Detailed Description
The scheme provided by the specification is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. For convenience of explanation, a specific application scenario of the embodiment of the present specification shown in fig. 1 is described. Fig. 1 shows a specific scenario in which a user interacts with an offline presentation terminal 103 through a first client 102. The server 103 may communicate with the first client 102 and the offline display terminal 103 through a network.
Here, it may be assumed that the first client 102 is a first application client. The first client 102 may be understood as a terminal (e.g., a smart phone) on which a first application (e.g., a shopping APP, a Web application, etc.) may run, or as the first application itself that may run on the terminal, which is not limited herein. The server 101 is used for providing services for the first application. Wherein, in one embodiment, the first client 102 may be a client identified by a user connected with the server 101, in case the first client 102 is understood as the first application itself. For example, a first client is identified by the username "zhang san" and a second client is identified by the username "lie san si". In this specification, the client that establishes a connection with the offline presentation terminal 103 is referred to as a first client.
The offline presentation terminal 103 may be one of the presentation terminals in the distributed presentation system of the server 101. For example, in a specific scenario, for a certain clothing brand, the server 101 is a server of an APP developed by the clothing brand, each offline display terminal 103 is respectively provided for each offline store of the clothing brand, a user can download the APP provided by the clothing brand through a mobile phone and register the APP as the first client 102, and the server 101 can display the clothing brand through the offline display terminal 103 (such as an electronic shopping guide of a store) corresponding to the certain store or information of a current store.
The offline presentation terminal 103 may also be another client of the server 101. For example, in a specific scenario, for a certain shopping-class APP, the user of the first client 102 is a consumer and the user of the offline presentation terminal 103 is a merchant. The offline display terminal 103 at this time may be a billboard or the like installed at a push place by a merchant.
In other specific scenarios, the offline presentation terminal 103 may also be in other forms. In a word, the offline display terminal 103 may communicate with the server 101 through a network, and perform information push during an interaction process with a user corresponding to the first client 102.
It is understood that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first client 102 and the offline presentation device 103 may establish an association relationship before performing the live interaction offline. In one embodiment, the authentication identifier of the offline presentation device 103 may be transmitted in a near field communication manner to establish the association relationship. The near field communication method may be, for example: bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Bluetooth, wifi, NFC, and the like. In another embodiment, the association relationship between the first client 102 and the second client may be determined by information recorded by the server, for example, when the authentication identifier of the offline display terminal 103 is uploaded by the first client 102.
The process of establishing the association relationship involves an authentication identifier (token) of the offline display terminal 103. The authentication identifier may be generated locally by the offline display terminal 103, or may be obtained from the server in advance, which is not limited herein. The authentication identifier is used for identifying the identity of the offline display terminal and for verification during association with the first client. The authentication identifier may be valid for life after being assigned to the offline display terminal. In some embodiments, the authentication identifier may also have a certain timeliness in order to ensure that only one client can be associated at a time. When a client acquires an authentication identifier, or associates the authentication identifier with the offline display terminal 103, the authentication identifier may be invalidated and updated. The update of the authentication identifier may be performed by the offline display terminal itself, or may be requested from the server by the offline display terminal, which is not limited herein.
In one embodiment, the authentication identifier may be a combination of the identity code of the offline presentation terminal 103 and the issuing time and/or the issuing serial number. It can be understood that an offline display terminal may have an identity code, and through the identity code, the server can distinguish which offline display terminal the received communication information comes from in the communication process, and send the information to the correct offline display terminal. The issue time is, for example: 2019.2.2.10:30, the issuing serial number is 1, 2, 3 … …, for example, and the combination of the issuing time and the issuing serial number is 2019.1.10-01 (01 th authentication ID of 2019.1.10), for example. And adding the issuing time and/or the authentication identifier of the issuing serial number to uniquely determine an offline display terminal.
In another embodiment, the authentication indicia is a random character of a predetermined number of digits. The random characters may include at least one of numbers, characters, symbols, e.g., e3f89, and the like. The randomly generated characters have a low probability of being repeated within a certain period of time, and can be used for preventing the client to be connected from repeatedly using the authentication identifier.
In other embodiments, the authentication identifier may also be in other forms, which are not described herein again.
The following describes an implementation process of the related art scheme in detail.
As shown in fig. 2, in the information pushing process of the embodiment of the present specification, at least a first client, an offline display terminal, and a server are involved. The first client registers with the server in advance, the server provides service for the first client, and the offline display terminal is a distributed display system of the server or another client opposite to the first client in the service provided by the server. It can be understood that, when the first client registers with the server, the registration can be completed through the identity information of the corresponding first user. The identity information may be, for example, a mobile phone number, a user name (user name), an account number (ID), and the like.
As shown in fig. 2, in step S201, the offline presentation terminal presents authentication information. Wherein the authentication information can be generated based on the authentication identifier. The authentication information may be a character of the authentication identifier itself, or may be a two-dimensional code picture generated from the authentication identifier.
Next, as shown in step S202, the first client may obtain the authentication information through the first user.
When the authentication information is characters forming an authentication identifier, the first client may acquire the authentication information through manual input, character recognition, and the like by the first user. In the case that the authentication information is a two-dimensional code generated by the authentication identifier, the first client may acquire the authentication information by scanning a two-dimensional code picture.
In some optional implementations, the two-dimensional code picture may further include an intermediate page (H5 page), a script for jumping to an APP corresponding to the first application, a link for downloading the APP of the first application, and the like. In this way, even if the first client is not a client registered with the server in advance, the corresponding information can be acquired by scanning the two-dimensional code picture. The user can also complete the downloading and registration of the first application to become a client of the server side on site according to the two-dimension code identification information, and the authentication identification in the authentication information is obtained through the registered client.
After the first client acquires the authentication information, the first client can obtain the authentication identifier therein. Next, through step S203, the first client may broadcast the corresponding identity information of the first user and the obtained authentication identifier together as the first information through a near field communication manner. The identity information may be the above-mentioned mobile phone number, user name, account, etc.
It is understood that in the near field communication case, there may be multiple clients within the communicable range of one offline presentation terminal, and there may also be one or more offline presentation terminals within the communicable range of one client. When the first client can broadcast the broadcast information, at least one offline display terminal can receive the broadcast information.
The offline display terminal receiving the broadcast information can determine whether the authentication identifier in the broadcast information is the currently valid authentication identifier of the offline display terminal, and if so, the offline display terminal receives and processes the corresponding broadcast information. Assuming that the broadcast information received by the offline display terminal is first broadcast information, and the first broadcast information includes a first authentication identifier and first identity information, the offline display terminal may match the first authentication identifier with an effective authentication identifier of the offline display terminal, and recognize that the first authentication identifier is a current effective authentication identifier under the condition that the first authentication identifier is consistent with the current effective authentication identifier of the offline display terminal. That is, the first broadcast information is the first information in step S203. In this embodiment, the currently valid authentication flag may be the authentication flag shown in step S201. For the offline display terminal shown in fig. 2, after receiving the first information, in step 204, by recognizing the authentication identifier included in the first information, the identity information of the first user in the first information may be further acquired.
In an embodiment, the authentication information is an authentication identifier in a character form, and the first client obtains the authentication identifier in a first user input manner or a character automatic recognition manner, so that the authentication identifier may be invalidated and updated after being associated with the first client. The offline display terminal is associated with the first client, and may be an authentication identifier of the offline display terminal, which is identified from the first information.
In another embodiment, the authentication information may be a two-dimensional code picture. The authentication identifier may be invalid and updated after the first client scans the two-dimensional code picture. If the two-dimensional code is scanned and confirmed to be invalid, the first client and the offline display terminal are not successfully associated, the displayed authentication identifier can be invalid and updated firstly, and the effective authentication identifier stored in the background and used for establishing the association relationship can also be the authentication identifier when the first client scans and is updated to the authentication identifier which is consistent with the displayed two-dimensional code picture after being associated with one client.
Therefore, the situation that a plurality of clients are simultaneously associated with the same offline display device can be effectively avoided.
Then, through step S205, the offline display terminal sends the identity information acquired in step S204 to the server.
In step S206, the server receives the identity information sent by the offline display terminal. Then, in step S207, the server may determine at least one piece of push information for the first user among the pieces of information to be pushed based on the data record corresponding to the identity information.
After receiving the identity information, the server may determine the push information for the first user according to the data record corresponding to the identity information. Here, the data record corresponding to the identity information is, for example, a user history behavior record, a basic information record, or the like. The historical behavior record may include one or more of a historical browsing record, a historical clicking record, a historical location record, and the like, and the basic information record is a relatively stable information record, such as at least one of occupation, age, gender, set preference, and the like.
The server may store a plurality of pieces of information to be pushed, such as commodity information, news articles, and the like in advance. According to one embodiment, in the case that the information to be pushed is commodity information, the information to be pushed may also be related to the geographical position of the offline display terminal. For example, if the offline display terminal is a shopping guide card at the door of a chain of stores, the information to be pushed is the current goods in the store.
In one embodiment, the server may select a predetermined number of pieces of information that are relatively popular from the pieces of information to be pushed, or select a predetermined number of pieces of information from at least one preference category set by the first user, respectively, as the pieces of information to be pushed for the first user.
In another embodiment, the server may further obtain historical operation data (e.g., browsing, ordering types, etc.) and/or registration information (e.g., age, gender, preference, etc.) of the first user according to the identity information, and purposefully select at least one piece of information to be pushed, which is a predetermined number of pieces or has a matching degree with a user portrait of the first user exceeding a predetermined threshold, as the pushing information for the first user. In this way, the determined push information can be made more personalized and more targeted. Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
in an embodiment, the server may further extract at least one user keyword of the first user from a pre-stored data record to form a first user keyword set, and then select at least one piece of push information for the first user by matching the first user keyword set with each piece of information to be pushed. Taking the example that the information to be pushed is text information, the matching manner of the first keyword set and the information to be pushed may be to count the frequency of the occurrence of words in the first keyword set in the information to be pushed, and determine whether the first keyword set is matched with the information to be pushed according to the frequency. As a strength, the frequency may be used as a matching degree, or a ratio of the frequency to the total vocabulary number of the information to be pushed may be used as a matching degree to measure the degree of correlation between the first keyword set and the information to be pushed.
In a further embodiment, each piece of information to be pushed in the plurality of pieces of information to be pushed stored by the server corresponds to a push keyword set, and taking the first piece of information to be pushed as an example, corresponds to the first push keyword set. The server side can calculate a first similarity between the first user keyword set and the first push keyword set, and determines that at least one piece of push information comprises first information to be pushed under the condition that the first similarity is larger than a preset similarity threshold value. That is, the first information to be pushed is selected as the push information for the first user. The method for calculating the first similarity between the first user keyword set and the first push keyword set may use similarity calculation methods such as cosine similarity and Jaccard similarity, which are not described herein again.
In further embodiments, the server may also determine the push information for the first user through other further embodiments, which are not illustrated here.
It will be appreciated that the push message may be a text message, such as "Hispanhi suit" or the like, or a character message, such as a purchase linkhttp://……The image information may be image information, such as a picture of clothes, and the like, which is not limited herein.
Then, in step S208, the server sends the at least one piece of push information determined in step 207 to the offline presentation terminal. For the sake of distinction, the offline display terminal shown in fig. 2 may also be referred to as a first offline display terminal. It can be understood that, in the case that the identity information of the first user is sent by the first offline presentation terminal, the server sends the determined at least one piece of push information to the first offline presentation terminal.
The offline display terminal may then receive at least one piece of push information sent by the server through step S209, and display the piece of push information to the first user. The offline display terminal can comprise screens such as a display screen and a touch screen, or projector equipment, and push information is displayed to the first user offline.
The display form of the offline display terminal to the pushed information is, for example, pictures, characters, link addresses, and the like. As an example, as shown in fig. 3, the push information is in the form of a picture, and the picture includes a push object 301 and a two-dimensional code 302. In fig. 3, the push object 301 is a product, namely, clothing, to be pushed to the first user, and may be other contents in other embodiments of the present specification, which is not limited thereto. The two-dimensional code 302 may contain a link address pointing to the push object 301, such as a purchase address of clothes, and the like. In one implementation, the user may open a purchase link to push object 301 by scanning two-dimensional code 302.
Optionally, the displayed push information may further include identity information of the first user, so that only the first user may obtain the corresponding push information.
According to one possible design, the offline display terminal may further accept modification of the pushed information by the first user, such as drawing a flower on the clothes in fig. 3, adding a portrait photo, and the like. The modification may be implemented by skipping to a modification page by scanning the two-dimensional code, or may be implemented by an input device (such as a touch screen) of the offline display terminal, which is not limited herein. Therefore, the interestingness of interaction can be further increased, and the pushed information can be changed into the customized information, so that the method is more personalized.
In some embodiments, a click button may be further included on the push information displayed by the offline display terminal, and when the first user clicks the push information through an input device (e.g., a touch screen, a mouse, etc.) of the offline display terminal, the first user jumps to a related page of the push information, such as a commodity purchase page, and may perform subsequent operations through interaction with the offline display terminal. Alternatively, the click button may also be hidden on the picture.
Recall the information pushing process shown in fig. 2, wherein steps S201, S204, S205, S209 are executed by the offline presentation terminal, steps S206, S207, S208 are executed by the server, and steps S202, S203 are executed by the first client. In the process, the interaction process with the first client and the first user is completed by the offline display terminal. Therefore, in the information pushing process, the offline display terminal is combined with the offline interaction of the first client and the first user and the online data record recorded by the server, and more effective information pushing is provided.
Fig. 4 shows a flow diagram of an information pushing process according to another embodiment. Compared with the flow of fig. 3, the flow shown in fig. 4 reduces direct interaction between the first client and the offline presentation terminal. The offline presentation terminal in fig. 4 may be one of the distributed presentation terminals of the server, or one of the other clients of the service provided by the server, as opposed to the first client. For convenience of description, it may be referred to herein as a first offline presentation terminal.
Through step S401, the first offline display terminal may display authentication information, where the authentication information is determined based on an authentication identifier of the first offline display terminal, and the authentication information may be the authentication identifier itself, and may also include, but is not limited to, the authentication identifier. The authentication information may be in the form of characters, two-dimensional code pictures, and the like.
The authentication identification is generated by the first offline display terminal and sent to the server for record, or generated by the server and sent to the first offline display terminal.
Next, in step 402, the first client obtains the authentication information displayed by the first offline display terminal. The first client may obtain the authentication information by scanning a two-dimensional code picture displayed by the first offline display terminal, recognizing characters, and the like, or may obtain the authentication information by manually inputting authentication identification characters by a corresponding first user (a user of the first client). It is understood that, in this step, there may be no communication connection or interaction between the first offline presentation terminal and the first client.
After the first client acquires the authentication information, the authentication identifier of the first offline display terminal may be uploaded to the server in step S403.
It can be understood that, when the first client registers at the server, the server may store the identity information of the first user. The identity information is, for example, a mobile phone number, a user name, account information, and the like. When the first client sends information to the server, the first client may have identity information of the first client, so that the server can identify a sender of the information. Therefore, in step S404, the server receives the authentication identifier sent by the first client, and may obtain the identity information of the first user corresponding to the first client.
Next, through step S405, the server may verify the received authentication identifier, and determine at least one piece of push information for the first user in the multiple pieces of information to be pushed based on the data record corresponding to the identity information when the authentication identifier is determined to be the valid identifier of the first offline display terminal. The verification of the server side on the authentication identifier is to identify the authentication and represent the corresponding offline display terminal, and to ensure that the corresponding offline display terminal is available at the current time, i.e., valid. That is, the offline presentation terminal is not currently associated with other clients or is not presenting push information for other users. Optionally, when the verification passes, the offline display terminal corresponding to the authentication identifier may be recorded as an occupied state, and when the authentication identifier of the offline display terminal is sent by another client, the server determines that the offline display terminal is currently unavailable. The unavailable state may be released when a predetermined condition is satisfied. The predetermined condition here is, for example, that the push information is presented for the first user for more than a predetermined time, that the offline presentation terminal receives the use ending operation of the user, and so on.
It should be understood that the "first offline display terminal" in this specification means a certain offline display terminal, and does not limit a specific offline display terminal. Therefore, for an embodiment, any offline display terminal verified by the server may be understood as the "first offline display terminal" described above. That is to say, after the server verifies that the received authentication identifier is the valid identifier of any offline display terminal, the server can acquire the identity information of the first user and continue the subsequent operation. In fig. 4, for convenience of description, only one offline presentation terminal is shown, but not limited thereto.

Wherein, the step S405 is the same as the step S207, and is not described herein again.
Then, in step S406, the server determines, according to the authentication identifier received in step S404, that the offline display terminal, from which the first client acquires the authentication information, is the first offline display terminal, and then sends the push information determined in step S405 to the first offline display terminal.
In step S407, the first offline display terminal receives the push information and performs display. The display form of the offline display terminal to the pushed information is, for example, pictures, characters, link addresses, and the like. In some optional implementation manners, the first user may interact with, modify, and the like the displayed push information, which is not described herein again.
Fig. 4 shows an information pushing process, wherein steps S401 and S407 are executed by the offline display terminal, steps S402 and S403 are executed by the first client, and steps S404, S405 and S406 are executed by the server. In the process, the first client acquires authentication information from the offline display terminal through offline, then directly interacts with the server, the server determines push information according to the online information of the first user, and the push information is sent to the display terminal to complete offline display. So, in the information propelling movement in-process, show the off-line of off-line show terminal, combine together with the online data record that the server side was collected and carry out the information propelling movement, provide more effective information propelling movement process.
