Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to specific embodiments of the present invention and corresponding drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only a few embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
At present, in the face of the competition of internet multimedia copyright, the processing of each large media platform is generally as follows: the prompt "sorry, this resource is temporarily non-copyrighted, we are trying to compete for it"; prompting that the copyright of the song is being strived for, other versions are played for you, then other versions are directly played, and perhaps the song of a male singer becomes a female coming song; the user opens multiple apps, and opens which app for who wants to listen to his song, such as for example, for Zhougelong, and opens QQ multimedia.
Therefore, in many cases, the multimedia platform used by the user cannot play the multimedia file to be played; or, the multimedia platform plays other versions of multimedia by default under the condition that there is no copyright of the multimedia file to be played, at this time, although the user hears the song, the heard song is not the song of the version that the user wants (the song of different versions may be due to the difference in tone quality, singer, etc.), and the use requirement of the user cannot be met; or, when the current multimedia platform opened by the user does not have the copyright of the multimedia file to be played, the user is required to open the multimedia platform (multimedia playing software or app) having the copyright of the multimedia file to be played to play the song, so that the operation is complicated, and great influence is caused on the use experience and habit of the user.
To solve the foregoing technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a multimedia playing method, where the method includes:
step 102, determining whether the first multimedia playing software has the copyright of the multimedia file to be played. The multimedia file may be an audio file, a video file, etc. Assuming that the multimedia file to be played is a song to be played, the first multimedia playing software may be first music playing software, or may be video playing software capable of playing the song to be played, and the like.
And 104, calling second multimedia playing software to play the multimedia file to be played under the condition that the first multimedia playing software does not have the copyright of the multimedia file to be played. The database of the second multimedia playing software comprises a multimedia file to be played, and the second multimedia playing software has the copyright of the multimedia file to be played.
When the first multimedia playing software plays the multimedia files in the file list, whether the first multimedia playing software has the copyright of the multimedia files to be played or not can be determined, then under the condition that the first multimedia playing software does not have the copyright of the multimedia files to be played, the multimedia files to be played are searched in other multimedia playing software (second multimedia playing software), whether the second multimedia playing software has the copyright of the multimedia files to be played or not is determined, and therefore the second multimedia playing software is called to play the multimedia files to be played under the condition that the second multimedia playing software has the copyright of the multimedia files to be played.
Therefore, the multimedia playing method of the embodiment of the invention can call other multimedia playing software (second multimedia playing software) with the copyright of the multimedia file to be played to play the multimedia file to be played when the current multimedia playing software (first multimedia playing software) cannot play the multimedia file to be played because the current multimedia playing software (first multimedia playing software) does not have the copyright of the multimedia file to be played, thereby solving the problem that the song cannot be played when the multimedia playing software does not have the copyright of the multimedia file to be played in the prior art.
In addition, the method and the device not only enable the user to listen to the multimedia file of the version to be listened to, but also solve the problem that in the prior art, when the current multimedia playing software does not have the copyright of the multimedia file to be played, the user needs to manually open other multimedia playing apps with the copyright of the multimedia file to be played for playing, so that the operation is complicated.
In the above embodiment, the determining whether the multimedia file to be played is a multimedia file in a file list of the first multimedia playing software, as shown in fig. 2, includes:
step 202, determining whether the first multimedia playing software has the copyright of the multimedia file to be played based on whether the copyright problem prompt output by the first multimedia playing software is monitored.
That is to say, when the first multimedia playing software plays the multimedia file to be played, the playing condition of the first multimedia playing software is monitored first, and if the first multimedia playing software is monitored to have a prompt of outputting a copyright problem, the prompt of outputting the copyright problem is intercepted, which indicates that the first multimedia playing software does not support the copyright of the multimedia file to be played and cannot play the multimedia file.
At this time, the multimedia file to be played with the copyright can be automatically searched from other multimedia playing software, if other multimedia playing software (second multimedia playing software) with the copyright of the multimedia file to be played is searched, the second multimedia playing software is called to play the multimedia file to be played, if other multimedia playing software is not searched, or the searched multimedia playing software does not have the copyright of the multimedia file to be played, the playing of the first multimedia playing software is not influenced, namely the first multimedia playing software plays the multimedia file with other versions or randomly plays other multimedia files.
In the above embodiment, the determining whether the multimedia file to be played is a multimedia file in a file list of the first multimedia playing software, as shown in fig. 3, includes:
step 302, obtaining the copyright information of the multimedia file to be played.
And step 304, judging whether the first multimedia playing software has the copyright of the multimedia file to be played or not based on the copyright information.
It should be understood that the multimedia playing method of the embodiment of the present invention may first obtain the copyright information of the multimedia file to be played, and then determine whether the first multimedia playing software has the copyright of the multimedia file to be played according to the copyright information of the multimedia file to be played, so as to automatically search whether other multimedia playing software has the copyright of the multimedia file to be played under the condition that the first multimedia playing software does not have the copyright of the multimedia file to be played, and invoke the multimedia playing software having the copyright of the multimedia file to be played to play the multimedia file under the condition that other multimedia playing software has the copyright of the multimedia file to be played.
In the above embodiment, the multimedia file to be played may be a multimedia file in a system file list, where the system file list may be generated based on a file list in the first multimedia playing software. As shown in fig. 4, in the case that the first multimedia playing software does not have the copyright of the multimedia file to be played, the operation of invoking the second multimedia playing software to play the multimedia file to be played may include:
step 402, determining whether second multimedia playing software exists.
And step 404, if the second multimedia playing software exists, adding the multimedia file to be played in the second multimedia playing software into the system file list.
And 406, calling second multimedia playing software to play the multimedia file to be played based on the system file list.
It should be understood that the method of the embodiment of the present invention plays songs in a manner of unified scheduling of local multimedia files. The method comprises the steps of firstly generating a system file list according to a file list in first multimedia playing software, then determining whether second multimedia playing software with the copyright of a multimedia file to be played exists under the condition that the first multimedia playing software is determined not to have the copyright of the multimedia file to be played in the system file list, and finally adding the multimedia file to be played in the second multimedia playing software to a system song list when the second multimedia playing software is determined to have the copyright of the multimedia file to be played, so that when the first multimedia playing software plays the multimedia file to be played, the second multimedia playing software can be called to play the multimedia file to be played based on the system file list. Therefore, the problem that the song cannot be played when the multimedia playing software does not have the copyright of the multimedia file to be played in the prior art can be solved.
In the above embodiment, the multimedia playing method may include:
and responding to the selection operation of the user on the file list in the first multimedia playing software, and acquiring the file list of the first multimedia playing software. Therefore, the system file list can be generated according to the acquired file list of the first multimedia playing software.
That is, when the user adds a multimedia file to the file list in the first multimedia playing software, a local file list (i.e. a system file list) can be synchronously generated, so that in the subsequent step, when the second multimedia playing software searches for a copyright with a target multimedia file (the first multimedia playing software does not have the copyright of the target multimedia file), the target multimedia file is added to the system file list. Of course, the system file list may also include information of the multimedia playing software having the copyright of the corresponding multimedia file.
For example, if the multimedia playing software a (first multimedia playing software) does not have the copyright of the target song a and the copyright of the target song B, the multimedia playing software B has the copyright of the target song a, and the multimedia playing software c has the copyright of the target song B, the information of the multimedia playing software B and the information of the multimedia playing software c corresponding to the target song a and the target song B, respectively, will be stored in the system file list when the target song a and the target song B are added to the system file list. Thus, when playing the target song a, the multimedia playing software B can be invoked to play the target song a, and when playing the target song B, the multimedia playing software c can be invoked to play the target song B.
Of course, the file list in the first multimedia playing software may also be a default list, that is, the file list in the first multimedia playing software may be set according to the actual requirement of the user, and is not limited to the obtaining manner defined in the embodiment of the present invention. For example, the song list in the first music playing software may be a song list in a default list, a song list obtained according to actual operation of the user, or the like.
In any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the multimedia playing method may further include:
step 502, controlling the playing parameters of the first multimedia playing software to be transplanted to the second multimedia playing software.
And 504, controlling the second multimedia playing software to play the multimedia file to be played according to the playing parameters of the first multimedia playing software.
Therefore, the method of the embodiment of the invention not only can accumulate the local library of the multimedia files, but also can continuously update the local library, thereby providing more accurate switching for users. Meanwhile, the listening playing parameters such as volume, sound effect and the like can be set based on the APP (assumed as the first multimedia playing software in fig. 5) liked by the user, and the set playing parameters can be equivalently transplanted into the replaced software (such as the second multimedia playing software in fig. 5), so that consistent user experience can be guaranteed.
It should be noted that some execution subjects of the steps of the method provided in the foregoing embodiments may be the same device, or the method may also be executed by different devices. For example, the execution subjects of steps 402 and 404 may be the same execution subject, and the execution subject of step 406 may be another execution subject (e.g., a control unit); for another example, the execution subjects of steps 402, 404, and 406 may all be the same execution subject, and so on.
As shown in fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, taking the multimedia playing software playing a song as an example, the implementation process of the multimedia playing method may be as follows:
firstly, a user selects a song list in a first multimedia playing app to play.
And secondly, monitoring the playing condition of the first multimedia playing app and judging whether the copyright problem exists.
And finally, if the first multimedia playing app has a prompt (can be adapted according to different software) for outputting the copyright problem, searching other installed multimedia platform software (second multimedia playing app), and if the same song is found and the copyright of the song is possessed, calling the second multimedia playing app to play.
If no other multimedia playing app is identified (other multimedia platform software may not be installed), or if no corresponding song is identified by the other multimedia playing app (the installed software does not have the copyright of the song), the playing of the first multimedia playing app is not interfered, and the first multimedia playing app is allowed to skip or play other versions of songs.
Therefore, the multimedia playing method provided by the embodiment of the invention identifies the copyright problem of the multimedia file to be played in the playing process, and schedules other app playing for compensation under the condition that the copyright problem is found, so that the problem that the song cannot be played when the multimedia playing software does not have the copyright of the multimedia file to be played in the prior art can be solved, and the use experience of the user can be improved.
As shown in fig. 7, in another embodiment of the present invention, still taking the example of playing a song by using multimedia playing software, the implementation process of the multimedia playing method may be as follows:
firstly, a song list of a first multimedia playing app is selected, and a system song list is synchronously created or generated.
Then, the songs in the song list are subjected to copyright retrieval, and whether the songs of which the first multimedia playing app does not have the copyright exist in the song list or not is determined. When a target song which does not have the copyright of the first multimedia playing app exists, searching the installed second multimedia playing app, and adding the target song which is copyrighted by the second multimedia playing app to the system song list.
And finally, when the song to be played is the target song, the second multimedia playing app can be called to play the target song.
In this way, the method of the embodiment of the present invention generates the system song list when acquiring the song list, then performs copyright retrieval on the songs in the song list, and searches and completes other installed multimedia playback apps when determining that the first multimedia playback app has a target song for which there is no copyright. During the playing of the song, the multimedia playing app corresponding to the song can be automatically scheduled, so that the problem that the song cannot be played due to the fact that the multimedia playing software does not have the copyright of the multimedia file to be played in the prior art can be solved, and the use experience of a user can be improved.
In addition, the method of the embodiment of the invention can uniformly judge the copyright and schedule the playing by the software determined by the method, thereby effectively improving the accuracy of copyright identification, finding uniform settings such as sound effect and volume meeting the user experience based on different multimedia playing software, and effectively improving the use experience of the user.
Therefore, the method according to any one of the above embodiments can help the user improve the problem of listening to copyrighted songs, and the user does not hear any mood songs due to copyright problems while feeling a certain app. The method of any one of the above embodiments may accumulate the song version library during the implementation process, and continuously update, thereby providing more accurate switching for the user. Meanwhile, the method of any embodiment can also set configurations such as sound effect of listening based on APP liked by the user, and the configurations are equivalently transplanted to replaced software, so that consistent experience is guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 8, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal device, including: a determining unit 802, configured to determine whether the first multimedia playing software has a copyright of a multimedia file to be played; the calling unit 804 is configured to call a second multimedia playing software to play the multimedia file to be played under the condition that the first multimedia playing software does not have the copyright of the multimedia file to be played, where a database of the second multimedia playing software includes the multimedia file to be played, and the second multimedia playing software has the copyright of the multimedia file to be played.
