A terminal device is characterized in that the terminal device is connected with a private network access device through an OTG line, a driver for identifying the private network access device is arranged in the terminal device, a radio interface layer RIL program is arranged in a source code of the terminal device, the RIL program comprises interface configuration between the terminal device and the private network access device, and the RIL program is used for realizing signaling interaction and data interaction between the terminal device and the private network access device;
the terminal device includes:
a sending module, configured to send a network access request to a private network access device by executing the RIL program, where the network access request is used to instruct the private network access device to initiate a network access attachment to a base station;
a receiving module, configured to receive a network access response sent by the private network access device, where the network access response carries information of successful attachment of the private network access device;
the sending module is further configured to send a dialing request to the private network access device by executing the RIL program, where the dialing request is used to instruct the terminal device to access a private network base station through the private network access device;
the receiving module is further configured to receive a dialing response sent by the private network access device, where the dialing response is used to instruct the private network base station to allow the terminal device to access a private network through the private network access device.
7. The terminal device according to claim 6, wherein the terminal device further comprises:
the detection module is used for detecting whether the private network access equipment is powered on or not;
and if the private network access equipment is not powered on, the sending module is also used for initiating a starting-up instruction to the power supply equipment of the private network access equipment.
8. The terminal device of claim 7, wherein the RIL procedure comprises a signaling interface configuration and a data interface configuration between the terminal device and the private network access device;
the terminal device further includes:
and the configuration module is used for configuring the signaling interface and the data interface of the terminal equipment according to the RIL program.
9. The terminal device according to claim 7, wherein a code for configuring connection priority is set in a source code of the terminal device;
the configuration module is further configured to configure a connection priority order of the private network connection, the public network connection and the WIFI connection of the terminal device according to the code configured by the connection priority.
