With continued reference to FIG. 1, memory 1005 in FIG. 1, which is a computer-readable storage medium, may include an operating system, a network communication module, and a contract management program.
In fig. 1, the network communication module is mainly used for connecting with a server and performing data communication with the server; and the processor 1001 may call a management program of the contract stored in the memory 1005 and execute the steps of the management method of the contract.
Based on the hardware structure of the terminal, various embodiments of the contract management method of the invention are proposed.
The invention provides a contract management method.
Referring to fig. 2, in a first embodiment of the present invention, the contract management method includes the following steps:
step S100, acquiring a payment instruction of a contract;
when the contract is signed, the contract information is stored in the contract management system, and when the enterprise needs to pay for a certain contract or a certain stage of a certain contract in the contract management system, a payment instruction needs to be input into the contract management system. Specifically, in one embodiment, the payment instruction may be generated by the enterprise employee directly to a contract or a stage in a contract in the compliance management system through the operation terminal; in another embodiment, the enterprise employee may set an automated payment plan for a contract or various stages of a contract through the contract management system, and upon arrival of a payment time in the automated payment plan, the contract management system of the terminal automatically generates payment instructions.
Step S200, obtaining corresponding payment content according to the payment instruction;
when the payment instruction is acquired by the contract management system of the terminal, corresponding payment content can be generated according to the payment instruction, and the generated payment content comprises, but is not limited to, a payment code corresponding to the contract and payment information corresponding to the contract, wherein the payment code is a unique number corresponding to the contract and is used for distinguishing the payment of other contracts, so that the subsequent management is convenient; payment information includes, but is not limited to, product company (home), type (travel, medical, training), reimbursement amount, reimbursement items, etc.
Step S300, the payment content is sent to a docked payment system so that the payment system generates a payment bill according to the payment content;
specifically, the contract management system in the terminal can be firstly docked with the payment system after generating payment content, wherein the payment system can be a payment system such as a financial system, a reimbursement system and the like. After interfacing with the payment system, the payment content is sent to the payment system, and after receiving the payment content sent by the contract management system, the payment system automatically fills out the corresponding payment bill according to the payment content, thereby generating the payment bill of the contract. Then submitting the payment bill to a corresponding auditor, inputting an audit result into the payment system after the audit of the auditor is completed, and determining whether to pay or not by the payment system according to the audit result, namely, if the audit result is that the audit is passed, paying by the payment system; if the result of the verification is not passed, the payment system does not pay. The contract management system and the docking system can exist in the same terminal or different terminals, and when the management system and the docking system exist in different terminals, the docking between the contract management system and the docking system is realized by utilizing communication between the terminals.
Step S400, receiving a payment notification message fed back by the payment system;
specifically, if the auditing result is that the auditing is passed, the payment system feeds back a message of successful payment to the contract management system after the payment is completed; if the result of the audit shows that the audit is not passed, the payment system directly feeds back a message of payment failure to the contract management system. In addition, the auditor can input the reasons for failing the audit to the payment system, and after the payment system receives the reasons for failing the audit, the reasons can be sent to the contract management system together with the information of failing the audit.
And step S500, changing the state of the corresponding contract according to the payment notification message.
Specifically, the state of a contract may be unpaid, successful payment, failed payment of a certain contract, unpaid, successful payment, failed payment of various stages of a certain contract, etc. Before the contract does not pay, the whole state of the contract or the state of each stage of the contract is unpaid, and after a payment notification message fed back by a payment system is received, the state of the contract is changed according to the payment notification message, namely, when the payment notification message shows that a certain contract is successful in payment, the state of the contract is changed into successful payment; when the payment notification message shows that the payment of a certain stage of a certain contract is successful, the state corresponding to the stage of the contract is changed into the successful payment; when the payment notification message shows that the payment of a certain contract fails, changing the state of the contract into the payment failure; when the payment notification message indicates that a payment fails for a certain stage of a certain contract, the state corresponding to that stage of the contract is changed to a payment failure.
In the technical scheme of the invention, a payment instruction of a contract is obtained; acquiring corresponding payment content according to the payment instruction; transmitting the payment content to the docked payment system to enable the payment system to generate a payment bill according to the payment information; receiving a payment notification message fed back by a payment system; the state of the corresponding contract is changed according to the payment notification message. The terminal is internally provided with the contract management system, the scheme provided by the invention manages the contract based on data updating, and the payment content corresponding to the contract is sent to the payment system in butt joint according to the payment instruction of the acquired contract so as to enable the payment system to generate a payment bill, thereby avoiding misoperation caused by manual operation. And receiving a payment notification message fed back by the payment system, and changing the state of the contract according to the payment notification message, so that the payment condition of the contract can be clear for the user, the user can know the state of the contract, and the repeated payment condition is avoided.
Further, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a second embodiment of a contract management method according to the present invention, and step S200 includes, based on the first embodiment:
step S210, corresponding payment information is obtained according to the payment instruction;
specifically, after the payment instruction is acquired, the contract management system of the terminal can analyze the payment instruction, and acquire payment information of the contract according to the payment instruction, wherein the payment information of the contract includes, but is not limited to, product company (attribution), type (travel fee, medical treatment, training), reimbursement amount, reimbursement item and the like.
Step S220, generating a corresponding payment code according to the payment information;
after the payment information of the contract is obtained, a payment code corresponding to the payment information is generated according to the payment information of the contract, the payment code corresponds to the payment information, the uniqueness is achieved, and the generation of the payment code can facilitate subsequent management of the contract.
Step S300 includes:
step S310, the payment information and the payment code are sent to a docked payment system to enable the payment system to generate a payment bill according to the payment information and the payment code.
Specifically, the contract management system sends payment information and payment codes to the butted payment system, the payment system automatically fills related information in the system according to the payment information to generate a payment bill, and then fills the payment codes into the payment bill, and finally the generated payment bill has uniqueness, so that the generated payment bill and other payment bills can be prevented from being mixed.
Further, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a third embodiment of a contract management method according to the present invention, and after step S500, the method further includes:
step S600, obtaining a viewing instruction of the state of the viewing contract sent after the user logs in the account;
it should be noted that, the general contract management system has rights management, and for the same contract, if the same contract has a relationship with multiple departments, after the multiple departments are associated with the contract management system, each department can see the state of the contract associated with itself, so as to avoid repeated payment. The contract management system has a plurality of different contracts, and the different contracts are associated with a plurality of departments, i.e., the contract management system is associated with the plurality of departments.
Specifically, when a worker in a department wants to check the state of a certain contract, an account number can be logged in a contract management system, the contract needing to check the state of the contract can be found after logging in, then a relevant button is clicked on a page where the contract is located, a check instruction for checking the state of the contract is sent out, and the contract management system receives the check instruction for checking the state of the contract sent by the worker in the department.
Step S700, acquiring contract information of a corresponding contract and department information of a department where the account is located according to the checking instruction;
specifically, after the user clicks the corresponding button to send a viewing instruction, the background can acquire contract information of a contract to be viewed by the user and department information of a department where an account number logged in by the user is located according to the viewing instruction.
Step S800, judging whether the user has permission to view the state of the contract according to the contract information and the department information;
the authority corresponding table can be stored in the terminal in advance, contract information of contracts which can be checked by departments is stored in the authority corresponding table, and whether the departments of the users have the authority for checking the states of the corresponding contracts or not is judged according to the authority corresponding table, the departments of the users and the contract information of the contracts which need to be checked, so that whether the users have the authority for checking the states of the contracts or not is judged. Specifically, when the department in which the user is located has the right to view the state of the contract, the user also has the right to view the state of the contract.
And step S900, if the user has the authority to check the state of the contract, the state of the contract is sent to the terminal where the user is located.
Specifically, if the user has the right to view the state of the contract, the state of the contract is sent to the terminal where the user is located, and the user can see the state of the contract on the display interface; if the user does not have permission to view the state of the contract, the contract management system does not respond to the user's view request, i.e., the user cannot view the state of the contract.
Further, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart of a fourth embodiment of a contract management method according to the present invention, and step S800 includes:
step S810, judging whether the department is associated with the contract according to the contract information and the department information;
specifically, an association relation table of the contract and the department may be pre-stored in the terminal, after receiving the checking instruction, the contract management system may obtain the contract information corresponding to the checking instruction according to the checking instruction, and then determine whether the department is associated with the contract according to the contract information, the department information and the association relation table, so as to determine whether the user has permission to check the state of the contract.
Step S900 includes:
step S910, if the department associates with the contract, the state of the contract is sent to the terminal where the user is located.
If the department is associated with the contract to be checked, the department is judged to have the authority to check the contract, and then the user of the department also has the authority to check the contract, so that the state of the contract is sent to the terminal where the department is located; if the department is not associated with the contract to be checked, the department is judged to have no authority to check the state of the contract, and then the user has no authority to check the state of the contract, so the contract management system does not respond to the checking instruction of the user.
Further, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a detailed flowchart illustrating steps of acquiring payment instructions of a contract according to an embodiment of the present invention, and step S100 includes:
step S110, a preset payment plan is obtained;
step S120, obtaining payment time and payment items according to the payment plan;
step S130, judging whether the current time reaches the payment time;
step S140, if the current time reaches the payment time, generating a corresponding payment instruction according to the payment item.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the enterprise employee may preset a payment plan for a certain contract or each stage of a certain contract in the contract management system, the payment plan including a payment time and a payment item, the payment item including a payment amount and contract-related information that needs to be paid, and the like. Acquiring preset payment time and payment information according to a payment plan, judging whether the current time reaches the payment time, and generating a corresponding payment instruction according to the payment information if the current time reaches the payment time; if the current time does not reach the payment time, continuing to wait until the current time reaches the payment time, and then carrying out subsequent operation.
Further, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a detailed flowchart illustrating a step of acquiring a payment instruction of a contract according to another embodiment of the present invention, and step S100 further includes, based on the first embodiment:
step S150, acquiring a trigger instruction input by a user;
step S160, corresponding payment instructions are generated according to the trigger instructions.
The payment instruction can be generated according to a trigger instruction of a user, specifically, a contract payment button can be arranged on a display interface of a contract of the terminal, when the contract is required to be paid, enterprise staff can click the contract payment button to input the trigger instruction to the terminal, and after receiving the trigger instruction, a contract management system of the terminal generates a corresponding payment instruction according to the trigger instruction.
Further, referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating a detailed procedure of the step of changing the state of the corresponding contract according to the payment notification message according to the embodiment of the present invention, and step S500 includes, based on the first embodiment:
step S510, if the payment notification message indicates that the payment is successful, changing the state of the contract to a corresponding successful state, obtaining a corresponding payment number or invoice number according to the payment notification message, and adding the payment number or invoice number to the corresponding contract;
step S520, if the payment information shows that the payment fails, the state of the contract is changed into a corresponding failure state, and a message of the payment failure is displayed on a display interface to remind the staff.
The contract management system of the terminal receives the payment notification message fed back by the payment system, and then changes the state of the corresponding contract according to the received payment notification message, specifically, when the payment is successful, the payment notification message of the contract comprises a message that the payment is successful, a payment number or invoice number corresponding to the payment notification message, and the like; when the payment fails, the payment notification message includes a message of the payment failure, a cause of the payment failure, and the like. Therefore, when the payment notification message shows that a certain contract is successful in payment, the state of the contract is changed into successful payment, and then a corresponding payment number or invoice number is acquired according to the payment notification message and added to the corresponding contract; when the payment notification message shows that the payment of a certain stage of a certain contract is successful, the state of the stage of the contract is modified into the successful payment, then the corresponding payment number or invoice number is obtained according to the payment notification message, and the payment number or invoice number is added to the stage of the corresponding contract. When the payment notification message shows that the payment of a certain contract fails, changing the state of the contract into the payment failure; when the payment notification message shows that the payment of a certain stage of a certain contract fails, changing the state corresponding to the stage of the contract into the payment failure, acquiring the corresponding failure reason according to the payment notification message, and displaying the failure reason on a display interface to remind a worker, so that the worker can conveniently analyze and correct the failure reason and then put forward a payment instruction again.
