In an embodiment of the present invention, the blockchain may be a licensed blockchain. It will be appreciated that each node participating in the licensed blockchain of the present invention is licensed and that unlicensed nodes may not be accessible to the licensed blockchain.
The first identification information of the electronic license specification may be a number (relationship ID) of the electronic license specification, the second identification information of the electronic license template may be a number (template ID) of the electronic license template, and the numbers of the two may be automatically generated by the block chain. In addition, the electronic certificate standard according to which the electronic certificate template is based is the electronic certificate standard according to which the electronic certificate template is formulated.
In the embodiment of the invention, the specification issuer of the electronic license specification and the license issuer of the electronic license template need to be authenticated by real names. Here, the specification issuer may be a specification maker, for example, a government function department, or may be a third party that the specification maker delegates to issue the electronic license specification that has been already made on the block chain, and at this time, the specification issuer is a third party that the specification maker delegates. Here, the electronic certificate specification and the issue request of the electronic certificate template on the blockchain may be used as a transaction request, only the specification issuer who passes the real-name authentication may issue the electronic certificate specification on the blockchain, and only the certificate issuer who passes the real-name authentication may issue the electronic certificate template on the blockchain. The electronic license management system can effectively prevent individuals without the issuing authority or functional departments from optionally issuing electronic license specifications and electronic license templates on the block chain, and avoid confusion in electronic license management.
Further, a public key and a private key of the specification issuer and the license issuer can be generated respectively, and real-name authentication is performed on the specification issuer and the license issuer according to the public key and the private key. For example, the public key and the private key are a pair of key pairs, the private keys are respectively stored in wallet modules (wallets) of the specification issuer and the license issuer, the specification issuer and the license issuer respectively sign the electronic license specification and the electronic license template to be issued with the respective private keys, then the corresponding public keys are respectively used for signing the private keys of the specification issuer and the license issuer, and the issued electronic license specification or electronic license template is verified to be allowed to be issued on the block chain.
In the embodiment of the invention, the field content of the electronic license specification and the field content of the electronic license template can be set according to actual requirements. For example, the field contents of the electronic license specification include one or more of the following: the first identification information, name, version number, attribute name of the electronic license specification, and the public key of the specification issuer of the electronic license specification. The field content of the electronic license template comprises one or more of the following items: the second identification information of the electronic license template, the first identification information of the electronic license specification according to the electronic license template, and the public key of the license issuer of the electronic license template.

And only the specification maker who creates the electronic license specification can update the electronic license specification. Based on the intelligent contract of the block chain, an organization or an individual who issues the electronic certificate specification can be set, the new version can be issued only by using the private key signature, and based on the attribute of the block chain, the linked data cannot be modified and can only be upgraded through the version, or based on the characteristics of block chain transaction and block time sequence, the electronic certificate specification of the latest version is used as the standard.
In addition, updating of the issued electronic license template is prohibited, namely, the issued electronic license template is allowed to be updated, and only the license issuer who creates the electronic license template can update the electronic license template. Based on the intelligent contract of the block chain, an organization or an individual who issues the electronic license template can be set, the new version can be issued only by using a private key signature, and based on the attribute of the block chain, the linked data cannot be modified and can only be upgraded through the version, or based on the characteristics of block chain transaction and block time sequence, the electronic license template of the latest version is used as the standard.
It should be noted that the intelligent block chain contract corresponds to the issued electronic license specification or electronic license template and the issuer of the electronic license specification or electronic license template one to one. That is, one blockchain intelligent contract corresponds to one electronic license specification or electronic license template, and one blockchain intelligent contract corresponds to one issuer of the electronic license specification or electronic license template. However, one publisher may publish different electronic license specifications or electronic license templates, and in this case, one publisher corresponds to a plurality of blockchain intelligent contracts. Here, the issuer is a specification issuer of the electronic license specification or a license issuer of the electronic license template.
