Detailed Description
Referring to the drawings, wherein like reference numbers refer to like elements, the principles of the present application are illustrated as being implemented in a suitable computing environment. The following description is based on illustrated embodiments of the application and should not be taken as limiting the application with respect to other embodiments that are not detailed herein.
In the prior art, before electronic equipment leaves a factory or during maintenance, a tester often needs to test each part of the electronic equipment by using test equipment to test whether each function of the electronic equipment is normal. In the process of testing the electronic equipment, if a problem of a certain function of the electronic equipment is detected, the test equipment generates error report information. Wherein, the error information is used for indicating the problem of the function of the electronic equipment. When the test equipment receives the error information, the error information can be displayed so as to inform the tester of the problem of the function of the electronic equipment. When the tester sees the problem, it needs to help find the corresponding solution in the document. The help document records solutions corresponding to all possible problems of all parts of the electronic equipment. It will be appreciated that there are many components of an electronic device and many problems that may exist with each component, and therefore, many solutions must be documented in help documentation. The tester inevitably needs to spend some time to find a corresponding solution in the help document to solve the problem, so that the tester cannot timely solve the problem pointed out by the error information, and the efficiency of solving the problem pointed out by the error information is low.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a document display method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the flow chart may include:
in 101, a first error message is received.
For example, suppose a tester needs to detect whether a microphone of an electronic device is functioning properly. The tester can use the testing device to detect the function of the microphone of the electronic device. Assuming that the testing device detects that the microphone of the electronic device does not receive sound, first error information is generated. Wherein the first error information is used for indicating the problem of the microphone of the electronic device detected by the testing device. The test equipment may receive the first error message. When the testing device receives the first error information, the testing device can display the first error information to inform a testing person what problem exists in the microphone of the electronic device. For example, if the testing device detects that the microphone of the electronic device cannot receive sound, the first error information may be: "no sound is received by the microphone".
At 102, whether second error information matched with the first error information exists in the preset database is detected.
For example, the testing device may preset a preset database, and the tester stores a large amount of error information and help documents corresponding to the error information in the preset database according to experience. The error reporting information is used for indicating the problem detected by the tested part and tested by the testing equipment. So that the tester knows which problems exist with the tested component. The tested part refers to a part detected by the tested equipment in the electronic equipment. Help documentation is used to document solutions to the problems indicated in the error information.
In the present embodiment, it is assumed that the first error information is "no sound is received by the microphone". When the test equipment receives the first error information, whether second error information matched with the first error information exists in a preset database or not is detected. That is, the testing device detects whether the preset database has the error message of 'no sound received by the microphone'.
In 103, if there is second error information matching the first error information in the preset database, a target help document corresponding to the second error information is obtained from the preset database.
Different error reporting information and corresponding help documents are stored in the preset database.
For example, if the preset database stores the error information of "no sound received by the microphone", the testing device may obtain the target help document corresponding to the error information of "no sound received by the microphone" from the preset database. The target help document describes a solution to the problem of "no sound received by the microphone". In other words, the test device may obtain a solution to the problem of "no sound received by the microphone" from the preset database.
At 104, the contents of the target help document are displayed.
For example, when the test device acquires the target help document corresponding to the error message of "no sound received by the microphone" from the preset database, the content of the target help document may be displayed. For example, the electronic device may display a solution to the problem of "no sound is received by the microphone" on the screen.
It is understood that, in this embodiment, when the error information is received, the test device acquires the help document corresponding to the error information and displays the content of the help document. This help document is recorded with the solution of the problem that error information points out for the tester can look over the solution of solving the problem that this error information points out fast, thereby makes the tester can in time solve the problem that error information points out according to the suggestion of solution, and then can improve the efficiency of solving the problem that points out in the error information.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is another schematic flow chart of a document display method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the flow chart may include:
in 201, a test device receives a preset database generation instruction.
For example, a preset database generation button may be preset in the test device, and when the user clicks the preset database generation button, the test device receives a preset database generation instruction.
At 202, the test equipment receives a plurality of error messages input by a user according to a preset database generation instruction.
For example, after the test device receives a preset database generation instruction, it may receive a plurality of error messages input by the user. The error reporting information is used for indicating the problem detected by the tested part and tested by the testing equipment. So that the tester knows which problems exist with the tested component.
In this embodiment, after the test device receives the preset database generation instruction, an error information input interface may be provided, so that the user may input error information. The user can input error information encountered during testing according to experience, and can also search data, collect various error information and input the error information into the testing equipment. The electronic equipment receives a plurality of pieces of error information input by a user.
For example, the error information may be: the "sound cannot be received by the microphone", and the error information may be: "the camera can't focus", report wrong information and can also be: "the speaker cannot play sound", etc.
At 203, the test equipment receives help documents corresponding to each error message.
For example, assume that the test equipment receives 3 pieces of error information input by the user, which are error information a, error information b, and error information c, respectively. When the test equipment receives the error information a, the error information b and the error information c input by the user, a help document corresponding to the error information a, a help document corresponding to the error information b and a help document corresponding to the error information c can be received.
Wherein, the help document is used for recording the solution of the problem indicated by the corresponding error information. For example, if the error information is: if the camera cannot focus, the help document corresponding to the error information records a solution to the problem that the camera cannot focus.
At 204, the test equipment generates a preset database according to each error message and the corresponding help document.
For example, after the test device receives each error message and the corresponding help document, a preset database may be generated according to each error message and the corresponding help document.
In some embodiments, the test device may generate a predetermined database in advance, and when the test device receives each error message and the corresponding help document, the test device may store each error message and the corresponding help document in the predetermined database. The preset database can also store the corresponding relation between each error report information and the corresponding document.
In some embodiments, after the test equipment receives the error information pieces, the error information pieces can be used as file names to generate a plurality of empty help documents. The user can open a help document named with each error information for editing. The content edited by the user in the empty help document is a solution corresponding to the problem indicated by each error report message. After the user finishes editing the contents of the plurality of empty help documents, the testing device can generate a preset database according to the help documents named by the error information.
In other embodiments, the testing device may generate a predetermined database in advance, and when the user device detects that the help documents named by the error information are edited, the user device may store the help documents named by the error information into the predetermined database. The test device may also store a help document in a predetermined database after the user edits the contents of the help document, and so on.
In 205, the test equipment uploads a preset database to the server.
It can be understood that, since a great amount of error information and corresponding help documents may be stored in the preset database, the storage space of the testing device may be excessively occupied if the preset database is stored in the testing device. Therefore, after the test equipment generates the preset database according to each error report message and the corresponding help document, the test equipment can upload the preset database to the server.
It can be understood that after the testing device a uploads the corresponding preset database Aa to the server, the testing device B can download the preset database Aa from the server for use, so that the testing device B does not need to spend time to generate the preset database for use. In addition, assuming that the preset database Bb is also stored in the test device B, the test device B can still download the preset database Aa corresponding to the test device a to update the preset database Bb stored in the test device B, that is, the error reporting information and the help document corresponding to the error reporting information existing in the preset database Aa corresponding to the test device a are stored in the preset database Bb corresponding to the test device B, and the error reporting information and the help document corresponding to the error reporting information that do not exist in the preset database Bb corresponding to the test device Bb are stored in the preset database Bb corresponding to the test device B. That is to say, after each testing device stores the corresponding preset database into the server, the storage space of each testing device can be saved, and preset database resources can be shared with other testing devices.
In 206, the test device detects whether a trigger operation for a preset application is received.
It will be appreciated that the predetermined application may be an application in the test device that detects the function of components of the electronic device. In this embodiment, the test device may detect whether a trigger operation for a preset application is received.
In 207, if the trigger operation for the preset application is received, the test device obtains the preset database from the server.
Assuming that a tester clicks a preset application to prepare for detecting a function of a certain component of the electronic device, the electronic device detects a trigger operation on the preset application, the electronic device can open the preset application and enter a main interface of the preset application, and meanwhile, the test device can acquire a preset database from a server.
At 208, the test equipment receives a first error message.
In 209, the testing device detects whether there is second error information matching the first error information in the preset database, and enters a process 210 if there is second error information matching the first error information in the preset database, and enters a process 212 if there is no second error information matching the first error information in the preset database.
Wherein, different error information and corresponding help documents are stored in the preset database.
In 210, the test equipment acquires a target help document corresponding to the second error information from a preset database.
In 211, the test device displays the contents of the target help document.
For example, when the test device acquires the target help document corresponding to the error message of "no sound received by the microphone" from the preset database, the content of the target help document may be displayed. For example, the electronic device may display a solution to the problem of "no sound is received by the microphone" on the screen.
At 212, the test equipment stores the first error information in a predetermined database.
It can be understood that, if the second error information matching the first error information does not exist in the preset database, it indicates that the first error information is not stored in the preset database, so the test equipment can store the first error information in the preset database.
In 213, the test device receives a help document corresponding to the first error information.
After the testing device stores the first error information into the preset database, a help document corresponding to the first error information can be received. The help document corresponding to the first error information records a solution of the problem indicated by the first error information.
In 214, the test equipment stores the help document corresponding to the first error information in a preset database.
For example, the test device may store the help document corresponding to the first error information in a preset database to update the preset database. Meanwhile, the test equipment can upload the updated preset database to the server, so that other test equipment can update the preset database of the test equipment.
In some embodiments, the flow 203 may include:
providing and displaying a document editing interface;
and receiving help documents edited by a user and corresponding to the error information through the document editing interface.
The document editing interface is used for receiving help documents edited by a user and corresponding to the error information.
For example, the test equipment may provide a document editing interface and display. The user may click on the editing interface to edit the help document corresponding to each error message. For example, the user may click the document editing interface, select a certain error information, edit the help document corresponding to the error information, and click the save button to save the edited help document after the user edits the help document corresponding to the error information. At this time, the test equipment receives the help document corresponding to the error information. Similarly, the user may edit the help document corresponding to the other error information and save the help document after editing. Therefore, the test equipment can receive the help documents corresponding to the error information.
In some embodiments, the test device may display a document editing interface each time the user enters an error message. The user may click on the document editing interface to edit the help document corresponding to the error information. The help document records a solution to the problem indicated by the error information. Wherein the help document may be named with the error information. For example, assume that the error information is: the "no sound received by the microphone" help document corresponding to the error message may be named "no sound received by the microphone".
In some embodiments, the flow 213 may include:
providing and displaying a document editing interface;
and receiving the help document edited by the user and corresponding to the first error information through the document editing interface.
The document editing interface is used for receiving a help document edited by a user and corresponding to the first error information.
For example, after the test device displays the document editing interface, the user may click the editing interface to edit the help document corresponding to the first error information. For example, the user may click the document editing interface to edit the help document corresponding to the first error information, and after the user edits the help document corresponding to the first error information, the user may click the save button to save the edited help document. At this time, the test equipment receives the help document corresponding to the first error information.
Referring to fig. 3 to 9 together, fig. 3 to 9 are schematic views of a scene of a document display method according to an embodiment of the present application.
The user can click a certain application of the test equipment for testing whether the functions of all parts of the electronic equipment are normal or not, namely, the application enters a main interface of the application. As shown in fig. 3, the user may click on a generate preset database interface into the application and click on a generate preset database button. The test equipment can generate and display a prompt message. The prompt information is used for prompting the user whether to select to generate a preset database. If the user selects yes, the testing device may generate a predetermined database and enter the interface shown in fig. 4.
In some embodiments, when the user clicks the generate default database button, the test device may generate a default database and directly enter the interface as shown in fig. 4.
When the test equipment enters the interface shown in fig. 4, the user can click an input box in the interface to input error information. As shown in fig. 5, the user may click on an input box in the interface to input an error message "no sound received by the microphone" and then click on a confirm input button. When the test equipment receives the error message of 'microphone cannot receive sound' input by the user, the test equipment enters the interface shown in fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 6, the test apparatus provides a document editing interface and displays, and prompts the user to input a "no sound received by microphone" solution in the document editing interface. As shown in fig. 7, the user may click on the text editing interface to edit the "no sound received by microphone" solution. After the user finishes editing the "microphone does not receive sound" solution, the save button may be clicked. When the test device receives the trigger operation of the save button, the test device may name a help document describing the "microphone does not receive sound" solution with error information of "microphone does not receive sound" and store the file in the preset database.
Similarly, after the test device names the help document describing the solution that the microphone cannot receive the sound with the error information that the microphone cannot receive the sound and stores the name in the preset database, the test device may continue to enter the interface shown in fig. 3, so that the user may continue to input the second error information, and finally the test device may name the help document describing the solution to the problem indicated by the second error information with the second error information and store the name in the preset database.
By analogy, the test equipment can name the help document recording the solution of the problem indicated by the third error information and store the help document in the preset database.
The test equipment can name the help document recording the solution of the problem indicated by the N-th error information and store the N-th error information in the preset database. Wherein N is more than or equal to 4.
When the test equipment no longer receives the error information input by the user within the preset time, the test equipment can upload the preset database to the server.
When a user wants to test whether the functions of all parts of certain electronic equipment are normal or not, the user can click the preset application of the test equipment, and the test equipment detects that the trigger operation of the preset application is received. The preset application may be an application for testing functions of each component of the electronic device. When the test device detects that the trigger operation for the preset application is received, the test device may obtain the preset database from the server. The preset database may be a preset database previously uploaded to a server by the testing device. The test equipment can also acquire the preset database uploaded to the server by other test equipment from the server so as to update the preset database of the test equipment, namely error reporting information existing in the preset database of other test equipment and a help document corresponding to the error reporting information are stored in the preset database of the test equipment, and error reporting information not existing in the preset database of the test equipment and a document corresponding to the error reporting information are stored in the preset database of the test equipment.
Assume that a user uses a test device to test the function of a microphone in an electronic device. Assuming that the testing device detects that the microphone of the electronic device does not receive sound, the testing device may generate an error message. The error reporting information is as follows: "no sound is received by the microphone". As shown in fig. 8, when the test device receives the error message, the test device may display the error message to inform the user what problem exists with the microphone. Meanwhile, the test equipment can detect whether the preset database has error reporting information matched with the error reporting information, and if the preset database has error reporting information matched with the error reporting information, the test equipment can acquire the help document corresponding to the error reporting information from the preset database. It can be understood that, since the test device has stored the help document corresponding to the error message of "no sound received by microphone" in the preset database before, the test device may retrieve the help document corresponding to the error message of "no sound received by microphone" in the preset database.
As shown in fig. 9, when the test device acquires a help document corresponding to error information of "no sound is received by the microphone", the test device may display the content of the help document. The content of the help document is a "no sound received by the microphone" solution. When the user sees the solution, the problem of "no sound is received by the microphone" can be solved according to the solution.
It can be understood that, since the test device may obtain the help document corresponding to the error information directly from the preset database after receiving the error information. Wherein, the help document corresponding to the error information is recorded with a solution for solving the error information. The user can find the solution of the error information in the help document without spending time to record more contents, so that the efficiency of solving the problem indicated in the error information is improved.
