If the picture is a drawing file: synthesizing the parameter information set by the software into a drawing file, and outputting the drawing file to the printing and transmission management module 15 to execute subsequent printing options; then, storing the electronic photos in an uploading temporary storage directory to wait for an uploading management module 16 to upload to the cloud image management server 4, wherein if the information of the associated videos in the electronic photo picture files waiting to be uploaded needs to be reserved; and finally, deleting the original image files of the image temporary storage directory after the processing is finished.
If the video is: and judging whether the printing mode is an uploading image processing and printing server, if so, changing all video (including associated video) file names into a file form which can be identified by the image processing and printing server 5 and storing the file form in a server sharing temporary storage directory, and if not, changing all video (including associated video) file names into a file name which can be identified by the cloud image management server 4 and storing the file name in an uploading temporary storage directory to wait for uploading. The server sharing temporary storage catalog shared by the image processing and printing server 5 is directly transmitted and stored by the WIFI router 8 after being stored in the server sharing temporary storage catalog, transmitted to the image processing and printing server 5 through a network (e.g. local area network, wireless WIFI), and subjected to subsequent processing by the image processing and printing server 5 (the name is changed as that the image processing and printing server 5 receives a video and then identifies each workstation and subsequent work required by processing the video or photos, and the code of the name comprises information such as equipment number, printed number, size, date, file property, file header related information and the like of the workstation), thus, the terminal user 7 can scan the downloaded information on the associated physical photos or tickets and find the videos as the downloading options through the associated information of the electronic photos.
As shown in fig. 7, the specific work flow is as follows: (1) the temporary image storage directory has files and judges whether the files are images or videos; (2) if the image file is the image file, generating a synthesized image file according to set parameters such as a template, a two-dimensional code, associated video information and the like, outputting the synthesized image file to the printing and transmission management module 15, storing the synthesized image file (standard definition image) and the original image file (high definition image) in an uploading temporary storage directory to wait for uploading, and deleting the image file of the image temporary storage directory; if the video is the video, judging whether the printing mode is uploading the image processing and printing server, if so, changing the printing mode into the file name which can be identified by the image processing and printing server 5 according to the system setting, storing the video after the name change into the server sharing temporary storage directory and directly transmitting the video to the image processing and printing server 5, otherwise, changing the video after the name change into the file name which can be identified by the cloud image management server 4 according to the system setting, storing the video after the name change into the uploading temporary storage directory and waiting for uploading the video to the cloud image management server 4.
A printing and transmission management module 15 (responsible for processing direct printing or transmitting files to the image processing and printing server for indirect printing):
the module is responsible for distributing the drawing to be printed to the proper printer according to the set parameters. The module has three processing modes according to the setting:
(1) a ticket machine can be connected to print out tickets: the receipt can also be used as a basis for the customer to download the electronic file (e.g. a two-dimensional code containing the website information of the downloaded electronic file is scanned and downloaded) or used as a receipt.
The workstation can be provided with a portable receipt machine to print out a receipt with downloaded information (such as a two-dimensional code) of a picture file or a video, and a client can download a color electronic photo or a video electronic file to a mobile phone or a computer without outputting a color entity photo according to the information, so that the market demand of quick transmission and sharing is met.
(2) The module can be edited into file name according to the set information such as size, number, quality, date, equipment number, etc., and then transmitted to the image processing and printing server 5, and the image processing and printing server 5 executes the set print jobs or saved jobs.
A file naming method transmitted to the image processing and printing server 5 (sharing the directory through the office network);
the main file name and the sub file name have internal protocol settings (internal protocol between the server and the workstation), so that the image processing and printing server 5 can execute services according to the requirements of the portable multifunctional image workstation, for example:
the grade name: FFF
XXWWZZZ is the workstation equipment number
YYMMDD is date
CC is size
ZS is the number of sheets
BL is quality and other parameters
nnnn is the file serial number of the workstation
Video: ZS, BL is set to 0000
FFF: the name of the sub-file.
(3) A printer can be connected to print out a photo: a plurality of printers of the same or different sizes are managed.
As shown in fig. 8, the specific work flow is as follows: (1) selecting a printing mode; (2) printing a receipt: printing to a receipt machine; upload image processing and print server 5: the file is changed into a file name which can be identified by the server according to the set parameters, and the file after the change is stored in a temporary storage catalog shared by the image processing and printing server; and (3) ordinary output: checking whether an idle printer exists, if so, printing the drawing file, and if not, waiting; (3) the print information is recorded.
The upload management module 16:
this module is responsible for according to setting for the parameter, all electronic files of keeping in the catalogue of uploading, upload to high in the clouds image management server 4 (only accomplish the electron photo of printing entity photo/receipt, or the video that has handled just can be put and upload the catalogue of keeping in the storage, just can be uploaded).
As shown in fig. 9, the specific work flow is as follows: (1) if the uploading temporary storage directory has the electronic file, the uploading electronic file is set to the cloud image management server 4 according to the network if the uploading temporary storage directory has the electronic file, and if the uploading temporary storage directory does not have the electronic file, the uploading electronic file is returned; (2) and if the uploading is successful, deleting the electronic file after the uploading is successful, and otherwise, returning to the uploading.

Claims (3)

1. A portable multifunctional image workstation comprises a system module (1) and an image acquisition device (2) which are contained in a portable electronic device, and is characterized in that: the system module (1) is powered by a battery (17); the system module (1) is connected with the image acquisition equipment (2) through a standard hardware link of the portable electronic equipment, the image acquisition equipment (2) acquires the image files/videos and then stores the image files/videos in a memory card directory of the image acquisition equipment or the image acquisition equipment (2) loads the image files/videos into a set directory of the system module (1) by using a PictBridge protocol/standard USB interface; the system module (1) is set to be manual or automatic film selection, after the film selection, the picture file/video is processed manually or automatically according to set parameters, after the processing, a portable printer (6) contained in the portable multifunctional image workstation is used or at least one printer/receipt machine (3) is driven by a wired/wireless connection line to print out an entity photo/receipt with electronic file information which can be downloaded after uploading, or the wireless WIFI router (8) is used for sharing the temporary storage directory through the image processing and printing server to transmit the electronic file to the image processing and printing server (5) to print out the entity photo/receipt with the uploaded video file information or the electronic photo information, and after the printing is finished, the photo file/video file is uploaded to the cloud image management server (4) through the network to be given to the client to download the photo/video electronic file;
the image processing and printing server (5) is matched with at least one portable multifunctional image workstation and/or matched with at least one image acquisition device (2) and matched with at least one printer/receipt machine (3);
the system module (1) comprises a camera linking module (11), a drawing management module (12), a film selecting module (13), an image processing module (14), a printing and transmission management module (15) and an uploading management module (16),
the camera linking module (11) is used for identifying whether the image acquisition equipment has the PictBridge function or not, receiving the image files or the image files and the videos of the image acquisition equipment through the PictBridge protocol or through a standard USB interface according to the identification result, and storing the image files or the image files and the videos in an image original image temporary storage directory;
the image file management module (12) is used for identifying whether the target catalogue has illegal files or the same file name, storing the image file/video in the image temporary storage catalogue according to the identification result according to the naming rule, and prompting errors and recording error logs if the target catalogue has illegal files;
the film selecting module (13) selects a picture file/video from an image temporary storage catalog of the system module (1) or a storage card catalog of the image acquisition equipment (2), and the selected picture file is subjected to set parameters, and whether a receipt needs to be printed by the portable receipt machine or not is selected and then stored in the image temporary storage catalog for processing by the image processing module (14); if the selected video is at least associated with a picture file, the picture file is renamed according to the printing mode and the set parameters and then is stored in an uploading temporary storage directory or the temporary storage directory is shared by the image processing and printing server;
the image processing module (14) scans the image files/videos stored in the image temporary storage directory in the image file management module (12), and the scanned image files are synthesized according to the set parameters and then output to the printing and transmission management module (15), and the synthesized image files and the original image files are stored in the uploading temporary storage directory; if the scanned video is renamed according to the set parameters, storing the renamed video in a temporary storage directory shared by the image processing and printing server, and associating the video with the figure file;
a printing and transmission management module (15) for managing a plurality of printers with different sizes to print required drawing files or transmit electronic photos/videos to an image processing and printing server (5);
and the uploading management module (16) uploads all the electronic files stored in the uploading temporary storage catalog to the cloud image management server (4).

The portable multi-functional imaging workstation of claim 1, characterized in that: and selecting a subsequent video by the video selected by the film selection module (13), selecting another video by the subsequent video until all necessary videos are associated, renaming the video file according to set parameters, storing the video file in an image processing and printing server sharing temporary storage directory, and merging and performing the subsequent processing on all the associated videos by the image processing and printing server (5).
