In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a block chain-based multi-end interconnected supply and demand management system for planting products and cultivation products, which comprises an alliance chain and a pivot chain, wherein the alliance chain is composed of an operator, a supervisor, a base, an ordering party, a participating party and a wind controller; the alliance chain consists of five types of peer nodes including a base place node, an ordering party node, a participating party node, a wind control party node and a supervising party node; the pivot chain consists of two types of peer nodes, namely a supervisor node and an operator node; each peer node is provided with a block chain account book of the node and is mainly used for recording an information carrier which cannot be tampered; the order node, the base place node, the participating party node, the wind control party node and the supervising party node of the alliance chain are combined to form three sub-chains which are a supply and demand chain, a financial chain and a source tracing chain respectively; the supply and demand chain is expanded around the life cycle of the order, the order transaction process is in an event mode, and the transaction contract is written into a block chain account book of the corresponding node in an electronic signature mode; the financial chain records the fund collection and payment condition and the profit distribution condition in the supply and demand management process, and writes a collection and payment ledger generated in the order transaction process in the supply and demand chain into a block chain ledger of a corresponding node; and the tracing chain writes the data records of the risk key control points which easily cause food safety in the agricultural production process into the block chain account book of the corresponding node.
Further, the operator is an operator in charge of the supply and demand management system; the supervising party is a party for supervising the fair and transparent operation of the supply and demand management system; the base is the production or supply side of the planting and breeding products; the ordering party is a planting product and culture product ordering party; the nutrient participating party participates in the management of the planting and breeding products and enjoys the interest sharing; the wind controller is an insurance company, a guarantor or other party with risk control functions.

The financial chain writes order payment accounts generated in the supply and demand chain into an order party peer node, a base party peer node and a monitor party peer node through a billing chain code; the business-participating payment book is written into a business-participating party peer node, a base party peer node and a supervisor party peer node through a billing chain code; in the production process, paying out an account book, and writing the account book into a base party peer node and a monitoring party peer node by an account chain code; the income distribution account book is written into the peer nodes of the participating party, the base party and the supervising party by the accounting chain code; and the order insurance account book is written into the wind control party peer node, the base party peer node and the monitoring party peer node by the accounting chain code.
The tracing chain writes data or information of risk key control points which easily cause food safety in the agricultural production process into corresponding peer nodes through tracing source chain codes.
The invention provides another technical scheme for solving the problem, which is to provide a block chain-based multi-end interconnected supply and demand management method for planting products and breeding products, and the method comprises the following steps: firstly, a base side works out corresponding plant and culture product plans according to the production capacity of the base, a wind control side provides corresponding policy contracts, and the base side and the wind control side sign on-line contracts through electronic signatures and provide the contracts for an operator to check; step two, after the operator passes the verification, the operator issues the verification to the front end and provides the verification to the client of the ordering party for selecting and ordering; step three, ordering, signing an online electronic ordering contract, auditing the ordering contract by the base side, electronically signing, enabling the contract to take effect, writing a block chain account book, automatically maintaining the wind control side insurance contract, writing the order insurance account book, and writing the order insurance account book into a wind control side peer node, a base side peer node and a monitor side peer node through an accounting chain code; step four, paying and fixing money by the order party, receiving and arranging the money by the base party, writing the money into an order payment book, and writing the order payment book into the order party peer node, the base party peer node and the monitor party peer node by a bookkeeping chain code; fifthly, the base side starts production, the production expenditure situation is written into a production expenditure book, the accounting chain codes are written into the base side peer nodes and the monitoring side peer nodes, and meanwhile, data or information of key control points which are easy to cause food safety risks and harm in the production process are written into peer nodes of the block chain corresponding parties through the tracing chain codes; step six, after the production is finished, order delivery is carried out, the order party receives the products delivered by the base party, the balance is checked and accepted to be qualified, the base party receives the balance, and the order transaction is finished; and after the transaction is finished in the seventh step, the platform calculates the financial affairs, delivers insurance cost and enters a corresponding financial chain account book.
Further, after paying the deposit, the operator issues an operation participation item according to the situation, the operation participation party selects the operation participation item, orders and purchases the operation participation item and signs an online electronic contract, the base party checks the operation participation contract, the two parties sign the online contract, and the insurance contract automatically underwrites; paying the full amount of the marketing amount by the marketing party; recording the operation of the participation contract in a block chain account book in an electronic signature mode, the operation of the participation payment fund and the like in the participation payment account book, and writing the operation into the participant peer node, the base peer node and the supervisor peer node by the accounting chain code; after the order transaction is finished, distributing the income of the involved project to the involved parties according to the intelligent contract and the profit distribution rule, simultaneously writing in an income distribution book, and writing in the business distribution book into the peer nodes of the involved parties, the peer nodes of the base party and the peer nodes of the supervisor party through the accounting chain code.
Has the advantages that: the invention adopts a block chain technology to construct a multi-end interconnected supply and demand management system for the planting products and the breeding products, and the system ensures that an ordering party, a base place and a participating party safely reach transactions in an honest network environment by utilizing the characteristics of distributed accounting and non-falsification of a block chain, thereby realizing order type agriculture; the intelligent contract and the introduced wind control mechanism are utilized to complete the automatic allocation of the interests of all parties, and meanwhile, the interests of the participating parties needing preferential allocation are ensured to be firstly ensured; and an operation central chain consisting of a supervisor and an operator is introduced to ensure the fairness and transparency of system operation and operation decision.
Detailed Description
The supply and demand management system comprises a union chain and a pivot chain, wherein the union chain and the pivot chain are formed by an operator, a supervisor, a base place, an orderer, a participant and a wind controller.
The operator is responsible for the operation of the supply and demand management system, and the auditing of the base place, the subscriber, the identity of the participating party and the release content, and the formulation and coordination of the supply and demand rules are realized.
The supervising party is a party for supervising the fair and transparent operation of the supply and demand management system; and supervising the whole process of supply and demand management, including supervision of an operator.
The basic place is a production or supply party of the planting products and the cultivation products, and provides fields, management talents and related industrial entities required by the production of the planting products and the cultivation products;
the ordering party is a planting and breeding product ordering party.
The management and nutrition party is a party participating in the management of the planting and cultivation products and enjoying interest sharing, and is particularly a party needing assistance to pay partial planting and cultivation cost and obtain investment income when an order is completed.
The wind control party is an insurance company, a guarantee party or other parties with risk control functions; and insurance is provided for orders of planting products and breeding products.
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings, wherein the system is based on a block chain and is used for managing supply and demand of plants and cultured products.
As shown in fig. 1, the federation chain of the present invention is composed of five types of peer nodes, namely a base, an ordering party, a participating party, a wind-controlled party and a supervising party, wherein one type of peer node represents a system role and can also be used as a proxy node to derive a secondary peer node, so as to support more entities or enterprises (such as an ordering party a, an ordering party b, a base party a, a base party b, a participating party a and a participating party b) to access the federation chain peer-to-peer (P2P) network, and each secondary node inherits the role type of the primary node. Therefore, the entire system supports the constant growth and growth of members of the federation chain.
The backbone chain consists of peer nodes of both supervisor and operator types.
Each node is provided with a block chain ledger of the node and is mainly used for recording an information carrier which cannot be tampered, and the writing node is the block chain ledger written into the node.
As shown in fig. 2-4, an ordering party node, a base place node, a participating party node, a wind-controlled party node and a supervising party node are combined to form three channels or sub-chains, which are a supply and demand chain, a financial chain and a source tracing chain. Supply and demand chains are developed around the lifecycle of the order, including order release, wind control, participation in camps, subscription, fulfillment, and delivery completion. The order transaction process is written into a block chain account book in an event mode and a transaction contract in an electronic signature mode.
The supply and demand processes of the basic place, the prescription order, the ginseng and the cultivation product.
Firstly, the base side works out corresponding plans of planting products and cultivation products according to the production capacity of the base, and participates in insurance of the planting products and the cultivation products through cooperation with an insurance company. The wind control party (such as insurance company) provides corresponding insurance policy contract, and the two parties sign on-line contract through electronic signature, so that the insurance content is defined and the benefits of the two parties are ensured. The time of the policy subscription and the policy contract are recorded in the block chain. And generating planting product and cultivation product orders according to planting products, cultivation product varieties, production periods, product quantity, price and the like of the base, and providing the orders for the operator for auditing.
The operator evaluates the actual condition of the culture base and audits orders; after the checking is passed, the order is configured with ordering requisition, base qualification, insurance measure and ordering and matching content and then is issued to the front end, and the ordering is provided for the customer of the ordering party to select and order.
After an order is selected by an ordering party, placing an order for purchase, signing an online electronic contract, auditing the order contract and carrying out electronic signing operation after a base side receives a purchase request of the ordering party, and after the two sides sign the online contract, the order contract takes effect, the insurance contract is automatically underwritten and written into an order insurance ledger; the ordering party pays a fixed fee according to the contract requirement, and the base party receives the fixed fee and arranges the production of the planting products and the culture products. The signing contract is recorded into a block chain account book in an electronic signature mode, and the payment settlement operation is recorded into an order payment account book.
The operator issues the camp participation project according to the actual conditions of the fund, the camp participation object and the like of the order and provides the camp participation project for investment camp participation; after the operator selects the operation-participating project, the operator orders and subscribes an on-line electronic contract, the base side receives the operation-participating request of the operator, audits the operation-participating contract and carries out electronic subscription operation, and after the operator subscribes the on-line contract, the subscription contract becomes effective and the insurance contract is automatically underwritten; paying the full amount of the participating amount by the participating party according to the contract requirement; the operation of the participation contract is recorded into a block chain account book in an electronic signature mode, and the operation of the participation payment fund and the like is recorded into the participation payment account book.
After the order and the participation project are due or the operator finishes the product, the order channel of the order and the participation project is closed, the base side starts to produce, the order and the participation side can check related production data such as feed, medicines, environment and the like used by the cultured product, and the production expenditure condition is written into a production expenditure account book by the base side.
After the production of the base place is finished, order delivery is carried out, and products of planting products and cultivation products are delivered according to the signed contract and delivery standard; the order party receives the products delivered by the base party, performs final fund settlement and pays balance after acceptance, the base party receives the balance, and the order transaction is finished.
After the order transaction is finished, the platform performs financial calculation and pays insurance cost; secondly, distributing the income of the involved project to involved parties according to an intelligent contract and a profit distribution rule by a block chain technology, and writing in a income distribution book.
The financial chain shown in fig. 3 records the situation of fund balance and profit distribution in the supply and demand management process. The fund collection and payment condition is completed by chaining the dynamic information of the bank account, and the profit distribution masters the distribution principle through an intelligent contract. The order payment account book is written into an order party peer node, a base party peer node and a monitor party peer node through a billing chain code; the business-participating payment book is written into a business-participating party peer node, a base party peer node and a supervisor party peer node through a billing chain code; the expenditure account book in the production process takes the cultured pigs as an example, and expenditure accounting information of the cultured pigs, such as seedlings, feeds, personnel, medicines and the like is written into the base party peer node and the supervisor party peer node by an accounting chain code; the income distribution book (profit is distributed to the participating party preferentially) is written into the participating party peer node, the base party peer node and the supervising party peer node by the accounting chain code; and the order insurance account book is written into the wind control party peer node, the base party peer node and the monitoring party peer node by the accounting chain code. Distributed accounting and non-tamper property of the block chain account book are utilized, so that a guarantee is provided for fair and transparent operation of the system.
The traceability chain shown in fig. 4 is designed according to the international "risk analysis and critical control point (HACCP) system", and the system mainly records data or information of key control points which are susceptible to risk damage of food safety in the agricultural production process into the blockchain. Taking a cultured live pig as an example, the pig seedling information, such as the breed, the producing area, the quantity, the initial weight and the like of the pig seedling, and the delivery information, such as the delivery time, the delivery mode and the like, are written into the ordering party peer node, the base party peer node and the supervisor peer node through the traceback chain code; information in the culture process, such as feed information (including manufacturers, feeding time, feeding quantity and the like), vaccine medicine information (including manufacturers, using time, using quantity and the like), and environmental events (such as time for exceeding high temperature, exceeding low temperature or exceeding culture air quality and the like) are written into accounts of a base peer node and a supervisor peer node through a tracing chain code; dead and obsolete live pig information, such as time and weight data of dead and obsolete live pigs, is written into the base peer node, the wind control peer node and the supervision peer node through the traceability chain codes. By utilizing the distributed accounting and non-tamper property of the block chain account book, the tracing of the food safety quality is guaranteed.
