The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the first processing unit is configured to determine whether a target network corresponding to the identifier of the target network is in an on state; if the target network is determined not to be in the starting state, starting the target network corresponding to the identification of the target network;
the device further comprises:
a first determining unit, configured to determine whether to currently allow a change of a state of a target network before the first processing unit starts the target network corresponding to the identifier of the target network; and if the permission is determined, triggering the first processing unit to execute the step of starting the target network corresponding to the identification of the target network.
9. A terminal, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a computer program;
wherein the computer program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1-6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program for execution by a processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1-6.
