monitoring the operation state of the boiler by a mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal;
the mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal judges whether the boiler needs to be repaired or not based on the monitored operation state of the boiler, and if the boiler needs to be repaired, boiler repair information is generated;
if the repair information needs to be sent, the mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal sends a repair information transmission request message to a boiler repair center;
periodically determining, by the mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal, a received power of the reference signal based on the received reference signal;
judging the service life of a battery of the mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal by the mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal;
if the battery life is greater than a threshold value, the mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal stores the determined receiving power of the reference signal in a memory of the mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal;
receiving, by a mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal, a reference signal received power recording request message, wherein the reference signal received power recording request message is transmitted by the boiler repair center in response to receiving the repair information transmission request message;
in response to receiving the reference signal received power recording request message, judging whether the reference signal received power recording exists in the memory by a mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal;
if the reference signal received power record exists in the memory, the mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal sends the reference signal received power record to the boiler repair center;
receiving a transmission power instruction by a mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal, wherein the transmission power instruction is sent by the boiler repair center based on the reference signal received power record; and
determining, by the mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal, a transmission power based on the transmission power instruction, and transmitting the boiler repair information to the boiler repair center using the determined transmission power,
wherein the mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal is configured to periodically empty the memory, and wherein the boiler rapid repair method for the intelligent plant comprises the following steps:
when the determined receiving power of the reference signal is stored in the emptied memory for the first time, starting a built-in timer by the mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal;
when the built-in timer is overtime, the mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal empties the memory,
the boiler rapid repair method for the intelligent workshop comprises the following steps:
if the reference signal received power record does not exist in the memory, the mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal sends the reference signal received power record non-existence indication to the boiler repair center;
wherein if the boiler repair center does not receive the reference signal received power record nor the reference signal received power record absence indication, the boiler repair center will repeatedly send the reference signal received power record request message,
the boiler rapid repair method for the intelligent workshop comprises the following steps: stopping, by the mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal, storing the determined received power of the reference signal in a memory of the mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal if the battery life is less than a threshold value,
the boiler repair center sending the transmission power command by:
receiving the reference signal received power record;
determining an average received power of a reference signal based on the reference signal received power record;
and if the average received power of the reference signal is lower than a power threshold value, an instruction for requiring the increase of the transmitting power of the mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal is included in the transmitting power instruction.

a module for judging whether the reference signal received power record exists in the memory by a mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal in response to receiving the reference signal received power record request message;
a module for transmitting the reference signal received power record to the boiler repair center by a mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal if the reference signal received power record exists in a memory;
means for receiving a transmit power command by a mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal, wherein the transmit power command is sent by the boiler repair center based on the reference signal received power record; and
a module for determining, by the mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal, a transmission power based on the transmission power instruction and transmitting the boiler repair information to the boiler repair center using the determined transmission power,
wherein the mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal is configured to periodically empty the memory, and wherein the boiler rapid repair device for an intelligent plant comprises:
a module for starting a built-in timer by the mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal when the determined received power of the reference signal is stored into the emptied memory for the first time;
means for emptying the memory by a mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal after the built-in timer expires,

a module for transmitting, by a mobile boiler operation monitoring terminal, a reference signal received power record absence indication to the boiler repair center if the reference signal received power record is absent from a memory;
wherein if the boiler repair center does not receive the reference signal received power record nor the reference signal received power record absence indication, the boiler repair center will repeatedly send the reference signal received power record request message,
