The CR router drains the user flow matched with the drainage strategy to an HQoS processor for processing; and for unmatched results, the routing table is inquired and forwarded to the BRAS forwarder for processing.

receiving a user dialing message sent by a BRAS transponder;
authenticating the user according to the user dialing message and an authentication server, and acquiring a user strategy sent by the authentication server;
determining a type of the user policy;
and generating a corresponding forwarding table item according to the type of the user policy, and sending the forwarding table item to a BRAS (broadband remote access system) transponder or an HQoS (high frequency QoS) processor.

1. An information processing method is applied to a Broadband Remote Access Server (BRAS) controller, and comprises the following steps:
receiving a user dialing message sent by a BRAS transponder;
authenticating a user according to the user dialing message and an authentication server, and acquiring a user strategy sent by the authentication server;
determining a type of the user policy;
generating a corresponding forwarding table item according to the type of the user policy, and sending the forwarding table item to a BRAS (broadband remote access server) forwarder or an HQoS (high-quality QoS) processor;
the generating a corresponding forwarding table entry according to the type of the user policy and sending the forwarding table entry to a BRAS forwarder or an HQoS processor includes:
when the user policy is a committed access rate (Car) policy, generating a Car policy forwarding table item, and sending the Car policy forwarding table item to the BRAS repeater;
and when the user policy is a hierarchical QoS policy, generating a hierarchical QoS policy forwarding table item, and sending the generated hierarchical QoS policy forwarding table item to the HQoS processor.
2. An information processing method is applied to an HQoS processor for centralized deployment, and comprises the following steps:
receiving a forwarding table item sent by a BRAS controller, wherein when a user dials up, the BRAS repeater sends a user dialing message to the BRAS controller so that the BRAS controller obtains a user policy from an authentication server; the forwarding table item is generated by the BRAS controller according to the user strategy;
executing a corresponding strategy to the user message according to the forwarding table item;
the forwarding table item sent by the BRAS controller is an HQoS strategy forwarding table item;
the executing a corresponding strategy for the user message according to the forwarding table entry specifically comprises:
executing an HQoS strategy on the user message according to the HQoS strategy forwarding table item;
the method for executing the HQoS strategy on the user message according to the HQoS strategy forwarding table item comprises the following steps:
acquiring an IP address of a user according to the HQoS strategy forwarding table item, and generating a drainage strategy according to the IP address;
and sending the drainage strategy to a core router CR, so that when the data traffic of a user is matched with the drainage strategy, the CR drains the data traffic of the user to the HQoS processor, and when the data traffic of the user is not matched with the drainage strategy, the CR drains the data traffic of the user to the BRAS forwarder.
3. A communication device, comprising: a processor and a transceiver;
the transceiver is used for receiving a user dialing message sent by the BRAS transponder;
the processor is used for authenticating a user with an authentication server according to the user dialing message and acquiring a user strategy sent by the authentication server; determining the type of the user policy; generating a corresponding forwarding table item according to the type of the user policy, and sending the forwarding table item to a BRAS (broadband remote access system) transponder or an HQoS (high-quality QoS) processor through the transceiver;
the processor is further configured to generate a Car policy forwarding entry when the user policy is a committed access rate Car policy, and send the Car policy forwarding entry to the BRAS forwarder through the transceiver;
the processor is further configured to generate a layered QoS policy forwarding entry when the user policy is a layered QoS policy, and send the generated layered QoS policy forwarding entry to the HQoS processor through the transceiver.
4. A centrally deployed communications device, comprising: a processor and a transceiver;
the said transceiver, is used for receiving the forwarding table entry that BRAS controller sends, wherein when the user dials up, BRAS repeater sends the user to dial the message to the said BRAS controller, in order to make the said BRAS controller obtain the user tactics from the authentication server; the forwarding table item is generated by the BRAS controller according to the user strategy;
the processor is used for executing a corresponding strategy to the message of the user according to the forwarding table item;
the forwarding table item sent by the BRAS controller is an HQoS strategy forwarding table item;
the processor is further used for executing an HQoS strategy on the user message according to the HQoS strategy forwarding table item;
the processor is also configured to, in response to the determination,
acquiring an IP address of a user according to the HQoS strategy forwarding table item, and generating a drainage strategy according to the IP address;
and sending the drainage strategy to a core router CR, so that when the data traffic of a user is matched with the drainage strategy, the CR conducts the data traffic of the user to an HQoS processor, and when the data traffic of the user is not matched with the drainage strategy, the CR conducts the data traffic of the user to the BRAS forwarder.
5. A communication system, comprising: the system comprises a BRAS controller, a BRAS forwarder and an HQoS processor which is deployed in a centralized mode;
the BRAS repeater is used for acquiring a user dialing message when a user dials up and sending the user dialing message to the BRAS controller; receiving a forwarding table item sent by the BRAS controller, and executing a corresponding strategy to the message of the user according to the forwarding table item;
the BRAS controller is used for receiving a user dialing message sent by the BRAS transponder, authenticating a user according to the user dialing message and an authentication server, and acquiring a user strategy sent by the authentication server; determining a type of the user policy; generating a corresponding forwarding table item according to the type of the user policy, and sending the forwarding table item to a BRAS (broadband remote access system) transponder or an HQoS (high frequency QoS) processor;
when the user policy is a committed access rate (Car) policy, generating a Car policy forwarding table item, and sending the Car policy forwarding table item to the BRAS repeater;
when the user policy is a hierarchical QoS policy, generating a hierarchical QoS policy forwarding table item, and sending the generated hierarchical QoS policy forwarding table item to the HQoS processor;
and the HQoS processor is used for receiving a forwarding table item sent by the BRAS controller and executing a corresponding strategy on the user message according to the forwarding table item.
