For example, when a user phone is 12345647897, and two digits in the user phone are replaced by "×", the virtual number generated after desensitization of the user phone may be 12345 × 7897, 234564789, 123 × 564 × 897, and the like.
It should be noted that, when the desensitization processing is performed on the user telephone by using the above method, it may be determined according to needs which digit is replaced, which designated character is used for replacing, and which digits are used for replacing, and a specific desensitization processing rule may be set according to actual needs, and is not specifically limited herein.
In one possible embodiment, when at least one digit in the user's phone is replaced with a specified character, the fourth to seventh bits of data in the user's phone may be replaced with the specified character.
Specifically, since the more digits of the telephone number are replaced, the lower the probability that the real telephone number is found, the fourth to seventh digits in the user's telephone can be replaced.
For example, the real telephone number is composed of 11 digits, and if the user telephone is 12345647897, the virtual number is 123 × 7897 after desensitization processing according to the above scheme.
In one possible embodiment, fig. 7 is a flow chart of another data processing method provided by the present application, as shown in fig. 7, after replacing at least one digit in the user's phone with a designated character, the method further comprises the steps of:

Specifically, in a certain case, two telephone numbers may be mostly identical in number, and after at least one digit in the telephone numbers is replaced, the two telephone numbers may be identical, for example, one telephone number is 12345678912, the other telephone number is 12345678913, and after the last digit is replaced with "+", the two telephone numbers are both 1234567891, so that the two telephone numbers cannot be distinguished by the seat device and the first party device, so that a plurality of unique character strings may be preset, and after desensitization processing is performed on the user's telephone, one unique character string may be selected to be combined with the generated virtual number, for example, there are currently two unique character strings of 12345678 and 12345679, respectively, and after the two virtual numbers are generated, the two unique character strings are combined with the virtual number respectively, the string after combination may be: 123456781234567891 and 123456791234567891, the agent device and the first party device can distinguish the virtual number by a combined string.
It should be noted that, the specific form and number of digits of the unique character string and the combination manner of the unique character string and the virtual phone number may be set according to actual needs, and are not limited herein.
In a possible embodiment, fig. 8 is a schematic flow chart of another data processing method provided in the present application, and as shown in fig. 8, before performing step 102, the method further includes the following steps:

Specifically, after detecting that the seat device initiates a call request for a virtual number, the first-party device may obtain the virtual number of the user to be communicated by the second party, in order to enable the second party and the user to establish a call connection, the first party needs to query a user phone corresponding to the virtual number, and then send the call request carrying the user phone to the voice gateway, so as to establish the call connection between the seat device and the user device.
Illustratively, the user telephone includes: the user telephone 1, the user telephone 2 and the user telephone 3 generate virtual numbers after desensitization processing is carried out on the three user telephones, wherein the virtual numbers comprise: the desensitization server comprises a virtual number 1, a virtual number 2 and a virtual number 3, wherein the virtual number 1 is generated after desensitization processing is carried out on a user telephone 1, the virtual number 2 is generated after desensitization processing is carried out on the user telephone 2, the virtual number 3 is generated after desensitization processing is carried out on the user telephone 3, after the desensitization processing is carried out on the three user telephones, a corresponding relation between the user telephone and the virtual number is generated, namely the user telephone 1 corresponds to the virtual number 1, the user telephone 2 corresponds to the virtual number 2, and the user telephone 3 corresponds to the virtual number 3, when the seat equipment takes the virtual number 1 as a calling virtual number, a desensitization server A searches the user telephone which is taken as the user telephone 1 through the corresponding relation, takes the user telephone 1 as a calling telephone number and carries the calling telephone number in a calling request, and after the voice gateway receives the calling request, a call connection between the agent device and the subscriber device is established in accordance with the subscriber telephone 1.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a data processing apparatus provided in the present application, where the data processing apparatus may be a first-party device, and as shown in fig. 9, the data processing apparatus includes:
a detecting unit 901, configured to detect whether a call request for a virtual number is initiated by an agent device after the virtual number is sent to the agent device, where the virtual number is generated after a desensitization process is performed on a user telephone;
a first obtaining unit 902, configured to obtain, after detecting that the agent device initiates a call request for the virtual number, an operation record of the user equipment corresponding to the virtual number on a specified page;
a determining unit 903, configured to determine whether a transaction operation exists in the operation record;
a second obtaining unit 904, configured to obtain transaction data corresponding to the transaction operation if the transaction data exists.
In a possible embodiment, fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of another data processing apparatus provided in the present application, and as shown in fig. 10, the data processing apparatus further includes:
the first generating unit 905 is configured to generate first transaction classification data according to the transaction data and a preset first classification proportion after the transaction data corresponding to the transaction operation is acquired;
a first adding unit 906, configured to add information indicating both transaction parties corresponding to the first share proportion to the first transaction share data.
In a possible embodiment, fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of another data processing apparatus provided in the present application, and as shown in fig. 11, the data processing apparatus further includes:
a second generating unit 907, configured to generate second transaction divided data according to the first transaction divided data and a preset second dividing proportion after the first transaction divided data is generated;
a second adding unit 908, configured to add information indicating the two transaction parties corresponding to the second proportion to the second transaction share data.
In a possible embodiment, when the first obtaining unit 902 is configured to obtain an operation record of a user equipment corresponding to the virtual number on a specified page, the first obtaining unit is configured to:
after the seat equipment establishes a call connection with the user equipment, monitoring voice data of the seat equipment and the user equipment in a call process;
recognizing the voice data to determine first voice data corresponding to the seat and second voice data corresponding to the user equipment;
judging whether a first specified sentence appears in the first voice data or not, and judging whether a second specified sentence appears in the second voice data or not;
and when the first specified sentence appears in the first voice data and the second specified sentence appears in the second voice data, monitoring the operation of the user equipment on the specified page to obtain the operation record.
In a possible embodiment, when the detecting unit 901 is configured to send a virtual number to an agent device, the detecting unit is configured to:
acquiring the number of seat telephones of the seat equipment in a working state at present;
selecting N times the number of user telephones from the user telephones to perform desensitization processing so as to generate the virtual number;
sending the virtual number to the agent equipment;
wherein N is a positive integer.
In a possible embodiment, when the detecting unit 901 is configured to send a virtual number to an agent device, the detecting unit is configured to:
selecting a specified number of user telephones from the user telephones to perform desensitization processing so as to generate the virtual number;
and sending the virtual number to the agent equipment.
In a possible embodiment, when the detecting unit 901 is used to perform desensitization processing on the user phone to generate the virtual number, it is used to:
and replacing at least one digit in the user telephone by using the specified character so as to take the replaced user number as the virtual number.
In a possible embodiment, when the detecting unit 901 is used to replace at least one digit in the user's phone with a specified character, it is used to:
the fourth to seventh bits of data in the user's phone are replaced with designated characters.
In a possible embodiment, the detecting unit 901 is further configured to, after at least one digit in the user telephone is replaced by using the specified character, assign a unique character string to the replaced user telephone; and combining the unique character string and the replaced user telephone to use the combined character string as the virtual number.
In a possible embodiment, fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of another data processing apparatus provided in the present application, and as shown in fig. 12, the data processing apparatus further includes:
an inquiring unit 909, configured to, after detecting that the agent device initiates a call request for the virtual number, inquire a user phone corresponding to the virtual number before acquiring an operation record of the user device on a specified page;
a calling unit 910, configured to send a call request carrying a user telephone corresponding to the virtual number to a voice gateway, so as to establish a call connection between the seat device and the user device.
The specific manner of executing the operations of the units in the above embodiments has been described in detail in the embodiments related to the method, and will not be elaborated herein.
In the application, after the virtual number is sent to the agent device, whether the agent device initiates a call request for the virtual number is detected, after the agent device initiates the call request for the virtual number is detected, an operation record of user equipment corresponding to the virtual number on a designated page is obtained, whether a transaction operation exists in the operation record is judged, if yes, transaction data corresponding to the transaction operation is obtained, when a user telephone is provided by a first party, the agent device is a second party device, by the method, the second party can not know the real telephone number of the user, the safety of user information is improved, and after the second party develops the user successfully (the transaction operation exists in the operation record), the transaction data can be recorded, and the mode of recording the transaction data does not need manual participation, so the workload of a first party staff can be reduced by the method, the method is favorable for reducing the probability of wrong or missed transaction data records, and simultaneously is favorable for improving the authenticity of the transaction data records and the consistency of the transaction data acquired by the first party and the second party.
The present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed in a computer processor, implements the steps in any of the methods corresponding to the data processing apparatus described above.

Claims (10)

1. A data processing method, comprising:
after a virtual number is sent to an agent device, whether the agent device initiates a call request to the virtual number is detected, wherein the virtual number is generated after desensitization processing is carried out on a user telephone; specifically, the method comprises the following steps: after the party A and the party B cooperate, the party A needs to share user resources with the party B, in order to ensure the security of the user resources and enable the party B to obtain a contact way of the user, the party A can desensitize a user telephone which needs to be sent to the party B to generate a virtual number, and then the virtual number is sent to the party B, namely the seat equipment;
when the seat equipment needs to communicate with a user corresponding to the virtual number, a call request carrying the virtual number needs to be sent to the first-party equipment, then the first-party equipment finds a real user telephone corresponding to the virtual number according to the corresponding relation between the real user telephone and the virtual number, and then the first-party equipment initiates a call to the user so as to establish a call connection between the seat equipment and the user;
when detecting that the agent equipment initiates a call request for the virtual number, acquiring an operation record of user equipment corresponding to the virtual number on a specified page;
judging whether transaction operation exists in the operation record; and
if yes, acquiring transaction data corresponding to the transaction operation;
further comprising:
generating first transaction classification data according to the transaction data and a preset first classification proportion; adding information for indicating the two transaction parties corresponding to the first share in proportion to the first transaction share data; specifically, when the first party and the second party cooperate, the share proportion of the transaction amount can be preset, in order to facilitate the two parties to visually obtain the respective share amount, the share proportion can be taken as a first share proportion to be stored in the first party equipment in advance, then the transaction data and the first share proportion are utilized to determine respective first transaction share data, namely the respective share amount, then the information of the first party and the second party is added into the first transaction share data, and the added first transaction share data can be used for knowing who the two parties participating in share and what the respective share amount is;
generating second transaction divided data according to the first transaction divided data and a preset second proportion; and adding information indicating the two parties to the transaction that correspond in proportion to the second score to the second transaction score data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the operation record of the user equipment corresponding to the virtual number on the designated page comprises:
after the seat equipment establishes a call connection with the user equipment, monitoring voice data of the seat equipment and the user equipment in a call process;
recognizing the voice data to determine first voice data corresponding to the seat equipment and second voice data corresponding to the user equipment;
judging whether a first specified sentence appears in the first voice data or not, and judging whether a second specified sentence appears in the second voice data or not; and
and when the first specified sentence appears in the first voice data and the second specified sentence appears in the second voice data, monitoring the operation of the user equipment on the specified page to obtain the operation record.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the virtual number to the agent device comprises:
acquiring the number of seat telephones of the seat equipment in a working state at present;
selecting N times the number of user telephones from the user telephones to perform desensitization processing so as to generate the virtual number; and
sending the virtual number to the agent device, where N is a positive integer, specifically:
the method comprises the steps that a plurality of seat telephones can be arranged under one seat device, seat personnel can communicate with a user through the seat telephones, because the seat telephones are only in a working state, namely when the seat personnel use the seat telephones for working, the seat personnel can establish communication with the user, and in order to enable the workload of each seat personnel to be consistent, before virtual numbers are sent to the seat device, the number of the seat telephones in the working state in the seat device needs to be known, and then telephone numbers which are N times the number are selected from the telephone numbers for desensitization, so that the virtual numbers which are N times the number are sent to the seat device.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the virtual number to the agent device comprises:
selecting a specified number of user telephones from the user telephones to perform desensitization processing so as to generate the virtual number; and
and sending the virtual number to the agent equipment.
5. A method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein desensitizing the user telephone to generate the virtual number comprises:
and replacing at least one digit in the user telephone by using a specified character so as to take the replaced user number as the virtual number.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein replacing at least one digit in the user's phone with a specified character comprises:
replacing the fourth through seventh bits of data in the user phone with the designated character.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein after replacing at least one digit in the user phone with the specified character, the method further comprises:
allocating a unique character string to the replaced user telephone; and
and combining the unique character string and the replaced user telephone, and taking the combined character string as the virtual number.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein after detecting that the agent device initiates a call request for the virtual number, before obtaining an operation record of a user device on a specified page, the method further comprises:
inquiring a user telephone corresponding to the virtual number; and
and sending a call request carrying the user telephone corresponding to the virtual number to a voice gateway so as to establish a call connection between the seat equipment and the user equipment.
9. A data processing apparatus for performing the method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when executed in a computer processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
