In the following description specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without these specific details. In the present invention, specific numerical references such as "first element", "second device", and the like may be made. However, specific numerical references should not be construed as necessarily subject to their literal order, but rather construed as "first element" as opposed to "second element".
The specific details set forth herein are merely exemplary and may be varied while remaining within the spirit and scope of the invention. Furthermore, the terms "coupled" and "coupled" are defined to mean either directly connected to a component or indirectly connected to the component via another component.
Preferred embodiments of methods, systems and devices suitable for implementing the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Although embodiments are described with respect to a single combination of elements, it is to be understood that the invention includes all possible combinations of the disclosed elements. Thus, if one embodiment includes elements A, B and C, while a second embodiment includes elements B and D, the invention should also be considered to include A, B, C or the other remaining combinations of D, even if not explicitly disclosed.
As shown in fig. 1, a first embodiment of the present invention provides an interaction-based control device 20, which is used in cooperation with a user device 301, and includes a reception unit 200 and a control unit 202.
Specifically, the receiving unit 200 interacts with the smart terminal 101 to obtain a user instruction for using the user equipment 301.
In one implementation, the acceptance unit 200 includes an RFID module that interacts with an RFID communication unit on a smart terminal held by the user to obtain the user instruction. The usage indication indicates the intention or desire of the user to use the user device 301, and further, the usage indication may also indicate the time when the user desires to use the user device 301, the operation mode of the user device 301, the payment mode desired by the user, and the like.
As an example, the user device 301 is an internet of things device, which may be a shared washing machine, a microwave oven, a television, a computer, or the like. By providing RFID units, multiple different user devices 301 may join the same internet of things. Except for counting the use requirements of users on specific equipment and monitoring the running state of the equipment, the background for managing the Internet of things can manage and maintain each equipment accessed to the Internet of things, and further reasonable scheduling of shared resources is achieved.
Alternatively, the user device 301 does not itself include an RFID unit, but rather joins the internet of things through the interaction-based control device 20 coupled for use therewith. Preferably, the control device 20 registers to become one node of the internet of things using the identification information of the user device 301. In other words, the combination of the control device 20 and the user device 301 serves as a node of the internet of things.
As another implementation manner, the acceptance unit 200 includes a two-dimensional code recognition module, which can read and recognize a two-dimensional code displayed on the smart terminal 101, so as to obtain a use instruction of the user. In this manner, the user sets the usage intention by the App installed in the smart terminal, the App generates a two-dimensional code and presents the two-dimensional code to the reception unit 200, and the reception unit 200 obtains a usage instruction by analyzing the two-dimensional code.
The control unit 202 is coupled to the reception unit 200, and receives a user instruction from the reception unit 200 and controls the operation state of the user equipment 301 based on the user instruction.
The control unit 202 may be coupled to the acceptance unit 200 by bluetooth, WIFI, dedicated communication line, or the like. The control unit 202 may be integrated with the receiving unit 200 into a component, which is coupled to the user device 301 and used in cooperation therewith. The control unit 202 may also be physically separate from, but still communicatively coupled to, the acceptance unit 200.
The control unit 202 comprises at least a current control module 2021, and the current control module 2021 can control the operating current of the user equipment 301 based on the user usage indication. The control unit may also comprise a timing module 2022, the timing module 2022 being able to be used to control the duration of the operating current. The timing module 2022 may cooperate with the current control module 2021 to provide dual control of the operating current, i.e., the magnitude and duration of the operating current. It should be appreciated that a processor may be included within the control unit 202 in order to control the operating current in accordance with the user's instructions of use. As an example, the processor may convert the usage indication into a duration of the corresponding operating current, or a magnitude of the corresponding operating current, or a combination of both.
Preferably, a combination of duration and amplitude information indicating the converted into the operating current is used. For example, according to the user usage indication, the control unit 202 may determine that the user equipment 301 is operated at the first operating current for the first time period and then operated at the second operating current for the second time period, and so on. As a specific application example, when the user desires to use the shared laundry machine, the user's usage indication is communicated to the above-mentioned control device coupled with the shared laundry machine, the control device determines that the first operating current of the laundry machine lasts for 30 minutes and is 8A (this corresponds to the rinsing phase), and the second operating current of the laundry machine lasts for 5 minutes and is 12A (this corresponds to the dehydrating phase).
As a further improvement of the above embodiment, the control device 20 further comprises a billing module (not shown in the figures), which will calculate the fee that the user needs to pay for using the user device 301. It will be appreciated that the user can select either a pay-first-use-then-use mode or a pay-first-use-then-use mode. The user's payment mode selection is also communicated to the control device 20 coupled to the user device 301 via an RF mode or two-dimensional code mode as part of the user usage indication. Further, in the pay-before-use mode, the payment information of the user can be obtained by the control device through the RF mode or the two-dimensional code mode as a part of the user use indication.
The charging information is forwarded to the transaction system by the background system for processing, and the transaction is completed. Here, the backend system is a backend system corresponding to the plurality of control devices 20, and is capable of controlling the operation and upgrade of a plurality of different control devices and forwarding the billing information generated by the different control devices to the transaction system. The transaction system is mainly used for authenticating transactions, deducting fees and other functions.
The control device 20 of the first embodiment described above can take the form of an adapter, including but not limited to the form shown in figures 2A-2B. The control device 20 is coupled to the consumer device 301 via a first pluggable interface and is also coupled to an external power source, which may be an ac mains or a domestic three-phase ac power, required by the consumer device 301 via a second pluggable interface. The first pluggable interface may be in the form of a socket or plug, as may the second pluggable interface. Since such a control device 20 is coupled to an external power source at one end and to the user device 301 at the other end, the control device can conveniently control the magnitude and duration of the operating current of the user device 301.
In some embodiments of the invention, at least a portion of the system may be implemented using a distributed set of computing devices connected by a communications network, or may be implemented based on a "cloud". In such a system, multiple computing devices operate together to provide services by using their shared resources.
A "cloud" based implementation may provide one or more advantages, including: openness, flexibility and extensibility, centrally manageable, reliable, scalable, optimized for computing resources, having the ability to aggregate and analyze information across multiple users, connecting across multiple geographic areas, and the ability to use multiple mobile or data network operators for network connectivity.
By utilizing the control equipment, the user equipment coupled with the control equipment can respond to the use requirements of the user in time and can automatically complete the settlement of the cost, so that the equipment of the Internet of things has a service acceptance function, and the use experience of the user can be obviously improved. The control equipment is also beneficial to improving the service efficiency of a user equipment group (comprising a plurality of shared user equipments) and realizing reasonable scheduling of shared resources.
As shown in fig. 3, a second embodiment of the present invention provides an interactive control method, which includes the following steps S21-S27.
Step S21: and interacting with the intelligent terminal to obtain the use indication of the user.
Wherein the indication of use by the user may be obtained by means of interaction with the RFID communication unit of the smart terminal, alternatively by reading and recognizing a two-dimensional code presented by the smart terminal.
Step S23: the operating current of the user equipment and the duration of the operating current are controlled.
In addition to the magnitude and duration of the operating current, it is also possible to control other operating parameters of the user equipment, such as the waveform of the operating current, and the timing of the user equipment on and off. In order to control the above-mentioned operating parameters of the user equipment, the usage indication of the user needs to be analyzed, and in the analyzing process, not only the usage indication of the user but also the performance index of the relevant user equipment needs to be considered. By means of the parsing, the user's usage indication is converted into specific instructions suitable for controlling the operating parameters of the user equipment.
Step S25: and calculating the information of the fee to be paid by the user using the user equipment.
Step S27: and uploading the expense information to a background system to complete the transaction.
The above steps S25-27 are optional steps and are only performed where a billing transaction needs to be effected. In the payment before use mode, the payment information of the user can be used as a part of the use instruction of the user and is acquired by the control equipment through the RF mode or the two-dimensional code mode.
According to a specific embodiment, the internet of things device is in a standby state or a power-off state when the user does not pay, and the control device coupled with the internet of things device provides standby current or does not provide current for the internet of things device by controlling the current or the current switch. The user may select one of two payment modes, one is a pre-use payment mode (i.e., a preset usage duration) and the other is a post-use payment according to the user's specific usage duration. An example of a post-use payment mode is as follows: the user interacts with the acceptance unit for one time to transmit the use instruction before using the Internet of things equipment, and interacts with the Internet of things equipment again after using the Internet of things equipment to calculate the cost information according to the use duration. Fig. 3 illustrates the post-use payment mode.
Alternatively, according to the pre-use payment mode, the user issues a use instruction through the acceptance unit, for example, the user wants to use the washing machine for 10 minutes and pay the cost of the washing machine for 10 minutes, and the control device analyzes the use instruction and provides a certain amount of operating current to the washing machine for 10 minutes to meet the use requirement of the user. After the use is completed, the washing machine can obtain standby current from the control device to maintain the standby operation state.
In order to settle the fees, the control device can upload the fee information to the background system, and the background system is communicated with the transaction system to realize the transfer of funds. Alternatively, the control device uploads the work records of the user device to a back-office system, which calculates the actual cost information and communicates with the transaction system to effect the transfer of funds.
It should be understood that the steps of the method provided by the second embodiment may be combined, omitted or executed in different orders, and all that can achieve the technical effects of the present invention should fall into the scope of the present invention.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Various modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention and the appended claims.
