As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the live camera purchasing subsystem 300 includes: live camera 5, track 7, mobile device 6.
Specifically, a track 7 is erected at a certain distance from the front end surface of the commodity display rack 1, the track comprises an X direction, a Y direction and a Z direction, a moving device 6 is arranged on the track 7 and can move in a X, Y, Z direction, and the track carries a live camera 5 to synchronously move; the moving device 6 comprises a moving main body, a motor, a transmission gear, a wheel shaft and a rail wheel, wherein the motor is arranged on the moving main body, an output screw of the motor is meshed with the transmission gear, the rail wheel and the wheel shaft are assembled into a whole in a matching way, the rail wheel is contacted with the rail 7, and the rail wheel runs on the rail 7 through the meshing of the rotation of the motor and the transmission gear; wherein the live camera 5 is fixedly arranged on the moving body; the whole process comprises the following steps: the mobile device 6 and the live camera 5 are enabled to move through a remote control instruction sent by the APP client 19, and the commodity is checked in multiple directions through the live camera 5, so that video image information of the commodity to be sold and information of the commodity to be sold are obtained. The mobile device 6, live camera 5, and live camera shopping subsystem 300 and/or control center 100 are in communication.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the cargo conveyance subsystem 400 in this embodiment includes a lane 16, a first platform lane 13, a second platform lane 14, an elevator device 15, and a navigation two-dimensional code 12.
Specifically, a plurality of lanes 16 for the intelligent logistics trolley 8 to travel are arranged on the ground at the front end of the commodity display rack 1; a first platform lane 13 is arranged at the parallel position of the front end surfaces of each layer of the commodity display frame 1 for the intelligent logistics trolley 8 to travel and pick up; a second platform lane 14 is arranged in the elevator device 15 for the intelligent logistics trolley 8 to travel or park, and the intelligent logistics trolley 8 can be communicated with the lane 16 and the multi-layer first platform lane 13 through the second platform lane 14, so that a lane network is formed; the lane 16, the first platform lane 13 and the second platform lane 14 are provided with navigation two-dimensional codes 12 for positioning and navigation of the intelligent logistics trolley 8; the elevator device 15 comprises an elevator main body, a second platform lane 14, an elevator motor, a brake and a steel cable, wherein the elevator motor and the brake are fixedly arranged on the elevator main body, and the elevator motor is connected with the second platform lane 14 through the steel cable; the whole process comprises the following steps: by controlling the starting/stopping of the lifting motor and the brake, the second platform lane 14 is moved up and down to the required first platform lane 13 by means of the RFID technology and kept level, so that the intelligent logistics trolley 8 can smoothly reach the target area. The elevator device 15 communicates with the cargo conveyance system 400 and/or the control center 100, acquires information via the sensors, and transmits the information to the control center 100.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, in this embodiment, the intelligent logistics trolley control subsystem 500 includes: the energy storage device 21, the driving device 22, the second transmission device 11, the positioning navigation device 501, the sensors and the main controller 20. The main controller 20 automatically adjusts the running condition of the intelligent logistics trolley 8 according to the instruction of the control center 100.
Specifically, the energy storage device 21 is used for supplying power to the intelligent logistics trolley 8 when the intelligent logistics trolley 8 runs; the driving device 22 is used for automatically adjusting the running condition of the intelligent logistics trolley 8 on a designated navigation path according to the running condition of the intelligent logistics trolley 8 detected by the intelligent logistics trolley sensor in real time, so as to ensure the safe and reliable running of the intelligent logistics trolley 8; a second conveying device 11 provided with a second servo motor and a conveying belt, and used for controlling the start and stop of the second servo motor according to the requirement of conveying commodities, and carrying and conveying the commodities through the conveying belt; the positioning and navigation device 501 is used for providing a virtual driving route from a departure place to a destination for the intelligent logistics trolley 8 according to the scanned two-dimensional code information, and is mainly completed by the navigation two-dimensional code reader 9; according to the running condition of the intelligent logistics trolley 8 detected by the intelligent trolley sensor in real time, the main controller 20 of the intelligent logistics trolley control subsystem 500 automatically adjusts the running condition of the intelligent logistics trolley 8 running on the whole lane, so that the intelligent logistics trolley 8 can run safely and reliably. The operating conditions may be acceleration, deceleration, start-stop, etc. The main controller 20 can also send the detected running condition of the intelligent logistics trolley 8 to the control center 100 through the wireless transceiver, and perform data interaction with the control center 100.
The intelligent logistics trolley control subsystem 500 further includes an auxiliary sensor, wherein the auxiliary sensor includes: the ultrasonic distance meter and the infrared distance meter are used for detecting the distance information between the intelligent logistics trolleys 8; the two-dimensional code reader is used for reading positioning navigation information and commodity information of the intelligent logistics trolley 8; the vehicle eccentric meter is used for detecting the deviation information of the intelligent logistics trolley 8; the storage battery electric quantity detector is used for detecting electric quantity information of the intelligent logistics trolley 8; the data detected by the sensors are transmitted to the main controller 20 of the intelligent logistics trolley control system 500, and the main controller 20 performs coordinated control on each device and module. The main controller 20 also needs to transmit the sensor information to the control center 100 via the wireless transceiver, so that the monitoring personnel can quickly take corresponding measures according to specific information once an abnormal situation occurs.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the dispatching subsystem 600 includes a monitoring and emergency module 601, a parking lot control module 602, a charging control module 603, and a dispatching module 604.
Specifically, the monitoring emergency module 601 is configured to display status information and abnormal information of all intelligent logistics trolleys 8, and remind a pre-occurring event or an emergency; the parking lot control module 602 is used for controlling a reasonable number of intelligent logistics trolleys 8 to be parked in a parking lot for standby according to requirements; the charging control module 603 is configured to control the intelligent logistics trolley 8 to charge the parking lot 18 according to the electric quantity condition of the intelligent logistics trolley 8; a dispatching module 604 for dispatching all intelligent logistics trolleys 8 to and from the parking lot 18, the commodity display frames 1 of each level and the packing station 17 to and from the normal running; for example: the commodity display frame 1 is arranged in two layers, two first platform lanes 13 are connected through a second platform lane 14 in an elevator device 15, when two purchased commodities are respectively completed by two intelligent logistics trolleys 8, and under the condition of the same layer, the intelligent logistics trolleys 8 enter target first platform lanes and then 13, the intelligent logistics trolleys 8 are scheduled to wait or enter other first platform lanes 13, and collision is prevented. Through each module, all the state information, operation data, position line information, and the like of all the intelligent logistics trolley 8 are transmitted to the control center 100 and the server 101. Once abnormality occurs, early warning prompt is that a large screen display of the control center 100 displays abnormal information, buzzes and alarms, voice prompt, indicator lights flash and the like, and monitoring staff quickly take corresponding measures according to the early warning information.
As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the cloud management subsystem 700 is connected to the APP client 19 through a communication network, and establishes and stores order information according to shopping information and performs data interaction between the order information and the control center 100; the cloud management subsystem 700 mainly includes: the cloud server and the cloud storage; APP client 19 is a client network platform application that may initiate information interactions with control center 100. The cloud management subsystem 700 is in data interaction with the control center 100 through two-way communication, the APP client 19 confirms payment of the ordered commodity and provides client information to generate order information, the cloud management system 700 processes and analyzes the shopping information through server big data, the control center 100 dispatches the intelligent logistics trolley 8 to travel to a target commodity according to a designated path to obtain the purchased commodity, the selected commodity is conveyed to the packaging table 17, and after the whole process is completed, the completion information is fed back to the client.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the packaging subsystem 800 includes: a packing table 17, a carton conveying device 23 and a display reminding device;
specifically, the packaging table 17 is a workplace where a worker packages a commodity selected by a customer; the carton conveying device 23 is provided with a conveying motor and is used for controlling the starting and stopping of the conveying motor according to the packaging requirements of the selected commodities to obtain packaging cartons; the display reminding device is used for checking and displaying order commodity information and cargo allocation information and comprises a display and a loudspeaker; the whole process comprises the following steps: after the intelligent logistics trolley 8 conveys goods to the packaging table 17, packaging verification personnel check order information on a display, after confirming that the goods are completely distributed, packaging personnel can start to package the goods, if a problem occurs, the intelligent logistics trolley can give a buzzing alarm, and after packaging personnel package the goods, the packaging personnel place packages in a designated area to wait for a customer to subscribe to self-carry or to wait for distribution.
The invention is further explained below in connection with the implementation of the process, as shown in fig. 7, for providing the invention with the implementation steps of the live purchase and distribution system:
1. displaying different commodities 2 to be sold on a commodity display rack 1, and numbering the commodities 2 to be sold; a plurality of intelligent logistics trolleys 8 are arranged in the parking lot 18, and the intelligent logistics trolleys 8 are numbered;
2. the client downloads the APP client 19 through the intelligent terminal, registers the user according to the prompt of the APP client 19, fills in relevant real-name authentication information, and establishes a database for storing user data by the cloud management subsystem 700 after submitting, wherein the user data comprises a user name, a user mobile phone number, a user account number and a user password;
3. when a customer needs shopping, logging in the APP client 19, entering a client interface, entering a mall system, checking corresponding commodity classification according to the customer needs, or directly entering a search category to search and check the commodity needed by the customer, confirming and checking the commodity, and waiting for the response of the cloud management subsystem 700 after submitting information;
4. when the cloud management subsystem 700 server receives a commodity checking request from a client, the cloud management subsystem 700 and the control center 100 perform data interaction, and after server big data processing, the control center 100 distributes a live camera 5 with a movable corresponding position to the client according to the commodity placing position;
5. the APP client 19 is directly communicated with the live broadcast camera shopping subsystem 300, and remotely controls the live broadcast camera 5 through the intelligent terminal screen to view commodities in multiple directions, so that commodity information is obtained;
6. after the client selects the intention commodity, the two-dimension code of the commodity is fixed in focus and the order is confirmed, after the client pays at the APP client 19, related information is submitted to the cloud management subsystem 700, the cloud management subsystem 700 performs data interaction with the control center 100, and the intelligent logistics trolley 8 is started to be dispatched after server big data processing;
7. the control center 100 dispatches the intelligent logistics trolley 8 to go to the corresponding first platform lane 13, and the intelligent logistics trolley is guided by the navigation two-dimensional code 12;
8. after the two-dimensional code reader 9 of the intelligent logistics trolley 8 is in butt joint with the two-dimensional code 12 of the commodity position, and the commodity is judged to be accurate by the two-dimensional code reader 10, the commodity can be conveyed from the first conveying device 3 to the second conveying device 11;
9. the control center 100 dispatches the intelligent logistics trolley 8 to go to the packaging table 17 set by the control center 100 for the customer, and the intelligent logistics trolley is guided by the navigation two-dimensional code 12;
10. after the intelligent logistics trolley 8 carries commodities to the packing table 17, packing checking staff checks a customer purchasing commodity list displayed by a display, after confirming that the goods are complete, packing staff can start packing the commodities, and after packing, the packing staff places the packages in a designated area to wait for the customer to subscribe to self-carry or to arrange for delivery;
11. the intelligent logistics trolley 8 continues to schedule tasks.

the intelligent logistics trolley is used for transporting commodities;
the intelligent logistics trolley control subsystem is used for acquiring the position and the running condition of the intelligent logistics trolley and controlling the intelligent logistics trolley to safely and reliably run to a destination according to a specified path so as to transport commodities;
the goods distribution and delivery subsystem is used for providing a positioning navigation route for the intelligent logistics trolley to travel back and forth among a parking lot, the goods display frames of all levels and a packaging platform;
the dispatching subsystem is used for carrying out remote unified centralized control management and real-time monitoring dispatching command on all the intelligent logistics trolleys;
a packaging subsystem for displaying and collating order information;
the control center is used for carrying out two-way communication with the intelligent storage goods shelf system, the live broadcast camera purchasing subsystem, the intelligent logistics trolley control subsystem, the goods distribution and delivery subsystem, the packaging subsystem and the scheduling subsystem and carrying out coordination control on each subsystem, and is also used for monitoring the running condition of the intelligent logistics trolley, the live broadcast camera moving condition, the commodity display shelf condition and the detailed condition of order information;
the cloud management subsystem is used for connecting with the APP client through a communication network, establishing and storing order information and carrying out server big data processing on the order information; the APP client is client network platform application software, information interaction can be initiated to the control center through the APP client, and the cloud management subsystem is in bidirectional communication with the control center.
2. The direct broadcast shopping and distribution system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent storage shelving system comprises:
a first transfer device in communication with the control center; the first transfer device includes: the first servo motor drives the conveyor belt to convey commodities; and acquiring information whether the selected purchased commodity is transmitted in place or not through a photoelectric sensor arranged on the commodity display rack, and transmitting the information to the control center.
3. The live shopping and distribution system of claim 1, wherein the live camera shopping subsystem further comprises:
the mobile device is provided with a mobile motor and is used for controlling the start and stop of the mobile motor according to the instruction of the control center so as to drive the live camera to move; the mobile device can move in the X direction, the Y direction and the Z direction; the mobile device communicates with the control center; the mobile device and the live camera communicate with the APP client;
a track for providing a route trajectory of travel for the mobile device; the tracks are arranged in the X direction, the Y direction and the Z direction.

the driving device is used for automatically adjusting the running condition of the intelligent logistics trolley on a designated navigation path according to the running condition of the intelligent logistics trolley detected by the intelligent logistics trolley sensor in real time, so that the intelligent logistics trolley can run safely and reliably; the operating conditions include at least one of: acceleration, deceleration and start-stop conditions;
the second conveying device is provided with a second servo motor and a conveying belt and is used for controlling the start and stop of the second servo motor according to the requirements of conveyed commodities;
and the positioning navigation device provides a virtual driving route from a departure place to a destination for the intelligent logistics trolley.
6. The live shopping and distribution system of claim 1, wherein the scheduling subsystem comprises:
the scheduling module is used for scheduling all the intelligent logistics trolleys to normally travel back and forth among the parking lot, the commodity display frames of all the levels and the packaging platform;
the monitoring emergency module is used for displaying the state information and the abnormal information of all the intelligent logistics trolleys and reminding a pre-occurring event or emergency event;
the parking lot control module is used for controlling a reasonable number of intelligent logistics trolleys to be parked in a parking lot for standby according to the requirements of the control center;
the charging control module is used for controlling the intelligent logistics trolley to charge the parking lot according to the electric quantity condition of the intelligent logistics trolley;
the modules are used for acquiring at least one of the following information: image information, positioning information, route information and electric quantity information, and transmitting the information to a control center.

The direct broadcast shopping and distribution system according to claim 1, wherein the cloud management subsystem is connected with the APP client through a communication network, establishes and stores order information according to shopping information, and transmits the order information to the control center; the cloud management subsystem comprises: cloud server and cloud storage.
8. The direct broadcast shopping and distribution system of claim 1, wherein the packaging subsystem comprises:
