Detailed Description
The invention provides a resource information editing guide method of an electric power communication job task, as shown in fig. 1, comprising the following steps:
s1, classifying the set job tasks according to set job task classification rules to obtain a plurality of information modules, wherein each information module comprises a plurality of functional points corresponding to the job tasks of the same type; the job task is a power communication job task; the functional point is a specific business process which can be completed independently. For example: three functional points of general interest to a user management function: user query, user modification, for deletion. This is a large functional point. And may be subdivided. User modification: modifying a user login password, modifying a user login name, modifying user personal basic information, and the like.
S2, classifying the information modules according to the set information module classification rule to obtain a plurality of groups of information modules, wherein each group of information modules corresponds to a guiding step of user operation.
S3, constructing task information organization according to the multiple groups of information modules, wherein the task information organization comprises the hierarchy and the logic relationship of all guide steps corresponding to the multiple groups of information modules.
And S4, designing an interactive interface according to the hierarchical and logical relations of all the guiding steps, and guiding a user to edit the resource information through the interactive interface.
Further, the step S4 specifically includes the following steps:
judging whether the number of all the guiding steps corresponding to the multiple groups of information modules reaches the number of single-page setting steps, if not, setting a single-page interactive interface according to the hierarchy and the logic relationship of all the guiding steps, and displaying all the guiding steps corresponding to the multiple groups of information modules through the single-page interactive interface; if yes, setting a multi-page interactive interface according to the hierarchy and the logic relation of all the guide steps, and carrying out paging display on all the guide steps corresponding to the multi-group information modules through the multi-page interactive interface.
Further, the set job task includes: optical cable, communication equipment, distribution equipment, power equipment, logic network elements, logic links and editing task of new addition, deletion and attribute modification corresponding to link channels.
Further, the step S2 specifically includes the following steps:
classifying the information modules to obtain different types of information modules, calculating distance values between the different types of information modules according to attribute parameters (such as nominal working wavelength, module length diameter and the like of optical cables) of physical equipment corresponding to each functional point in the different types of information modules (for example, calculating a difference value between the attribute parameters of the physical equipment corresponding to the two information modules as a distance value, judging whether the physical equipment corresponding to the two information modules is of the same type according to the distance values, further judging whether the two information modules are of the same type or not), and classifying the information modules with the calculated distance values smaller than a set distance value as a group of information modules; the physical equipment is one of an optical cable, communication equipment, wiring equipment, power equipment, a logic network element, a logic link and a link channel.
Further, in the interactive interface, all the guiding steps are arranged in sequence from high to low according to the importance of the corresponding job task.
More specifically:
the goal of the resource information editing wizard is to help novice users without expert knowledge to complete an infrequently operated, complex, important task.
The resource information editing guide consists of a series of help pages, and the user fills page information to guide the user to quickly complete tasks. Each guide page needs to be correspondingly operated by a user, and the next page can be accessed through the guide button (the guide button mainly comprises a backward step, a next step, a cancel step, a finish step and the like) after the information of the previous page is filled. After the final page is reached, the whole boot process is ended by the end button. The implementation method of the resource information editing guide comprises the following steps:
the implementation process of the resource information editing execution guide comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out operation scene analysis, then completing the flow design of the guide page through operation task decomposition, information classification and information organization, and finally realizing the guide page through encoding.
(1) Job scenario analysis
Typical job scenarios for resource information editing include additions, deletions, modifications, etc. of fiber optic cables, communication devices, distribution devices, power devices, logical network elements, logical links, link channels, etc.
(2) Job task decomposition
The task decomposition is to divide a complex task into a plurality of simple information modules according to personal experience and professional knowledge by a designer. An information module is a collection of information of a certain kind, i.e. each information module is made up of function points of the same type. The granularity of task decomposition is defined as an information module instead of the functional points in the module, and mainly the information of later information classification is not suitable to be too fine, for example, a complex task comprises tens of thousands of functional points, and if the user is not enabled to classify tens of thousands of functional points in the information classification, the granularity of task decomposition is defined as the information module.
The task decomposition may be performed as follows:
first, the goal of the task is specified, i.e., what kind of demands of the user can be met by the task. For example, the objective of cable resource information compilation (task) is to guide the user to properly maintain cable resources;
secondly, dividing the task into a plurality of key subtasks according to a task target, for example, dividing the task into new tasks, deleting the tasks and opening the tasks by an optical cable resource information editing target;
and refining subtask information, namely combing out all information modules in the subtask, for example, whether the starting and stopping end points of the optical cable are recorded in a machine room.
The task decomposition finally dismembers the complex task into an information module set, and the information module is relatively simple; the task decomposition is performed on the premise that the information modules obtained by task decomposition are classified according to thinking of users and using habits of the users, and the information modules are organized according to the classification result to guide later information.
(3) Information classification
The information classification focuses on classifying the information modules obtained by task decomposition. The information module is simply described in a sentence of generalized language; the user participates in information module classification, collects, counts and analyzes attribute data of classified information modules, calculates distance values among the attribute data of the classified information modules, and groups the information modules with similar distance values into a group (namely, a guide step).
(4) Information organization
The information organization is a display form for reasonably organizing information, and the main task is to build a smooth bridge between the information and the cognition of a user. Task information organization is constructed according to the classified information modules, and referring to FIG. 2, the information organization chart clearly shows the hierarchy and logic relationship of tasks, so that later designers can conveniently carry out interface design according to the information organization chart.
(5) Interface design
The interface design of the wizard mainly relates to how to clearly convey the step information of the information organization to the user, so that the user is clear to the interface information. How the step information is displayed mainly depends on the scene of the task, and part of the scene needs to be displayed to the user step by the step information, so that the confusion of the user caused by excessive information is avoided; while other scenarios require that all of the wizard step information be presented to the user in its entirety. The interface design manifestation mainly includes:
1) The single page guide means that all step information is placed in one interface for display. Use scenario for single page wizard design: the number of the guide steps is relatively small, the single step information is not large, and all the step information can be displayed in one page at the same time and the information is not excessively saturated; there is a strong correlation between the wizard steps and the user needs to refer to the information of other steps to fill in the information.
2) The multi-page guide means that a plurality of step information is gradually displayed to a user in a fixed sequence in the form of an interface. Use scenario for a multi-page wizard design: the number of the guide steps is relatively large, the information resources of a single subtask are more, and one interface does not have enough space to place a plurality of guide step information; stacking multiple steps of information into one interface tends to oversaturate the information resources, and all the information is competing for the attention of the user, thus burdening the user with psychology.
The following describes the method by taking the design and implementation of the new adding, deleting and opening guide of the optical cable as an example:
(1) Editing execution guide for newly added optical cable
The newly added cable edit execution guide flow is shown in fig. 3.
Editing and executing a guide flow description:
1) Selecting a cable termination site
If the newly added optical cable is an optical cable between substations, a start-stop end station of the optical cable needs to be selected, after the start-stop end station of the newly added optical cable is selected, the system checks whether all the selected start-stop end stations have machine rooms, and if the start-stop end station of the optical cable has a station which is not input into the machine rooms, a user is prompted that the corresponding station is not input into the machine rooms, and the optical cable cannot be established. If all the selected starting and ending end stations have the machine room, a user can select the machine room where the optical cable starting and ending end is distributed to form an end.
If the newly added optical cable is an optical cable in a transformer substation, a user is guided to select one transformer station to enter a station section view to select a machine room where the starting and stopping ends of the optical cable in the station are distributed to form ends.
2) Editing optical cable attribute information
Setting all necessary management information fields as necessary padding items, and prioritizing (i.e., displaying in front of) the necessary padding item fields;
3) Optical cable distribution
Guiding a user to sequentially perform wiring terminating on the starting end and the stopping end of the optical cable, and allowing the user to self-define and select the starting end, the stopping end, the wiring terminating end or the non-wiring terminating end or the wiring terminating end on a specified part of fiber cores;
4) Prompting whether or not associated transmission line is needed
Prompting a user whether the newly added optical cable is required to be associated with the optical cable, if yes, guiding the user to select the corresponding optical cable to be associated with the optical cable (when the power transmission line system corresponding to the newly added optical cable is not recorded, allowing the user to record the newly added optical cable and associate with the optical cable), if no, skipping the step of associating the optical cable, and ending the recording of the newly added optical cable.
(2) Deleting optical cable editing execution guide
The deletion cable edit execution guide flow is shown in fig. 4.
Editing and executing a guide flow description:
1) Deleting optical cable
When the optical cable is deleted, the system checks whether the optical cable to be deleted has optical path service, if so, lists the optical path information detail list existing on the optical cable to be deleted, and prompts the user that' optical cable existence service information, whether to continue deleting? If the user selects yes, the system guides the user to enter a deletion channel editing execution guide or a light path route change editing execution guide to delete the light paths one by one or adjust the light paths until the light path service on the optical cable to be deleted is deleted or adjusted to other optical cables, and the optical cable can be deleted; if the user selects "NO", the delete light path operation is canceled.
2) Prompting user whether to clear ODF (optical distribution frame) information at two ends of deleted optical cable
In general, in a field implementation operation, there are two processing modes for an ODF distribution device at the end of an optical cable to be returned, the first is to remove the ODF terminal residual fiber jumpers at the end of the optical cable to be returned or to integrally detach the ODF distribution device, and the second is to only return the optical cable, where the ODF devices at the end and the residual fiber jumpers at the end are not removed, so in a resource management system, after deleting the optical cable, the system gives "whether to clear the ODF information at the end of the deleted optical cable? "prompting, if the user selects" yes ", the start-stop end station of the optical cable can be selected to remove the residual fiber jumper, or the ODF distribution equipment (comprising the removed fiber jumper) is removed entirely.
If the user selects no, the ODF data at the two ends of the deleted optical cable is not processed, and the optical cable deleting operation is finished.
(3) Optical cable opening editing execution guide
Typical cable breakout scenarios are "site grid-connected interface", "cable breakout interface", and a schematic diagram of the breakout scheme is shown in fig. 5.
The optical cable opening editing execution guide flowchart is shown in fig. 6.
Editing and executing a guide flow description:
selecting an optical cable object to be opened, and selecting a cutting mode, wherein two opening mode editing guides are respectively as follows:
jie Koufang A
The steps of selecting the 'opening mode one' optical cable opening editing execution guide are as follows in sequence: selecting a site to be accessed at an optical cable opening, editing optical cable information after opening, wiring to form ends at the optical cable opening, and recovering/adjusting the optical path route of the opening optical cable, wherein the editing guide flow is described as follows:
1) Selecting a site to be accessed at a cable breakout
When a site to be accessed at the optical cable opening is selected, the system checks whether the site selected by the user is accessed into the machine room, if the site is not accessed into the machine room, prompts the user that the site cannot be accessed by opening the machine room when the site is not accessed into the machine room, and if the site is accessed into the machine room, guides the user to select the optical cable opening to access the machine room of the site.
2) Editing the optical cable information after opening
After the optical cable is split in the optical cable splitting mode, the optical cable is split into two parts, so that a user is guided to edit the 2 newly formed optical cable attribute information, all necessary management information fields are set as necessary filling items, and the necessary filling item fields are arranged in priority (namely, displayed in the front).
3) Restoration/adjustment of optical path routing for a fiber optic cable
The method supports the user to select all or part of the optical paths to be recovered at one time to collude and recover the optical path route at the optical cable opening, and simultaneously allows the user to adjust the route of the optical paths one by one.
Jie Koufang type II
The steps of selecting the 'two of the opening modes' optical cable opening editing execution guide are as follows in sequence: establishing an optical cable branching joint, selecting a site needing to be subjected to opening access, editing optical cable information after opening branching, distributing and forming the optical cable section from the site accessed by the interface to the branching joint on the site side, editing optical cable branching joint fiber melting information, and recovering/adjusting the optical path route of the opening optical cable, wherein the editing guide flow is described as follows:
1) Establishing optical cable splitters
Newly building an optical cable branching joint, and connecting the branching joint to an optical cable opening.
2) Selecting a site requiring a breakout access
When a site to be accessed at the optical cable opening is selected, the system checks whether the site selected by the user is accessed into the machine room, if the site is not accessed into the machine room, prompts the user that the site cannot be accessed by opening the machine room when the site is not accessed into the machine room, and if the site is accessed into the machine room, guides the user to select the optical cable opening to access the machine room of the site.
3) Editing optical cable information after opening divergence
And editing the newly formed optical cable attribute information after the optical cable is opened in sequence, setting all necessary management information fields as necessary filling items, and prioritizing (i.e. displaying the necessary filling item fields in the front).
4) Wiring terminating a station-to-furcation connector cable segment accessed by an interface on the station side
Allowing the user to customize the assignment of all or part of the cores for wiring terminating.
5) Editing fiber information of optical cable branching joint
The optical cables from each site direction in the "drop connector" are fused.
6) Restoration/adjustment of optical path routing for a fiber optic cable
After the fiber is melted at the branching joint at the optical cable opening, the light path carried by the fiber core which is consistent with the starting and stopping end station and the opening before automatically restores by default according to the original routing system, and simultaneously, the manual adjustment of a user is allowed (when the manual adjustment of the light path route is carried out, the system is guided into a channel route change editing execution guide to carry out the adjustment of the light path route).
And the optical paths carried by the fiber cores of which the start and stop end stations are inconsistent with the fiber cores before opening guide the user to enter a channel route change editing execution guide to adjust the optical path route one by one.
