The data terminal 8 of the present embodiment can be regarded as a platform system, which includes a login verification module, a personal data storage module, a doctor directory and schedule module, a consultation platform module, and a medical inquiry and medical consultation module.
The login verification module is managed in an account form, so that the uniqueness of client data is guaranteed, the login verification module has positive significance for quick diagnosis of doctors, can quickly establish a personalized and targeted treatment scheme, and is mainly used for verifying the legality of login users.
The personal data storage module stores the health record information in step S33, and also includes basic information of medical service units, personal information of doctors, and basic information of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing enterprises; and a more personalized and targeted recording mode is adopted, so that the health state of the client can be analyzed more accurately in the later period, and the comprehensive health management service is provided for the client.
The doctor catalog and schedule arrangement module is used for sorting and listing contracting doctors, general practitioners and specialist doctors, and is convenient for clients to find doctors who want to consult. Each doctor is introduced, including medical experience, real case, professional skill and medical evaluation, and the schedule of each doctor is set behind the doctor.
Wherein, the diagnosis guide table module provides a diagnosis suggestion according to the actual state of an illness; meanwhile, the system realizes the one-to-one inquiry of the famous doctors, and leads the members to have the opportunity of directly talking with the famous doctors through the forms of telephone, video and the like to diagnose diseases.
The inquiry and consultation module for medical treatment can make one-to-one conversation between the client and the famous doctor, so that the doctor can make detailed analysis on the state of illness of the client, and the doctor can make a definite diagnosis or give a medication suggestion on the spot according to the actual condition of the client or suggest the client to go to a relevant hospital for examination and diagnosis.
For the medical consultation part, the platform system takes the latest diagnosis and treatment methods of news, health-care knowledge, difficult and complicated diseases and the like in the medical industry as the entry points, and enriches the medical knowledge of clients.
In conclusion, according to the doctor consultation method and system based on the mobile internet, a proper doctor is quickly found according to the symptom to be consulted of the user, and then an empty doctor is quickly found for consultation according to the schedule arrangement of different doctors, so that a quick, convenient and effective way is provided for the masses to consult the doctors conveniently, timely treatment is obtained, and the utilization rate of medical resources is improved; the consulting end can obtain the health file information of the consulting user, and the health file information is used as a diagnosis basis with higher accuracy by considering individual differences; whether the identity information of the doctor to be consulted is legal or not is used as primary verification, whether the consultation of the consultation user to the doctor to be consulted is secondary verification, and therefore the legality of data transmission is guaranteed; the information to be encrypted is selected by a user and comprises at least one piece of private information, the private information cannot be acquired by other users in the system under the condition of non-user authorization, the risk that the information to be encrypted is known in advance is reduced, when the information to be encrypted is encrypted, the data end only selects part of data fields to form the data to be encrypted, and when the identity identification information is illegally known by other people, due to the fact that the identity encryption information of different users is different, illegal molecules cannot pass verification when logging in on different terminal devices by using the identity identification information, and therefore the safety of an account is further guaranteed; the interception of the data field is randomly generated so as to avoid data leakage events caused when the interception rule of the data terminal is illegally acquired.

s2, the request terminal obtains a request for consultation, obtains the schedule of a doctor to be consulted according to the request for consultation, judges whether the doctor to be consulted is available to receive consultation according to the current time and the schedule of the doctor to be consulted, and if yes, sends a conversation request to the consultation terminal where the doctor to be consulted is located;
s3, the consultation end receives the conversation request and establishes a conversation connection relation between the consultation end and the request end;
after the consultation terminal receives the session request in step S3, the method further includes:
s31, the consultation end sends a health file request for requesting a consultation user to the data end, wherein the health file request comprises the identity information of the doctor to be consulted and the identity identification information of the consultation user;
s32, the data terminal receives the health file request, judges whether the identity information of the doctor to be consulted is legal, if so, judges whether the doctor to be consulted is in a legal request relationship with the consulting user, if so, sends a health file authorization request to the request terminal;
s33, the data end receives health file authorization receiving information of the request end and sends health file information of the consultation user to the consultation end, wherein the health file information comprises service information, medicine instrument information, basic information of patients, medical result information and grading information of the patients;
in the step S32, the specific step of judging whether the identity information of the doctor to be consulted is legal is:
s321, the data terminal receives identity information comprising identity identification information and identity encryption information, decrypts the identity encryption information to obtain a data field to be verified, judges whether the data field to be verified belongs to personal information matched with the identity identification information, and if the data field to be verified belongs to the personal information matched with the identity identification information, the identity information of the doctor to be consulted is legal;
the step S33 of sending the health profile information of the counsel user to the counsel end specifically includes:
acquiring health file information of the consulting user according to the identity identification information of the consulting user, and sending the health file information of the consulting user to the consulting terminal;
the identity encryption information is specifically determined as follows:
s01, the consultation end obtains identity registration information and information to be encrypted, wherein the information to be encrypted comprises at least one piece of private information, and sends the identity registration information and the information to be encrypted to the data end, the information to be encrypted is personal information selected by a user for encryption, and the personal information comprises private information authorized and disclosed by the user and non-private information authorized and disclosed by a system;
s02, the data terminal selects at least one data field from each personal information of the information to be encrypted to form data to be encrypted, encrypts the data to be encrypted to generate identity encryption information matched with the identity registration information, and returns the identity encryption information to the consultation terminal;
