Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a frosted card, which comprises the following steps: printing, binding and laminating steps. The lamination step is to cover the touch film with the frosted effect on the protective film on the front surface of the card body, hot pressing is carried out for 2-20 minutes under the pressure of 2.5-7 MPa and the temperature of 100-130 ℃, and then cold pressing is carried out at the temperature of 5-25 ℃ to prepare the frosted card. Preferably, the sheet material in step (1) is a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) sheet material or a paper sheet material.
The pictures and texts printed in the step (1) are printed according to actual needs (for example, according to picture and text requirements provided by customers), the printing ink can be non-UV ink or UV ink, and if the printing ink is UV ink, the pictures and texts printed in the step (1) are further cured by a conventional UV curing mode.

Preferably, the binding in the step (2) is carried out by hot melting at 140-180 ℃ (preferably 140-160 ℃), and the binding time is 2-5 seconds. And no adhesive such as glue is used in the binding process.
The protective film with magnetic strips in the step (2) is prepared by mounting the magnetic strips purchased from Shanghai Huojin information technology Co., Ltd and the protective film purchased from Jiangsuhuaxin New Material Co., Ltd on the protective film at 200 +/-20 ℃.
Preferably, the cold pressing in step (3) is cold pressing at a temperature of 1-10MPa from 5 to 25 ℃ for 5-20 minutes (preferably 8-15 minutes). And after the hot pressing is finished, cooling to 5-25 ℃ by cooling water, and then carrying out cold pressing.
The touch film in the step (3) can be recycled.
Preferably, the thickness of the sanding card is 0.78-0.84 mm.

Comparative example 1
The hot pressing temperature in step (3) in comparative example 1 was 80 ℃ compared to example 2. The rest of the preparation process is the same.
Comparative example 2
The pressure of hot pressing in step (3) in comparative example 2 was 1MPa, as compared with example 3. The rest of the preparation process is the same.
Product effectiveness testing
The products prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 and a commercial matte card were dry-ground 1000 times under a pressure of 0.5Kg, and then the degree of abrasion (degree of abrasion divided into no abrasion, slight, heavy and severe) and hand (hand divided into no matte touch, slight matte touch and strong matte touch) of the matte surface of the card were observed, and the results are shown in table 1.

as can be seen from Table 1, the abrasion resistance properties of the products prepared in examples 1-3 of the present invention are stronger than those of the products prepared in comparative examples 1-2 and the commercial sandcard. In particular, the products prepared in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention have strong frosted touch after abrasion test, and it can be seen that the products prepared in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention have excellent frosting performance, which is superior to the products prepared in comparative examples 1 to 2 and the frosted cards sold in the market.

(1) printing pictures and texts on the two sheets for later use;
(2) binding: respectively taking the two sheets prepared in the step (1) as an upper printing layer and a lower printing layer to clamp an element layer from the upper direction and the lower direction, then placing a front protective film on the upper printing layer, placing a back protective film on the surface of the lower printing surface, and then binding the front protective film, the upper printing layer, the element layer, the lower printing layer and the back protective film, wherein the binding is carried out in a hot melting mode at the temperature of 140-180 ℃, the binding time is 2-5 seconds, and the card body is prepared;
(3) laminating: covering a touch film with a frosted effect on the protective film on the front surface of the card body, carrying out hot pressing for 5-15 minutes at the pressure of 2.5-7 MPa and the temperature of 110-120 ℃, then carrying out cold pressing at the temperature of 5-25 ℃, and carrying out cold pressing at the pressure of 1-10MPa for 5-20 minutes to prepare the frosted card.
