step 3, associating the commodity information with the relevant commodity specification combination, creating the association attribute of the commodity combined with the relevant commodity specification to store the association relationship, and finishing warehousing of the commodity, wherein the association attribute is added in the commodity attribute information and records whether the associated commodity and the commodity attribute of the associated commodity are related or not;
and 4, carrying out shelving association on the commodity to finish warehousing.
Establishing the association refers to the commodity management of the existing commodities (the commodities already on shelves) and the order of the incoming commodity, and no shelving is needed (only the association is not needed). If the judgment result in the step 2 is negative, the step of performing shelving association on the commodity refers to adding the commodity (the association is completed while shelving).
Preferably, the commodity attributes in step 1 include a merchant number, a commodity specification, a commodity number and basic attributes thereof.
Preferably, in the step 2, the commodity number attribute of the warehoused commodity is selected to judge whether the commodity database contains a commodity specification combination which can be associated with the submitted commodity information.
Preferably, the commodity information submitted in step 2 is commodity combination information, and the commodity combination information = specification combination of warehoused commodities + specification combination of incoming commodities.
Preferably, the commodity shelving association in the step 4 is a one-key shelving association, and the specific steps are as follows:
1) selecting information sources (suppliers/distributors) of one-key shelving commodities, entering a commodity list of the suppliers/distributors, and selecting commodities to be shelved;
2) submitting a goods on-shelf request to generate key information of the goods on-shelf, wherein the key information of the goods on-shelf comprises the unique specification of the goods, the basic attribute of the goods and a one-key goods on-shelf state;
3) automatically rendering key information of the goods on the shelf, modifying the rendered goods information to finish editing newly added goods information, wherein the goods information = complete goods attribute information + goods number of goods information source;
4) judging a one-key shelving state according to the key information of the shelving commodity, and performing the next step when the one-key shelving state is true, and not performing the next step when the one-key shelving state is false;
5) performing MD5 verification according to the commodity key information in the step 2) and the newly added commodity information in the step 3) to judge whether the specification of the newly added commodity information is modified, and if so, only newly adding commodities without associating commodities; and if not, associating the commodities and storing the shelving association information.
Preferably, the step 3) comprises the following steps:
step 3.1: matching the basic commodity attributes of the commodities on the shelves with the commodity editing unit according to the shelving requests of the commodities to be shelved to finish automatic rendering;
step 3.2: and the user changes the commodity editing unit based on the rendered commodity editing unit to finish editing the information of the newly added commodity.
Preferably, the step 5) comprises the following steps:
step 5.1: generating an initial MD5 check value from the key information of the upper commodity in the step 2);
step 5.2: generating a target MD5 check value from commodity key information corresponding to the newly added commodity information, judging whether the target MD5 check value is matched with the initial MD5 check value, if so, successfully checking, and skipping to the step 5.4 if the specification of the newly added commodity information is not modified; if not, the verification fails, the specification of the newly added commodity information is modified, and the step 5.3 is skipped;
step 5.3: commodities are not related, and only commodities are newly added;
step 5.4: and associating the commodities and storing the shelving association information.
In the method, the specifications of commodities are various, and each combination is a related minimum unit when the commodities are put in a warehouse. For example: the same commodity of the merchant is the children's garment T XUE, the color is red and blue, the size is 140cm and 150cm, the commodity specification combination which can be put in storage comprises 4 kinds, namely red, 140cm, [ blue, 140cm, [ red, 150cm ], blue and 150 cm. When the user performs warehousing and stocking operation, the specification combination and the quantity of the stocking commodities need to be selected, and after the related warehousing is finished, commodities with various specification combinations can exist in one stocking order list.
The basic attributes of the commodity comprise: name, category, unit, shelving status, remarks, inventory management status, price information, barcode information, etc. of the item.
Valid ranges of association relations are exemplified by:
if the following two commodities "Children's garment t XUE 1" and "t XUE 2" are associated by warehousing with the specification combination yellow, 150cm "and coffee, M":
merchant's child T XUE 1 (specifications: yellow, blue, 150cm, 160 cm) for Merchant A and T XUE 2 (coffee, sky blue, M, L) for Merchant B.
When merchant B changes the name of "t XUE 2" to "Children's garment t XUE 2", the association is not changed.
When the merchant B adds one specification (male, female) to "t XUE 2", and the specification combination fails due to the addition of the specification, the commodity association also fails. The original specification combination 'coffee color and M' can not exist, and becomes 'coffee color, M and male' or 'coffee color, M and female'.
When the operator carries out a stock order, the method judges whether the commodity in the stock order exists in the commodity list of the operator, if so, the commodity is related with the upstream and the downstream, and the commodity is directly put in storage; if not, there are two cases: firstly, the commodity does not exist, the quick commodity shelving association can be completed through the function of one-key shelving at the moment, secondly, the commodity with different name specifications actually exists, association is not formed, and at the moment, the commodity in the incoming order is associated with the commodity in the commodity list. The two commodities after the association relationship is established can not be released because of the change of the commodity name.
A commodity name correlation system comprises a commodity module, a correlation judgment module, a correlation warehousing module and an on-shelf correlation warehousing module, wherein:
a commodity module: selecting goods to be warehoused, performing goods attribute matching on the goods to be warehoused in a goods database, judging whether the goods exist in the goods database, directly transmitting goods information to a goods database of a goods module for warehousing if the judgment result is yes, and transmitting the goods information to be warehoused to an association judgment module if the judgment result is not;
