under the condition that any control terminal receives permission application operation trigger, generating a permission application carrying a local terminal identifier and an applied permission identifier, and sending the application to a display terminal; the applied authority belongs to a preset authority set, and the set comprises a plurality of authorities for controlling corresponding functions of the display end;
after receiving an authority application sent by a control end, a display end obtains a control end identifier and an authority identifier carried in the application, and confirms a preset authority distribution mode;
under the condition that the permission distribution mode is distribution for the display end, displaying the obtained control end identification and permission identification so as to enable a user to confirm operation triggering aiming at the displayed identification;
under the condition that the authority distribution mode is the control end distribution, confirming a preset distribution control end; sending the obtained control end identification and the obtained authority identification to the distribution control end;
after receiving the control end identifier and the authority identifier sent by the display end, the distribution control end displays the received control end identifier and the received authority identifier so that a user can confirm operation triggering aiming at the displayed identifier;

According to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present specification, there is provided a conference collaborative participation method applied to a display side, the method including:
after receiving an authority application sent by a control terminal, obtaining a control terminal identifier and an authority identifier carried in the application, and confirming a preset authority distribution mode;
under the condition that the authority distribution mode is the distribution of the display end, displaying the obtained control end identification and the obtained authority identification;
after receiving a confirmation operation trigger which is carried out by a user aiming at the displayed identification, distributing the confirmed authority for the confirmed control end;
and under the condition that the authority distribution mode is the control end distribution, confirming a preset distribution control end, and sending the obtained control end identification and the authority identification to the distribution control end.
According to a third aspect of the embodiments of the present specification, there is provided a conference collaborative participation method, applied to a control side, the method including:
under the condition of receiving the trigger of the authority application operation, generating an authority application carrying a local terminal identifier and an applied authority identifier, and sending the authority application to a display terminal, so that the display terminal sends a control terminal identifier and an authority identifier carried in the authority application to a preset distribution control terminal under the condition that an authority distribution mode is distributed to the control terminal; the applied authority belongs to a preset authority set, and the set comprises a plurality of authorities for controlling corresponding functions of the display end;
after receiving the control end identification and the authority identification sent by the display end, displaying the received control end identification and the authority identification;
and after receiving a confirmation operation trigger operation of the user for the displayed identification, distributing the confirmed authority for the confirmed control terminal.
According to a fourth aspect of embodiments of the present specification, there is provided a conference cooperative participation system, the system including: 1 display end and at least 2 control ends;

the identifier display module is used for displaying the obtained control end identifier and the authority identifier under the condition that the authority distribution mode is distributed to the display end;
the authority distribution module is used for distributing the confirmed authority to the confirmed control end after receiving the confirmation operation trigger which is carried out by the user aiming at the displayed identification;
and the identifier sending module is used for confirming a preset distribution control end under the condition that the authority distribution mode is distributed to the control end, and sending the obtained control end identifier and the authority identifier to the distribution control end.
According to a sixth aspect of the embodiments of the present specification, there is provided a conference cooperative participation apparatus applied to a control side, the apparatus including:
the authority application module is used for generating an authority application carrying a local terminal identifier and an applied authority identifier under the condition of receiving the trigger of the authority application operation, and sending the authority application to the display terminal, so that the display terminal sends the control terminal identifier and the authority identifier carried in the authority application to a preset distribution control terminal under the condition that the display terminal distributes the control terminal in an authority distribution mode; the applied authority belongs to a preset authority set, and the set comprises a plurality of authorities for controlling corresponding functions of the display end;
the identifier display module is used for displaying the received control end identifier and the received authority identifier after receiving the control end identifier and the authority identifier sent by the display end;
and the permission distribution module is used for distributing the confirmed permission to the confirmed control terminal after receiving the confirmation operation triggering operation of the user aiming at the displayed identification.
According to the technical scheme, the conference system comprises 1 display end and a plurality of control ends, each person participating in the conference can control the display end through the control ends, and particularly, each control end can control the authorities of different functions through requesting the display end, so that participants can communicate in a more convenient and rapid mode.

Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present specification, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present specification, and not all the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived by one of ordinary skill in the art from the embodiments given herein are intended to be within the scope of protection.
The embodiment of the invention can be applied to a conference cooperative participation system consisting of 1 display end device and at least 2 control end devices, the system can be a C/S (client/server) framework or a B/S (browser/server) framework, and a user installs corresponding client software (C/S framework) in the device or directly uses the browser (B/S framework), so that the conference cooperative participation is realized.
A schematic diagram of a system architecture corresponding to an embodiment of the present specification is shown in fig. 1, and includes a display-side device 10 and control- side devices 20 and 30.
The display end device may be a device with a display function, such as an electronic tablet, or a device which is composed of a PC and a projector and can realize the display function, and the display end may be the electronic tablet, or corresponding client software or a browser installed in the PC. The control end device can be a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, and the like, and the control end device can be corresponding client software or a browser installed in the device. The end devices may be communicatively coupled via various forms of wired or wireless networks, which need not be limited by this description.
In addition, the conference cooperative participation system in the embodiment of the present specification supports cooperative participation of each end device in a local conference, and also supports cooperative participation of each end device in a remote conference. That is, each control end device may be connected to the display end device and other control end devices in a wired or wireless manner in a conference place where the display end is located, or may be remotely connected to other devices in other locations (such as at home or in other cities), which is not controlled in this specification.
Fig. 2 is an interaction flowchart of a conference collaborative participation method provided in an embodiment of the present specification, which may specifically include the following steps:
s201, under the condition that any control terminal receives permission application operation trigger, generating a permission application carrying a local terminal identifier and an applied permission identifier, and sending the application to a display terminal; the applied authority belongs to a preset authority set, and the set comprises a plurality of authorities for controlling corresponding functions of the display end;
in the conference collaborative participation system in the embodiment of the present description, the display end may have multiple functions, for example, may open and display various documents, and control the display processes such as page turning of the documents; for another example, an electronic blackboard-writing function can be provided, so that each member user of the participant can exchange opinions in the form of characters and images through the display end; as another example, a function of voting management may be provided, and specifically, voting may be initiated and voting results may be managed.
The functions can be realized by controlling the display terminal equipment by the participants, or by controlling the control terminal equipment by the participants, and the control terminal sends corresponding permission application to the display terminal and realizes the permission application.
Specifically, the functions of the display end may correspond to a board writing editing authority, a document control authority, a voting management authority, and the like. In addition, each authority can be divided into a plurality of sub-authorities, and different sub-authorities can be allocated to different control terminals, so that the communication efficiency of the participants is improved, and the conflict of the operation of each control terminal on the display terminal is avoided. For example, the blackboard-writing editing right can be further divided into sub-rights for adding and deleting contents of the electronic blackboard-writing, the added right can be distributed to a plurality of control terminals, and the deleted right can be distributed to only 1 control terminal.
In addition to the above functions, in the conference cooperative participation system according to the embodiment of the present specification, each control terminal may further have a function of setting a do-not-disturb mode. Specifically, under the condition that any control terminal receives a system access operation trigger, connection is established between the display terminal and other control terminals in the system through a mode specified in the operation trigger.
For example, in the C/S architecture, after the user opens the software, the user can access the conference cooperative participation system by operating keys provided by the software, selecting a mode of operator network, wireless lan, bluetooth, data line connection, and the like, that is, establishing connection with the display terminal and other control terminals.
Correspondingly, the control terminal can determine whether to set the notification mode of the home terminal to be the do-not-disturb mode according to the mode of establishing the connection between the home terminal and the display terminal. Specifically, the do-not-disturb mode may include settings such as message shielding, muting, automatic reply and the like for incoming calls, short messages and various social or service software, which is not limited in this specification.
For example, if the connection mode selected by the user is a wireless mode, that is, the local terminal establishes a connection with the display terminal in a wireless mode, the control terminal may further obtain the location information of the local terminal and the display terminal, and determine the distance between the local terminal and the display terminal according to the obtained location information, and in the case that the determined distance is not greater than the preset threshold, the user may be considered as participating in the conference place where the display terminal device is located, rather than remotely accessing the conference, and thus the notification mode of the control terminal device needs to be set to the do-not-disturb mode;
for another example, if the local terminal and the display terminal establish a connection in a wireless local area network manner, the identifier of the wireless local area network accessed by the local terminal and the identifier of the wireless local area network accessed by the display terminal may be further obtained; judging whether the local terminal and the display terminal are accessed to the same wireless local area network or not according to the acquired wireless local area network identification; if so, the user can be considered to participate in the conference place where the display end equipment is located, but not remotely accessed to participate, and the notification mode of the local end is set to be a do-not-disturb mode;
for another example, if the control terminal is connected to the display terminal in a wired manner, it may be directly determined that the user is participating in a meeting place where the display terminal device is located, and the notification mode of the local terminal is set to the do-not-disturb mode; and the switching of the do-not-disturb mode can be set by a person skilled in the art according to actual situations, and the description is not limited.
S202, after receiving an authority application sent by a control end, a display end obtains a control end identifier and an authority identifier carried in the application, and confirms a preset authority distribution mode;
as described in S201, a plurality of permissions for controlling the corresponding functions of the display side may be allocated to the control side, and specifically, an permission allocation mode may be preset, that is, permission allocation by the display side or one or more control sides is set.
In a specific embodiment of this specification, a user performs permission setting operation triggering on a display end, and the display end displays an identifier of a control end with an established connection and an identifier of a permission in a permission set when receiving the permission setting operation triggering. The user can confirm the same or different 1 or more distributed control terminals for each authority according to the displayed control terminal identification and the authority identification. And after receiving the confirmation operation trigger of the user for the displayed identifier, the display end sets the control end appointed in the operation trigger as the distribution control end with appointed authority.
S203, the display end displays the obtained control end identification and the obtained authority identification under the condition that the authority distribution mode is the display end distribution mode;
the user can confirm the trigger operation according to the displayed identification. It can be understood that, for 1 authority, there may be 1 or more control terminals to apply for the authority, and the user may confirm that the authority is specifically allocated to a certain 1 control terminal.
After receiving the confirmation trigger operation of the user, the display end can distribute the confirmed authority for the confirmed control end.
S204, confirming a preset distribution control end by the display end under the condition that the permission distribution mode is the control end distribution; sending the obtained control end identification and the obtained authority identification to the distribution control end;
s205, after the distribution control end receives the control end identification and the authority identification sent by the display end, the received control end identification and the authority identification are displayed;
the user can confirm the trigger operation according to the displayed identification.
As described in S202, the number N of preset distribution control terminals may be 1 or multiple, and in order to avoid multiple distribution control terminals and simultaneously distribute the same authority according to the confirmation trigger operations of different users, in another specific embodiment of the present specification, after each distribution control terminal receives the confirmation trigger operation sent by the user by operating the local terminal device, the number N of distribution control terminals corresponding to the confirmed authority may be determined first.
If N is 1, that is, only 1 local control terminal is set as an allocation control terminal, the allocation control terminal may allocate the confirmed authority to the confirmed local control terminal according to the confirmation operation trigger received by the local terminal.
If N is greater than 1, that is, multiple control terminals are set as allocation control terminals, in order to avoid conflict between authority allocations, a rule may be preset to determine the control terminal that performs the authority allocation this time.
For example, when the distribution control end is set, different distribution levels can be set for different control ends, for example, a higher level than that of a general participant is set for a control end used by a host, a leader and the like of a conference, so that the control end can master a higher decision authority, and thus, when N is greater than 1, the control end with the highest distribution level is determined as the control end for performing authority distribution this time;
for another example, the confirmation operation triggers received by the distribution control ends may be integrated, the confirmation operation triggers of the users are regarded as one vote, the confirmation result with the highest vote number is used as the final confirmation result, and any one of the distribution control ends receiving the corresponding confirmation operation trigger is confirmed as the control end for performing the authority distribution; and the like, and the present specification is not particularly limited to the specific rules set in advance.
In addition, after the confirmed authority is distributed to the confirmed control end through the display end or the distribution control end, the notification of the authority distribution result can be sent to each control end or the control end which is remotely accessed and can not directly check the result through the display end.
In order to more clearly describe the conference collaborative participation scheme in the embodiment of the present specification, the conference collaborative participation method executed by the display side and the control side is described below from the perspective of a single side respectively:
fig. 3 is a flowchart of a conference cooperative participation method executed by a presentation end, which may specifically include the following steps:
s301, after receiving an authority application sent by a control terminal, obtaining a control terminal identifier and an authority identifier carried in the application, and confirming a preset authority distribution mode;
s302, under the condition that the authority distribution mode is the distribution of the display end, displaying the obtained control end identification and the obtained authority identification;
s303, after receiving the confirmation operation trigger of the user aiming at the displayed identification, distributing the confirmed authority for the confirmed control terminal;
s304, under the condition that the authority distribution mode is the control end distribution, confirming a preset distribution control end, and sending the obtained control end identification and the authority identification to the distribution control end.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a conference cooperative participation method executed by a control end, which may specifically include the following steps:
s401, under the condition that permission application operation trigger is received, a permission application carrying a local terminal identifier and an applied permission identifier is generated and sent to a display terminal, so that the display terminal sends a control terminal identifier and a permission identifier carried in the application to a preset distribution control terminal under the condition that a permission distribution mode is distributed for the control terminal; the applied authority belongs to a preset authority set, and the set comprises a plurality of authorities for controlling corresponding functions of the display end;
s402, after receiving the control end identifier and the authority identifier sent by the display end, displaying the received control end identifier and the authority identifier;
and S403, after receiving the confirmation operation trigger operation of the user for the displayed identification, distributing the confirmed authority for the confirmed control terminal.
For details of the single-side execution method of the display end and the control end, reference may be made to the description of the foregoing embodiment, which is not described herein again.
The conference cooperative participation method provided in the present specification is described below with reference to a more specific example.
In the assumed conference cooperative participation system, 1 display terminal device composed of a notebook computer and a projector and 10 smart phones are used as control terminal devices (1 person of a participant), and all the devices are connected with each other by accessing a wireless local area network of a conference place.
When each mobile phone as the control terminal equipment is accessed into the system, the mobile phone can be accessed into the same wireless local area network through the confirmation terminal and the display terminal, so that a user is prompted or the mobile phone is automatically switched to a do-not-disturb mode, and the situation that the mobile phone is interrupted by the mobile phone ring in the process of a conference is avoided.
Each control terminal can apply for various preset authorities to the display terminal, a conference host can operate a notebook computer in the display terminal equipment to distribute authorities for the control terminal applying, and a mobile phone of the conference host or a leader can be set as a distribution control terminal to distribute authorities for the control terminal applying.
When the demonstration document is explained, an interpreter can apply for document control authority through a mobile phone serving as control end equipment, and page turning and other operations of the demonstration document are carried out through the mobile phone, so that other external equipment such as a remote control pen can be directly omitted.
When each participant carries out opinion exchange, the board writing editing authority can be applied in sequence or simultaneously, so that mobile phones in hands can be used, board writing can be directly carried out under the condition of not leaving a seat, and the display is carried out through a projector, thereby realizing convenient and smooth opinion exchange among multiple participants.
When voting is needed, a host or a participant can apply for voting management authority through a mobile phone and initiate voting. In addition, a control terminal (person) participating in voting, real-name or anonymous voting, and the like can also be set. For the voting result, result display, data analysis and the like can be selected or automatically performed, so that the voting and result analysis efficiency is improved.
Corresponding to the foregoing method embodiment, an embodiment of the present specification further provides a conference collaborative participation apparatus, which is applied to a display end, and as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus may include:
the identifier obtaining module 110 is configured to obtain a control end identifier and an authority identifier carried in an authority application after receiving the authority application sent by a control end;
a mode confirmation module 120, configured to confirm a preset authority allocation mode;
the identifier display module 130 is configured to display the obtained control end identifier and the obtained permission identifier when the permission allocation mode is allocation to the display end;
the authority distributing module 140 is configured to distribute the confirmed authority to the confirmed control end after receiving a confirmation operation trigger performed by the user for the displayed identifier;
and an identifier sending module 150, configured to, in a case that the authority allocation mode is used for allocating a control end, confirm a preset allocation control end, and send the obtained control end identifier and authority identifier to the allocation control end.
An embodiment of the present specification further provides a conference collaborative participation device, which is applied to a control end, and as shown in fig. 6, the device may include:
the authority application module 210 is configured to generate an authority application carrying a home terminal identifier and an applied authority identifier when an authority application operation trigger is received, and send the authority application to the display terminal, so that the display terminal sends the control terminal identifier and the authority identifier carried in the authority application to a preset distribution control terminal when the display terminal is distributed to the control terminal in an authority distribution mode; the applied authority belongs to a preset authority set, and the set comprises a plurality of authorities for controlling corresponding functions of the display end;
the identifier display module 220 is configured to display the received control end identifier and the received authority identifier after receiving the control end identifier and the authority identifier sent by the display end;

Embodiments of the present specification further provide a computer device, which at least includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to implement the conference co-participation method described above. Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating a more specific hardware structure of a computing device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the computing device may include: a processor 1010, a memory 1020, an input/output interface 1030, a communication interface 1040, and a bus 1050. Wherein the processor 1010, memory 1020, input/output interface 1030, and communication interface 1040 are communicatively coupled to each other within the device via bus 1050.
The processor 1010 may be implemented by a general-purpose CPU (Central Processing Unit), a microprocessor, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits, and is configured to execute related programs to implement the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The Memory 1020 may be implemented in the form of a ROM (Read Only Memory), a RAM (Random Access Memory), a static storage device, a dynamic storage device, or the like. The memory 1020 may store an operating system and other application programs, and when the technical solution provided by the embodiments of the present specification is implemented by software or firmware, the relevant program codes are stored in the memory 1020 and called to be executed by the processor 1010.
The input/output interface 1030 is used for connecting an input/output module to input and output information. The i/o module may be configured as a component within the device (not shown) or may be external to the device to provide corresponding functionality. The input devices may include a keyboard, a mouse, a touch screen, a microphone, various sensors, etc., and the output devices may include a display, a speaker, a vibrator, an indicator light, etc.
The communication interface 1040 is used for connecting a communication module (not shown in the drawings) to implement communication interaction between the present apparatus and other apparatuses. The communication module can realize communication in a wired mode (for example, USB, network cable, etc.), and can also realize communication in a wireless mode (for example, mobile network, WIFI, bluetooth, etc.).
Bus 1050 includes a path that transfers information between various components of the device, such as processor 1010, memory 1020, input/output interface 1030, and communication interface 1040.
