according to the Ethernet private line number information and a preset resource library, wherein the resource library comprises the private line number information and resource information corresponding to the private line number information, the resource information comprises equipment manufacturer information and network management information related to equipment manufacturers, the resource information respectively corresponds to manufacturer equipment and network management equipment, the resource information corresponding to the Ethernet private line number information is determined, and the manufacturer equipment and the network management equipment corresponding to the resource information are determined;
and sending the Ethernet special line processing request to the manufacturer equipment and the network management equipment corresponding to the resource information so that the manufacturer equipment and the network management equipment corresponding to the resource information process the Ethernet special line according to the Ethernet special line processing request.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after sending the ethernet dedicated line processing request to the vendor device and the network management device corresponding to the resource information, the method further comprises:
receiving processing result information sent by manufacturer equipment and network management equipment corresponding to the resource information, wherein the processing result information comprises special line rate adjustment result information and/or special line monitoring result information;
and sending the processing result information to the terminal equipment so as to enable the terminal equipment to display the processing result information.

determining first network port information corresponding to the Ethernet private line number information according to a corresponding relation between pre-stored Ethernet private line number information and the first network port information;
and sending first network port information corresponding to the Ethernet private line number information and the Ethernet private line processing request to manufacturer equipment and network management equipment corresponding to the resource information so that the manufacturer equipment and the network management equipment corresponding to the resource information determine whether the first network port information is consistent with second network port information which is prestored and corresponds to the Ethernet private line number information, and if so, processing the Ethernet private line by the manufacturer equipment and the network management equipment corresponding to the resource information according to the Ethernet private line processing request.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein before sending the ethernet dedicated line processing request to the vendor device and the network management device corresponding to the resource information, the method further comprises:
determining the priority of the Ethernet special line number information according to a preset priority list of the Ethernet special line number information;
sending the ethernet private line processing request to the factory equipment and the network management equipment corresponding to the resource information, including:
and sending the Ethernet special line processing request to factory equipment and network management equipment corresponding to the resource information according to the sequence of the priority representation of the Ethernet special line number information.

and performing signing processing on the work order to generate and store signing information.
