Claims (1)

the sub-account assessment module (3) is used for assessing each sub-account of the published information, changing the state of the sub-account which is not qualified in assessment into forbidden state and sending the forbidden state to a manager;
the sub-account processing module (4) is used for processing the sub-accounts with unqualified examination according to the received instruction of the manager;
the information issuing module (2) includes:
the screening unit (21) is used for screening out the sub-account numbers which issue the information similar to the information to be issued from the sub-account numbers of the issued information;
the statistical unit (22) is used for counting first data indexes of the screened sub-accounts and interaction indexes of information similar to the information to be published, wherein the first data indexes comprise a cumulative publishing number F, a cumulative playing number B, a cumulative interaction number H, a cumulative praise number D, a cumulative comment number P and a cumulative forwarding number Z, and the interaction indexes comprise a similar number s, a forwarding number Z, a comment number P and a praise number D of the published information;
a calculating unit (23) for calculating an activity index of the similar information according to the first data index and the interaction index;
the issuing unit (24) is used for sorting the screened sub-accounts according to the size of the active index and issuing information to be issued in the sub-accounts which are sorted in the front;
