5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the communication module is specifically configured to:
if the first number is a receiver of the communication request, the third number is a new number after number change corresponding to the first number;
and when the second number is determined to be in the number change notification list, finishing the communication between the third number and the second number.

The apparatus according to claim 4 or 5, further comprising a notification module, configured to send a number change notification message to the second number when it is determined that the second number is in the number change notification list, where the number change notification message includes a first number, a third number, and a third number logout expiration date, or the first number, the third number, and the first number logout expiration date.
7. An electronic device, comprising: a processor, a memory, a bus, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor;
the processor and the memory complete mutual communication through the bus;
the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the method of any of claims 1-3.
