In this embodiment of the present application, the server may send a credit data acquisition request to the credit management server, where the credit data acquisition request includes a user identifier of the user; and when receiving the credit acquisition request, the credit management server inquires the credit data corresponding to the user identification and returns the found credit data to the server, so that the server can acquire the credit data of the user.
Alternatively, the server locally stores the credit data of different users, so the server may find the credit data of the user from the credit database according to the user identifier of the user.
In the embodiment of the present application, step 202 and step 203 may be executed in parallel, or may be executed sequentially, that is, step 202 is executed first, and then step 203 is executed; or step 203 is executed first, and then step 202 is executed, which is not limited in this respect.
If step 203 is executed first, in the embodiment of the present application, it may be determined whether to provide the subscription service to the user according to the credit data, that is, if the credit value included in the credit data is greater than the set threshold, it indicates that the user has good credit, and the subscription service may be provided to the user, at this time, step 202 is executed again, and it is further determined to which subscription service is provided to the user; if the credit value included in the credit data is not greater than the set threshold, it indicates that the user does not have good credit, and if there is a high risk that the user may be provided with a subscription service, it may be determined that the user is not provided with the subscription service, and therefore, in this case, step 202 may not be performed any more, which may save system resources used for performing step 202.
Step 204: and providing the user with a reservation service aiming at the reservation object according to the credit data.
In the embodiment of the application, when the credit value contained in the credit data is greater than a set threshold value, the user is provided with the reservation service aiming at the reservation object.
After determining that the user is provided with the reserved service aiming at the reserved object, transmitting reserved service information to the user, wherein the reserved service information comprises reserved time, the reserved object, effective time of the reserved service and the like. The effective time of the subscription service here can be understood as the last time when the user is required to confirm the enjoyment of the subscription service. Such as: if the user does not send a confirmation message to enjoy the reserved service to the server before the day before the reserved time, the server can automatically release the reserved service when the reserved time arrives, so as to ensure that the reserved object can become a free resource in the reserved time.
Preferably, after determining to provide the reservation service for the user for the reservation object, the method further comprises:
determining that the user has not used the reservation object when the determined reservation time arrives; and automatically releasing the reserved service for the reserved object and releasing the reserved object.
The reservation time here may be determined based on the usage time of the reservation object, for example: the using time of the reserved object is XX year YY month ZZ day, when the reserved service is provided for the user, a time (such as a day ahead of the using time or a few hours before the using time) can be provided for the user, and if the user arrives at the time, the confirmation information is sent to the server, so that the user can be determined to use the reserved object; if the user does not send confirmation information to the server at the time of arrival, it can be determined that the user has not used the reservation object.

Preferably, after determining to provide the reservation service for the user for the reservation object, the method further comprises:
and when the determined reservation time is reached, determining that the user uses the reservation object.
Here, determining that the user uses the reservation object includes:
acquiring consumption data of the user from an object providing server providing the reservation object;
and determining that the user uses the reservation object according to the reservation object contained in the consumption data.
And further generating a payment order aiming at the reservation object, and sending the payment order to the user.
Preferably, when the reservation time arrives, the user can be identified to use the reservation object upon receiving the confirmation information transmitted from the user. And further generating a payment order aiming at the reservation object, and sending the payment order to the user.
Preferably, in order to prevent some users from using the reserved objects maliciously and causing resource loss, the method further comprises:
and if the payment completion information sent by the user is not received within the set time, modifying the credit data of the user.
For example: the default behavior of the user is marked in the system, or the credit value of the user is reduced, so that the safety of the reservation service can be effectively improved, and the risk of the reservation service is reduced.
And if the payment completion information sent by the user is received within the set time, adjusting the credit data of the user. The adjustment may be to increase the credit value of the user or to mark the behavior of the user performing on time in the system.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, when the consumption behavior data of the user is obtained, the reservation object meeting the set condition with the consumption object is determined according to the consumption object contained in the consumption behavior data, the credit data of the user is further obtained, and the reservation service aiming at the reservation object can be provided for the user based on the credit data of the user. Therefore, based on the consumption behavior data of the user, other objects which the user may need to consume at a certain time in the future can be estimated, the objects are used as reservation objects, reservation service is provided for the user based on the credit data of the user, and if the user determines that the reserved objects need to be consumed later, the internet service platform already provides the reservation service of the objects for the user, so that the process that the user actively initiates reservation is simplified; if the user does not consume the reserved object, the Internet service platform can automatically release the object, the release process is relatively simple to execute, and the user experience of the user on the reserved service provided by the Internet service platform is greatly improved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for providing a reservation service for a ticket object according to an embodiment of the present application. The method may be as follows.
Step 301: and acquiring the travel information of the user, wherein the travel information comprises address information.
In the embodiment of the present application, the address information described herein may be one (and may be called as a destination), or may be multiple, for example: the user travels or stops at a plurality of different places, and the travel information of the user comprises the address information of the places to travel or stop.
Step 302: and determining the ticket object associated with the position corresponding to the address information according to the address information contained in the travel information.
In the embodiment of the present application, there may be a plurality of ticket objects associated with the position corresponding to the address information, and here, the ticket objects may be screened, and tickets of hot spots or famous spots (spots with a higher user selection probability) are selected as the ticket objects providing the reservation service according to the scheme described in the embodiment of the present application.
Step 303: and acquiring credit data of the user.
The credit data described in the embodiment of the present application may be understood as a credit value that is evaluated by the internet service platform for the user according to the user behavior data, may also be understood as credit data of the user provided by a credit evaluation organization, and may also be understood as guarantee data that is provided for the user by other users, that is, the credit data described in the embodiment of the present application may be broadly understood as data that can characterize or estimate the credit of the user, and the form of the credit data is not specifically limited herein.
Step 304: and providing the reservation service aiming at the entrance ticket object to the user according to the credit data.
Preferably, first, the time when the user arrives at the location corresponding to the address information is determined.
Secondly, according to the credit data and the time, a reservation service aiming at the entrance ticket object is provided for the user.
Specifically, in the case that it is determined that a preset condition is satisfied between the system time and the time, a reservation service for the ticket object is provided to the user according to the credit data.
The preset condition may be understood as a time condition for triggering the provision of the reservation service, that is, assuming that the preset condition is N hours after the time when the user arrives at the location corresponding to the address information, if the system time satisfies N hours after the time when the user arrives at the location corresponding to the address information, the reservation service for the ticket object is started to be provided to the user according to the credit data.
In practical applications, the time periods used may differ for different ticket objects. For example: the dolphin performance in the ocean hall, assuming that three sessions are scheduled for the dolphin performance a day: 10: 00-11 in the morning: 00; 1: 00-2: 00 at noon; 4: 00-5: 00 in the afternoon. It is necessary to determine the time of the performance to be seen to the user when the user is provided with the reservation service of the ticket object. In the technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present application, preferably, in a case that the time when the user arrives at the location corresponding to the address information is determined, the method further includes:
determining at least one usage period with the ticket object;
sending prompt information to the user, wherein the prompt information comprises the at least one use time period and is used for prompting the user to select one use time period from the at least one use time period;
receiving the user selected usage period.
For example: and if the user selects 1: 00-2: 00 noon, the reservation service of the entrance ticket object meeting the use time period can be provided for the user according to the credit data.
Specifically, when the credit value contained in the credit data is greater than a set threshold value, a reservation service for the entrance ticket object is provided to the user.
Preferably, providing a reservation service for the ticket object to the user based on the credit data comprises:
determining a credit level of the user according to the credit data;
and providing the reservation service for the credit level pair for the ticket object to the user according to the credit level.
For example: the system sets reservation services of different levels in advance according to different credit levels. The reservation services of different levels can be determined according to different attributes of the ticket object, such as: for the ticket objects of the same scenic spot, the ticket objects can be divided according to the visiting range, so that the ticket objects with wider visiting range can be provided for the users with high credit rating; for users with low credit rating, ticket objects with smaller visiting range can be provided;
for another example: the ticket objects can be divided according to the positions of the same ticket object, so that the ticket objects at the front positions relative to the position of the user with high credit rating can be provided; for users with low credit ratings, ticket objects located relatively back may be provided.
In addition, the reservation services of different levels can also be determined according to reservation time, reservation content and the like, and are not described in detail herein.
Preferably, after determining that the reservation service is provided for the user for the ticket object, the method further comprises:
determining that the user has not used the ticket object when the determined reservation time arrives;
and automatically releasing the reservation service of the ticket object and releasing the ticket object.
Determining that the user uses the ticket object when the determined reservation time arrives;
and generating a payment order aiming at the entrance ticket object, and sending the payment order to the user.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for providing a reservation service for a hotel object according to an embodiment of the present application. The method may be as follows.
Step 401: and acquiring the travel information of the user, wherein the travel information comprises a destination.
Step 402: and determining a hotel object associated with the destination according to the destination contained in the travel information.
Step 403: and acquiring credit data of the user.
Step 404: providing a reservation service for the hotel subject to the user according to the credit data.
Specifically, first, the time when the user reaches the destination is determined.
Second, a reservation service for the hotel subject is provided to the user based on the credit data and the time the user arrives at the destination.
Specifically, in the case that a preset condition is met between the system time and the time when the user arrives at the destination, the reservation service for the hotel object is provided to the user according to the credit data.
Preferably, providing the reservation service for the hotel object to the user according to the credit data comprises:
acquiring the current position information of the user;
in the event that the location information is the same as the destination, providing a reservation service for the hotel object to the user in accordance with the credit data.
That is, a location information acquisition request is sent to a user, and location information located by a terminal device used by the user is received, and if the location information is the same as the destination, it indicates that the user has arrived at the destination, at which point, provision of a reservation service for the hotel object to the user may be triggered according to the credit data.
In other words, in the case that the location information is the same as the destination, it indicates that the user has arrived at the destination, and at this time, it may be triggered to acquire credit data of the user, and then provide the user with a reservation service for the hotel object according to the credit data.
The specific implementation manner in the above embodiment may refer to the contents shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, and details are not repeated here.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an order processing device according to an embodiment of the present application. The order processing apparatus includes: an obtaining unit 501, a determining unit 502 and a processing unit 503, wherein:

It should be noted that the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application may be implemented in a hardware manner, and may also be implemented in a software manner, which is not specifically limited herein. The device provided by the embodiment of the application can predict other objects which may be consumed by the user at a certain time in the future based on the consumption behavior data of the user, take the objects as ordering objects, provide ordering service for the user based on the credit data of the user, and simplify the process of actively initiating the ordering by the user because the internet service platform already provides the ordering service of the object for the user if the user really needs to consume the ordered objects later; if the user does not consume the ordered object, the Internet service platform can automatically remove the object, the removal process is relatively simple to execute, and the user experience of the user on the network service provided by the Internet service platform is greatly improved.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for providing a subscription service according to an embodiment of the present application. The apparatus comprises: an acquisition unit 601, a determination unit 602, and a processing unit 603, wherein:
an acquisition unit 601 that acquires consumption behavior data of a user;
a determining unit 602, configured to determine, according to a consumption object included in the consumption behavior data, a reservation object that satisfies a set condition with the consumption object;

Claims (27)

1. An order processing method, comprising:
acquiring consumption behavior data of a user;
according to the consumption objects contained in the consumption behavior data, determining ordering objects meeting set conditions with the consumption objects;
acquiring credit data of the user; providing a subscription service for the subscription object to the user according to the credit data; the credit value contained in the credit data is greater than a set threshold value;
determining that the user uses the subscription object when the determined usage time arrives;
generating a payment order aiming at the ordering object, and sending the payment order to the user;
the determining, according to the consumption object included in the consumption behavior data, an order object that satisfies a set condition with the consumption object specifically includes:
determining a recommendation object associated with the consumption object according to the consumption object contained in the consumption behavior data;
screening out recommended objects with consumption number larger than a set threshold value from the determined recommended objects; wherein the consumption number is determined according to the number of people who have purchased the commodity object;
and determining the screened recommended object as an ordering object meeting set conditions with the consumption object.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining to provide subscription services for the user for the subscription object, the method further comprises:
determining that the user has not used the subscription object when the determined usage time arrives;
and automatically releasing the subscription service of the subscription object and releasing the subscription object.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if the payment completion information sent by the user is not received within the set time, modifying the credit data of the user.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining that the user uses the subscription object comprises:
acquiring consumption data of the user from an object providing server providing the order object;
and determining that the user uses the order object according to the order object contained in the consumption data.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein determining, based on the consumption object included in the consumption behavior data, an order object satisfying a set condition with respect to the consumption object includes:
determining a recommendation object associated with the consumption object according to the consumption object contained in the consumption behavior data;
screening out recommended objects with consumption number larger than a set threshold value from the determined recommended objects;
and determining the screened recommendation object as an ordering object meeting set conditions with the consumption object.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein determining a recommended object associated with the consumption object based on the consumption object included in the consumption behavior data comprises:
determining destination information reached by the user according to a consumption object contained in the consumption behavior data;
and determining a recommendation object associated with the address contained in the destination information according to the destination information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein providing the user with a subscription service for the subscription object based on the credit data comprises:
and when the credit value contained in the credit data is larger than a set threshold value, providing the subscription service aiming at the subscription object for the user.
8. A method for providing subscription services, comprising:
acquiring consumption behavior data of a user;
according to the consumption objects contained in the consumption behavior data, determining reservation objects meeting set conditions with the consumption objects;
acquiring credit data of the user;
providing a reservation service for the reservation object to the user according to the credit data; the credit value contained in the credit data is greater than a set threshold value;
determining that the user uses the reservation object when the determined use time arrives;
generating a payment order aiming at the reservation object, and sending the payment order to the user;
the determining, according to the consumption object included in the consumption behavior data, a reservation object that meets a set condition with the consumption object specifically includes:
determining a recommendation object associated with the consumption object according to the consumption object contained in the consumption behavior data;
screening out recommended objects with consumption number larger than a set threshold value from the determined recommended objects; wherein the consumption number is determined according to the number of people who have purchased the commodity object;
and determining the screened recommendation object as a reservation object meeting set conditions with the consumption object.
9. A method for providing reservation services for ticket objects, comprising:
acquiring the travel information of a user, wherein the travel information comprises address information;
according to the address information contained in the travel information, determining a ticket object associated with a position corresponding to the address information;
acquiring credit data of the user;
providing a reservation service for the ticket object to the user according to the credit data; the credit value contained in the credit data is greater than a set threshold value;
determining that the user uses the ticket object when the determined reservation time arrives;
generating a payment order aiming at the entrance ticket object, and sending the payment order to the user;
the determining, according to the address information included in the trip information, a ticket object associated with a location corresponding to the address information specifically includes:
according to address information contained in the travel information, determining a recommended object associated with the address information;
screening out recommended objects with consumption number larger than a set threshold value from the determined recommended objects; wherein the consumption number is determined according to the number of people who have purchased the commodity object;
and determining the screened recommended objects as entrance ticket objects meeting set conditions with the address information.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein providing the reservation service for the ticket object to the user based on the credit data comprises:
determining the time when the user reaches the position corresponding to the address information;
and providing the reservation service aiming at the entrance ticket object to the user according to the credit data and the time.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein providing the user with a reservation service for the ticket object based on the credit data and the time comprises:
and under the condition that the preset condition is met between the system time and the time, providing reservation service aiming at the entrance ticket object for the user according to the credit data.
12. The method according to claim 9, wherein in case that the time when the user arrives at the location corresponding to the address information is determined, the method further comprises:
determining at least one usage period with the ticket object;
sending prompt information to the user, wherein the prompt information comprises the at least one use time period and is used for prompting the user to select one use time period from the at least one use time period;
receiving the user selected usage period;
providing a reservation service for the ticket object to the user based on the credit data and the time, comprising:
and providing reservation services of the ticket objects meeting the use time periods to the users according to the credit data.
13. The method of claim 9, wherein providing the reservation service for the ticket object to the user based on the credit data comprises:
determining a credit level of the user according to the credit data;
and according to the credit level, providing reservation service corresponding to the credit level for the ticket object for the user.
14. The method of claim 9, wherein providing the reservation service for the ticket object to the user based on the credit data comprises:
and when the credit value contained in the credit data is greater than a set threshold value, providing the reservation service aiming at the entrance ticket object for the user.
15. The method of claim 9 or 14, wherein after determining that the reservation service is provided for the user for the ticket object, the method further comprises:
determining that the user has not used the ticket object when the determined reservation time arrives;
and automatically releasing the reservation service of the ticket object and releasing the ticket object.
16. A method for providing reservation services for hotel objects, comprising:
acquiring the travel information of a user, wherein the travel information comprises a destination;
according to the destination contained in the travel information, determining a hotel object associated with the destination;
acquiring credit data of the user;
providing a reservation service for the hotel subject to the user according to the credit data; the credit value contained in the credit data is greater than a set threshold value;
determining that the user uses the hotel object when the determined appointment time arrives;
generating a payment order aiming at the hotel object, and sending the payment order to the user;
the determining, according to the destination included in the travel information, the hotel object associated with the destination specifically includes:
determining a recommendation object associated with a destination according to the destination contained in the travel information;
screening out recommended objects with consumption number larger than a set threshold value from the determined recommended objects; wherein the consumption number is determined according to the number of people who have purchased the commodity object;
and determining the screened recommended objects as hotel objects meeting set conditions with the destination.
17. The method of claim 16, wherein providing reservation services for the hospitality subjects to the user in accordance with the credit data comprises:
determining a time at which the user arrives at the destination;
providing a reservation service for the hotel subject to the user based on the credit data and the time of arrival of the user at the destination.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein providing the user with a reservation service for the hotel object based on the credit data and a time of arrival of the user at the destination comprises:
providing a reservation service for the hotel subject to the user according to the credit data if it is determined that a preset condition is met between a system time and a time when the user arrives at the destination.
19. The method of claim 16, wherein providing reservation services for the hospitality subjects to the user in accordance with the credit data comprises:
acquiring the current position information of the user;
providing a reservation service for the hotel object to the user according to the credit data if the location information is the same as the destination.
20. An order processing apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring consumption behavior data of a user;
a determining unit configured to determine, based on a consumption object included in the consumption behavior data, an order object satisfying a set condition with the consumption object;
the acquisition unit acquires credit data of the user;
a processing unit for providing the user with a subscription service for the subscription object according to the credit data; the credit value contained in the credit data is greater than a set threshold value;
determining that the user uses the subscription object when the determined usage time arrives;
generating a payment order aiming at the ordering object, and sending the payment order to the user;
the determining, according to the consumption object included in the consumption behavior data, an order object that satisfies a set condition with the consumption object specifically includes:
according to the consumption objects contained in the consumption behavior data, determining recommendation objects associated with the consumption objects;
screening out recommended objects with consumption number larger than a set threshold value from the determined recommended objects; wherein the consumption number is determined according to the number of people who have purchased the commodity object;
and determining the screened recommendation object as an ordering object meeting set conditions with the consumption object.
21. An apparatus for providing a subscription service, comprising:
the acquisition unit acquires consumption behavior data of a user;
a determining unit configured to determine, based on a consumption object included in the consumption behavior data, a reservation object that satisfies a setting condition with the consumption object;
the acquisition unit acquires credit data of the user;
a processing unit which provides the user with a reservation service for the reservation object according to the credit data; the credit value contained in the credit data is greater than a set threshold value;
determining that the user uses the reservation object when the determined use time arrives;
generating a payment order aiming at the reservation object, and sending the payment order to the user;
the determining, according to the consumption object included in the consumption behavior data, a reservation object that meets a set condition with the consumption object specifically includes:
determining a recommendation object associated with the consumption object according to the consumption object contained in the consumption behavior data;
screening out recommended objects with consumption number larger than a set threshold value from the determined recommended objects; wherein the consumption number is determined according to the number of people who have purchased the commodity object;
and determining the screened recommended object as a reserved object meeting set conditions with the consumption object.
22. An apparatus for providing reservation services for ticket objects, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the travel information of a user, and the travel information comprises address information;
