still further, based on the above method embodiments, the present invention also provides a storage device, in which a plurality of programs are stored, the programs being adapted to be loaded by a processor to execute the song singing control method for a vehicle described in the above method embodiments.
Still further, based on the above method embodiment, the present invention further provides a control apparatus, which may include a processor, a storage device; the storage device may be adapted to store a plurality of programs which may be adapted to be loaded by the processor to perform the song singing control method for a vehicle according to the above-described method embodiments.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, specific working processes and related descriptions of the apparatus, the system and the vehicle embodiment of the present invention may refer to corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and have the same beneficial effects as the foregoing method, and will not be described herein again.
Those of skill in the art will appreciate that the method steps of the examples described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied in electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the components and steps of the examples have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate the interchangeability of electronic hardware and software. So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (16)

1. A song singing control method for a vehicle is characterized by comprising the following steps:
dividing the song into a plurality of song paragraphs according to the received multi-person singing dividing instruction;
acquiring position information of the singing user corresponding to each song paragraph in the vehicle according to the multi-person singing dividing instruction;
before the song paragraph begins, controlling corresponding vehicle-mounted equipment to execute preset singing reminding operation according to the position information of the singing user corresponding to the song paragraph, so that the singing user is reminded to singing the song paragraph in a non-direct sight shifting mode, and driving safety is guaranteed.
2. The song singing control method for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the multiple-person singing command includes a singing mode, and the step of dividing the song into a plurality of song paragraphs according to the received multiple-person singing command includes:
acquiring a song segmentation mode corresponding to the singing mode in the multi-person singing dividing instruction according to the corresponding relation between a preset singing dividing mode and a preset song segmentation mode;
and segmenting the song into a plurality of song paragraphs according to the acquired song segmentation mode.
3. The song singing control method for a vehicle according to claim 2, wherein the preset vocal split modes include a segmental vocal split mode, a male and female vocal split mode, and a stochastic vocal split mode,
when the singing mode is a segmented singing mode, the preset song segmentation mode is to segment the song according to the paragraph structure of the song;
when the singing mode is a male and female singing mode, the preset song segmentation mode is to segment the song according to male and female singing paragraphs of the song;
and when the singing division mode is a random singing division mode, the preset song segmentation mode is to perform random segmentation on the song.

The song singing control method for the vehicle according to claim 3, wherein when the vocal mode in the multi-user vocal commanding is a segmented vocal mode or a male and female vocal mode, the multi-user vocal commanding further includes a correspondence between a song paragraph type and position information of the singing user, and the step of obtaining the position information of the singing user in the vehicle corresponding to each song paragraph according to the multi-user vocal commanding comprises:
acquiring position information of the singing user corresponding to each song paragraph according to the paragraph type of each song paragraph based on the corresponding relation between the song paragraph type and the position information of the singing user;
wherein the paragraph type depends on the preset song segmentation mode.

The song singing control method for the vehicle according to claim 3, wherein when the chorus mode in the multi-person chorus command is a random chorus mode, the multi-person chorus command further includes location information of all singing users, and before the step of obtaining the location information of the singing user in the vehicle corresponding to each song paragraph according to the multi-person chorus command, the song singing control method further includes:
randomly assigning song passages to each of the singing users.
6. The song singing control method for vehicles according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the vehicle-mounted device comprises a light device, and/or a sound device, and/or a seat adjusting device, and/or a rotatable smart display device.
7. A song singing control system for a vehicle, the song singing control system comprising:
the song segmentation module is configured to segment a song into a plurality of song paragraphs according to the received multi-person singing instruction;
the position acquisition module is configured to acquire position information of the singing user corresponding to each song paragraph in the vehicle according to the multi-person singing dividing instruction;
and the singing reminding module is configured to control corresponding vehicle-mounted equipment to execute preset singing reminding operation according to the position information of the singing user corresponding to the song paragraph before the song paragraph begins, so that the singing user is reminded to sing the song paragraph in a non-direct sight shifting mode, and driving safety is guaranteed.
8. The song singing control system for vehicles of claim 7, wherein the multiple-person singing instructions include a singing mode, the song segmentation module being further configured to:
acquiring a song segmentation mode corresponding to the singing mode in the multi-person singing dividing instruction according to the corresponding relation between a preset singing dividing mode and a preset song segmentation mode;
and segmenting the song into a plurality of song paragraphs according to the acquired song segmentation mode.
9. The song singing control system for a vehicle according to claim 8, wherein the preset vocal patterns include a segmental vocal pattern, a male and female vocal pattern, and a stochastic vocal pattern,
when the singing mode is a segmented singing mode, the preset song segmentation mode is to segment the song according to the paragraph structure of the song;
when the singing mode is a male and female singing mode, the preset song segmentation mode is to segment the song according to male and female singing paragraphs of the song;
and when the singing division mode is a random singing division mode, the preset song segmentation mode is to perform random segmentation on the song.

The system of claim 9, wherein when the vocal partaking mode of the multi-user vocal partaking instruction is a segmented vocal partaking mode or a male and female vocal partaking mode, the multi-user vocal partaking instruction further includes a corresponding relationship between a song paragraph type and position information of a singing user, and the position obtaining module is further configured to:
acquiring position information of the singing user corresponding to each song paragraph according to the paragraph type of each song paragraph based on the corresponding relation between the song paragraph type and the position information of the singing user;
wherein the paragraph type depends on the preset song segmentation mode.

The song singing control system according to claim 9, wherein when the vocal pattern in the multi-person vocal command is a random vocal pattern, the multi-person vocal command further includes location information of all the vocal users, and the song singing control system further includes a song randomly assigning module configured to randomly assign a song segment to each of the vocal users.
12. A song singing control system for vehicles according to any one of claims 7 to 11, characterized in that the on-board device comprises a light device, and/or a sound device, and/or a seat adjustment device, and/or a rotatable smart display device.
13. An in-vehicle infotainment system, characterized in that it comprises a song singing control system for a vehicle according to any one of claims 7 to 12.
14. A vehicle characterized in that it comprises an in-vehicle infotainment system according to claim 13.
15. A storage device in which a plurality of programs are stored, characterized in that the programs are adapted to be loaded by a processor to execute the song singing control method for a vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
16. A control apparatus comprising a processor and a storage device; the storage device is suitable for storing a plurality of programs; characterized in that said program is adapted to be loaded by said processor to execute the song singing control method for a vehicle of any one of claims 1 to 6.
