Background
According to the theory of anal gland infection, perianal abscess is an acute and chronic suppurative disease which occurs when bacteria infect anal crypts to form inflammatory reaction and spread to gaps of tissues around the anus through an anal gland duct. If the treatment is not carried out in time or the treatment is improper, anal fistula can be formed in the later stage, and anal fistula is secondarily infected, and perianal abscess can be formed, so that the perianal abscess and the anal fistula are not only in different development stages of a disease, but also mutually influence, and have close relation. At present, the operation is a clinically effective treatment method, the perianal abscess is treated by adopting a fractional operation therapy, namely, the pus is firstly cut and drained, the pus is sufficiently drained, the pus cavity is gradually reduced, the wall connective tissue of the pus cavity is proliferated, the pus cavity is narrowed to form or form a straight or bent pipeline, the secondary operation is carried out after the anal fistula is formed, the complicated anal fistula is treated by adopting a tunnel type tug and catheterization, the damage of tissues around the anus is furthest avoided, the normal form and function integrity of the anus rectum is effectively protected, the anal canal defect caused by scar tissues is furthest reduced, but the operation process is complicated, the rubber catheter is pulled in the flushing process of the catheterization, and the pus cavity is repeatedly penetrated and explored when the drainage device is replaced, so that the patient is severely painful, the rubber catheter is not easy to be left for a long time, the rubber is fragile and broken, and even falls into deep wound surface to be infected secondarily. The stay wire can be changed regularly due to deterioration and malodor after long time. For patients requiring a long-term indwelling drainage device, such as Crohn perianal lesions, it is apparent that the pain is greater.
