Claims (12)

1. A method of fund management, wherein the method is applied in a clearing platform of a distributed architecture, the clearing platform comprising: the system comprises a plurality of databases for supporting the cash-out service and the cash-in service of each payment mechanism, a plurality of database management centers for processing network payment transactions initiated by the payment mechanisms, and a centralized management platform for summarizing and aggregating transaction data of the database management centers; the method comprises the following steps:
determining a plurality of management levels in the clearing platform;
allocating a reserve payment account corresponding to each management level for a target payment mechanism; wherein the management hierarchy comprises: a centralized management platform level, a database management center level and a database level; the allocating, for the target payment authority, a reserve payment account corresponding to each of the management levels includes: for the target payment mechanism, allocating a prepaid fund sub-account corresponding to the database tier, the prepaid fund sub-account comprising: a plurality of deposit sub-accounts for supporting the operation of adding amount of deposit service, and a plurality of cash-out sub-accounts for supporting the operation of deducting amount of cash-out service; the plurality of fund depositing sub-accounts and the plurality of fund drawing sub-accounts are discretely arranged, the number of fund depositing sub-accounts and the number of fund drawing sub-accounts with different numbers are discretely arranged according to the service volume of the payment institution, and the number of fund depositing sub-accounts is larger than the number of fund drawing sub-accounts; the method comprises the following steps of firstly recording a cash flow meter in the cash deposit operation, and summarizing balance in the cash flow meter to a cash deposit account at regular time;
and managing funds of the target payment mechanism based on the corresponding reserve payment account.
2. The funds management method of claim 1, wherein the allocating of the reserve payment account corresponding to each of the management levels for the target payment authority further comprises:
aiming at the target payment mechanism, allocating main accounts of the reserve payment corresponding to the levels of the centralized management platform, wherein the number of the main accounts of the reserve payment is one;
and distributing the reserve payment sub-accounts corresponding to the hierarchy of the database management center aiming at the target payment mechanism, wherein the number of the reserve payment main accounts is the same as that of the database management center.
3. The funds management method of claim 2, wherein the allocating, for the target payment authority, a prepaid sub-account corresponding to the database tier comprises:
determining a target quantity according to the service type of the target payment mechanism;
and aiming at the target payment mechanism, allocating the target number of the sub-accounts of the reserve payment corresponding to the database hierarchy.
4. The funds management method of claim 2, wherein the managing funds for the target payment authority based on the corresponding reserve payment account comprises:
determining a call proportion value corresponding to each management level;
and storing the funds of the target payment mechanism in the corresponding reserve payment account of each management level in a distributed manner according to each corresponding transfer proportion value.
5. The funds management method of claim 2, wherein the managing funds for the target payment authority based on the corresponding reserve payment account comprises:
triggering the main account of the reserve payment to carry out collection processing on funds in each fund-entering sub-account and the reserve payment sub-account every other preset period; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and transferring the funds in the money-entering sub-account into the money-drawing sub-account by combining with a preset strategy according to each management level.

and the management module is used for managing the funds of the target payment mechanism based on the corresponding reserve payment account.
7. The funds management apparatus of claim 6, wherein the allocation module is further configured to:
aiming at the target payment mechanism, allocating main accounts of the reserve payment corresponding to the levels of the centralized management platform, wherein the number of the main accounts of the reserve payment is one;
and distributing the reserve payment sub-accounts corresponding to the hierarchy of the database management center aiming at the target payment mechanism, wherein the number of the reserve payment main accounts is the same as that of the database management center.
8. The funds management apparatus of claim 7, wherein the allocation module is specifically configured to:
determining a target number according to the service type of the target payment mechanism;
and aiming at the target payment mechanism, allocating the target number of the sub-accounts of the reserve payment corresponding to the database hierarchy.
9. The funds management apparatus of claim 7, wherein the management module is specifically configured to:
determining a call proportion value corresponding to each management level;
and storing the funds of the target payment mechanism in the reserve payment account corresponding to each management level in a distributed manner according to each corresponding transfer proportion value.
10. The funds management apparatus of claim 7, wherein the management module is specifically configured to:
triggering the main back-up payment account to collect funds in each cash-in sub-account and each back-up payment sub-account at intervals of a preset period; alternatively, the first and second liquid crystal display panels may be,
