Claims (8)

1. A method of flow control, comprising:
acquiring identification information corresponding to an application program accessing a network at present;
updating a preset flow metering relation table to adjust a flow meter-in party for paying for consumed flow in the process of accessing the network by the application program, wherein the flow meter-in party at least comprises: intelligent automobile users and dealers;
determining a traffic meter-in party according to the identification information and a preset traffic meter-in relation table, wherein the traffic meter-in party is a party paying for traffic consumed by the application program in a network access process, and the preset traffic meter-in relation table comprises a mapping relation between the identification information and the traffic meter-in party;
counting the flow data consumed by the application program in the process of accessing the network, and logging the flow data into a flow account of the flow crediting party on a flow server;
and identifying the category of the application program according to the identification of the application program, and when the application program corresponding to the identification information is a data collection application program, a function application program or an advertisement application program of the intelligent automobile, metering the flow data consumed by the dealer in the process of accessing the network corresponding to the application program into a flow account of the dealer on a flow server.
2. The method according to claim 1, further comprising, before the obtaining the identification information corresponding to the application currently accessing the network:
and judging whether the application program carries out network access through a wireless local area network currently, if not, judging whether the application program carries out network access through the wireless local area network currently.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the identification information of the application program at least includes: the port number of the application program and the IP address of the target server currently accessed by the application program.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising, after said billing said flow data to a flow bill corresponding to said flow creditor:
and acquiring a flow statistic result of the flow account so that the flow meter user pays according to the flow statistic result.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the application program corresponding to the identification information is a service providing application program, the flow data consumed by the application program corresponding to the identification information in the process of accessing the network is counted in a flow account of the intelligent automobile user on a flow server.
6. A traffic server, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring identification information corresponding to an application program accessing a network at present;
a determining module, configured to determine a traffic meter-in party according to the identification information and a preset traffic meter-in relationship table, where the traffic meter-in party is a party who pays for traffic consumed by the application program in a network access process, and the preset traffic meter-in relationship table includes a mapping relationship between the identification information and the traffic meter-in party;
the statistical module is used for counting the flow data consumed by the application program in the process of accessing the network and recording the flow data into a flow account of the flow meter-in party on the flow control platform;
wherein, still include: the updating module is used for updating the preset traffic accounting relation table so as to adjust a traffic accounting party paying for consumed traffic in the process of accessing the network by the application program;
the flow meter creditor includes at least: when the application program corresponding to the identification information is a data collection application program, a function application program or an advertisement application program of the intelligent automobile, the flow data consumed by the application program in the process of accessing the network corresponding to the identification information is counted into a flow account of the dealer on a flow server;
the obtaining module is specifically configured to identify a category of the application program according to the identifier of the application program.
7. An electronic device, comprising: at least one processor and memory;
wherein the memory stores computer-executable instructions;
the at least one processor executing the computer-executable instructions stored by the memory causes the at least one processor to perform the flow control method of any of claims 1 to 5.
8. A computer-readable storage medium having computer-executable instructions stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, implement the flow control method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
