Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, a laser light is added to a conventional law enforcement recorder, and the laser light is emitted forward along a straight line to form a spot at the center of a shooting range so as to locate a shot object. Referring to fig. 2, the law enforcement recorder uses four laser lamps to emit light beams in four directions to form limit points in four directions, i.e., up, down, left, and right directions of the evidence obtaining range. Referring to fig. 3, the camera projects two beams of light forward through two positioning light spots, which are respectively located at the lower left corner and the lower right corner of the lens frame, to determine the viewing range. The three conventional methods for positioning the image area of the electronic device have the following defects: firstly, when a police executes the law, the police needs to specially prepare a police to hold a video recorder for recording the law enforcement process, which not only occupies manpower, but also has incomplete recording; secondly, in special activities needing confidentiality, personal communication equipment such as a mobile phone and the like is not allowed to be carried, a camera of the mobile phone is small and is very easy to be shielded, a law enforcement recorder is an ideal recording carrier and is provided with a professional camera, and when the law enforcement is performed, the audio and video of the whole law enforcement process can be recorded at a first visual angle only by hanging the mobile phone on a shoulder strap; thirdly, also be defective through the mode that the laser pencil was thrown towards the dead ahead to the pilot lamp on the electronic equipment, laser is harmful to human health, and intensity control can burn skin, burn the clothes not well, if directly to eyes on, can lead to blindness when serious, moreover when the executive task, the electronic equipment launches the laser line and can form a facula on one's body to the criminal suspect, probably makes the criminal suspect misunderstanding by the gun accuracy, irritations criminal suspect, makes the state of sight worsen more.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the electronic device 1 of the present invention includes a camera 10 for acquiring an image; a positioning lamp switch 11, which is arranged on the electronic device 1 and used for turning on a positioning lamp 12; the positioning lamp 12 is arranged on the camera 10 and used for projecting a light beam 13; when the light beam 13 is projected, the user adjusts the camera 10 according to the light 14 formed by the light beam 13 on the ground and the levelness of the user and the distance between the light 14 and the user, so that the camera 10 obtains an image in a selected area, wherein the distance between the light and the user is adjusted by adjusting the included angle between the vertical distance from the camera to the ground and the light beam projected by the positioning lamp, and the levelness of the light and the user (namely whether the light is horizontal to the user) is adjusted by adjusting the included angle between the light formed by the light beam on the ground and the horizontal line perpendicular to the vertical distance from the camera to the ground.
In this embodiment, the position light switch 11 may be disposed at any position of the electronic device 1 as required, as long as the operation is convenient for a user, and in this embodiment, the position of the position light switch 11 is not specifically limited. The electronic device 1 is a law enforcement recorder, and the positioning lamp 12 is a laser lamp for projecting a light beam. In other embodiments, the electronic device 1 may be other types of electronic devices as long as the object of the present invention is achieved.
In this embodiment, when the camera 10 faces forward, the light 14 formed on the ground by the light beam 13 projected by the positioning lamp 12 is parallel to the user, and the distance from the user is one meter. By observing the position of the light 14, the vertical direction of the shooting range can be determined, normal people can judge the distance within 2 meters, the judgment error is smaller as the distance is shorter, the error of the normal people in the distance of 1 meter is about +/-0.2 meter through visual observation, the height is within the range of 1.5 meters to 2 meters, the judgment error of the distance within 1 meter and the judgment error are within 2 meters, and the camera 10 can normally shoot the image in the front. In addition, the user can determine the horizontal direction of the photographing range by observing whether the light 14 is horizontal to himself or herself.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and fig. 5, an included angle θ between the vertical distance H from the camera 10 to the ground and the light beam 13 projected by the positioning light 12 satisfies: and tan theta is equal to L/H, wherein L is the horizontal distance from a light ray 14 formed on the ground by the light beam 13 projected by the positioning lamp 12 to the camera 10, and the included angle theta ranges from 33 degrees to 53 degrees. The height range of a typical person is about 1.5-2 m, if the electronic device 1 is a law enforcement recorder, the electronic device is usually worn on a shoulder strap and is about 0.3 m away from the top of the head, so the range of H is about 1.2-1.7 m, and for a user, the height of the user is fixed, so when the user wears the electronic device 1 in front of the chest, the vertical distance H from the camera 10 to the ground is fixed. When rotatory during the camera 10, contained angle theta along with light 14 arrives the increase of the horizontal distance L of camera 10 is direct proportion or reduction, with be the benchmark when camera 10 is placed perpendicularly, contained angle theta designs for 43 degrees, benefits from wide-angle lens, works as the image in the dead ahead still can be shot when camera 10 squints in 10 degrees, surpasss this scope and just will finely tune camera 10.
As can be seen from the above equation for the angle θ, the horizontal distance L ranges from 0.65 × H to 1.33 × H meters because the angle θ ranges from 33 degrees to 53 degrees. For example, when H is 1.5 m, the light 14 can ensure that an image right in front is captured within a range of 0.93 m to 1.995 m directly in front of the user, and if the H exceeds the range, the user can rotate the camera 10 to return the light 14 to the range, so that the camera 10 can capture the image right in front.
The camera 10 can rotate 180 degrees in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, the light 14 is formed by obliquely irradiating a light beam projected by the positioning lamp 12 onto the ground, when the light 14 is parallel to the user, it indicates that the camera 10 is parallel in the horizontal direction and the front, otherwise, the camera 10 needs to be finely adjusted left and right to enable the light 14 to be close to the horizontal direction, when the light 14 is within a certain range from the user, such as one meter, it indicates that the camera 10 is vertical in the vertical direction and the front, otherwise, the camera 10 needs to be finely adjusted up and down to enable the light 14 and the user to be within a certain range, and when the camera 10 meets the horizontal and vertical requirements, the camera 10 can shoot an image in the front.
The electronic device 1 further includes a controller (not shown), and when the controller detects that the rotation angle of the camera 10 is greater than a preset angle, for example, 30 degrees, the controller controls the positioning lamp 12 to turn off. Specifically, when the camera 10 is rotated from bottom to top in the vertical direction, the light 14 formed on the ground moves in parallel from near to far, and when the controller detects that the upward rotation angle of the camera 10 exceeds 30 degrees, the controller controls the positioning light 12, such as a laser light, to be turned off, so as to prevent the light beam projected by the laser light from being directly emitted to the front. When the electronic device 1 is used, the electronic device is usually hung on a shoulder strap, the user can turn on the positioning lamp 12 by one hand through the positioning lamp switch 11, and then the horizontal degree of light formed on the ground in front and the distance from the user can be observed, so that whether the camera 10 can shoot an image in front or not is judged, and the angle of the camera 10 is adjusted according to the image. When the electronic device 1 is worn on a shoulder strap, the electronic device is inconvenient to view, and the method of viewing the electronic device 1 by keeping the screen can preview the image shot by the camera 10 in real time through an interphone matched with the electronic device 1.
Electronic equipment is through set up the pilot lamp on the camera, and pass through the light that the pilot lamp throws reaches with user's levelness at subaerial formation light and user's distance adjust the camera, so that the image in dead ahead can be shot to the camera, and it need not use the screen and light can not direct the straight ahead and cause the injury, its easy operation, convenience directly perceived.
Please refer to fig. 6, which is a flowchart illustrating a method for locating an image area according to the present invention. The method comprises the following steps:
step S1: images are acquired by the camera 10.

In addition, the user can determine the horizontal direction of the photographing range by observing whether the light 14 is horizontal to himself or herself.
The vertical distance H from the camera 10 to the ground and the included angle theta between the light beams 13 projected by the positioning lamp 12 satisfy that: and tan theta is equal to L/H, wherein L is the horizontal distance from a light ray 14 formed on the ground by the light beam 13 projected by the positioning lamp 12 to the camera 10, and the included angle theta ranges from 33 degrees to 53 degrees.
The camera 10 can rotate 180 degrees in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, the light 14 is formed by obliquely irradiating the light beam 13 projected by the positioning lamp 12 onto the ground, when the light 14 is parallel to the user, it indicates that the camera 10 is parallel in the horizontal direction and the front, otherwise, the camera 10 needs to be finely adjusted left and right to enable the light to be close to the horizontal direction, when the light 14 is within a certain range from the user, such as one meter, it indicates that the camera 10 is vertical in the vertical direction and the front, otherwise, the camera 10 needs to be finely adjusted up and down to enable the light 14 and the user to be within a certain range, and when the camera 10 meets the horizontal and vertical requirements, the camera 10 can shoot an image in the front.
Wherein, after step S4, the method further comprises:
the rotation angle of the camera 10 is detected by a controller, and when the rotation angle of the camera 10 is greater than a preset angle, such as 30 degrees, the positioning lamp 12 is controlled to be turned off by the controller.
When the electronic device 1 is used, the electronic device is usually hung on a shoulder strap, the user can turn on the positioning lamp by one hand through the positioning lamp switch 12, and then the horizontal degree of the light 14 formed on the ground in front and the distance from the user can be observed, so that whether the camera 10 can shoot an image in front or not is judged, and the angle of the camera 10 is adjusted according to the horizontal degree and the distance from the user to the user. When the electronic device 1 is worn on a shoulder strap, the electronic device is inconvenient to view, and the method of viewing the electronic device 1 by keeping the screen can preview the image shot by the camera 10 in real time through an interphone matched with the electronic device 1.
The method for positioning the image area adjusts the camera by arranging the positioning lamp on the camera and adjusting the camera according to the levelness of light formed by light beams projected by the positioning lamp on the ground and a user and the distance between the light beams and the user, so that the camera can shoot images in front, a screen is not needed, the light beams cannot be directly projected forwards to cause damage, and the method is simple, intuitive and convenient to operate.
