In the process, the position of the inner hollow capsule body in the alimentary canal can be known by using the external magnetic sensor, so that the tension, anxiety and uneasiness of the patient are avoided.
Example 2
The weight-losing capsule comprises an outer capsule shell 1 and an inner hollow capsule body 2 which is arranged in the capsule shell in a compression mode. (see FIGS. 3 and 4)
The material, shape and dimensions of the outer capsule housing 1 are the same as in the specific example 1. The material, shape, size of the inner hollow bladder 2 and the design of the realization bumps 9 located thereon are the same as in embodiment 1. The shape of the pouch 3 was the same as in example 1 and the interior of the pouch was also evacuated.
The inner hollow bag body 2 is provided with a material inlet and outlet 4 communicated with the food storage bag, the material inlet and outlet 4 is fixedly provided with a valve body 7 in a sealing way, the valve body is formed by materials which are insoluble and have specific gravity greater than that of the materials in the stomach, the valve body is communicated with the interior of the food storage bag, the inlet of the valve body is provided with a vacuum sealing piece 5 in a sealing way, the vacuum sealing piece 5 seals the material inlet and outlet to keep the vacuum state in the food storage bag, and the vacuum sealing piece is formed by adopting gastric soluble materials (protein materials). The valve body 7 adopts a one-way stop valve, the one-way stop valve can allow the gastric fluid material to flow into the food storage bag from the outside of the inner hollow bag body, and the fluid material in the food storage bag can flow out of the food storage bag after the inner hollow bag body is extruded, the one-way pressure born by the one-way stop valve is 0.5-0.6 kg force, namely when the extrusion force born by the food storage bag after filling is less than 0.5-0.6 kg force, the one-way stop valve can ensure that the mixed food in the food storage bag can not be discharged randomly, and the stored food is prevented from being digested, decomposed and absorbed again, but in order to ensure that the inner hollow bag body can smoothly pass through when the narrow part of the digestive tract such as a pylorus, the inner hollow bag body can extrude part of the mixed food when the extrusion force born by the inner hollow bag body exceeds 0.5-0.6 kg force. The specific structure of the valve body is a technical scheme existing in the prior art, and the specific embodiment is not described in detail.
The valve body 7 is externally positioned and connected with a mesh screen 8 formed by a material which is insoluble and has a specific gravity greater than that of the gastric fluid material, and is used for filtering mixed foods with larger particles and preventing the valve body from being blocked. The type and size of the magnetic emission locator are the same as those in embodiment 1, and it is sufficient to locate it at the end of the mesh screen in this embodiment.
