Optionally, if the receiving party node and other nodes except the transferring party node in the block chain confirm that the intelligent contract is not verified based on the consensus mechanism, the supervisor node in the block chain further instructs the supervisor to perform problem analysis on the intelligent contract when confirming that the intelligent contract is not verified, so that the supervisor node can obtain an analysis result input by the supervisor and upload the analysis result to the block chain.
The analysis result can be detected through the intelligent contract and the quality of the agricultural product, a distrusted party with the dishonest behavior is determined from all the participating parties involved in the transfer of the ownership of the agricultural product, and the distrusted party and the dishonest behavior of the distrusted party are uploaded to the block chain.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, an example in which the receiving node sends the upload request of the intelligent contract to the blockchain is taken as an example for description, but it may be understood that, because both the receiving node and the transferring node have the intelligent contract, in the embodiment of the present application, the transferring node may also send the upload request of the intelligent contract to the blockchain. It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, in the process of generating an agricultural product ownership transfer, a receiver node belonging to an agricultural product ownership receiver in a block chain may obtain an intelligent contract for restricting an agricultural product transaction, and upload the intelligent contract to the block chain, and after the other nodes in the block chain pass the verification of the intelligent contract, the intelligent contract may be stored, so that each node in the block chain supervises the intelligent contract in the agricultural product ownership transfer process, and the security and reliability of the agricultural product information related to the agricultural product recorded in the intelligent contract are ensured.
And the receiving node triggers the intelligent contract to take effect after confirming that the quality of the agricultural product is qualified, and enables the node in the block chain to record the transfer state of the ownership of the agricultural product, so that the safety and reliability of the quality of the agricultural product are guaranteed, and the agricultural product information, ownership transfer and other related data in the circulation process of the agricultural product can be safely and reliably obtained through the block chain.
In addition, the node in the block chain can also relate to the quality verification of the agricultural product with the ownership to be transferred in the process of verifying the intelligent contract, and the intelligent contract can be uploaded only after the verification is passed, so that the safety and reliability of the quality of the agricultural product are further ensured.
It can be understood that, in order to determine the responsible party causing the quality of the agricultural product to be unqualified in time when the quality of the agricultural product is unqualified, the receiving party node can also send an indication aiming at the quality of the agricultural product to the supervisor node in the block chain when the receiving party node determines that the quality of the agricultural product is unqualified. S402, the receiving node sends an upload request for uploading the intelligent contract to the blockchain.

The quality verification result obtained by the receiver node may be determined by the agricultural product ownership receiver by checking the quality of the agricultural product, and the specific implementation process is not limited in this application. The quality verification result can represent whether the quality of the agricultural product is qualified or not, or whether the quality of the agricultural product is consistent with the quality required or described in the intelligent contract or the like.

On the contrary, if the receiving node confirms that the quality of the agricultural product is unqualified, the receiving node does not trigger the intelligent contract to take effect so as to avoid damaging the ownership receiving party of the agricultural product. The receiver node also needs to feed back an indication of the quality failure to the supervisor node of the supervisor, so that the supervisor node finally determines the specific reason causing the quality failure and determines the responsible party causing the quality failure.
S405, the receiving node sends contract effective indication to each node in the block chain under the condition that the quality of the agricultural product is qualified.
And S406, after receiving the contract validation indication, the node in the blockchain sets the state of the intelligent contract to be a validation state, and stores an ownership transfer record for recording that the ownership of the agricultural product is transferred from the agricultural product ownership transfer party to the agricultural product ownership receiving party in the storage area belonging to the blockchain.

S408, the supervisor node responds to the quality unqualified indication, determines a distrusted party with dishonest behavior from the multiple parties participating in the ownership transfer of the agricultural product, and stores a dishonest record of the distrusted party into the blockchain.
Wherein the plurality of participants includes at least the agricultural product ownership recipient and the agricultural product ownership transfer party.
In one implementation, the supervisor node may determine a plurality of participants participating in the ownership transfer of the agricultural commodity according to the stored ownership transfer record of the agricultural commodity; then, obtaining a quality detection result of the quality of the agricultural product detected by the monitoring party; and determining a distrusted party with dishonest behavior from the plurality of parties according to the quality detection result.
It can be understood that the intelligent contract generated by each ownership transfer of the agricultural product and the transfer party and the receiving party of the ownership of the agricultural product are stored in the blockchain, so that the supervisor can inquire out a plurality of participants participating in the ownership transfer of the agricultural product from the blockchain based on the ownership transfer record recorded in the blockchain. Then, by combining the intelligent contract signed in each agricultural product ownership transfer process and the quality detection of the agricultural product by the monitoring party, the intelligent contract in which link is abnormal can be comprehensively analyzed, or the quality problem of the agricultural product exists in which agricultural product ownership transfer link, and the like, so that the distrusted party with the dishonest behavior is finally determined from the multiple participants.
For example, the ownership of the agricultural products is transferred from the agricultural product planting enterprise S1 to the enterprise S2, the enterprise S2 needs to transfer the ownership of the agricultural products to the enterprise S3, and if the enterprise S2 detects that the quality problem of the agricultural products transferred by the enterprise S1 does not exist, in the process of transferring the agricultural products to the enterprise S3 by the enterprise S2, if the quality problem is detected by the enterprise S3, the node of the enterprise S3 can still send a quality non-conformity indication to the node of the supervision party, so that the supervision party can determine that a dishonest behavior exists between the enterprise S1 and the enterprise S2 according to an intelligent contract signed between the enterprise S1 and the enterprise S2 and the quality detection result of the enterprise S2.
It can be understood that, in the above embodiments of the present application, in order to enable a consumer to query detailed information of a purchased agricultural product so as to timely know quality security of the agricultural product, in this embodiment of the present application, the terminal may further send an information query request to a node in the blockchain, where the information query request carries identification information of a target agricultural product to be queried.
For example, under the condition that the agricultural product is identified by the two-dimensional code information, the terminal can scan the two-dimensional code information of the target agricultural product and send an information query request carrying the two-dimensional code information to the block link point.
Correspondingly, when receiving the information query request, the node in the block chain acquires the agricultural product information associated with the target agricultural product and the ownership transfer record of the target agricultural product according to the identification information (such as two-dimensional code information) of the target agricultural product, and sends the agricultural product information associated with the target agricultural product and the ownership transfer record to the terminal.
Of course, the nodes in the blockchain may also send information such as a quality detection result of the target agricultural product in each ownership transfer process to the terminal.
Therefore, after a consumer scans the two-dimensional code on the agricultural product by using the terminal or sends identification information of the agricultural product to be inquired to the blockchain in other modes, the quality and ownership transfer information in the circulation process of the agricultural product can be acquired from the blockchain, so that reliable information can be provided for the user, and the user can purchase safe and reliable agricultural products.
For convenience of understanding, the following description will take agricultural products as planted agricultural products, and assume that the agricultural products pass through agricultural product planting, agricultural product purchasing, agricultural product transportation, agricultural product sale and other links from planting to circulation.
In this case, the block link point may include: a supervisor node maintained by a supervisor unit, a grower node maintained by an agricultural product planting enterprise, a buyer node maintained by an agricultural product purchasing enterprise, a forwarder node maintained by an agricultural product shipping enterprise, and a seller node maintained by an agricultural product selling enterprise.
The agricultural product information maintenance method of the embodiment of the present application is described below by taking as an example a process in which ownership of agricultural products is transferred from an agricultural product planting enterprise to an agricultural product purchasing enterprise. For example, a smart contract may include: the two-dimensional code information of the agricultural product to be transferred, the attribute and the quality information of the agricultural product, the public key of the agricultural product planting enterprise, the public key of the agricultural product purchasing enterprise, the signature of the agricultural product planting enterprise generated by the agricultural product planting enterprise by using the private key of the agricultural product planting enterprise, the signature of the agricultural product purchasing enterprise generated by using the private key of the agricultural product purchasing enterprise by using the agricultural product purchasing enterprise, and the like.
And S502, the purchasing side node sends an uploading request for uploading the intelligent contract to the block chain to the monitoring side node, the transporting side node and the selling side node.
The step can also be completed by the planting side node, and the specific implementation process is similar to the process of uploading the intelligent contract, and is not described again here.
And S503, the supervisor node, the transporter node and the seller node vote for the intelligent contract based on a consensus mechanism, and the intelligent contract is stored in the block chain under the condition that the voting node proportion is more than 2/3.
Here, the voting may be understood as sending a verification passing indication to other nodes, which is specifically described above and is not described herein again.
For example, if at least two of the supervisor node, the carrier node, and the seller node indicate that the intelligent contract is verified by voting, the three nodes may be triggered to store the intelligent contract respectively, so that the intelligent contract is stored in the blockchain.
And S503, under the condition that the purchasing side node confirms that the quality of the agricultural product of which the ownership is to be transferred is qualified, sending a contract validation instruction to the supervision side node, the transportation side node, the seller side node and the planting side node to indicate each node in the block chain to set the state of the intelligent contract to be a validation state, and recording that the ownership of the agricultural product is transferred from the agricultural product planting enterprise to the agricultural product purchasing enterprise.
And S504, the intelligent contract is set to be in an effective state by the supervisor node, the transporter node, the seller node and the grower node, an ownership transfer record for recording the ownership of the agricultural product transferred from the agricultural product grower enterprise to the agricultural product purchasing enterprise is generated, and the ownership transfer record corresponding to the agricultural product is stored in the block chain.
It will be appreciated that in the event that the buyer node confirms that the quality of the agricultural product to which ownership is to be transferred is not acceptable, the buyer node will likewise send an indication of the quality of the non-acceptable to the supervisor node, which will likewise determine the responsible party in response to the indication of the quality of the non-acceptable. Since the transfer of ownership of agricultural products in this embodiment only involves the agricultural product planting enterprise and the agricultural product purchasing enterprise, the supervisor node only needs to determine the responsible party who has dishonest behavior from the agricultural product planting enterprise and the agricultural product purchasing enterprise.
If the supervision party node receives the quality unqualified indication, the supervision party can detect whether the quality of the agricultural product is unqualified, if the quality of the agricultural product is unqualified, the agricultural product provided by the agricultural product planting enterprise is unqualified, and the agricultural product planting enterprise has a dishonest behavior; if the quality of the agricultural product is qualified, the agricultural product purchasing enterprise is indicated to have malicious behaviors of 35820, and the behaviors are informed, and the agricultural product purchasing enterprise is confirmed to have a dishonest behavior.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, an agricultural product planting enterprise is taken as an agricultural product ownership transfer party, and the agricultural product purchasing enterprise is taken as an agricultural product ownership receiving party for example, but it can be understood that, when the agricultural product ownership transfer party is an agricultural product purchasing enterprise, and the agricultural product ownership receiving party is an agricultural product transportation enterprise; or, in the case that the agricultural product ownership transferring party is an agricultural product transportation enterprise, and the agricultural product ownership receiving party is an agricultural product sales enterprise, the operation of the agricultural product ownership transferring party may be similar to the operation of the planter node of the agricultural product planting enterprise in this embodiment, and the operation of the agricultural product ownership transferring party may be similar to the operation of the purchaser node of the agricultural product purchasing enterprise in this embodiment, which is not described herein again.

obtaining an intelligent contract for constraining an agricultural product transaction, the intelligent contract having recorded thereon at least: identification information of an agricultural product to which ownership is to be transferred, agricultural product information associated with the agricultural product, identification information of an agricultural product ownership receiving party and identification information of an agricultural product ownership transferring party, wherein the identification information of the agricultural product to which ownership is to be transferred uniquely identifies the agricultural product to which ownership is to be transferred, and the agricultural product information associated with the agricultural product comprises: attribute information of the agricultural product and quality information of the agricultural product;
sending an upload request of the intelligent contract to the blockchain so as to store the intelligent contract in the blockchain after other nodes except the receiver node and the transfer node in the blockchain verify the intelligent contract;
after the quality of the agricultural product is qualified, sending a contract validation instruction to the blockchain, wherein the contract validation instruction is used for instructing nodes in the blockchain to set the state of the intelligent contract to a validation state, and recording the transfer of the ownership of the agricultural product to the receiving party.
2. The agricultural product information maintenance method of claim 1, wherein the at least three nodes further comprise: a supervisor node maintained by a supervisor;

and under the condition that the quality of the agricultural product is confirmed to be unqualified, sending a quality unqualified indication aiming at the agricultural product to the supervisor node, so that the supervisor node responds to the quality unqualified indication, determines a distrusted party with dishonest behavior from a plurality of parties participating in ownership transfer of the agricultural product, and stores a dishonest record of the distrusted party into the block chain, wherein the parties at least comprise an agricultural product ownership receiving party and an agricultural product ownership transferring party.

the intelligent contract further records authority provisions for constraining the agricultural product ownership receiver and the agricultural product ownership transferor;
the intelligent contract also carries a signature of the agricultural product ownership receiver and a signature of the agricultural product ownership transfer party, and the signature of the agricultural product ownership receiver is generated by using a private key of the agricultural product ownership receiver in the block chain; the signature of the agricultural product ownership transferor is generated using a private key of the agricultural product ownership transferor in the blockchain.
4. An agricultural product information maintenance system, comprising:
a blockchain made up of a plurality of nodes, the plurality of nodes including at least: a transferor node belonging to an agricultural product ownership transferor, a receiver node belonging to an agricultural product ownership receiver, and a supervisor node maintained by a supervisor unit;
wherein, the receiving party node and the transferring party node are used for obtaining an intelligent contract used for restricting the agricultural product transaction, and the intelligent contract at least records: the method comprises the following steps of identifying information of an agricultural product to which ownership is to be transferred, agricultural product information associated with the agricultural product, identifying information of an agricultural product ownership receiving party and identifying information of an agricultural product ownership transferring party, wherein the identifying information of the agricultural product to which ownership is to be transferred uniquely identifies the agricultural product to which ownership is to be transferred, and the agricultural product information associated with the agricultural product comprises: attribute information of the agricultural product and quality information of the agricultural product; the receiver node or the transfer party node is also used for sending an uploading request of the intelligent contract to the blockchain;
the other nodes except the receiver node and the transfer node in the block chain are used for responding to the uploading request of the intelligent contract and storing the intelligent contract in the block chain after the intelligent contract is verified;
the receiver node is further configured to send a contract validation instruction to the blockchain after the quality of the agricultural product is determined to be qualified, where the contract validation instruction is used to instruct a node in the blockchain to set the state of the intelligent contract to a validation state, and record that the ownership of the agricultural product is transferred to the agricultural product ownership receiver.

The agricultural product information maintenance system of claim 4, wherein a node in the blockchain is further configured to store an ownership transfer record for recording transfer of ownership of the agricultural product from the agricultural product ownership transfer party to the agricultural product ownership receiving party after receiving the contract validation indication.

The agricultural product information maintenance system according to claim 5, wherein the receiver node is further configured to send an unqualified quality indication for the agricultural product to the supervisor node in the block chain if the quality of the agricultural product is determined to be unqualified;
the supervisor node is configured to determine, in response to the quality-fail indication, a distrusted party with dishonest behavior from a plurality of parties involved in the transfer of ownership of the agricultural product, and store a dishonest record of the distrusted party into the blockchain, where the plurality of parties includes at least the agricultural product ownership receiver and the agricultural product ownership transfer party.

The agricultural product information maintenance system of claim 6, wherein the supervisor node, upon determining that a distrusted party with dishonest behavior exists among the plurality of parties involved in the transfer of ownership of the agricultural product, is specifically configured to determine the plurality of parties involved in the transfer of ownership of the agricultural product based on the stored ownership transfer record of the agricultural product; obtaining a quality detection result of the quality of the agricultural product detected by the monitoring party; and determining a distrusted party with dishonest behavior from the plurality of parties according to the quality detection result.

An agricultural commodity information maintenance system according to any one of claims 4 to 7, wherein the blockchain comprises: a supervisor node maintained by a supervisor unit, a grower node maintained by an agricultural product planting enterprise, a buyer node maintained by an agricultural product purchasing enterprise, a forwarder node maintained by an agricultural product transportation enterprise, and a seller node maintained by an agricultural product sales enterprise;
wherein, in the case that the agricultural product ownership transfer party is the agricultural product planting enterprise, the transfer party node is the planter node, the agricultural product ownership receiving party is the agricultural product purchasing enterprise, and the receiving party node is the purchaser node;
under the condition that the agricultural product ownership transfer party is the agricultural product purchasing enterprise, the transfer party node is a purchasing party node, the agricultural product ownership receiving party is the agricultural product transportation enterprise, and the receiving party node is the transportation party node;
and under the condition that the agricultural product ownership transfer party is the agricultural product transportation enterprise, the transfer party node is a transportation party node, the agricultural product ownership receiving party is the agricultural product sales enterprise, and the receiving party node is the seller node.
9. The agricultural product information maintenance system of claim 5, further comprising: the terminal is used for sending an information query request to the nodes in the block chain, wherein the information query request carries the identification information of the target agricultural product to be queried;
and the node in the block chain is further used for acquiring agricultural product information related to the target agricultural product and ownership transfer records of the target agricultural product according to the identification information of the target agricultural product when the information query request is received.

An agricultural product information maintenance apparatus, applied to a receiver node belonging to an agricultural product ownership receiver in a blockchain, the blockchain including at least three nodes including the receiver node and a transfer node of an agricultural product ownership transfer, the apparatus comprising:
a contract obtaining unit for obtaining an intelligent contract for restricting the transaction of the agricultural product, the intelligent contract having recorded thereon at least: identification information of an agricultural product to which ownership is to be transferred, agricultural product information associated with the agricultural product, identification information of an agricultural product ownership receiving party and identification information of an agricultural product ownership transferring party, wherein the identification information of the agricultural product to which ownership is to be transferred uniquely identifies the agricultural product to which ownership is to be transferred, and the agricultural product information associated with the agricultural product comprises: attribute information of the agricultural product and quality information of the agricultural product;
a contract uploading unit, configured to send an upload request of the intelligent contract to the blockchain, so as to store the intelligent contract in the blockchain after other nodes except the receiver node and the transfer node in the blockchain verify the intelligent contract;
and the contract validation unit is used for sending a contract validation instruction to the blockchain after the quality of the agricultural product is qualified, wherein the contract validation instruction is used for instructing a node in the blockchain to set the state of the intelligent contract to be a validation state, and recording that the ownership of the agricultural product is transferred to the receiving party.
